Interviews are scheduled in month batches based on case numbers becoming current according to the visa bulletin. However, regardless of the case number being current or not, no case can be scheduled for interview if the DS260 is not processed.
Initial DS260 processing in DV2015 took around 3 months (May submissions) and as the volume increased (June & July submissions) the processing time increased (more waiting time). So – we saw delays of up to 4 or 5 months in DV2015. By the spring of 2015, that 4 or 5 month delay started to reduce – presumably as the volume of submissions decreased.
DV2016 seems to have started the same way as DV2015 – with most October interviews going to people who submitted in May. Not all cases take the same time to process, so there may be two low case number cases submitted on May 30th for example, one got in to October, one didn’t.
Now – if people need to unlock and make changes to their DS260, some changes are going to cause a delay, some won’t. The differences are pretty much common sense – but let me give some examples:-
- Adding a spouse due to marriage – probably WILL take some reprocessing for background checks on the spouse.
- Adding a newborn child – probably WON’T take some reprocessing since newborn children could not have got into trouble yet!
- Changing the address you plan to move to in the USA – probably WON’T take some reprocessing since you have no history at the US address anyway.
- Adding an address in a country that was not previously listed on your form – probably WILL take some reprocessing for background checks on you in that new country (especially true if that country is some country such as Iran where background checks are not easy).
See what I mean – pretty much common sense – right?
Now – will the reprocessing delay your case? Well if your case is not going to be current for 4 months from now anyway, then there is more than enough time for the changes (even impactful changes) to be processed. So – in that case there will be no delay at all. The reprocessing is done during a period that was a waiting period for you anyway.
If on the other hand you are about to be current and need to add a spouse, that could well cause a delay. However, as I always say, a delay for an accurate DS260 is much better than a denial for an inaccurate DS260.

Hi britsimon,
I’m in AP, I sent an email to consulate (DV 2015), they tell me that my case is under “administrative review” is it the same as “administrative processing”. PS: my case showed as READY and the last update is August 25.
August 31, 2015 at 22:16
Yes that is AP.
AP is unpredictable.
August 31, 2015 at 22:44
Hi Brit,
Firstly, I’d like to thank you for taking time to describe to us some of the issues that might arise after unlocking the form.
I had mine and my wife’s unlocked a few days ago. I submitted the corrected forms the same day and don’t believe the changes were significant enough to cause the delay but there’s one thing that worries me a bit: signing the forms I entered our CN as 2016EU12345 instead of 00012345. The problem is that my on my son’s form (that by the way remained unchanged) it reads 2016EU00012345. Can this cause a problem since, as far as I understand our submission confirmation pages generated new barcodes which are different from our son’s? What’s your opinion on the matter?
Thank you.
August 31, 2015 at 22:50
I’m not sure whether that would cause a problem or not. I doubt it, BUT if you are concerned you should email them again and correct it. Right now they are unlocking within hours of the request. There is no harm in unlocking multiple times.
August 31, 2015 at 23:13
Thank you.
September 1, 2015 at 02:34
Thank you so much for your great work
September 1, 2015 at 03:53
What do you mean by background checks?
September 1, 2015 at 03:56
Security checks.
September 1, 2015 at 04:40
Hey Brit,
I am selected 2016SAXX45X and just now I see I made a mistake in the last US visit (March 2015). We are a family group of 4 and all travel and we stayed only 5 days, and accidentally put 5 years in the form of my husband. What can I do? I unlock the DS260? or it is a problem that could be solved in the interview? I appreciate your help and thank you very much.
September 1, 2015 at 04:51
I answered in the forum.
September 1, 2015 at 05:30
i simons im from nepal bt now im in india for my documentation and i hav interview in 6th oct so when should i hav to go for medical? i it safe if i reached with in sep 18 ?
September 1, 2015 at 05:31
You should ask the physician that question…
September 1, 2015 at 07:57
What is the difference between the DS260 processing/background checks and Administrative Processing after the interview?
September 1, 2015 at 14:58
They don’t release the exact details (for security reasons), but AP checks (if the AP is for additional checks) are most likely more in depth/detailed.
Some additional detail here:-

September 1, 2015 at 08:08
Hello Brit , i hope you are ok
can i make a new passport . and ask them to change the passport number at the interview ?
September 1, 2015 at 14:55
Yes.
September 1, 2015 at 08:14
does a delay have any impacts about High Case Numbers ?
September 1, 2015 at 14:55
Yes. The backlog cases take up some number of the available interview slots each month. This creates a backlog which continued right up to the last month in DV2015. If there was no backlog in those final months (because everyone submitted their forms early as they were supposed to do) there would be additional capacity for interviewing cases.
September 1, 2015 at 08:58
Pl Brit, can i get a sample of a letter sent to KCC to unlock ds260 form
September 1, 2015 at 14:49
Name
Full case number
DOB (mm/dd/yyyy)
Dear KCC
Please unlock my DS260.
Thanks.
September 1, 2015 at 11:54
Hi Simon
1) Is it bad to sign in CEAC site where there is shown DS260 form completed? Actually I did it many times.
2)Does KCC unlock the form without sending email in response? It happened to me. I found my form unlocked while checking DS260 site.
THANKS
September 1, 2015 at 14:42
1. No
2. No, but you might have missed the email (spam folder)
September 1, 2015 at 12:40
Hi Simon
I am now in my origin country for vacation. Me and my family birth certificates in Arabic languages and I translated these certificates in an authorized translator where interview will be held. Now I found in my country option to get birth and marriage certificates in English. Do you think better to get that English certificates or enough for translation. Thanks
September 1, 2015 at 14:41
Translation is enough (and they will be expecting originals in local language plus translations).
September 1, 2015 at 16:21
Hello Sir Brit
I would like to ask one question to you. I opened several time my DS-260 form but i didn’t change anything. is this reason for delay to sending 2nl ? I’m little bit scared. i was submitted my ds260 on may 28 my cn is AS9XX but i didn’t get 2NL could you please tell me what’s going on.
September 1, 2015 at 19:30
You should be scheduled for a November interview. Relax and be patient.
September 1, 2015 at 18:58
Hi Simon,
My case number is 2016as30xx. Should I unlock my form, if the address I plan to live in the usa (the address that greencard will send to) is changed?
Thank you
September 1, 2015 at 19:16
Since you have time, yes I would suggest you do that.
September 1, 2015 at 23:31
are there a daily lottery interviews in embassies or lottery interviews take time in a certain day every month ?
September 1, 2015 at 23:49
That varies by embassy. Some embassies set aside a block of time (like Tuesday mornings for Sydney embassy) and KCC schedule all appointments in that block of time. With other embassies the days and times can vary all over the week.
September 2, 2015 at 06:08
Hi Simon how long does it take for KCC to reply to a request about unlocking ds260. I sent a request yesterday but until now there’s no response as i wanted to change high school address coz i had got it wrong when filling
September 2, 2015 at 13:17
Wait a couple of days.
September 2, 2015 at 12:27
Dear Sir,
I am Egyptian .
I was born in Saudi Arabia.
I have been randomly selected for further processing in the DV-2016 based on my “Foreign State Chargeability: SAUDI ARABIA” .
I delivered my saudi birth certificate when i get back to my country to issue egyptian birth certificate -where country of birth is contained- since 27 years ago.
Is “saudi birth certificate” required in my interview?
I entered “city of birth” in ds260 while it’s n’t on my birth certificate, should I unlock ds260 to remove it?
I really appreciate if you could advice me.
My case number 2016AS0000653X
Thank you in advance,
September 2, 2015 at 12:59
I don’t know local laws for SA/Egypt, but I would suggest the Saudi birth cert is more appropriate and should show the city of birth.
September 2, 2015 at 14:30
Hi Brit,
how to know if DS260 is locked or unlocked?
September 2, 2015 at 14:42
locked means you cannot make changes.
September 2, 2015 at 15:15
Hi Simon, I have a question. I made an enquiry regarding my processing of DS260 form. Every time i got the same reply- they have received the application and was processing and allow for several weeks for processing. I was current for Oct but have not got the 2NL yet as I submitted the DS260 form late (mid june). And my case no is around AS240. Just wondering about they reply. Will they reply the same for processed and processing forms. Any experinence would be great relief.
Thanks.
September 2, 2015 at 15:20
It is likely your form is still processing. I imagine a lot of people submitted their forms in late May to July – and that will be a flood of forms that will cause even further delays in processing. I expect to see 3 to 4 months processing times. So – as yours in mid June you “might” get a NOvember interview, you might not (in which case it will be December). Stop calling KCC every few days (as that just slows them down) and let them take their time. You’ll get an interview when they are ready – “a watched kettle never boils”.
September 3, 2015 at 09:29
Helloo , thanx for this article it is helping and its great and thanx for your effort. i am just waiting for my 2nl and my case number is 2016AS16**. i submitted first my ds260 on 14 may then after some time i notice there was some mistake and some more information should be added like i included my educational information only of bachelor but not o high school and school leaving certifcate so again i unlock and reedit the form and submitted on july 4 so can this delay my 2nd letter. Any experince or information would be great relief.
Thank you
September 3, 2015 at 14:01
You were supposed to add your secondary school information as a minimum, so if you had time I would suggest you unlock again. Try that now. It might delay you, but it is better to be delayed and have an accurate form.
September 3, 2015 at 15:41
yes i included all required thing and submited on july 4 so when can i aspect 2nl and interview date! how long this can delay?
September 3, 2015 at 11:15
Hi Brit,
KCC unlocked my DS260 form yesterday and am yet to re-submit it as am awaiting my passport. In the event my passport is ready in 5days time, will that delay my processing?
September 3, 2015 at 13:52
That depends on your case number.
September 3, 2015 at 13:52
Dear Simon
After I submitted My DS260 last may 2015 I traveled to another country for 5 months is that need to unlock and include that country , other question is it required to show police certificate from that country noting that my case number 2016AS45XX
September 3, 2015 at 14:20
You need a certificate for a foreign country when you were there for more than 12 months.
You should unlock and include that information – since 5 months is significant.
September 3, 2015 at 16:05
Brit, my case number is 2016AF00023XXX
September 3, 2015 at 17:11
I am not sure if that is true, I called to KCC and the lady told me that as long as anyone unlock the form, they count it the last login date as the submission date. I unlocked just to change my address, and without a word, the lady already told me that I did not get any October interview since my last login was 6/30, and that counts as the submission date. My initial submisison was in May 12th but I did not get any 2NL at all.
September 3, 2015 at 17:21
Not to mention when I unlocked it, their system didn’t even start working on the DV2016 yet. I called to KCC at least 4 times to ask them if my case would be delayed if I unlocked, 4 different reps told me to rest assured and unlocking the form before their system kicked in in mid August would not delay my case, but now after I realized that I am not in the October interview, I called again and they said something different to me. Unlocking your case, regardless of what’s the purpose to unlock will definitely delay your case as they count the last login as the submission date of the form.
September 3, 2015 at 19:13
“Unlocking your case, regardless of what’s the purpose to unlock will definitely delay your case as they count the last login as the submission date of the form.”
As I explained – that is incorrect.
September 3, 2015 at 17:59
I have seen many cases where minor changes were made and the case was scheduled within days later – so what the lady at KCC said is incorrect – I am certain. You can believe what you wish to believe.
September 4, 2015 at 18:05
Hey Brit,
I decided to unlock the DS260 way to correct the US last stay of my husband. Me and my family have new passports and take the opportunity place the new numbers.
Questions:
1. When answering the email. They will sent a code to unlock the way?
2. This will delay my 2NL?
2016SA0000045X
DS260 sending May 31
thank you very much.
September 4, 2015 at 18:33
1. They just unlock it.
2. It might, because they will schedule shortly – but do it now (like right now), and you might get a November interview anyway.
September 5, 2015 at 10:02
Dear Simon
I completed and resubmit my Ds 260 after KCC unlocked it , I revised my previous travel a dress and add high school education , is that necessary to unlock my 2 sons DS260 to revise their travel address to be match with my travel address . noting that they travelled with me to the same address but it is not mentioned in their original DS 260.
September 5, 2015 at 14:28
Yes.
September 6, 2015 at 02:24
Hi Brit!
Yesterday I unlocked and made change my form and submited, when will be interview? My case number 2016EU000040xx
Thanks in advance
September 6, 2015 at 04:26
I have no idea because I don’t know your original submission nor changes made.
September 6, 2015 at 15:30
First time I submitted 06 June 2015, after unlock form l submitted 04 September 2015
September 6, 2015 at 16:28
OK – again you did not mention what you changed. I am very busy – and you are not helping me to help you – you must respect my time.
So assuming you did not change anything impactful you might get an interview in November – otherwise it could be later. I suggest you just wait patiently.
September 6, 2015 at 17:03
Dear Simon I changed name and surname, becouse first time I have written my Last Name in place of first and First Name in place of last name, that is why KCC unblocked my form.
Im sorry that I spent you time Mr.Simon
September 6, 2015 at 15:28
First time I submitted 06 June 2015, after unlock form l submitted 04 September 2015
September 6, 2015 at 20:03
Hi Brit, Thanks for your kindness in ensuring that the process of DV is smooth for all. I have just realized an error on my DS. 260 form. I erroneously filled wrong date eg 10th instead of 4th January. Looking at my number AF10XXX I may be current in the next VB bullet do think it will be late for me to unlock and make changes. If I have to change how long should I wait for the next 2NL. Worried
September 7, 2015 at 05:05
You can unlock now and such a minor change will not delay.
September 16, 2015 at 19:24
Hi brit, send an email to kcc last week and i haven’t received any communication since. Kindly advise what to do
September 16, 2015 at 20:09
Just wait. They are busy.
September 6, 2015 at 20:24
Hi Simon, I did an internship in the US on a J1 visa for 5 months in 2005. In 2011 I was denied twice an application for another J1 visa under section 214(b). This year I was denied a B2 visa because of my entry in the DV lottery (section 214(b)
1. Do you think previous visa denials will have any influence on my DV visa application?
2. I did list my internship as previous employer on the DS260 but I did not list the address in the US in the list of historic addresses because I did not officially change my address at that time. Do you think my US address should be added? Now or at interview?
CN: 2016EU00065xx
Date submitted June 11th
September 7, 2015 at 05:04
1. No
2. Yes you must list that address – unlock now (immediately) and fix that.
September 10, 2015 at 08:55
Hi Simon,
KCC unlocked my DS260 yesterday 9-9-2015, so I went ahead and filled out the US address where I previously resided in 2005, and re-submitted immediately. Does it mean that the fact that KCC unlocked my DS260, the interview was not going to be scheduled in November anyway? I am asking this because the VB for October was released quite early, and maybe they already scheduled… Or will this minor change not have any effect on the processing and can I still have a chance to receive 2NL by the end of the month?
September 10, 2015 at 13:37
Well as they released the VB yesterday, you “might” get a delay. The only way to know is wait and see…
September 6, 2015 at 21:40
Please also help me with this doubt:
My spouse has her birth certificate of her country (Dominican Republic) but it is 10 years old. I always thought that birth certificates do not have an expiration date because the information on the birth certificate will not change. However I read in some post of other people saying that the birth certificate should not be older than 1 year. Do you have any experience for this?
I already got a sworn translation of this birth certificate into English, so I am a little worried if I need to get a new birth certificate.
Regards
September 7, 2015 at 05:02
My birth cert is 50 years old and still valid. It is country specific.
September 7, 2015 at 17:45
It depends on a country. In some countries in Latin America, for example, birth, marriage, death certificates are valid only for 3 to 6 months. So, whenever you need to present one somewhere you’ll have to go Mayor’s Office or Registrar and apply for its reissuance. I guess you’d better contact the embassy where your interview is scheduled and ask them directly.
September 7, 2015 at 10:13
Hi Brit
is it enough if we called KCC after updated the DS260 and confirmed that it has been re-proceesed again , is that means the DS260 is ready and there is no delay is going to happen in sending the 2NL because of that Change ?
September 7, 2015 at 15:07
You can do that if you want – or simply just wait.
September 8, 2015 at 11:14
is that means the DS260 is ready and there is no delay is going to happen in sending the 2NL because of that Change ?
September 8, 2015 at 11:19
yes
September 7, 2015 at 11:16
Hi Brit , Thanks for serving the DV lottery winners , mine is just a clarification , i
– I have submitted my DS20 on early May , but my Case is AF40,xxx , Does it mean i can get my 2nd letter as i have submitted in the early days though my case number is big
– i would also like to know of how to check the 2nd letter , does it mean they will send it through your email or u can check it electronically , if its electronically which website.
Thanks…
September 7, 2015 at 15:04
1. In your case your early submission won’t speed things up – you have to wait until your case number is current (next summer).

September 7, 2015 at 23:11
Hello Britsimon,
I have quite a uncommon situation. In the 00’s I worked for a US cruise company for quite a few years. I listed its address in my job history. As a seaman I was away from home for long periods of time (6 to 8 months according to the conditions of my contracts). Though most of this time I was onboard the ships sailing in international waters. My actual stays in the states themselves which I entered on a crewman’s C1/D visa were limited to 1-2 days before signing on and after signing off the ship. Otherwise we were allowed to go ashore only with a special permit issued by the border control officers who came onboard every three months. I didn’t list any other address on my permanent addresses history since, in fact, I didn’t live in any country other than my country of residence, anyway, I don’t think entering “international waters” as my permanent address would be a good idea.
What do you think I should do: leave everything as it is or make some changes and if yes, what address I should enter?
I thought that the CO’s will understand my situation as they issue tons of crewmen visas in my country but now I’m beginning to doubt many things…
Thank you for your time.
September 8, 2015 at 04:05
I would simply list the home country address for that period.
September 8, 2015 at 04:47
Thank you. That’s actually what I did the first time I completed the form. Hopefully, that’ll work at the interview.
September 11, 2015 at 15:05
Hello BritSimon, I hope you are well.
In the DS 260 there is a section for FAMILY INFORMATION and they ask for “mother surnames at birth” (for the father only says “father surnames”). When I was filling the forms of my family for the first time, I didn’t notice they were asking for the “mother surnames at birth” and I wrote down the “mother surnames” as they appeared in our BOF (mothers married surnames).
A couple of days ago, I requested to unlock my DS 260 to correct other detail and I took advantage and I also corrected my “mother surnames at birth” (I wrote down my mother maiden surnames) but the forms of my husband and my two daughters were not unlocked, so I am thinking to leave their form with their “mother surnames” as it appear in their BOC.
I have three questions: 1. Am I understanding in the right way “mother surnames at birth” (the mother surnames when she was born)? 2. (If Q 1 is positive) Do you know why they ask for the “mother surnames at birth” (mother maiden surnames) even if it do not match with the “mother surname” in the BOF of each applicant? 3. Do you think it is important to unlock the forms of my husband and daughters and correct the “mother surnames at birth”?
My CN was current for october, I didn’t receive the 2NL and I don’t want to delay my interview if this detail is no relevant (SA3XX). Thanks in advance, your comments are really appreciated.
Best Regards,
Lara
September 11, 2015 at 15:13
1. mothers name at birth is a maiden name – so yes you understand correctly.
2. Leave the others as they are.
September 11, 2015 at 15:28
Thank you so much Brit for your soon answer, I am still curious about the second Question that I did above: Do you know why they ask for the “mother surnames at birth” even if it do not match with the “mother surname” in the BOF of each applicant ? (the mother of each of us were married when we were born and they appear with married surnames in our BOC) .
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.
Regards,
Lara

Hi Simon,
I re-submitted my DS-260 in 27th july adding my husband. my green card mailing address is need to be changed. Can i change my mailing address after i got 2NL or i need to re-unlock and change it.
my case no is 2016AS****58** when will be my interview be held and when will i get my 2NL.
September 15, 2015 at 15:05
You can unlock now, but not once you have the 2NL. You have lots of time before you are current (spring/summer) so correct the form.
September 16, 2015 at 21:03
Hi BritSimon,
I’ve submitted my DS260 on July 7.My CN is AS48XX for DV2016. I’ve been in US for 15years(E-1). Can I change CP to AOS? How to unlock my DS260? I have to quit my job due to illness.Should I update my job history also? Thank you for your help.
September 16, 2015 at 21:24
You can do so – as long as you have never been out of status. To unlock, you email KCC.
September 17, 2015 at 01:26
Thank! Brit!!
My E-1 status has been approved extension for 2 years(expired on Sep 2017). Is AOS processing risky in my CN??
September 17, 2015 at 04:47
Dv2016 ends on September 30 2016.
September 19, 2015 at 06:38
Hi Brit ,
-Is the city of birth has to be the same as passport place of birth ? What if in passport they mention a village as place of birth ( not city ) what to do ?
Is the dates of locations living history can be roughy or has to be very accurate ?
September 19, 2015 at 16:18
List what it says in the passport.
Dates can be approximated.
September 19, 2015 at 22:43
Thanks Brit and sorry for bothering you again , this is the result of being a trusty person 🙂
Another two question since I unlocked my DS and doing a complete review .
– in my mother information it says “surname at birth ” her current family name in the current passport is not the same of her old passports ( change is not because of marriage , it is normal change by local civil affairs ) , do I have to put the family name in the current last passport or the one in the very old passport ?
– in regards to the question of getting the vaccination , it should be yes or no since the vaccine will be taken prior to the interview not now ?
All the thanks to you and best wishes to shpohia 🙂
September 20, 2015 at 01:33
For the name they are looking for her surname as of her birth (this will tie to her birth certificate).
For the vaccinations. No is the correct answer.

You cpuld still wait some months longer – but obviously you are simply making your interview later…. Don’t delay until May.

hi simon
Good day. My CN is 2016AF00029XXX. When submitting my DS260 i only considered my work experience neglecting my eduactional background. Recently i discovered the error i made and asked for the DS to be unlocked. that was done. I entered the various institutions I studied and the certificate obtained. on submitting i was asked to fill the number of institutions attended. i did everything to no avail. that page finally close since i was un able to save. all the information enter was lost.
two days after i wanted to correct this page but discovered that my DS260 was sign already and and every info on it indicated completed meanwhile i have not finish.
1-is the how it function?
2-does adding my educational background delay the processing of my ds?

You enter the number of educational institutions and you enter that number of schools.
You must get this right. I doubt that it would delay BUT regardless of delay – you MUST get this right!

Hello Simon,
Hope you are doing well.
At September I emailed KCC asking about the status of my case, and they replied “pending further embassy review”.
Before 3 weeks I unlocked and resubmitted all the applications in my case… I sent an email 2 days ago to check if everything is fine after resubmitting. and KCC replied the same “pending further embassy review”.
I am wondering, does this means that unlocking the applications did not revert my case status to “Processing” stage?
Also I want to say Hi to Sofia.
Thank you.

The pending message means that processing is complete. Now – if you unlocked at the time when they were scheduling cases, that could have taken your case off their list for that month, theoretically. The December interviews have been sent. Assuming you are current, expect to be scheduled for January interview.

Dear Brit,
1. Do you know cases where someone has unlocked DS260 many times and has been successful in the end, meaning that GC has been issued?
2. Does KCC get angry if you ask them several times to unlock, does such thing make them to decide not to sent a 2NL ?
3 . In general, all the selectees receive 2NL’s and then the CO’s decide in the end or there are cases where the 2NL is never arrived because of the KCC decision?
Thanks
Visa

1. Yes
2. No -that is ridiculous.
3. All cases get scheduled if they are current and the DS260 is submitted.

Hi Brit,
Finally after 50 days on AP I have received visas for my wife, son and myself.
What I would like to know from you is the following:
My wife is almost 9 month pregnant and as it seems the birth will not be done in US. Now, in this case what would be the procedure to follow:
– should i contact KCC to unlock my DS260 and add another member (newborn) or should i contact embassy directly (they are already informed during interview time).
– as a process does it take time to obtain that additional visa? (birth is expected end of Jan 2016 and my deadline for being in US is mid of April 2016).
Plus any other related information that u might have besides these 2 above questions, I will deeply appreciate it.
Also many thanks to your earlier replies to some of my posted concerns.
Best regards,

You don’t add your baby to the DS260 after you have the visa. The baby will be processed at the POE (USA airport) upon your first entry. You will obviously need a birth cert and passport for the baby upon entry. The only thing you might need in addition is a travel permission from the embassy, because the airline might not accept the baby without understanding the visa situation. Some airlines do understand, some don’t.

Thank you as always for the quick reply.

Dear BritSimon,
From the DS-260:
Q: “Do you hold or have you held any nationality other than the one you have indicated above?”
A: “Yes”,”Ukraine”
Q: “Do you hold a passport from the country/region of origin (nationality) above?”
My question is: If I only hold an ID from that country and never have issued a Passport, what should be my answer, Yes or No?
My current DS-260 answer is “No”, should I unlock and change it?
Thank you very much for your help, sir!
Happy New Year!

Hi Simon, I sent a request for ds260 to be unlocked but as I went through the email I found out I had somehow deleted the case number .. So I sent them another email request , in the gap of an hour, I got automated reply on both the emails., I’m wondering if they’ll take my emails seriously because of two request from the same email. As you have mentioned before it could take almost 2 weeks to unlock it , but is there a way to know if they’ll unlock my ds 260 before hand??
