Hello sir
I’m living in a region which is inside a country and I’m exactly living in the capital of my region and there is a U.S general consulate, ofc the the country my region is in has a capital too which has a U.S embassy. There was only the U.S embassy in the ds-260 form which is very far from my city and has lots of covid-19 cases and is not safe so i selected it to ask kcc to change it for me later. I emailed kcc but forgot to put the date of birth so they replied with this:
Thank you for your inquiry.
For security purposes, KCC cannot reveal any information regarding your case if you cannot provide all the required information. Please provide the Principal Applicant’s information listed below.
. ……..
Then they said that
The DV interviewing Post for my country is the embassy that is in the capital of the country. And
You can find the website for that U.S. Embassy or Consulate, which will include information such as the address and hours of operation, via the http://www.usembassy.gov website. Click on the map there to find a list of links to websites for individual embassies and consulates.
Does it mean that i can’t change the interview location?
Should i ask them again?
I’m sorry if it’s too long i didn’t know a better way to explain it. And i hope what i wrote is understandable.
Thank you in advance
July 24, 2020 at 03:53
It means you have to give correct information to identify yourself.
July 24, 2020 at 02:57
Hi Simon, DV 2021OC22XX, what does the email from KCC look like.
July 24, 2020 at 03:52
What email?
July 24, 2020 at 22:42
Hi Simon! Hope you are doing well !
I am a dv21 winner. I have submitted the ds260 a month ago but while reviewing I find out that was a question “ Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years?” and the answer disappeared. I am sure that I have filled in this question.
I talked to a visa consultant and she said that this happens with this question but it’s ok because if it was forgotten the system do not allow you to submit the form.
Anyway I am worried . Do you think I have to unlock the form and try to fill in again?
July 25, 2020 at 02:15
If the form is accurate (i.e. no travel) then you are fine.
July 25, 2020 at 06:36
In fact I have traveled in several countries
July 25, 2020 at 18:44
So you should unlock and correct the form.
July 28, 2020 at 11:40
Hi. I just want to make sure this specific question only pertains to travel for work/education/training? That is how I understood it. Not for leisure travel.
July 28, 2020 at 19:54
You should read the question within the context of the form.
July 25, 2020 at 17:01
Hello Ina!
This happened to me and my wife when we filled the DS260. I don’t know why but it’s so confusing to see information disappearing for no reason. And we are 100% sure we filled it out and saved it and we have even printed out the application and it is registered in the printed copy of the DS260
July 25, 2020 at 19:38
Did you unlocked the form? If yes was it correct in the second attempt?
July 25, 2020 at 22:45
Hello Ina! Thankfully I discovered that in the revision before I submit the application. I made sure that everything is correct and then I submitted the application. Good luck
July 26, 2020 at 02:42

Can i get visa or u have a big risk or little? please suggest me
July 26, 2020 at 14:02
Just make sure your name is accurate on the DS260.
July 24, 2020 at 03:03
Hello Brit, thanks for your last video. This is Leandro from Uruguay again (dv2020). Let’s keep fingers crossed till next week, and hope we get a TRO!
I wanted to ask you a question. As you know, I live in a very small country with just a few lottery winners… actually I think there is only a couple of us still following the process… In a country like this I would think, if we get a TRO, all selectees that submitted their ds260 are probably going to get an interview, do you think the same? Whats your opinion about it?
Otherwise I might join Mandamus 2.0 just to make sure…
Thanks for your advise.
Regards. LJ from UY.
July 24, 2020 at 03:51
It’s not just about the country – it’s a question of whether your documents are processed, how much time we get for scheduling, whether your embassy is open.
July 24, 2020 at 10:52
All right. My docs are ready for scheduling, and embassy will be working normally from August 1st onwards. So, If we get the TRO next week, do you think the possibility of getting an interview is high? Thanks!
July 24, 2020 at 13:27
“High” – no. There is “some” chance, but time is running short. As far as KCC is concerned, it may be hard/impossible to schedule interviews.
July 24, 2020 at 05:48
Good morning Sir , could a friend who live in USA call KCC to ask about the process of my apllication if i give him the details of the needed information or it is not allowed only the principal should make a call ?
Thank you Sir
July 24, 2020 at 13:15
Anyone can call KCC
July 24, 2020 at 06:57
Hi brit, hope you are doing well by His grace. I’m a winner of the dv lottery 2021, my CASE number is 2021AF00015XXX. I have two worries;
1 – i mistakenly added a derivative twice ( SAME CHILD’S NAME TWO TIME)? This my child which is just a month old. I tried to delete one of her names to no avail, would this be a problem?
2 – I have 6 derivatives and i would be financially unable to produce their passports and pay their visa fees now, i wish to know whether i can fill the ds260 for me alone now and do theirs later when i must have been in the US?. This because i think filling for them now means they need passports and i would have to pay their visa fees.
thanks in advance MR.Brit God the almighty is going to reward you for us.

Hey Brit. Hope your family and you are doing ok. Suppose there is a second draw of dvlottery 2021 and I win it. Since the visa won’t be guaranteed will I be able to apply in October for dvlottery 2022 or is it against the law?
July 24, 2020 at 13:19
Anyone can apply.
July 24, 2020 at 08:37
Dear Brits,
Regarding employment history on ds260. I worked in a business back in 2015. The business is closed now. No phone number no supervisor in touch and so on. Do you think it is important to include this work history too? I can’t obtain Work verification too.
July 24, 2020 at 13:20
Include it, yes. Honesty is important.
July 24, 2020 at 08:43
Good evening /dear
When will the presidential order 22/6 be suspended by the US Supreme Court?
July 24, 2020 at 13:20
I don’t know.
July 24, 2020 at 08:55
Can kcc disqualify your case?
July 24, 2020 at 13:21
No
July 24, 2020 at 09:40
Hi Brit. Pls help me out, I’m a winner of 2021AF53###low the passports I played with is getting expired this month and I put in for a new one so I can filled out the Ds260. Will there be a problem in the future. thanks
July 24, 2020 at 13:24
No problem. But you will need to show proof of the old passport.
July 24, 2020 at 12:44
Dear Simon
thank you for the great blog,
I have 2 questions, hope you can answer
I do not have any permanent address in the USA, so what should I answer for that question in the DS 260? Clearly we have to enter an address since you cannot move from that page unless you do.
July 24, 2020 at 13:34
You need to provide the address of someone who you could trust to receive your Greencard.
July 24, 2020 at 13:09
Hi Brit,
I’m DV2021 lottery winner.I submitted my ds260.My question is if I couldn’t get my gc visa can I get h2b/f1/j1 visa in future ?
Regards.
July 24, 2020 at 13:35
The DS260 submission would be a negative factor in future non immigrant visa applications.
July 24, 2020 at 15:04
Dear Simon,
I am a DV winner of EDV 2021and I am yet to submit my ds260. My case no. is 2021AS00006***, is this the higher number or the decent one ? Until when do I need to submit my ds260? Another thing I want to know is what are the chances of EDV 2021 winners ? Do we have the same chances as of EDV 2020 selectees or can we be more hopeful than them ?
July 24, 2020 at 15:37
Submit when you want, your number is fine.
As for what will happen – I can’t predict the future.
July 24, 2020 at 17:04
Hi Mr Brit, I’m a dv2021 winner and my case number is AF00000333** and is it a high number and can I start process now or September?
July 24, 2020 at 18:49
You can start when you want – but your case won’t be interviewed until you are current.
The number is not bad.
July 24, 2020 at 17:12
Hello Mr. Brit
I hope you and your family are doing great.
I want to know your advice about my situation. I’m a 2020 year selectee, my case is EU 35*** and I submitted Ds-260 on October but didn’t get any 2NL yet. I didn’t send any documents to Kcc since i didn’t get an email from them. When I sent an email about asking whether my ds-260 processed I got reply like it was processed and you should have been received or will receive very soon about sending documents. So my questions are:
1.What do you think I still have hope getting 2NL and about an interview?
2. If yes should I find sponsor for me or is it ok without them as well?
3. It would be better if I had sent my documents without getting an email from them?
Thank you in advance. Good luck
July 24, 2020 at 18:52
Unfortunately you have ruined your chance, although there was already a huge risk because of the pandemic and the immigrant band. I have been telling people for about 6 months now to submit documents. Because you haven’t done that, there is no way to get interviewed, even if the ban is removed. There just isn’t enough time.
July 25, 2020 at 17:10
What about if I send it now? Is there any hope yet? 🙁 Please help me I had bad connection for months so I probably couldn’t check your posts
July 25, 2020 at 19:23
Again. There is NO hope.
July 24, 2020 at 21:31
Good day Simon,
I’ve heard from some sources that in just a few weeks time, the president will sign the bill regarding merit based immigration. If that happens, the DV program will be interrupted/cancelled (probably, I’m not sure). I’m DV2021 + certain that I have a pretty low case number and have not submitted my DS260 yet as I was waiting for more time to pass to see the situation (travel ban, election etc.). However with with the signing of the bill, is there a chance that they won’t accept DS260 submissions, processing etc. anymore if what I heard is even true? I wanted to verify this with you because if the news is certain, I don’t want to lose my chance.
Thanks
July 24, 2020 at 21:43
You are going to have to learn that Trump talks about doing things he can’t do. So – the whole thing is nonsense and I don’t spend time talking about things that haven’t happened.
July 24, 2020 at 22:32
I understand your point and have read the same reply from your side on many other comments. However, my concern is about a statement that says “only the people who have submitted the DS260 will continue their process” if and only if the bill somehow turns into a law. In that case, my chance will be lost. So my question is: Do I submit the form anyways incase what I heard is true? Ofcourse, that’s why I wanted your verification also if you’ve heard such a thing.
I hope you understand my point, and many thanks for your reply.
July 25, 2020 at 09:19
Hi,
I am kind of worried about the same thing. Another stumbling block I was thinking of is the potential USCIS furlough are they connected with KCC? Simon, do you know how that would impact DV?
July 25, 2020 at 18:50
No impact at all.
July 25, 2020 at 00:49
Hi Brit, My sister won the lottery and she played single but now she is pregnant and she has not yet gone medical nor interview. We are a bit worried as to whether she been pregnant now will affect the outcome of the process like leading to her been denied a visa. Documents and criteria wise, she has everything. Thank you
July 25, 2020 at 02:13
Doesn’t matter at all.
July 25, 2020 at 06:35
Hi, Brit. First of all Thanks for what you are doing here )) Just got through your page and understand that i got all my questions answered so just want to thank!
And wish Good luck to all winners!
July 25, 2020 at 18:43
Best of luck!
July 25, 2020 at 08:48
Dear Mr. Simon,
How true is the fact that after filing DS-260 it is almost impossible to receive travel visa? We are DV-2021 winners and haven’t filed DS-260 yet because of situation. We don’t want to lose travel opportunity if DV-2021 will be canceled/goes wrong way
July 25, 2020 at 18:49
It is not “almost impossible”, but yes that is a factor that would be taken into account in any future non immigrant visa application. So – for that reason you should know how good your case number is, and don’t rush to submit the DS260 unless the number is very low.

Interesting statistics for JUNE 2020 on the number of issued DV1, DV2, and DV3 from travel.state site:
DV1 – 7 visa issued; Australia, Mauriticus, Slovakia, Ukrain
DV2 – 2 ” ; Mauritius, Ukrain
DV3 – 1 ” ; Ukrain
Simon, do you have any idea how it is possible that despite all possible bans and closed embassies, visas is issued for DV 1.
Visas were also issued for April and May, but these were some “special circumstances” and they were DV 2 visas …
Who is crazy here ….. :/

Oli Why you write Ukraine (first letter) name with lower case? Its a country name and first letter should be with upper case. Its a disrespect for the country name. Please correct it next time.
July 25, 2020 at 19:09
Putin, particularly MUCH more than I,hasn’t shown any respect to ukraine either
Why have a go at me and direct your energies towards Putin? Im sure you can crush him…LOL
With your overall reaction and response (unwarranted might I add) I only have schedenfreude towards you and your case…LOL
You making yourself look like a jerk…keep amusing us here…we need a lot of laughter, particularly over your case?
Its a shame you aren’t “an amazing human being” yourself … LOL again, and its amazing how you can lick for your own benefit – typical human trait

You are very agressive like a pitbull. Now I am absolutely sure that you have a mental disorder or maybe you are obsessed about political news too much. As a psychotherapist with 10 years experience I suggest you to take medical help but I don’t wanna decent to your ethic level its too down. And don’t forget psychotherapy please this is what you really need right now.
July 26, 2020 at 09:19

Keep up the humour
We need humour in this pandemic for healing rather than psychotherapy
Let me get my ramin noodles from wagamama in the meantime
July 25, 2020 at 19:24
Ramin – don’t be silly.
July 25, 2020 at 15:07
Maybe my reaction was a little quick (“who is crazy here”) when I saw the statistics, obviously then there is some way to issue DV visas, that there are exceptions and no one talks about them, I did not find an exact list of exceptions anywhere, there is only some information that they are for health professionals but it is not specifically written anywhere, and I may be wrong, but some exceptions were only added in July.
July 25, 2020 at 19:17
They were re-issued visas that had expired. Some embassies are saying they will not do that, and some are obviously doing it. So – I contacted both sets of lawyers who are working on the class action suits and made sure they had this proof of the unequal treatment. This will hopefully be clarified by the lawsuits.
Also Ukraine has notified several cases this week that they can get visas re-issued.
July 25, 2020 at 19:43
Can you share the link on that info about June DV visa issuance? I didn’t clearly understand what you meant, when you talked about DV1, DV2 etc.

Hello Brit.
Regarding DV2021.
If you have to renew your passport after having submitted DS-260 and have gotten the documents ready email on the old passport, what is the process?
I understand you unlock your DS-260 and just update with the new passport number but after that, should you receive a new Documents Required email and a new Document Received email?
Thank you for helping.
July 25, 2020 at 19:20
If needed you can resubmit the whole set of documents, but be sure to provide OLD and NEW passports.
July 26, 2020 at 07:17
Thanks Brit. My passport doesn’t expire until Mars 2021, and my case number is EU 13k.It takes about 10 days to renew a passport in my country.
I have already the documents “ready” email, Do I need to renew my passport now and update the form?
July 26, 2020 at 14:12
Yes, and update the documents. OR just take old and new to the interview.
July 25, 2020 at 16:04
Follow up question;
If there is a new Further Documents Required email, would I have to submit all the prior documents again as well or just the New Passport PDF file?
July 25, 2020 at 18:56
Hello dear Simon. I want to say you thank you very much for everything you are doing for the people for us for everyone who needs help advice and etc. I don’t know another person in this planet who can do what you are doing right now for us for all dv winners. Most amazing is you are allways reply and allways interested in our issues regarding DV lottery and its great. I know a lot of people who lives in USA and before I found your website I asked them couple of questions but some did not answer and some even did not try to help but you are special. You can not imagine the feeling when you know that there is a person who helps you even don’t know anything about you just help. Even for one simple advice lawyers charge bunch of money but you are just helping. Thank you very much for everything. We really need you and appreciate all your deeds. You are an amazing human being.
July 25, 2020 at 19:01
Hi please when talk of vey low number. Is 3500 low?
July 25, 2020 at 19:26
The number is meaningless without year and region.
July 25, 2020 at 19:15
Hello Mr. Simon.
I have a question in regards to winners that are already living in the US. I won the lottery for the 2021, and I am living in the USA as a F1 student currently doing OPT with and EAD card. I will like to know what is my next step to do an adjustment of status. I am not sure if I have to fill the DS260, because I know that my case will go directly to USCIS. Can you please summarize the timeline for adjustment of status cases. I do know that I have to pay the Diversity visa fee and the adjustment fee. However, I am not sure what my next step is.
Thank you,
Luis
July 25, 2020 at 19:29
The thread below has detailed info on the whole DV AOS process. There is a linked spreadsheet from the first post make sure you read that. Then, later, ONCE YOU HAVE STUDIED the spreadsheet – you can ask “Sm1smom” questions.
July 26, 2020 at 04:36
Thank you so much for answering. I went and checked the spreadsheet and it is absolutely incredible. It got most of my questions answered. Now I am a little bit worried about my case number, and I will you to tell me what do you think about it.
Case number: 2021SA30XX
July 26, 2020 at 14:03
It’s high. But it is too soon to know if you will get a chance or not.
July 25, 2020 at 19:17
Hello Simon! Hope you are doing well !
I am a dv21 winner. I have submitted the ds260 but i have a doubt about the question “ Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years?”
since is in the section related work/education we have to report only our travel for work/education or we have to report also travels for vacation? thanks in advance
July 25, 2020 at 19:27
Just answer the question as you see it – without trying to guess what it is referring to.
July 25, 2020 at 19:37
Hi Simon. I won DV 2021, I already sent my ds-260 and the requested documents by mail. I have a complete high school that meets the education requirement. KCC has already confirmed receipt of the documentation.
I am currently finishing a university degree and it surely ends in March I already have a university degree.
So I get 3 questions
1 Is it necessary to request to open ds-260 to update my status?
2 Or did you present it in my interview and said that after sending the documentation I received myself at the university?
3 Why is there another recommendation?
Thank you very much
July 25, 2020 at 22:08
You can choose 1 or 2. Your choice, depending on timing.
July 26, 2020 at 15:12
Simon, first of all God puts you in our ways Thank you!
If you chose option 2 can you disqualify me?
July 26, 2020 at 15:44
Why would I say that was a valid choice if that would cause your disqualification??
July 25, 2020 at 20:56
Hi Simon
I’m legally in the US on L1A visa and was successful in the DV2020. I submitted the AOS docs in March, when my number came up, and was fingerprinted then too.
The trail for my case number has gone cold since then, with no progress since March. As I understand it, my case has to be adjudicated before Sep 30, but it’s unclear if USCIS has the resources.
Do you have suggestions as to how to advance my case. Patience may be the answer, but the clock is running down.
Best,
Robert
July 25, 2020 at 22:04

July 25, 2020 at 21:46
Hi Brit!
is there any hope for dv2020 winners?
if it yes, as you are an analyst , what is percentage do we have?
July 25, 2020 at 22:00
I have explained my thoughts on the various categories of DV2020 selectees. https://britsimonsays.com/update-july-15-2020-about-the-lawsuits/
I won’t put a percentage chance on anything.
July 25, 2020 at 22:59
Hello Britsimon! I really appreciate your efforts and thats why i want keep you informed about everything been told by the KCC. Yesterday I called them to ask if there’s any news in my case since I sent all required documents according to their requesting email. I been talking to a very gentleman his name is Chris as I remember. Anyhow he was so clear about the first visa bulletin and the first interview. According to him the first visa bulletin will be published in October or November as the first interview will be made in January 2021 for dv lottery 2021 winners. He was so clear and sound sure about that. I’m just sharing my experience with you and with everyone who is following your plog.
Best of luck for everyone.
July 26, 2020 at 13:59
That is partially correct.
If the ban remains in place, interviews won’t start until January.
The VB concerning January interviews is published in November.
The VBs are published each month, regardless of what is happening to DV lottery.
July 26, 2020 at 14:13
Yah, that’s correct. Wish you a good day.
July 26, 2020 at 00:22
Hello Simon, sorry to bother you again.
DV Case number: 2021AF00038XXX
I forgot to ask you a few more questions.
1) Is the case number 2021AF00038XXX a high number? In “normal” fiscal year would that case number be current?
2) If you went to University but dropped out after a few years should you chose the option “UNIVERSITY, NO DEGREE” or “HIGH SCHOOL, DIPLOMA” on the “Highest level of education completed?
3) Checking the box that asks if the job requires 2 years of experience declares that your qualifications is work experience even if you have education qualification?
Appreciate all you do to help! Thank you.
July 26, 2020 at 14:00
1. It’s ok.
2. Either is OK.
3. It’s just a simple question about the job, not about you.

Sounds like you didn’t read it at all.
It doesn’t matter what job is performed.

Hi Simon,
I am a DV2021 selectee with case number AF8XXX. We have not filled the DS260 yet but planning to complete it before the end of July 2020.
1- Is there a problem with this?
2- Would this delay our interview if the VB for our case number is out?
Thanks much, mate.
July 26, 2020 at 08:07
Which country
July 26, 2020 at 14:02
1. No
2. Doesn’t matter.

What happens If I apply for the next lottery application period (October 2020) as a single person and get married before the drawing(May 2021) am I able to then add my spouse if my entry is selected?
July 26, 2020 at 14:03
Yes
July 26, 2020 at 18:31
At what point is the cutoff to add a spouse after the drawing if selected?
July 26, 2020 at 20:18
There is no defined cutoff. Obviously doing it as early as possible is wise.

Hello Brit. Im dv2021 winner 6***, from albania. Is it a good number? And,the email from kcc, they send it in one of the emails i puted on the ds260?
July 26, 2020 at 11:22
How long did it take that they send you the instruction email????
July 26, 2020 at 14:12
Yes & Yes
July 26, 2020 at 08:55
Hi Simon, I’m probably over thinking this but I wanted to check with you whether I’m going to have a problem… Firstly, I’m OC1xx, DV2021. DS260 and documents submitted, and ready for scheduling email received.
I declared all the email addresses and social media that I remembered having, but in the weeks since submission I’ve realized that I missed some. They fall in to three categories:
1. Very old accounts which I haven’t used in years (some were used only a handful of times, then left abandoned), and in some cases which have been deleted.
2. Email accounts which I never actually used but which were created by companies which I was providing service to via my employer (i.e. clients giving me an email account so as to allow access to their systems).
In the interest of full disclosure I reopened by DS260, added all that I remember, and resubmitted the DS260.
I’m now worried that the reviewers will look at it and think its suss that there are so many accounts and so little use on them…
Will this be an issue?
How much of a chance to explain it will I get?
Will they be likely to accept an explanation like “I was doing a project with that company for a few weeks and they gave me an email account so I could access their MS SharePoint – I never actually used the email address for email?” (which is the truth of course!)
Thanks again.
July 26, 2020 at 08:58
“They fall in to three categories:”
I mean to say “two” – oops.
July 26, 2020 at 09:18
@C when did you submitted your ds 260
July 26, 2020 at 09:32
@Gideon SARFO-NYANTAKYI
First week of July.
The turn around (including time taken for me to gather and submit all documents) was about three weeks from DS260 submission to ‘ready for scheduling’ email received.
July 26, 2020 at 14:14
Completely overthinking.
July 28, 2020 at 14:58
Thanks Simon. One more question – as I mentioned *prior* to re-opening my DS260 I had progressed to ‘ready for scheduling’. Now that I have re-submitted the DS260 should I expect any correspondence before the 2NL? (i.e. should I be watching for another ‘ready for scheduling’ email?)
July 28, 2020 at 19:58
I don’t know.
July 26, 2020 at 10:57
Hello Simon! I filled Ds-260 form in 10/ July. It is 16 days but I did not receive any email notification for submitting civil documents! Is the processing the Ds-260 delayed too????????????????????
July 26, 2020 at 14:17
Patience.
July 26, 2020 at 13:35
Hi sir,
The one month extension notification mentioned that if you u are not able to travel within the one additonal month, consider waiting until you are able to travel and obtain a new, full validity medical examination and visa.
my visa expire on 24 of Aug and our borders are closed and the us embassy too,if the situation remains like that until 30 of sep, if i m able to travel only after the 30 of sep,can the us embassy
re-issued me new visa,
Thank you
July 26, 2020 at 14:20
You could benefit from the one month extension, if you think that would be enough to allow you to travel.

Hi Brit
I did my medical in February and interview was to be in March but it was cancelled and now the ban. Following your explanation on the one month extension am I eligible to request for reschedule?
July 26, 2020 at 15:11
The extension does not overcome the ban. So – you still need to see if the ban challenge will work, and if it does I would suggest getting a new medical to get your visa validity as long as possible.

Good day again I got this email on July 9, 2020 the KCC.
Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all documentation required by the Kentucky Consular Center and are ready to be scheduled for an interview when your case number becomes current. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.
what does it mean?
July 26, 2020 at 15:44
Exactly what it says.
July 26, 2020 at 16:33
Hello there,
My case no. is 2021AS00006***. Its been 28 days since I submitted my ds 260 and still I haven’t received any email asking for civil documents.
1) Does it really take this long?
2) How many days should I have to wait for the email?
3) Can I send the documents even if I don’t receive the email for a week or so from now ?
July 26, 2020 at 20:24
1. Sometimes – it varies by case.
2. You can contact them if you want – but there is no hurry.
3. Yes
July 26, 2020 at 17:03
Hi SIMON, god bless you for the wonderful help you are giving to us freely, your type are not many in this world, and greatly indeed need these helps.
I’M DV winner with a case number 2021AF15XXX. after filling the ds260 application, i tried to sign and submit but it was not going, i entered my case number as 2021AF15678, yet it did not go. please mr.Brit i need a help.
July 26, 2020 at 20:23
There could be some other reason, for example a male under 26 years old has to click the selective service link before the form will submit.
July 26, 2020 at 17:10
Good mornings Sir ,
Maybe the same question asked frequently but only to not be worry ,
My case number is 2021 AS110xx , I submitted my DS260 on 11 June 2020 ,still waiting for an email from KCC for supporting documents ,as we have read many have received this email , I know every case has its process , pl don’t be disturbed from these questions because really we feel stressed , we highly appreciate what you have been doing for us , God bless your life with your family ,
1_ should I worry about not receiving the email of supporting document , how long will I wait for this email especially it has been long time about 2 months I submitted my DS?
2_ is it inevitable to receive this email from KKC?
3_ should we call KKC to ask about this or no need?
4_ just a question may KCC disregard any case?
Thank you Sir for your help.
July 26, 2020 at 20:22
1. Relax – your case number won’t be ready for MONTHS – so why are you stressing about this???
2. Sort of, but again – you don’t need to do anything right now.
3. No
4. No

Hello!
Is the police certificate only thing that would expire in our documentation that we send? Do all police certs internationally expire after 12 months, or do different countries have different rules? I can’t find anything on the US website or the police websites about expiry, and was thinking that if I wait until September to get them done, then regardless of when the interview falls, I’ll be covered in the full time frame. Is that correct?
Thanks!
July 26, 2020 at 20:20
In some countries other documents may expire. But use some common sense. There is no advantage to having documents 1 year before the interview.
July 26, 2020 at 18:01
Hello Brit
First i hope your doing welll
i am dv 2020 winner europe case number 38k NO CONFIRMATION DOCUMENTS

July 26, 2020 at 20:18
If you mean you have not had your ready for scheduling email, then it is very unlikely.
July 26, 2020 at 19:10

PLEASE HELP ME WITH DETAILS

July 26, 2020 at 21:08
You complete your DS260 with your married marital status BUT do not submit a DS260 for your spouse.
July 27, 2020 at 00:05
Thank you so much Mr simon
My last question is do i let her (spouse) ds260 uncopleted is that ok and cause no problem or there is a way to remove it?
July 27, 2020 at 01:00
I answered that already.
July 26, 2020 at 19:44
Hi Simon
I submitted my ds260 month ago but haven’t sent my documents so far ; because KCC didn’t ask for them . Should I send them or I have to wait?
My case number is 2021AF19***?
July 26, 2020 at 21:07
You should wait a while longer.
