my name is jamal
my case number is 2017EU0099xx
I had an interview on March 2, and I was told to bring more documents about my crimal history. today I got denial according to ACT 212(a)(2)(a)(i)(i).
and they told me I can do waiver. what do you think if I reapply again, chance of getting visa from your experience or what is the best way to deal with? if I reapply, do I still need to pay visa interview fee again?
please advise, I am depressed now.

Realistically, there is too little time to get a waiver – I doubt you could get it granted. But if the crime is serious enough they may not grant the waiver even if there is enough time.
You probably should accept this chance is gone.
