Hello,
Thanks a lot for your help, i’m a winner my case number is 2020AF00045xxx.
Can a case number not been scheduled for an interview?
May 14, 2019 at 15:23
Some case numbers can be too high to get an interview. Whether yours is too high or not, I don’t know. It is too early to know.

May 14, 2019 at 19:55
Hello Brit
is it a major issue where double entry letters error aplies on your documents.
example, Dennis and Denis.?
May 14, 2019 at 20:30
The solution is to make sure it is correct in the DS260.
May 14, 2019 at 20:00
Hi Brit,
What does actually means “current” in VB? is it mean all the selected applicants will get visa number and ready for 2NL delivery? or still processing previous month of applications?
May 14, 2019 at 21:30
Hi Brit thank you for your effort can i marry after taking lottery visa?
May 14, 2019 at 21:45
Yes, but I assume you are saying once you get to the USA.
May 15, 2019 at 02:01
No before getting to usa
May 15, 2019 at 03:58
Sheesh. Yes you can do that then sponsor her once you arrive in the USA. It will take 2 years.
May 14, 2019 at 21:53
During the initial entry, my day and month of birth were interchanged, I however completed the ds260 with the correct information. The problem now is that, when I call or write to kcc, I do not know which of the dates to give?
May 15, 2019 at 03:15
Try.
May 14, 2019 at 22:41
Hi,
Can a refugee apply for Diversity Visa?
May 15, 2019 at 03:26
Yes
May 14, 2019 at 23:22
Hello Sir.
I have recently been selected for the DV2020.
But my spouse and I are now worrying ourselves concerning a critical mistake a friend of mine did when he has submitted the
initial eDV form on my behalf without my presence.
In fact, he does mentionned my spouse as part of my entry,
but he did not mentioned none of my four children.
He simple ticked that we have no children.
The truth is that I have four legal and biological children all born after
my wedding whith my legal wife which name has been mentionned in the eDV form.
Although this is a critical error, is there a way to solve this matter ?
I have tried to mention my four children in my DS-260 form by adding them one after onother (whith the usage of the button “add applicant” )
Is this sufficient enough ? Should I contact KCC to express this matter or a US Consulate Officer in my home country ?
I am ready to let the US Consulate Officer carries on all types of investigations
to verify if they are my true and legal children even if he requires a DNA test.
Please Sir, I need your help to solve this matter in other to avoid an eventual visa refusal.
Thanks.
May 15, 2019 at 03:28
You are 100% certain to be disqualified. There is no way to fix it. You would simply be wasting your money to proceed.
May 15, 2019 at 07:49
Please Sir,
let me require your advice one more time.
I read one of your comment concerning a person in my same situation.
You told him that he would have said the truth in his ds 260 form,
because he had two opportunities to tell the truth
concerning his child : ( eVD form and DS 260 form )
May 15, 2019 at 14:23
I was 100% clear. So what is your question?
May 15, 2019 at 17:51
The same thing happened to my mum in 2010. 100% you will be disqualified beleive, but if you have money to waist okay you can go.
May 15, 2019 at 00:02
Hi brit, my ds260 has been processed and i send my documents to kcc on april 2019 however i called kcc and they said they have not received my documents, so i sent them again on may 14th. My question is how long does it take kcc to process documents? My cn is AF23xxx
May 15, 2019 at 03:30
No time at all. Check again in a few days.
May 15, 2019 at 00:15
Hi Simon,
I’m one of the DV lottery winners of this year. I’m concerned about the “proof of finances” during the interview. I have read on google different statements, so I would like to know your opinion.
1. Some people say bank account statement is not officially required based on the website of dvselectee for the dv lottery winners because you’re expected to work in the US, because the green card grants you a work/living permit in the US. Someone said even when showed the bank account, the officier said he doesnt need it because he is expected to work in the US.
2. Some others say you must take a bank account statement of actual savings and annual transactions, even if its not written in the required doc, because you should prove you wont be a public charge in the US, and as based of district of colummbia , about $16900 should be presented as money or assets.
3. Some say, every document you take on the interview, the offficer will want to represent to him because you must represent the papers you have with you even if he is not interested to know at first.
I’m confused, whats the right thing to do, whats your opinion
May 15, 2019 at 03:32
Forget what “some say”.

May 15, 2019 at 00:57
Hello Brit thanks very much for your insieghtful thought that always guarding us pleas I have a case number AF2020XXX55526 Can I process this sir
May 15, 2019 at 03:47
It is too early to know for sure. Don’t submit your DS260 yet.
May 15, 2019 at 01:11
Hi Brit,
Thanks for the great work helping others..!
My case is 2019AS14xxx and I have asked to send docs last April. I have sent docs each in separate file, but I have some combination file extension, some with .pdf and some with .jpg. I noticed on the KCC documents email it said the format should be in .jpeg and .pdf. So is there any problem since I sent it in .jpg instead of .jpeg. Also I forgot to rename the filename of the police record doc. The filename is ‘SKCK myname.jpg’ instead of ‘Police Record myname.jpg’. I hope the filename won’t be a confusion. Until today I dd not receive any confirmation yet whether they are satisifed with the docs. Do you think I need to re-submit with correct extension and filename?
Thanks, Brit!
May 15, 2019 at 03:49
You need to ask KCC if they are satisfied.
May 15, 2019 at 01:31
Hi Brit,
When should i start working for get Affidavit of Support (Form I-134 & tax transcripts) from my friend, after the 2NL received or from right after 1NL received?
May 15, 2019 at 03:52
After the 2NL
May 15, 2019 at 04:32
How long of gap between the 2NL and interview can be? because I-134 has taking a much longer time to process right?
May 15, 2019 at 04:36
It takes a few minutes for the I134. The gap is about 6 weeks.
May 15, 2019 at 01:40
Hello Brit,
1- When i was applying for lottery back in October, I’ve wrote a mailing address (Egypt) which was different from my present address that time (Saudi Arabia). There will be any issues because of that?
2- What’s your advice about filling the DS-260 form now, shall i write the same as i wrote before in the first application or i write my present address?
Thanks in advance,
May 15, 2019 at 03:52
1. No
2. The truth.
May 15, 2019 at 02:01
Hi Brit, thank you so much for creating such a great source!
I just found out that my husband was selected in the Green Card Lottery, and we have both completed and submitted the DS-260 form. However, we are already currently in the US (both are on F1 status) and so I was wondering about the process details/time for us since we are already present in the US.
May 15, 2019 at 03:57
Read the lottery guide above. If you are DV2020 you have lots of time to learn.
May 15, 2019 at 03:31
Thank you for this wonderful resource. I just wanted to check; I have completed and submitted the DS-260 after being selected for the next round of processing for 2020 and received a confirmation email. The email says:
‘All Diversity Visa applicants must:
1. Obtain required supporting civil documents.
2. Obtain photographs that meet the Department of State’s visa requirements.
You do not need to submit any documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center. The KCC will review your application and will notify you if any of the information you have provided is insufficient or incomplete.’
My understanding of this is that they are asking me to have the documentation prepared but it does not need to be sent yet and the DS-260 is complete for the time being so until they contact me again I don’t have anything to organise? I was nervous that the application might be incomplete until some supporting documents are received.
I also wanted to clarify if I am entering as a single person what would the ‘required supporting civil documents’ be? I assume my passport and birth certificate but would it also include parents birth certificates (and do these have to be originals as I don’t know if I have access to them) or my high school certificate (as again this would have to be reordered from the department of education) or would my university degree surpass this anyway? Would I need any police checks or anything like that yet if I have no previous history?
Thanks!
May 15, 2019 at 04:06
These are all basic questions. Read the guide and the FAQ to learn more before asking, as pretty much everything has been answered.
Also – number questions.
May 15, 2019 at 03:54
I am a green card holder and I filed i130 on January 24 2017 for my wife, I have also completed paid and submitted all required documents thru ceac on November 29 2018. We received the confirmation from Nvc stating all required documents were accepted and they are documentary qualified on December 12 2018. today is may 12th 2019 and we have not received interview letter for spousal visa. my category is F2A. Every time we call Nvc and they give only one answer that the visa application is in queue awaiting an interview appointment to become available. can you help me with more information what to do next??
May 15, 2019 at 04:03
I only advise on DV cases.
May 15, 2019 at 04:33
Hi Brit,
My case number 2019AF41×××
The case number you entered does not match the case number that you entered at Sign In.
the above error appeared when i want to sign my DS260, but in fact the case number i enterd is same as the one i signed in, and I removed the leading zeros (2019AF41×××) . what should i do ?
May 15, 2019 at 04:36
Slow down and follow instructions.
May 15, 2019 at 17:34
Sir,
Generally if the website tells someone that it means the information entered during the registration are different from what enter now.
People should remember information they putted while entering DV.
Kindly

May 15, 2019 at 05:40
hi sir my case on Ap…..because the co want general background checking about my educational documents…..so is that possible ….they finish checking until september 30?….All my orginal documents and copy are with them …i don’t know why they want background checking and am sure 100% my documents are genuine and vertify by govermental institution like foreign affairs
May 15, 2019 at 13:55
I can’t predict how long AP takes. But if it cannot be cleared by September 30, your case cannot be approved.
May 15, 2019 at 06:36
hi Simon, sorry to bother you again.
I already got my interview appointment letter (Asia DV-2019). The Interview date is very inconvenient for me. I’ve read in the interview guide that i download from the embassy website that i could notify this to them through email and reschedule. i emailed them a few times, but their answer were for me to contact them by end of June. which is way pass my interview date.
desperate for answers, i called the embassy and ask the consular people. one of them told me that, she understands my position and she said to not be worry. if i can’t come, they will just mark me as “no show”, and i will not loose my chance to get my Visa. at the end of June i should email the embassy and request another date for an interview (in my case the soonest is August).
is this true? i won’t loose my chance even though i didn’t come for my interview?
thank you for your help
May 15, 2019 at 14:01
You will lose the visa that is allocated to your case. Once you interview the embassy will have to go to KCC and ask if there are any visas left to allocate one to your case. That obviously creates a risk and you could mess the whole thing up.
May 27, 2019 at 01:31
hi Simon,
just want to give you an update on my case. the embassy has accepted my request for reschedule. they advised me to get interview appointment in July (not august). i already sent a request email to them and waiting for a reply. finger crossed, i hope it’ll be soon.
May 15, 2019 at 06:55
Hi I lost my confirmation number dv lottery how can I get it thanks
May 15, 2019 at 14:02

May 15, 2019 at 07:16
Hey Brit I got some problem my case number is af21xxx I submit already 260 but I didn’t receive notification on my email please help me
May 15, 2019 at 14:05
YEAR???
Have you submitted documents?
May 15, 2019 at 13:42
Hi Brit, this is just a quick update on my case. My case is still stuck on READY and it’s been more than half a year since my interview, in fact, June 7 would be exactly 7 months since I was interviewed. My passport is still with the consulate. They have been absolutely no feedback or whatsoever from the consulate. My mails to ustraveldocs have always received feedback that suggest that they do not have any information on my case, I should be patient and wait.
Now my question is,
1. With all regions going current in the July VB, what could be the probable impact on my case?
2. If there was anything gravely wrong with my application why haven’t they gotten back to me or even right away deny my application? What have been the most likely outcomes of cases like mine considering where I come from, AF region(GH).
I believe any relevant checks on my case should have been completed by now. I have never traveled outside the country, I have no links or ties to any organization or individual with any extremist ties or whatsoever. This has become ridiculously unbelievable to believe.
If anyone has any input on any of the questions I have raised above, I would appreciate them Thanks
May 15, 2019 at 17:30
1. Doesn’t directly affect it, but of course when your AP completes, if they decide to approve your case they have to ask KCC for a visa to be allocated.
2. Ghana sees a majority of cases refused. There are three possible outcomes (issued, refused, or AP never finishes. I cannot predict the outcome in your case.
I suggest you contact the embassy.

Hello Brit
My case number is 52xxx from EAST African there’s some chance?

Hi Brit,
My case No AF39 , Since I resent my documents as requested by KCC on the 18th of April , on the 19th of April , I received a mail from KCC that my DS260 was valid and that I have provided KCC with the required documentation but since then I have not received an appointment letter or 2NL and I don’t know what to do . Please advise me I really need your help
May 15, 2019 at 17:35
Already asked and answered today.
May 15, 2019 at 14:50
Hello I would like to ask 2 questions.
1. For how long is valid DV Visa after is issued? Basically how much time do we have before we have to enter US?
2. If we are expecting a baby and we have an interview and the baby is still not born, but we want to have the baby in our home country, is it possible after that to get a visa for it as well?
Thank you in advance!
May 15, 2019 at 17:35
1. Medical date plus 6 months.
2. Yes. Read the FAQ.
May 15, 2019 at 14:56
Brit I really sorry for bothering you alot of times with my questions , it’s cuz you don’t reply to my questions, please I’m sorry but I need your help
May 15, 2019 at 17:34
I do reply – you just don’t seem to bother checking, then you repeat the question, and yes that is annoying. So – read my replies, read the articles I post and stop repeating questions I have already answered.

Dear Brit
To be honest what u do hear is something extraordinary that can’t be leaved without appreciation so thank u first.
My question is iv been selected in dv2019 with a case number AF28xxx but three Month ago I have been asked to submit my documents then I did. But yesterday I heard case number near me has been scheduled for interview. So when I write to kcc why my case is delayed, they send me back saying in order to be scheduled u need to send documents to the kcc. Which I did before.
1 do u have any clue about this kinds of cases?
2 what will u recommend me to do from now on?
Tnx once again.
May 15, 2019 at 17:37
1. Yes
2. Send the documents again, then after a few days check with KCC that they are satisfied with your documents.
May 15, 2019 at 15:58
Hello Brit,
My friend has case number 2020AS5XXX , is it good idea to fill DS260 in couple of months or better to hold for sometimes and fill out form. Since, i am hearing high case number for AS region for 2020.Similarly, my friend is married and has included his spouse during initial entry, Does he need to fill separate DS 260 for each case?
Thanks
May 15, 2019 at 17:55
1. That number will be current after the first 2 or 3 months. So – if you want an early interview, submit in the next month or so.
2. Yes – one DS260 per person.
May 15, 2019 at 17:32
Hello . I has message Record since 2 week. My case is AF 40xxx. Can I get the 2nl for July?
May 15, 2019 at 19:20
Possibly.
May 15, 2019 at 17:43
Hi,
I’ve been reading your posts and comments in the recent period. Wanted to say that they are really helpful 🙂 Thanks for this blog.
So, just to clarify. If my Case Number (DV2019) is EU28XXX and if all are CURRENT for July, does that mean that the interview will be scheduled for July?
And do I choose my convenient time for the interview or they randomly schedule one for me?
Thanks in advance.
May 15, 2019 at 19:21
They will schedule as many cases as they can for July, some will slip to August. To be scheduled the case must have the DS260 processed AND the documents submitted to KCC.
You are allocated the time by KCC.
May 18, 2019 at 13:55
Thank you for the answer.
I submitted DS260 last year in May, but I did not send any documents. Are there ones that I should have sent with DS260? I’m hearing it the first time :/
May 18, 2019 at 13:59
I did not hear from KCC since I submitted my DS-260 form, and did not get any email on instructions of how to submit supporting documents.

Hello Brit,
For Adjustment of status for DV 2020, shall I submit DS 260 earlier like next month or wait and submit it when the case number becomes current?
May 16, 2019 at 04:22
Wait until later
May 15, 2019 at 18:03
Brit ,
I was going through Visa bulletin for 2019. The same case was current after April and similarly there was cutoff for certain countries. My friend is in US so he is planning to do AOS. Is it necessary to fill DS 260.
May 15, 2019 at 19:33
No DV2020 case needs to rush the DS260. AOS cases should submit it, but only nearer the date when the case will be current.
May 15, 2019 at 19:44
Britt.
It means submitting DS 260 near to visa Bulletin being current for 2020AS5XXX for adjustment of status is good??
Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it.
May 15, 2019 at 19:03
Hello, Brit
I have won the lottery this year have been playing more then 7-8 years
first of all m y case is 2020EU00035***
I never knew before that even if u win u might not get visa
I started to read forums, articles etc to find out an information
and because of that I learned my case # is actually very high
BUT this year people say there are many big case # 50+ even 60+k
so they say it might be a good thing and there are many holes
what do you think about that and if there is a chance for me to get a visa for 2020?
2: question
I submitted the 260 form I thought I read enough material but i think I have made a mistake and need your advice as i am happy I have found your blog which is the most reliable from any other I see
so what I did:
I have a university degree. 5 years
medical university which I submitted ( dentistry)
I didnt submit my High school diploma
now I read that its quite necessary ( i thought that if I graduated from university and got a diploma so apiror I have high school diploma)
just in case I already have sent a request to unclock my 260 to KCC via email
what shall I mention:
I studied in ONE school and never changed it
so all my classes 1-11 is in one school BUT I have 2 certificates
1-9 classes . middle school diploma and 10-11 classes High school diploma
shall I put both of them or high school diploma will be enough?
3 question:
after 5 years of study in university I had to finish 2 years internship
I mentioned my internship a work/practice because I have worked as a dentist during m y internship
Now I have doubts
may be it is . better to mention my internship as a study???/
after internship I got a certificate : specialist
BUT my medical diploma says the following information :
Faculty . -of dentistry
academy qualifications level – specialist
speialty . – dentistry
Qualification – doctor
so as you see is a bit complicated and I am not . quite sure how to submit all of this to the 260 form
and may be the question that I am still confused about
nowadays KCC sends the email to submit scans of the documents itself
my case # is quite high so it might be the next year
so I have to wait their email OR I can send my scans any time?
as far as I understand CURRENT means that all the case numbers who didnt recive the email have a chance to get the visa right?
so all depends how fast will I send the documents right?
so what caan u suggest
try to send the scans when it will be the case numbers 20-30k? or wait till current like this year?
my case # is high and my desire to get visa is so high i need to use any opportunity
I will be so much appreciated for your answer
Iit will mean a lot to me
May 15, 2019 at 19:38
I don’t have time to read this essay and respond to unnumbered questions.
Read this link below, and the FAQ. If questions remain, ask them succinctly.
https://britsimonsays.com/dv2020-basic-questions/
May 15, 2019 at 19:40
yes questions stay i read FAQ
\and there is nothing about my case of education etc
I really need your replied please ((
May 15, 2019 at 19:42
No. You need to read more and then ONLY ask what is necessary. I have written hundreds of pages that I am sure you have not read. Frankly, you are expected to use some simple logic.
May 16, 2019 at 11:26
I thought you reply ton people gibe me the links then I DIDNT FIND answers !!! oin my questionesssss
I DIDNT FIND i was looking trough all your blog and there is non where about medical education
May 16, 2019 at 16:42
Most of the questions should have been answered. REMAINING questions can be asked, but there should be no need for the essay you gave earlier – so re-ask what you need to – but remember to be respectful of my time, I am VERY busy.
May 20, 2019 at 06:57
yes I understand that 🙁
after 5 years of study in university I had to finish 2 years internship
I mentioned my internship a work/practice because I have worked as a dentist during m y internship and in my country internship counts as a work
Now I have doubts
may be it is . better to mention my internship as a study?
one part (practise) as a work and second part (lectures and classes) as a study?
after internship I got a certificate : specialist
BUT my medical diploma says the following information :
Faculty . -of dentistry
academy qualifications level – specialist
speialty . – dentistry
Qualification – doctor
what I have to mention exactly in my ds260? Ive heard if I will mention it wrong . I might have a problem
in degree, diploma or certificate – I have to write just “diploma”?
May 20, 2019 at 13:28
You are overthinking this thing. Just use your own judgement. It is not critical.
May 20, 2019 at 19:44
may be you are right but may be you still get some advice? i really dont want to blow out my chance :(i played almost 10 times and its my first time I actually won and if my case will be available or current that will be very painful to lose a visa cause of this 🙁
May 20, 2019 at 19:47
also one question about touristic visa
I have 10 years visa B1/B2 since 2015
I visited USA in 2016 for 2 weeks and in 2019 (march) for 2 weeks and learned i won green card in may
I have mentioned . all my entries of course
the thing is I am going to visit USA again ( the tickets are ready since april) in June/July
after the visit shall i add this to my 260 form? or it will be okay not to add?
I hope I wont have anhy problem with entering to usa ? since I never broken the rules and have been in usa just 2 times since 2015
May 20, 2019 at 20:16
No need to unlock for that.
June 1, 2019 at 19:58
Brit please help I have been looking everywhere and I still dobnt know what to do with my education in dv260
please can u tell me your thoughts how to fill it please i really been looking everywhere and nothing :”(
– may be it is . better to mention my internship as a study?
one part (practise) as a work (but I wasnt paid just it count in my country as a work already ) and second part (lectures and classes) as a study?
after internship I got a certificate : specialist
BUT my medical diploma says the following information :
Faculty . -of dentistry
academy qualifications level – specialist
speialty . – dentistry
Qualification – doctor
the form has to be from the HIGHEST to lowest
university then school etc
but internship was after uni can i put internship as highest or i can add it after university?

I told you what to do, and I told you not to overthink. You then carried on thinking about a triviality. You are responsible for your own answers, and I can’t help you further.

I just saw that they added SOCIAL media to the form DV260???
it wasnt before when I filled before to unlock.,…
what do you think about that?
I dont use my real name on my facebook ( I use my mothers surname because i dont want to be found )
so what to do? shall I leave it like this or i have to change it now to my real name?
they say the following:
Select from the list below each social media platform you have used within the last five years. In the space next to the platform’s name, enter the username or handle you have used on that platform
so I have to list every single instagram account i HAVE? and all social media platforms too?
if i wont mention any social media platforms ? will it be bad?
or if i will not list all my social media platforms?
any ideas about that???

“Select from the list below each social media platform you have used within the last five years. In the space next to the platform’s name, enter the username or handle you have used on that platform”
Do that. Exactly that. Nothing more, nothing less.
This process really is about following simple instructions.

Hi Simon,
First of all, many thanks for such a tedious job explaining all the DV process!
I wish I had more patience prior submitting my ds260 form.
Anyhow, wanted to ask for your opinion regarding the following:
Me and my wife are from Russia. And we have patronymics in our names. When submitting DV entries we had used simply Family name and Given name. But, when submitting ds260 we had made, what I believe, was a terrible decision to put patronymics as well. I think, it worth mentioning that in our passports there are no patronymics in Latin letters but only in Cyrillic.
Now I’m worried that it might cause our case being disqualified at the stage of processing in KCC. Do you think that it would make sense to contact KCC and try to explain them the situation? Or should we just wait and hope for the best?
Thanks in advance!

KCC don’t disqualify cases. Not ever. However, if yiou want to change it you can contact KCC and ask them to unlock.

3. I am about to change my current company in next 3 month; suggest me way forward to prevent from any negative impact on my VISA.

5. I stayed in Germany for 358 Days (i.e less than 12 months); do I need to seek “police clearance certificate from Germany”?

May 15, 2019 at 22:51
Hi! BV now is current so I wonder if there is no difference between higher case numbers and lower case numbers. It depends how fast you submit your Ds260
right? Thank you!
May 16, 2019 at 04:16
For DV2019 all regions are current, so the number doesn’t matte.
May 16, 2019 at 00:57
Hi Brit,
Do we receives instructions from KCC via email before the 2NL received? because US government clearly indicates we do not received interview call until submit all the required documents to KCC and after review they send the appointment details. so that’s means we ask to send required documents first if we selects for interview right?
May 16, 2019 at 04:18
You will be asked, BUT for DV2019 case I suggest submitted whether asked or not.
May 16, 2019 at 07:03
Hi Brit,
From reference – https://britsimonsays.com/kcc-using-new-document-procedure-in-some-cases/comment-page-2/
Regarding DV2020.
In here, you have clearly mention you are not recommending the send documents to KCC before they asked. but if they did not asked, when we will need to be send documents to the KCC? do we need to add all our interview day documents (I184, educational certificates, work experiences etc.) or just only what they asked (birth certificates, passport copy and clearance reports).
Thank You.
May 16, 2019 at 14:00
That is an old article. I have written other articles and MANY times said submit documents even without being asked.
ONLY submit the documents they list.

May 16, 2019 at 05:12
Hello Brit,
I had submitted my question couple of days back but didn’t receive a respond so re submitting.
My wife was born in eligible country and taking her chargebility I had submitted DV lottery form and got selected.
My questions are:
1.We have not updated our marriage status in our passport will this be an issue. As marriage proof I have legal marriage certificate.
2. I am 7years experience in IT and after talking to my current employer I will have a job once I land in USA so should I still need to submit I-134 or any other bank balance. I would be submitting my experience letter for interview
3. My confirmation no. Is AS45XXX. By when should I expect for my interview to get scheduled as my interview country will be India .
I am planning to submit my form by 20th May 2019.
Thanks in advance
May 16, 2019 at 05:33
is youn cn AS45** or AS45***
May 16, 2019 at 13:53
You did receive a response, you just didn’t bother reading.
https://britsimonsays.com/marital-status-and-the-dv-lottery/comment-page-5/#comment-180654
2. Get a formal letter from the US based employer, and that would suffice.
3. Do you really mean AS 45XXX – that means AS 45000 range.
May 16, 2019 at 05:36
Hi Guys,
If the spouse of principal applicant has the wrong year of birth in the Entry Form and they put the correct one in DS-260, does this mistake disqualify their DV visa during the interview?
May 16, 2019 at 13:56
Not normally. Read the FAQ.
May 16, 2019 at 06:03
Hi Brit. l am dv2019 lottery winner, CN 2019EU29***, submitted doc without kcc invited me to send them, and haven’t received reply yet. My concern is next: my spouse attended Faculty but haven’t finished it, so in DS260 l listed in the education section only High School diploma. Is it a big mistake if l just left that out? Should l unlock ds and add Faculty but without diploma? Or it is too late for doing that? And just to wait and see
Many thanks for replying
May 16, 2019 at 13:57
Contact KCC and see if they are satisfied with your documents.
No need to change the DS260.
