July 5, 2015 at 20:24
Thanks Brit for the useful information. Is the information up there referring to 2015 or 2016 selectees. Feeling confused. How long does it take for one to receive the 2 letter.
July 5, 2015 at 20:37
Dv2016 processing has not started yet – so this is about DV2015.
July 6, 2015 at 00:06
Is cn 2015as815* ROA safe 100% thankyou

July 6, 2015 at 05:41
Hi Simon
Are you gonna extract another data session before the final release? Just to have an idea of how it goes ..
July 6, 2015 at 06:00
Yes probably.
July 6, 2015 at 06:46
Do you think they will publish it this week before Friday?
July 6, 2015 at 14:50
I hope so.
July 6, 2015 at 06:51
hello sir BritSimon, thank you for your good work, after all these give you guess the (CN 480XX) is a guarantee to see an interview in September?
July 6, 2015 at 14:49
Yes.
July 6, 2015 at 08:32
Hello, BritSimon
As I know, the cases higher than EU37486 in WRW didn’t receibe their 2NLs…
Have you heard about the same situation in others embassies?
And what do you think about this situation: will we (the proceeded cases with CN lower than 39750) have the piority in getting the interview date before the cases who will become current for september, or our interviews may be scheduled on later dates than the new ” currents’ ” ones?
July 6, 2015 at 14:45
I have not heard of that elsewhere. I can’t predict how they will handle that next month.
July 6, 2015 at 10:20
Greetings Britsimon, was thinking that Africa is supposed to have three countries that should be limited by the Visa bulletin,at moment i know of Egypt and Ethiopia. My worry is the third, can it be Cameroon?am 2015AF52xxx and from Cameroon and nervous
July 6, 2015 at 14:40
No Cameroon won’t be limited – the main AF cutoff will apply.
July 6, 2015 at 13:16
Hope Britsimon’s “Am I safe” article comes true!
July 6, 2015 at 15:19
Hi Brit,
Just to double check, should all derivatives on my DV case get a medical exam (my wife) as well or only the main applicant (me)?
Thanks
July 6, 2015 at 15:37
Everyone (children too).
July 6, 2015 at 16:33
Hello i recwntly unlocked my ds260 and made some changesd. I sent an email to ask if my form has been reprocessed
They said this. ‘Your forms have been received and pending further embassy review for the continuation of your visa processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.
Wat does this mean processed or not? Lol
July 6, 2015 at 19:55
That means processed and ready for scheduling.
July 6, 2015 at 16:57
hello Brit. Any chance for AF66xxx?
July 6, 2015 at 18:51
I don’t think so – but wait and see…
July 6, 2015 at 17:07
hello mr.brit …This is a difficult week………all wait for vb
July 6, 2015 at 18:50
Yes indeed – let’s hope it comes before the weekend.
July 6, 2015 at 18:02
hi brit…
please how about 61050???? any chance???
July 6, 2015 at 18:42
I have lost count of the number of times you have asked that same question. The same answer as usual…. it is within the range I don’t consider safe or hopeless so all I can say is wait and see.
July 7, 2015 at 17:26
verry streesed i hope my dream become true and they will hit 56340
July 8, 2015 at 18:07
hi brit…

July 8, 2015 at 18:18
Of course I am not angry!
July 6, 2015 at 18:12
Hi guys we all should wait and see crossing fingers for us my case btw about 63XXX 😉
July 6, 2015 at 18:44
This waiting process is mindblowing for the people with high case numbers and not fair at all !!!!!! They should not assign case number if they are not going to call for an interview..
July 6, 2015 at 20:13
you are right my bro Gussi
July 6, 2015 at 20:22
A lot of people would agree with you, but the only way they could do that is to select far less selectees and leave some visas (thousands probably) unused. Is that better?
July 6, 2015 at 20:51
thousabds probably explain plz brit
July 7, 2015 at 00:03
They try and issue around 50000 isasa. So – they could avoid upsetting people by underfilling – would that be better?
July 6, 2015 at 21:26
Hi Brit, how many visas has AF issued up till now? AF528xx yay/nay? This is a long week for many, but your info helps ease the nerves:)
July 7, 2015 at 00:01
They have issued around 12000 so far in AF. Your number is pretty safe.
July 7, 2015 at 04:42
thank-you Brit!
July 6, 2015 at 22:33
Is cn 2015af528** safe 100% thankyou
July 7, 2015 at 00:00
That is my guess as I have written before – and in a few days we will know for sure.
July 7, 2015 at 02:27
Hi Mr Simon, I told you you will hear from me again …. I called KCC today and make sure they changed the interview location to Jordan.
Your range still the same about rest of ASIA ? Or it has changed ?
Thank you very much for the help
July 7, 2015 at 03:03
Still the same since I wrote the “am I safe” post.
July 7, 2015 at 03:22
Hello Everyone
Did anyone try calling KCC whether they have finalized the last VB numbers?
I have seen some people getting the numbers before 2/3 days of the official release last year.
July 7, 2015 at 03:26
Yes, I did that several times last year, although it wasn’t always 2 or 3 days early – and it wasn’t this early in the month.
July 7, 2015 at 03:37
I’m not sure whether it was 2/3 days, but it was early before the final release.. at lease a day before.
If im not mistaken, what I saw is from a guy called Vladek or something..
July 7, 2015 at 03:50
I am very aware of it – it was usually me and occasionally others, although I’m not sure Vladdy ever made the call as he was in SA at that time. Sometimes we only beat the VB by a couple of hours.
July 7, 2015 at 04:05
Yea I know.. I was just selected & didn’t have any idea of how it goes those days..
Arent you gonna call & see this year? Just a thought, I know yr a very busy man & really appreciate it. 🙂
July 7, 2015 at 04:17
It really is a matter of time…
July 7, 2015 at 14:50
Wow man, if you could give that call a go it would be awesome. I know it is just a matter of time but even if it is just a few hours before the VB is published it would mean the world for a lot of us.
Thanks for your help Simon.
July 7, 2015 at 05:00
Hi brit. I call kcc and they said that it seems like this my cn af42428 will be schedule for interview in September but what’s confusing me most is that, how come the bulletin for Africa will be in 44250 and then my cn that fall below this is not schedule for august. Is that possible brit?
July 7, 2015 at 15:06
Well you don’t mention if they said WHY that has happened – it is very unusual.
July 7, 2015 at 05:33
Pleaz brit any chance for me 2015af0005975x.pleaz 🙁
July 7, 2015 at 15:04
This still applies.
https://britsimonsays.com/am-i-safe/
July 7, 2015 at 15:52
When vb come out?!
July 7, 2015 at 18:28
Within a few days – so either late this week or early next week.
July 7, 2015 at 18:37
Hello Simon can you call to KCC plz, If you would help us, we will be extremely grateful , I can’t wait and see any more
July 7, 2015 at 18:43

July 7, 2015 at 22:19

July 7, 2015 at 18:51
I understand ser, but I am so tired to expect nothing, I remember you called to KCC and you received reply .
July 7, 2015 at 22:08
Hello, i have a question Sir,
If i have won the dv-lottery as african and my daughter is born in europe and she is european.
Could she come with me?
Thanks for your answer in advance.
July 7, 2015 at 22:21
Yes that is no problem – she will be charged to your case – which will be an AF number.
July 7, 2015 at 22:28
Contacted KCC two days ago. Reply “KCC is currently scheduling visa numbers for your region for the month of August”. As brit earlier said, the issue of AF being current is out of question. High CN guys, If you get current , it’s important to celebrate before moving forward to seal things up. The waiting has not been easy.
July 8, 2015 at 01:15
Dear sir please if you know any thing about Egypt if it will increase or not please please till us
July 8, 2015 at 02:12
I don’t know – we will need to wait to see the final numbers.
July 8, 2015 at 03:22
Hello Simon
Is there any chance of seeing the last VB today? Because they have released the last VB on the 8th July last year… August also the same compared to last year…
July 8, 2015 at 03:48
Maybe…
July 8, 2015 at 03:50
(CN 477XX) it’s very hard to wait, sir BritSimon you guess what the last VB? thank you for your very good work 🙂
July 8, 2015 at 03:51
I am not predicting the last VB – but your number is obviously safe.
July 8, 2015 at 05:20
So surely the number 477XX will be a interview?
July 8, 2015 at 05:46
Yes.
July 8, 2015 at 06:02
thank you sir for your great work 🙂
July 8, 2015 at 06:40
Dear sir Simon , my CN 2015AS99xx , will be a interview?
July 8, 2015 at 06:43
I think so….
July 8, 2015 at 15:23
And now you are giving predictions, no more “wait and see” answers 😉 it seems that the picture is more clear now?
July 8, 2015 at 18:27
No – if you read the below article I have not varied my position….
https://britsimonsays.com/am-i-safe/
July 8, 2015 at 07:03
How about CN 2015AF718xx
July 8, 2015 at 07:07
I think that is too high.
July 8, 2015 at 10:58
No one wants to call the kcc that would ask Visa Bulletin?
July 8, 2015 at 14:44
just wait two more days for god sakes, microwave some milk and sleep and the answer will be there for you before you know it
July 8, 2015 at 18:57
Anyone can do that – including yourself.
July 8, 2015 at 13:22
please please please what about AF613** there is any chance
July 8, 2015 at 18:48
You are in a “wait and see” range – I can’t be more precise than that.
July 8, 2015 at 15:10
Hi Brit
I went for my interview and my visa was approved. But then I check my visa status this morning on the CEAC website I saw Administrative Processing. So am confused right now. Please help me with some information.
July 8, 2015 at 18:28
That is normal. Most cases briefly move to AP for a day or so even after the CO said the case was approved. Relax and check in a day or two.
July 8, 2015 at 16:38
Hi Sir,
Please i have a problem. Due to the fact that my CN was taking enough time to came out, I have sent my Original degree to find school in US, the scholl had already response me by sending me the I20 form but they have not yet send me back the Original form of my degree. So my interview will be in August 25 in Yaounde (Cameroon), my question is can i go to the interview with the certified copy of the degree and the I20 form to prove why the original form of my degree is missing ? Is it any problem or any risk with my case ?
Thank you for response.
July 8, 2015 at 18:25
I would try and obtain a certified copy or the original. It might be a small risk – but being put on AP at that time would be very serious.
July 9, 2015 at 06:30
Hi Sir,
I’m not getting you well. This answer is for me ? If yes, what do you mean by the answer ?
Thanks .
July 9, 2015 at 07:23
Yes the answer was for you. There is a risk involved in attending the interview without the original. That risk is probably small, but nevertheless it is there. So – do what you can to get the degree paperwork.
July 9, 2015 at 10:31
hi sir, i put my name as first name and father name as 2nd name ( US standard) in DV form, but in our counrty(srilankan standard ) normally we used father name as 1st , our name as 2nd and also my all documents had SL standard name, is there any problem in interview?
July 9, 2015 at 23:02
Make sure the names are accurately stated as your correct legal name on the DS260.
July 9, 2015 at 12:58
Hello Britsimon,
The US Embassy in Khartoum announced it will start interviewing dv lottery winners from end of July onwards.
My question: do you think that would increase the interview’s capacity consequencing higher cutoff number? And/or affecting sudanese winners?
July 9, 2015 at 21:44
That would not affect cutoff numbers in the short term in my opinion.
July 10, 2015 at 06:25
yes Mr Simon sudanese used to have their interviews in egypt but NOW august and september interviews will be in SUDAN which is an amazing thing for Sudanese winners …. Now I just need to hear another amzing news which is being scheduled for an interview in september CN 58800 😉 wish me good luck 😉
July 10, 2015 at 06:42
Good luck!
July 10, 2015 at 06:18
Ghanim are you sudanese ???? and whats your case number??
July 9, 2015 at 14:52
I called KCC about the final Cut off today and the guy on the phone told me that the department of state releases those numbers to them so the guy CLAIMS he has no idea this point.
and he said the 15th it will be released
i hope it’ll be tomorrow
July 9, 2015 at 15:00
Finally when will the Last Bulletin come out Britsimon?
July 9, 2015 at 21:39
I hope tomorrow or Monday….
July 9, 2015 at 15:48
i entered some numbers into CEAC. some are at NVC and some numbers are invalid. are those incorrect one holes?
July 9, 2015 at 19:52
Yes.
