I have created a video on this before – but still people get things wrong – so let me update that info here. This video is all about tips to make sure you send all the required documents to KCC. Please refer to the previous article and instructions – all linked below the video. You need to see the previous article for the email addresses and complete instructions from KCC on the documents.
For those wondering – I am recommending people start submitting documents now whether you have been asked to provide documents or not. I would prefer people exercise some common sense and don’t send documents if your case number is very high – but use your own judgement.
If you have previously submitted documents, you can ask KCC about progress on those documents. You will need to allow some weeks for them to process, and they will probably be focused more on lower case numbers first.

My case number is 2021AS00009xxx.
I sent KCC my documents 3 weeks ago – no reply yet. My interview should be scheduled in Israel.
The reciprocity page states that I only need to send the Israeli police report directly to the Jerusalem embassy, which I did.
However, I did not include in the documents email the confirmation I received from the Israeli police that the certificate was sent. Do you think I should send my documents to KCC again and include the aforementioned confirmation email?

I have two police certificated from two different countries. Should i put them in one pdf together? Or separate? If separete how should i named them: cn_name_police_certificate_germany? And tow passport, expired and a new one. How to fix this?

You can use your judgement about naming.
Send both passports.

I have checked with O net and my job title is SVP 4-6 range, is it enough ? beside that i have successfully completed 12 years education course too, please help me. ,

That work experience is not enough. So – you must meet the education requirement. Read the FAQ which fully addresses this question.

Hi Simon,
My spouse is waiting for his final document to arrive in 2-3 weeks (a Police Certificate), however all of my documents are ready to submit now.
Should I wait for my spouse’s documents and submit both our sets in one email in, in 3 weeks time, or should I go ahead and at least send in my complete set (I am the principal applicant) now and supplement it when my spouse’s documents are ready.

I am a DV 2021 winner from Ghana. And my CASE NUMBER IS 2021AF00059***. I sent my Ds260 in June 2020. Should I go ahead and send documents since we are in June 2021 and time is running out? If YES,
Should I also send my documents ( Passport bio page, birth certificate & police certificate) in one PDF document or attach the all 3 documents separately in one mail?

HI , Is the document required for this year the same as previous year or they still need the same documents. Also if a person is divorced, do they still need their previous marriage certificate or they only need the divorce certificate
