Hi again, yesterday I received an email from KCC which says Diversity Visa adjustment letter.
Attached are the Adjustment Letter and Adjustment of Status Mail Form.
Indications on your DS-260 show that you wanted to adjust your status in the United States and indicate that you are residing in the United States and wish to process your case at the local United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office.
The option to adjust status may not be available to all applicants. To determine whether you are eligible to adjust your status you must contact USCIS (http://www.uscis.gov) to obtain instructions on how to make an appointment with your local USCIS office. When contacting your local USCIS office they may inform you that you will not be eligible to file your adjustment until your case number is current and available for processing. Please refer to the visa bulletin at http://www.travel.state.gov to view the current case numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month.
If USCIS determines that you are eligible to adjust status you will be required to pay a non-refundable diversity visa processing fee of $330.00 per person directly to the Department of State. This fee is assessed to cover cost incurred by the Department of State in running the lottery selection process and is separate from any fees you will need to pay USCIS as part of your adjustment application. Failure to pay this fee may result in the loss of your diversity visa. The fee must be paid before the Department of State will transfer your case to USCIS. This fee cannot be refunded, even if your request to adjust status is not approved. Instructions for paying the Diversity Visa fee are available at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/diversity-visa-program-entry/adjustment-of-status-fee-payment.html.
In order for the Kentucky Consular Center to assist with inquiries regarding a specific Diversity Visa (DV) case, you must provide the Principal Applicant’s full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.
(Sorry it’s kind of long I copied all )
My CN is AS106XX, it’s not current yet as we know. And I haven’t sent the new documents that they need which I’m translating and waiting for embassy to prove it.
My question is what is this email for? Is it just email to pay fee $330 like we all have to do pay before send AOS package?
And I don’t think it’s a 2nd notification letter, isn’t it?
Thank you Thank you

You need to learn the AOS process which you can do at the link below (read the spreadsheet linked from the first post in that thread.)

March 22, 2019 at 02:55
Thank you this is helpful a lot. But I’m still not sure what is that email is ? But I know it’s for AOS and to pay fee.

Hello! Thank you for valuable input in your website. My question is, if the derivatives (children) lived in country X when they were 6 or 7 years of age, and now they are at age 18 living in countryY( their birth country)…would they need police certificates from country X ?
March 17, 2019 at 14:23
No.
PLease read the instructions, that question would have been unnecessary if you had done so.
March 17, 2019 at 16:09
Dear Brit
Hope you are fine with good health. My interview is in the month of May. I am from Nepal. Kindly clarify my following queries.
1. We are total 9 members (sponsor family +dv winner family)
2. (My sister in law, US citizen + her husband green card holder) are going to sponsor us jointly. There joint income is about 56,000$ per year. Individual annual income may be less than the poverty guide line. So, they would like to sponsor us or send affidavit of support jointly.
3. I have gone through the pdf format of I-134. In Part3 (Income and Asset Information) no.3. there is only one space to be filled by sponsor regarding “My annual income is……”
4. My question is I-134 will be filled by only one sponsor. How both (my sister in law + her husband) can jointly fill the same document. How can they mention their joint income?
5. Shall they send me two I-134 individually to sponsor me (including my derivatives) to fulfill the join income 56,000$.
6. or My sister in law shall send one I-134 (shows about 30,000$) and her husband will not send I-134, but he only sends the pay-sheet or income tax (supporting documents) which shows about 28,000$ income. Does it work?
Thank you for your kind response.
Regards
SNO
March 17, 2019 at 16:18
4. One of them will complete the form for the joint income. That will then be supported by a joint tax return document (1040) and two W2s, two sets of recent payslips and two IDs.

Only the winner has to prove education.
March 17, 2019 at 18:10
Hi Simon,
My name is Mark and I am originally a UK citizen. In July 2017 I married my wife, a US citizen, and began the adjustment of status process (Green Card I-485). We finally had our interview last week, but came across a problem that I am unsure of how to fix:
In 2011, I received a ticket for using a fake British ID in NYC (I was in college at the time, and it was my name, just different birth year). I was not arrested or fingerprinted, but told to attend court in a few weeks time. I did, and when I got there they had my name spelled incorrectly on the clip board. Nonetheless, I asked them to correct it and saw the judge who made me do a 1-hour citizens awareness course, and told me that if I stay out of trouble for the next two years, it will be permanently expunged off my record. To date, I have had no further incidents with the law and didn’t think much more about it until this application.
However, in preparing my GC application I told my lawyer about this, who advised I go back to the court to try and either get either a Certificate of Disposition or official letter stating I am no longer in the system (often records are removed after 7 years). I did return, however I explained the full situation (name spelled incorrectly), and they were unable to find any record of me (thus no Certificate of Disposition), and the lady simply would o’t give me a letter stating I wasnt in the system. During my interview I admitted this offence (even though it didnt show up on any of their background checks), and provided evidence in the form of a sworn affidavit detailing the steps I had taken in order to provide some official documentation, as well as an email chain between myself and an intake counselor from the court stating she couldn’t find me in the system, but because of this wouldnt be able to provide me with any official documentation.
The interviewing officer said this evidence was not sufficient in her mind as nothing was official, and was going to have to take this to her supervisor, who would likely issue a request for evidence. I am concerned that: (i) I wasn’t able to get official documentation before so I don’t know how I would now, and (ii) they are going to ask for evidence but not state what, so I dont know what will satisfy them.
I am obviously very worried about this as I don’t want to go back unprepared, but simply don’t know what else to do. I am going to get a certificate of good standing from NYC, but that is fingerprint based and I have never had my fingerprints taken so that will obviously come back negative. I also submitted an FBI search to my interview, which came back negative.
Do you have any advice, or any other evidence I could provide? I am going to go back to the court for a third time and beg them for a letter stating I am not in the system, this may or may not be successful, but would like as much evidence as possible.
I am of the opinion we had a slightly overzealous officer, who had admitted to us before the interview started that a number of her colleagues were out that day and they were pressed for time, and we left this topic until the very end of the interview when she sort of cut me off and kicked us out (I don’t feel as though I got a full chance to explain my side of the story). She did approve our I-130 so believes we’re a bona fide marriage, but I am still concerned about leaving my entire future in the subjective hands of one supervisor because it is impossible for me to get the evidence they are after.
Any help/advice you can give me would be hugely appreciated. I will do anything.
March 17, 2019 at 22:54
I can’t help at all – I only answer DV lottery questions. You have a lawyer. Ask them.
March 17, 2019 at 20:36
Hi brit
I have sent the documents with out receiving email from kcc and my case is AF00037xxxx. I ‘ve recieved email that they have recieved my email but how can I know if my case is current or when will I get interviewed?
March 17, 2019 at 21:25
Check the visa bulletin each month to know when your number is current
March 17, 2019 at 22:57
You can only be interviewed once your case is current.
March 18, 2019 at 03:01
Hellow brit,

Another case, our sponsor is from maryland but now we decided to go calfornia . We need to update our address again for Receving greenland and SSN. our transit is at Dubai. We need to update after entering US or at Dubai airport?
March 18, 2019 at 13:18
1. No problem.
2. At the POE.
March 18, 2019 at 05:05
Hi Brit,
I hail you for exceptional service sir!
My case number is 2019AS56** and as i have learnt my case will be current in April. I submitted all the required documents of my wife and myself a week ago and i got a system generated email where it says as follows.
“Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email and is currently processing your documents.”
My questions are:
1. Will there be any other email from KCC
acknowledging all the documents are
complete and processed?
1.1 if so, how long is the lead-time for
processing the documents?
2. Is there any chance my case will be
scheduled after April? (my case is
current in April)
3. What is the general time gap between
2NL and the interview date?
4. Is there anything I should be doing other
than excercising patience?
Thanks loads!
March 18, 2019 at 13:21
1. Possibly.
2. That is certain. You are to late for April, and possibly too late for May.
3. Wait and see
4. No.
March 18, 2019 at 06:58
Hi Simon,
I had my interview in last Decemeber as a DV lottery winner, and the counselor requested some additional papers (part of 221g form and AP is required) which were provided since 5 weeks (we were instructed by the counselor not to send any passport until it’s requested), end of last week I got an email to send the passports, in this case what is status, is the visa going to be issued? and how long this process will take?
P.S. since yesterday the status of my case number started to get updated
Thanks and appreciate your feedback
March 18, 2019 at 13:24
Nothing is certain until the visa is in your hand, but they do not need the passport to refuse you.
March 18, 2019 at 11:20
Dear Brit, anyone from the netherlands in this group please? we submitted our marriage certificate to the embassy and they told us they still have not received it. When we asked the Gemeente (city hall) they told gave us a document but this is not what they want. Perhaps it is a language issue. If there is any person here with from the netehrlands who submitted a marriage certificate please could you tell us the name of the document in ducth?
thanks
March 18, 2019 at 13:28
Have you read the reciprocity page for The Netherlands?
March 19, 2019 at 22:07
Dear Brit,
We have submitted new documents based on what the us embassy has in its website. However, the city hall told us that they have provided to us all available documentation to prove not only that we are married but that we are currently married.
Please, could u put us in contact with any dutch winners to double check if what we sent is OK?
Since this is the second time we sent documents we are very nervious. The city hall has different versions of a marriage certificate and they have assured us that they have provided us with all available documents.
We would love to be able to check info with any dutch winners in this group.
Thank you in advanve!
March 19, 2019 at 23:02
I don’t track winners by country – but the requirements to get a US Green Card are set by the USA, not local city halls.
March 18, 2019 at 14:34
Do you know if you can reschedule you’re DV GC lottery appointment date quite easily or are you pushed to the back of the line number -wise so to say, f you try and push your meeting to the following month?
March 18, 2019 at 15:53
The experience varies by embassy, but generally it is not a good idea because your reserved visa slots are only held for the month that KCC scheduled the interview. So – delaying introduces a risk.
March 18, 2019 at 15:32
Hello Brit ,
Please i have a question. My wife is the principle applicant. we are due for interview in April but i’m concern because i did my post graduate in Canada from 2009 – 2010. Since then i moved back to Ghana and working full time here . Here is the situation that , it is required that i submit a police check for any country that i leave for more than 12 month. I only submitted a police report from my current country of residence which is where i was born.
1. Please do i need a Canada police check report as well?
2. Can you advise me how to apply for that although it’s too late if i need to apply now .
Thank you for your kind answer
March 18, 2019 at 20:24
1. Yes
2. Read the reciprocity page for Canada.

Hello Britt,
I am a winner of the lottery DV 2019. my boyfriend is in divorce proceedings and I do not think I can marry him before making the trip. But in our country polygamy is legal. I would like to know if a marriage made on this basis can be valid in the United States.
thank you
March 18, 2019 at 20:31
No.
March 18, 2019 at 17:24
Hi all,
Does anyone know when its too late to change from AOS to Consular processing. I was going to process through AOS but now think have a better shot of getting it in a quick amount of time if I just do CP in my home country. Does anyone know if theres a cut off to change to that process. Are you able to change after becoming current?
March 18, 2019 at 20:36
If you change AFTER becoming current you will have wasted almost two months of time where your AOS case could have been processing (because AOS cases can file as soon as their number is current in the VB). Theoretically you could start a CP case by submitting the DS260 in May or even June, but to be honest, that probably just shows you don’t understand AOS well enough. You must also realize that CP will require you to be in your home country a week or two BEFORE the interview (for the medical), and a week or two AFTER the interview (for the visa). DV AOS cases can be processed very quickly.
March 18, 2019 at 17:56
hi brit my case number is 2019AF10XXX
I just received my second letter.
I thank you very much for the help you give to everyone.
good luck.
March 18, 2019 at 17:59
Hi Brit In my case Only are pending 237 numbers to reach my number and I was asked to send the first number, Although I am worried because the US embassy was closed and all interviews were moved to Bogota. Do you think that I can not have opportunity to be out because
March 18, 2019 at 20:37
I don’t understand your question.
March 18, 2019 at 18:09
hi brit many thanks for your response my concern is: My number is higher and only are 237 numbers to reach the current cut of, I received the email from KCC office to send my Documments and we did that and they answered that everything were ok, our interviews were moved to bogota for current problems. Please what Do you think ? could be that we can be out for a cut off early for all problems around? I am very sad that happen. Please give me your opinion.
March 18, 2019 at 20:38
Still not clear. There are 4 VBs to go. What is the concern?
March 18, 2019 at 20:42
Dear BritSimon,
Is it enough to show current account balance at the interview (I do not mean a screenshot, of course. I am talking about an official paper with a bank stamp and a signature), or it is better (or even essential?) to have some history (e.g., three months)?
Thank you very much!
Best,
Max
March 18, 2019 at 20:43
More prep/evidence is always better.
March 18, 2019 at 22:24
Hi Brit,
we got our temporary visa after successful interview in Montreal consulate in December 2018. The visa expiration date is May 20, 2019. If there is some family issue that we have to take care so we might land in US beyond that, do you know if there is some kind of way, like asking extension time to enter US for the first time, that we can do? I only need one month extension until end of June 2019. I am a Canadian PR as well and from my experience Canadian government allow about one year delay to for PR first entry by some process. I know it’s probably not comparable but I’m just asking here if you happen to know or have any experience about this possibility. Been tried to call USCIS and Montreal Consulate but no representative would pick up. everything is machine recorded. Could not find any email as well to ask. Am desperate. You’re might be my only hope.
Thanks so much.
Emily
March 18, 2019 at 22:32
No extension is possible – but you only need to enter for 10 minutes, and can immediately leave.
March 19, 2019 at 08:18
Have anyone got your 2nl between case no 2019AS 7000-7800? Please tell me friends.
March 19, 2019 at 08:37
Hello Brit,
Sorry if these questions have already been asked, but I searched and didn’t find any answer!
1. My case number is EU261XX, should I send the documents now or wait for the next visa bulletin and then send?
2. If I send the documents now to the KCC, should I write as a subject the case number as 2019EU26XXX or 2019EU00026XXX?
3. I have never served military because it is not required in MONTENEGRO, and neither have I been convicted for a crime, is it okay if I send just the birth certificate, passport and police certificate? Or they will ask even for military records?
All the best
Thank you for your help
March 19, 2019 at 13:43
1. Now
2. With the zeros.
3. If you never served in the military you don;t have records to send.
March 19, 2019 at 11:52
Hello Brit. my friend and his wife had their interviews on February 12th. they checked their status it is written Refused. today they wrote to the embassy and the embassy reprogrammed them. they would like to know if the embassy despite their status is refused, it is possible that the embassy awards them the visa while charging their status.
March 19, 2019 at 12:31
which ambasy have they pass the interview? Were they recently maried ?
March 19, 2019 at 13:47
Well you haven’t said anything about why they were refused, and nothing about why they think that decision was incorrect and the basis of trying to appeal. So – there is nothing I can say other than saying there is no formal appeal process and refusals are almost always final.
March 19, 2019 at 14:21
OK the embassy did not define the cause of the refusal, my friend wonders why and what was the cause of the refusal, that’s why he wrote to the embassy. what after the interview, they recovered their files and told them to send the medical examinations by what the doctor had delayed the medical ones, after they informed the doctor and the latter says that he will send them. after a few days their status was in AP and the last time they checked it was refused..
March 19, 2019 at 16:03
OK – nothing there helps me interpret what is happening, or determine the chances of success.
March 19, 2019 at 17:13
OK according to my analysis the doctor did not provide the exams to the embassy. As they have been reprogrammed they will know more about the cause. thank you so much
March 19, 2019 at 12:13
Hi sir, with an offer of employment is enough to prove that it is not a burden? Or do you have to carry out the account statements? I already have an appointment for Santiago on May 10. in my ds I have my address in venezuela do not change it, I only asked for change for the problem of the embassy in Caracas to Santiago, will be inconvenient with that?
March 19, 2019 at 13:49
The problem with a job offer is that people get a friend to write a fake job offer and then wonder why that ruins their case and gets them refused. So ONLY use a 100% genuine job offer (which is extremely unlikely).
Other than that, you have been here long enough to know where the FAQ is – and read the I-134 article.
March 19, 2019 at 13:14
Hello. I’m 2019EU00024XXX. I’ve just received my mail from KCC to send documents since they’ve completed processing of DS-260.
I did send the documents spontaneously last week after the latest VB, but used 2019EU24XXX as my case number.
With or without the three zeros seems to me to be a bit confusing, so it would look like that when sending your documents to KCC you should keep the three zeros in you case number.
That, or they don’t look at documents sent spontaneously.
March 19, 2019 at 13:50
You need the leading zeros.
March 19, 2019 at 18:36
Sir,
Today at 11.07 in the morning I received message to submit documents, but in the afternon today again at 15.00 I refused also a message from the sameemail saying:
“Records indicate you have submitted a complete and valid DS-260 application for each family member, and you have provided all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center.
Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2019 program will begin in October 2018 and conclude on September 30, 2019. Please refer to the visa bulletin at www.travel.state.govto locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to chec…”
Now I am wondering if they just leave documents procedure or it is an error.
March 19, 2019 at 18:57
That also happened to someone else today – read the link.

Hi Brit Simon,
I took an activation trip for my Green Card on 14th Sept 2018 and returned home on 5th October. I am planning on going back in Sept 2019. Does the unto 12 month absence start from 14th i.e. I need to return by 13th Sept 2019 OR does the period commence from date I left, i.e. I need to return by 4th October 2019?
Thanks for your assistance.
March 20, 2019 at 13:56
The clue is the word “absence”.
March 20, 2019 at 12:51
Hi Brit how is everything i want to tell you you that you are ma first choice for every question of mine About DV so tank you for your great response i am from Africa and my case number is current in may and i got an email which says two things the first one i should to submit electronic copies and the second one Record indicate you have submitted a complete and valid DS-260 application for each family member and you have provided all required documentation to the KCC. So i haven’t submit electronic copies of my document how it happens? If i send electronic copies now Is there any problem to send ? Or what i should have to do tell me your advise thank you for your time.
March 20, 2019 at 13:57
A number of people have reported getting that email. I suggest you send your documents anyway.
March 20, 2019 at 14:13
Mistakes like this are also worrying for those who have submitted their documents. I suppose the test is the intermediate mail you receive from KCC after having submitted your documents:
“The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email and is currently processing your documents…. etc”

HI BRIT
IF SOME ONE MADE A MISTAKE IN EDV ENTRY LIKE GENDER MISTAKE..IT CAUSE FOR DISQUALIFICATION
March 20, 2019 at 17:12
Possibly.
March 20, 2019 at 14:57
Hello Brit,
I have received a message on February 21st from KCC where they say they have received my documents. Should i contact them and ask if they have processed the docs, because i havent got an email yet?
March 20, 2019 at 17:11
You can if you want…
March 20, 2019 at 19:05
Hello My brother I advise you to write to KCC because I was a victim of that. I had sent my documents November 20, 2018 and mycase was current. I assure you it’s been two months they have not sent me a message “Record indicate ……”. I had to write to them and when I write them, they just told me if I really want to continue the process of sending my documents and yet I sent them for a long time nevertheless I returned my documents and not even a week, I received the message “record indicate” and am scheduled for my interview this month of April

Hi Simon,
Im yet to submit my DS-260 form yet as I need to make a short week trip to mexico at the end of the month.
I plan to submit my ds-260 for AOS when I return to USA as I will hopefully go current in June. My question is, is there any issue submitting an AOS after only been back in the USA a couple of weeks? Do you know if you have to be stationed in the USA without any travel for a certain period of time before you can apply for AOS.
Thankyou!
March 20, 2019 at 20:14
It depends on your visa type – but in any case, ask AOS questions in the dedicated AOS forum.
March 20, 2019 at 20:48
Brit,
Lets say my CN current on june, probably i get email that I’ve been scheduled on may 16 ( 2nl ) but then i get married on may 20, i should inform the embassy where i scheduled immediately right? so if i inform them, can my spouse also come to interview with me? ( i didnt apply DS 260 for her yet because i was single before may 20 )
or it is a big RISKY? will this hurt my case so bad?
i know the best way is to get marry quickly, but it’s not possible, at least i would get marry on early may ( before 10 may )
cN : AS105**
March 20, 2019 at 22:41
Well yeah – that adds a risk, but if you marry you must inform the embassy.

Hi, we are living in CA, USA.. and last year i applied for asylum and after that i won the DV visa lottery.. My case number is high like 2019EU00025000 .. I filled out the DS-260 form but i am confused.. do i have chance to get the green card from DV lottery process.. how long does it take for AOS to conclude ? I applied for AOS but i don’t know what my current status is ( i mean for asylees)
March 20, 2019 at 22:46
You can process DV cases from asylum status. I suggest you read the thread below – but don’t waste any time – your case could be current soon and time will move fast. You cannot process your DV case after September 30th.

Hi Simon,
Just received a mail from the immigration that im scheduled for an interview on April 11. So far I have all the proof that they need my only problem is that my sisters latest ITR is still year 2016. She is still processing and waiting for 2017 and so and so forth. Will it affect my interview? Am i going to proceed or just reschedule once my sister has the latest ITR? We are worried about it. Lookig forward to your response. Thank you!
March 21, 2019 at 13:45
You didn’t think you should explain what an “ITR” is?
March 22, 2019 at 07:54
my apologies…ITR means “Income Tax Return”..
March 22, 2019 at 15:41
How on earth was I supposed to know that??? So now you should realize that I have no idea why your sisters income tax return is related to your case. Really – you are wasting my time with this guessing game.

Hello!
I am Venezuelan and selected from DV2019, my case number will be published in the next Visa Bulletin. I will make AOS because I am in the USA with legal status together with my family group.
My husband and son have their passports expired, and the extensions of their passports are requested, but with the terrible crisis that exists in Venezuela, we have not received them yet.
My husband has a Social Security and US Driver’s License, but my son does not have any US identification document. My question is: Can I submit my application for AOS with expired passports? or should I expect the extensions to be ready in Venezuela?
I am afraid it will take a long time to obtain the extension of the passports. I do not want to miss this opportunity.
Thank you.

Hello mate
Thank you again for your ongoing assistance.
Quick question – after the Green Card is posted to the US address provided, is it of any consequence if the card is mailed by my friend in the US to me in Australia, or it is recommended I travel on the endorsed DV1 visa and pick it up when I’m back in the US?
Thank you!
J
March 21, 2019 at 03:15
No problem
March 21, 2019 at 09:09
Hello, Brit!
I am from Asia and in 2008 I used to visit US by J1 visa (work and travel program). Everything is ok except when I returned home I made a withdrawal from my debt card which I opened in US in amount of 400 dollars. Could this be some kind of restriction while preparing and going throw interview procedures. And how long the debt data kept in system? Thank you very much.
March 21, 2019 at 13:59
That does not affect your immigration process.
March 21, 2019 at 19:15

Hello Simon
I’m planning to do my interview in London and I am on the process to bring my wife here from Africa.
I have already updated my current address in my DS-260 and they also changed the interview location from Dakar to London.
So I would like to know if I still have to ask KCC to unlock my wife’s DS-260 in order to put her address as mine in the UK even though she is not yet arrived or it’s okay I can just let it as it is and then go to the interview (probably in May or June)?
March 21, 2019 at 21:13
Her address won’t matter in regard to scheduling the interview as it is set for the principal applicant.
March 21, 2019 at 21:32
Alright thank you so much.
So now as I have already updated mine, I won’t change anything in order to avoid causing delay in my interview scheduling. My case is within the May VB. I received last week email to send all docs, I sent the same day and the day after I received a reply that they received and all documents are okay. Then I requested them to open my DS-260 to update my address something that they did the same day also. on Tuesday I asked them to change my interview location and they sent me an email yesterday that my request was accepted and the interview will be now in London.
March 21, 2019 at 22:06
OK – well it is possible that all that was too late to be interviewed in May, so you might have a June interview. Wait and see.
March 22, 2019 at 17:05

March 22, 2019 at 17:11
No problem.
March 22, 2019 at 17:44
I wish to ask. Is there an official list of diseases that will cause an absolute denial of visa for dv2019???
March 22, 2019 at 18:17
Yes – it is explained in the FAQ.
March 22, 2019 at 22:14
Boss BritSimon,
I greet you once again and thanks so much for your directions.
At long last our much awaited required documents are ready today 22nd March for submission to KCC. Case Number is 2019AF8**.
I want to kindly find out if it is okay to ask KCC to unlock the DS260 for entering of passports details before submitting the documents OR the submission can be done without unlocking. KCC requested for the documents some time back in January. Thanks
March 22, 2019 at 22:44
You can submit without unlocking.

Have you been asked to send documents yet? Have you sent them?
If not, contact KCC and ask them about when they will ask for your documents.
