Hi Simon, Hope the 2026 dv winners processing still ongoing . Because I learnt there’s US halt some visa or traveling process and I’m confused about that so I was thinking if it has affected the Dv winners interviews or appointments
Hi Simon – many thanks for all you’ve done with the lawsuit. I got an email this evening and checked to see I was successful which was very exciting. But then I watched youtube video to understand this. The case number appears to be 106,000 so I’m questioning whether there is any point filling in the DS260!
So – you are a UK entrant and received an email telling you to check your entry status.
You may not be aware that I filed a lawsuit against the government when I had proof that they had not included UK entries in the draw. Your inclusion as a winner is a result of that lawsuit. However, the government have managed to screw that up and selected UK winners up to almost 200k. This means they have selected 4 times more people than they should have selected. Numbers higher than 2026EU50000 are very unlikely to get a chance for interview. I have explained this in so please watch the video linked below to understand better.
My name is Alex mensah from Ghana Africa I’m skills worker for construction work I have my own company for construction work I can provide you my documents and bank statements I need visa for work permit please let the team know everything about me thanks again ***EDITED to remove phone number ****
The DV lottery is just that – a lottery. You enter during the entry period and get a very small chance of being selected. It is not a skills based selection process, it is purely random chance.
