Now the 2NLs have all been sent for July 2019 interviews we need to get scraping. Even though the regions are current, we need to see how many interviews have been arranged, and how many visas have been issued, along with the AP case backlog and so on. We really NEED to see a higher number of interviews than we have been seeing.
The data is about DV2019 (not DV2020) but if some of you newbies for DV2020 could help it will lessen the workload. You will soon understand just how important this data is to understanding progress and what will happen, so please help.

By the way – if you are a DV2019 case and you have NOT already received your interview schedule, your ONLY possible interview dates are now in August or September. NO further July interviews will be set. 2NLs for August interviews will be sent after the 15th of June up until the end of June. And again they will ONLY schedule a case that has had DS260 processed AND the documents received and processed. So read this other article if you have not yet been scheduled, and make CERTAIN that KCC have processed your documents. Time is running out for DV2019 cases, please don’t let this life changing opportunity slip out of your hands because you did not follow instructions!

It’s a good number, but it won’t be current in 2019 – so no need to rush to submit the DS260, you could wait some months.

Hi Brit, we appreciate all your help. I got selected for dv 2020 with case number 2020AF68***but I cannot access the DS260 form because either my day or month of birth doesn’t match with that of my original entry probably from a typing error. I know so because my year of birth is on the confirmation letter and it’s accurate. How can kcc assist me to retrieve the date in my original entry. Secondly if they can’t assist me in retrieving the date, does that mean am totally disqualified? What else can I do? KCC can’t assist you. You need to try the whole year if needed. Good thing is your case number is VERY high so you have a long time to wait. To be honest, you should delay submitting your DS260 for a while anyway as it is so high and may never get current.

I`ve send my DS260 back in June 2018. In April 2019 all supporting documents have been send 3rd of May 2019 I did get confirmation from KCC saying:
Thank you for your inquiry.
Records indicate you have submitted a complete and valid DS-260 application for each family member, and you have provided all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center.
But still no 2NL my visa case is 2019EU25xxx and it was due in June I know that a lot of people did get their 2NL for July with visa cases close to mine. I am a bit freaking out now.
1. Should I email KCC to ask what is going on?
2. Was the conformation email send from them on 3rd of May a bit too late for July interview?

If you have been scheduled, you cannot change the form now. You will have to correct at the interview. I think you are telling me you lied about your work experience, if so, that is OBVIOUSLY a problem.

1. I don’t know, it seems unlikely given the May 29 response. Regardless of that, the thing you need to focus on is making sure KCC have your documents and are satisfied with them. Check in a few days time. If you have missed August interviews then you would be trying to get a September interview and that is you last opportunity, so focus on what is important.

You won’t be asked to submit documents for many months. That number may be too high. It is too early to know for sure, so I suggest you be patient until we know the number of selectees (within a month or two). In any case it is certain that you would not be interviewed before summer 2020 – so there is no need to rush.

I have a question i won in the 2020 dv and today i remember when I was completing my ds260 i did not enter an answer for the question regarding the social media in the ds260. (i said to myself its not important) but after a quick search in the Internet i found that it is quite important.
today i have requested a unlock for my ds260 to enter all the info about my social media so i wanted to unlock my ds260 to correct it.
1. is this mistake will cause me problems in the future??

I checked “dvcharts” which posted 3rd of June and I saw something wired, It seems that for Asia region selectees with number 146XX now become ready before a lot of cases within 11,12&13 thousands, how does this happened?
Specially for example someone his number AS145XX becomes ready to be interviewed in Cairo and at the same time I know someone his number is AS12XXX and his interview in Cairo also and he sent his documents since Nov 2018 and he got the confirmation that his documents are confirmed at the same month but he didn’t got the second letter

That is not weird at all. Would you expect someone who had submitted DS260 and documents early to simply wait for lower number number cases that had not sent their documents??? Of course not. Totally normal.

I get returned my visa 4 days ago through DHL along with other documents……but i cant find my X-ray result separately……
1.As the physician directly sends the medical result to the embassy,what can i do when asked by the officer at the port of entry?….i am confused b/c i read an instruction not to bring X-rays during interview and bring it to the CBP officer at the port of entry separate from the sealed envelope……or
2.Is it already packed in the sealed envelope???

Just take the envelope – that is all they need at the POE. The Xray is probably on a CD in the envelope, but typically the CBP officers don’t want the Xrays.

Hi, I am 2019AS00012*** I’ve sent in DS260 on the 13th May and all supporting documents on the 30th May (I sent them in without the request letter from KCC). I sent an email last week to KCC asking whether my supporting documents have been received and approved. KCC wrote back telling me they have received the forms and is currently processing. Because it was vague, I don’t know whether they meant the DS260 forms or the supporting documents. Should I send all the supporting documents again? or enquire further?
