Hi Mr Brit,
I called kcc to actually know my status and I was told the visa bulletin is at 41000 and my CN is 2020AF48*** That I should give some time for my number to be current before they wouldwknow what to tell me.
February 19, 2020 at 23:00
Hello Brit
I have a question for DS-260
Do I need to unlock it to add social media accounts?
Are they mandatory?
What do you suggest me? Someone else completed that form for me in my presence and he never asked my about the social media information. If yes, how can I unlock my DS-260?
want to tell you that my case number is 2020EU2XXX3
thank you
February 20, 2020 at 00:58
Pity you didn’t read the FAQ. Try that and also read the archive. Both linked above.
February 20, 2020 at 13:31
Brit, I completed the DS-260 before the changes where made on 31 May 2019
I completed my DS at 21 May 2019
Do I needed to open it again to complete the change?
February 20, 2020 at 22:25
Did you do what I suggested???
February 18, 2020 at 22:02
Hello mr Brit, I have been sending mails to kcc to ask if they are satisfied with my documents. Their first reply was that:
– I should give time for processing of my documents
– their second reply was that they will inform me if I have given everything needed or missed out something and accompanied it with the VB for march
– this time around they said my DS-260 form has been processed and accompanied it with VB for April which is at 41000
* Does it conclude the fact that my Documents were received?
* my CN is AF48**,should I expect 2NL once my number is current?
February 18, 2020 at 22:21
Nothing you have said yet discloses anything about the documents.
February 18, 2020 at 23:15
Sir, I sent my documents in the month of May 2019,
1) should i resend the documents?
February 21, 2020 at 14:03
Mr Brit, I resent the scanned documents yesterday and received an auto reply which read, my documents have been received. Amongst the list of documents to be scanned, just 3 of the documents suit my status because am single, i.e passport, birth certificate and court record. For the rest I can’t provide yet cos am not married.
1) Do i need to inform KCC that am still single that’s why I could not proceed with the marriage certificate and so on
2) when will they reply they are satisfied with my documents or not?
February 21, 2020 at 20:45
1. They already know that – its in your DS260.
2. I don’t know.
February 15, 2020 at 17:20
Hi Mr Brit,
I had a discussion with a friend about the word, “Current” in the visa bulletin and I was not clear with that. He said current does not guarantee scheduling of all cases.
1) Does current mean those with high case numbers cannot be scheduled?
1) or does it mean all cases will be scheduled till September?
February 15, 2020 at 23:32
Current means the expected remaining demand for visas can be met. However, someone might fail to get scheduled if they were late submitting documents etc.
February 16, 2020 at 07:50
Dear BIH from Cameroon, as a follow up and update message, i am returning concerning the question i earlier sent to know about “Police certificate in Cameroon” and you confirmed it to be a non-conviction. Please be aware there is a different document established by the police different from non-conviction and it is the appropriete document to submit. Kindly ensure to do and submit that if you had not done so. regards
February 17, 2020 at 15:07
Thanks for the concern my dear friend from Cameroon. I thought it was non-conviction. Could you pls put me on track. How is it called?
Thanks
February 17, 2020 at 15:25
Its called Police certificate as mentioned, kindly check in police stations like JUDICIARY POLICE if you reside within Yaounde. Its is made instantly after record verification by superintendent of police or officers. you should do this and resubmit. I proceeded like that and had confirmation of complete doc submission after resubmitting.
Regards
February 17, 2020 at 16:45
That information is wrong @DV2020
In Cameroon it’s the NON-CONVICTION issued at The court
Click the link below to read more from the US embassy in yaounde
https://cm.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/returning-resident-visa/
February 17, 2020 at 16:15
I hope you two are reading the reciprocity page instructions!
February 17, 2020 at 16:55
Certificate of Non Conviction: Each visa applicant aged 16 years or over is required to submit a certificate of non-conviction. Police certificates are also required from all other countries where the applicant has resided for at least one year. The police certificate is valid for one year and must be valid at all time during the visa process. Note that for residents of Cameroon, the police certificate is the certificate of non-conviction, which is issued by the judiciary authorities (the court) of the Republic of Cameroon and not by the police.
February 17, 2020 at 17:17
@BIH and @DV2020
We created a WhatsApp group for Dv 2020 selectees in Cameroon were we share ideas and helpful info as far as our local Embassy in yaounde is concerned, Care to join. Link below

February 17, 2020 at 17:19
For Cameroonians, police clearance is called non-conviction which is issued by the court and not a police as in other countries!Thats the difference!
February 14, 2020 at 10:24
Hi Brit
2020AF711** . From reading your blogs i can only rely on the months that will become current. I have read analysis that high case number are considered during this time for they have no chance in the first half of year. Is it correct to stand patiently with this?
February 14, 2020 at 19:44
Yes you have to be patient.
February 12, 2020 at 20:49
Hi Mr Brit,
Hope you are doing great. I just checked my status at CEAC and it read:
At NVC
1) Does it mean my documents have not been received?
2) i once asked kcc if there were satisfied with my documents and they replied : ‘ if anything is missing I will be informed and if i I have sent everything needed they will inform me as well.’ But till date I have not received any mail from them. Should I ask kcc again about my documents? My cn is 2020Af48***
Thanks
February 12, 2020 at 22:02
1. No. It is the starting status for every case. It simply means you are not yet scheduled.
2. You can ask again – but don’t pester them every few days – they are busy.
February 4, 2020 at 20:04
Dear brit saimon my cn AS14XXX from iraq, in your opinion next visa bulletin will be current my Case?
February 4, 2020 at 20:34
Wait and see.
February 1, 2020 at 09:49
Hi brit
My cn af29xxx
I’m current and i received message from kcc says that congratulations our records indicate that you have submitted all required documents in the 11 of January but till now i haven’t received the 2nl ?
What’s your advice sir ?
February 1, 2020 at 19:43
Wait – you will probably get an April interview.
January 27, 2020 at 04:54
Hi Simon,
I read your post on draw process but still confused why limiting countries like Iran in Asia region have more selectees with low case numbers than high case numbers. To the best of my knowledge, lowest case number for an Iranian is around 13,000 for DV2020.
Is there any way to decipher CEAC data for individual countries?
January 27, 2020 at 04:56
Sorry, highest case number is around 13,000.
January 27, 2020 at 18:13
Decipher what?

January 26, 2020 at 08:15
Dear Sir, is there chance for EU41*** so far or its not safe yet?
January 26, 2020 at 17:13
There is a chance.
January 26, 2020 at 17:19
How much you think as a percentage?
January 26, 2020 at 19:29
I don’t do percentage guesses.
January 26, 2020 at 19:52
Thank you!
January 25, 2020 at 15:04
Thank you Paolo, but I already have no hope,my case is very high 530××(((I wish you good luck Paolo.
February 4, 2020 at 23:13
Kat, with the new ban for some other countries and their ineligibility now to get their DV visas though they won DV, you have better chance now even if your Case Number is that high. Go on FB Russian immigration groups, they have a lot of information for EU region and send DS 260 asap.
January 25, 2020 at 13:46
Hi Kat
if you read the previous discussion and watch the video on Youtube you will see that is still early to say and actually all region can go Current ( except SA at moment).
We can only wait.
I guess until May/June then.
Good luck
Paolo
EU 49
February 13, 2020 at 00:32
Hello could you explain to me what does it mean which SA is not going to current? thanks
February 13, 2020 at 00:39
If a region does not go current, that means they finish the year with a numeric limit/cap in place. In that case, case numbers higher than that ending number don’t get a chance to have an interview or be approved.
February 13, 2020 at 01:02
Thank Brit
I am extremely worried my case is 2020SA37 ** 🙁
February 13, 2020 at 04:15
Yes, that is in a risky range. All you can do is wait and see what happens. Good luck!
January 25, 2020 at 09:03
Mr. Brit and why don’t immediately say that EU 50××× there is no chance anymore??
January 25, 2020 at 15:17
I always get this type of comment from Russians.
I don’t say that because I don’t know that to be true.
January 25, 2020 at 17:09
I’am not Russian ,I’am from Armenia Mr.Brit
January 25, 2020 at 17:54
Interesting.
January 24, 2020 at 23:23
Hello Mr.Brit Do you think EU 53××× still has a chance?
January 24, 2020 at 23:41
Only time will tell.
January 24, 2020 at 19:31
Good Day Brit,
I send mail to KCC asking if they receive the documents send.
They answer as below and i’ m a bit confused as the auto replay receive from them it was no attachment.
So basically they receive or not the documents?
I know it sound funny but for it’ s really not clear …)
Thank you
Answer…
After sending documents to [email protected], you will receive an automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently processing your documents. Please allow time for processing of your documents. Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.
January 24, 2020 at 21:54
It’s an auto reply – so it doesn’t mean anything.
January 24, 2020 at 18:19
Dear Sir.
I am from the region of South America. Do you think that you have planned a considerable increase in the coming months. Please can you tell me about the trend of other years. Thank you
January 24, 2020 at 21:53
We need to wait and see what happens in the next couple of months.
January 25, 2020 at 15:01
Yes, we have to wait. Thank you very much for your help and patience. For answering each question. Thank you.
January 24, 2020 at 14:36
Hello anyone from kenya and they have received their 2nl email for march interview?
January 24, 2020 at 00:26
Brit is doing a good job .
Answering lots of redundant questions is not easy, from you (britsimon) I learnt alot and with that experience am helping others….
For dv2020 selectees, you guys need to practice patience and everything will be in order..
Live long @Britsimon
Much love from Brooklyn Park Minnesota
January 24, 2020 at 00:30
A bit colder in Minnesota than Kenya huh??
January 23, 2020 at 14:09
Hi Britsimons,
Appreciate your advice for those have an scheduled interview under DV 2020, and they are from the countries those will be in the new traveil Ban list on coming Monday 27th Jan!
Are they will be impact with the new traveil ban updates (get denied due the new update) or it will be considered for DV 2021 cases
Regards
January 23, 2020 at 20:53
I have tried, but sadly I cannot predict the future. We have NO DETAILS about changes to the travel ban.
January 23, 2020 at 01:17
I go 2NL today. AS11xxx
January 22, 2020 at 23:33
BritSimon,Thank you so much. I got 2nl today. What should I do first?
January 23, 2020 at 16:50
You have been provided with instructions. Just follow it.
Book for medical
Register your passport
Compile all relevant documentation
Go for the interview
January 24, 2020 at 23:10
How to register passport?
January 22, 2020 at 19:08
my wife is the principal applicant when we applied we werent married, before the results we got married and she took my surname but she won with her maiden name ,anyway we completed ds forms with her marriage name and at the field for other name we filled the maiden name,so she has new passport with new name ,when we name documents before sending them to kcc should we name with her entrant name or with new name that is writen on ds 260? thanks brit
January 22, 2020 at 20:55
Please stop posting the same question multiple times with different IDs. You have done that about 10 times, JUST TODAY! Stop that. Post once, wait.
If she married and changed her name – she should get updated documents like the passport and show the document paper trail to support the change.
January 22, 2020 at 18:53
So i should correct the mistake and resubmit all the documents , should i submit the same documents that I submitted on october or renew them for example my police certificate which it is issued on 14 oct 2019 , and it has validity three months ? my number is not current for 3-4 months from now and I would renew it at the time of interview ? what is your opinion thanks brit
January 22, 2020 at 19:45
They need a complete set of valid documents. How you achieve that – you can decide.
January 22, 2020 at 18:14
Hi brit ! when we submitted our documents we named them all correctly except two documents our mistake was that instead of naming them 2020EU000472xx we named those two documents : 2020EU470002xx ,does this simple mistake cause any problem on proceeding the documents ? thanks
January 22, 2020 at 18:40
Yes of course. They can’t read your mind – and they won’t guess.
January 22, 2020 at 13:02
Hi Britt
Does 2NL for March 2020 interviews started to send? if we received “Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all required documentation” message after documents submission does it mean they satisfied with our documents and no further documents are expected?
Thanks
January 22, 2020 at 16:59
Yes. You can tell that by simply reading the email.
January 22, 2020 at 07:05
Hello
Is there any chance for a visa in Asia region with a case number of AS30000?
Thanks
January 22, 2020 at 16:51
Probably.
January 21, 2020 at 21:11
Hello, my CN EU47xxx. What is your opinion, how much maximum (month) to wait to send ds260. I have not sent ds260 yet, due to the inability of the non-immigrant visa application,if my number is not current.
January 21, 2020 at 20:54
Dear Brit,
I sent an email to KCC to know if my documents were received and everything okay. I received the mail with this section
………..Your DS-260 has been processed. You should have received, or will soon receive, an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing. Please follow the instructions in the email. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2020 program will begin in October 2019 and conclude on September 30, 2020. Please refer to the visa bulletin at https://www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check https://www.dvlottery.state.gov.
Base on this can i conclude my documents are okay and now expect 2NL?
If not what are the implications of this statement?
January 21, 2020 at 21:00
No. This email says they DO NOT have your documents and expect you to send them.
January 22, 2020 at 11:21
Hi Brit, I also got the same email in addition to another email saying allow more time for documents processing. I doubt if my documents are not received, only have to wait more until my case no is closer to become current. Just asking if there is any harm sending the docs again?
January 22, 2020 at 16:54
Wel that might confuse them if your documents are already received.
Patience. Really.
January 26, 2020 at 15:34
dear Esi,
I sent the document again and the next day i got another email partly copied below…
…Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center and are ready to be scheduled for an interview when your case number becomes current. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing…..
Regards.
January 26, 2020 at 15:09
Hello.
I had the same reply.
Did you speak with KCC again?
Had they receive your docs.
Looking forward for a reply.
Regards
January 26, 2020 at 15:36
I want to thank you for your kindly information. That s a relief.
January 21, 2020 at 18:46
My case is 2020AF 11*** I submitted all required documents to KCC, and KCC also sent me a confirmation email on 12/05/2019(a month ago) but they couldn’t send me for 2NL, I become panicked. What shall I do?
January 21, 2020 at 21:11
Wait patiently. You were too late for December. You might have been in time for January scheduling.
January 21, 2020 at 16:25
My case numer is EU239xx. I have sent in my DS-260 and documents both early November. I emailed KCC to ask if they received my documents, because I did not got a reply within 3-6 weeks and got as answer that my DS-260 got approved, but my documents were not yet.
I called KCC and the person on the phone told me that the document department will arrive at processing the documents around the moment that cases are current – and depending on that they will schedule an interview in the month that you are current or a month later – depending on when your documents get approved.
She told me that the documents department got ‘thousands’ of documents. It sounded like they did have a big backlash… So some of the stories here seem to be truth that people actually get a month later then the VB is stating.
January 21, 2020 at 20:34
Yes for sure there is a backlog – and yes it is delaying some people. But not all cases are delayed.
January 21, 2020 at 22:04
Right. The person was really clearly saying though that they start processing th edocuments ‘around the time that the cases are becoming current’, so that then means that they can’t directly invite you for that some month correct?
The process is a little bit confusing and difficult to plan – I have a job opportunity where I can start as soon as I want, and I am trying to make plans for that and am afraid they do don’t to wait so long. I thought I would be planned for April because the VB is approaching my number, but it now seems it might be later.
January 21, 2020 at 22:56
I wish I had a dollar for every time I have heard that “KCC said XXX” and therefore it must be true. It isn’t – and in this case we have plenty of evidence of people with HIGH case numbers where they are ready for scheduling.
In terms of your number, that will obviously be current next month.
January 20, 2020 at 16:17
Hello, I will like to appeal to our consciences and patience. No country in the world does things the way they are done in the USA. Not even where you or i come from. We must respect this nation and know it is helping the whole world. No haste asking for numbers here and there or blaming an imaginary lateness. If you are meant to come here, you will and nothing will stop you, period. BritSimon is doing a great job which would not have been done if it were in other countries. We must be appreciative.
Away from that caution, i will like to inform DV selected candidates that our Church offers free assistance to new Americans. We offer assistance such as transport from the airport to a temporary lodging for a few months to give you time to settle, job search, get your social security etc..free of charge. Email us at [email protected] Let us know your needs ( Whatsapp. 1 701 885 1267). Ask to speak to Pastor Dal or Benz. God bless you all. ( Isaiah 1:19)
January 20, 2020 at 15:46
Hi Brit,
I saw that the VB are jumping very well compared to the last 3/4 years.
So my question is: is that very possible they could reach the AF 63k this year?
my CN is AF00062600 (sixty two thousands).
Thank you much for your help!
January 20, 2020 at 23:23
Possibly.
January 20, 2020 at 13:18
Dear Sir,
When submitting the DS-260 of my wife , It was unable to enter the full ” Given Names” since there was no any adequate space on DS-260 application.
We were only able to fill Given Names as “ABC DEFG HIJKL MNOPQR” instead “ABC DEFG HIJKL MNOPQRSTUV ” (Four last letters missed)
Question 01:
Is it a problem for approving DV Visa?
On 14th of January I have submitted all documents under 04 number of mails (since our documents capacity was exceeded the 30MB, I had to sent 04 no. of mails)
03 mails capacity was exceeded the 25MB, but below 30MB.
01 mail capacity was below 25MB.
Above 03 mails documents sent as google drive & other remaining mail sent as a normal.
After submitting above 03 mails following reply was received.
The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email; however our system could not detect any documents attached to the email. In order to continue processing your case, please submit electronic copies of the required documents to [email protected].
After submitting above mail that is related to below 25MB, following reply was received
The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email and is currently processing your documents. This email address, [email protected], is only used for applicants to provide the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) with documents required to continue processing Diversity Visa applications. [email protected] does not respond to inquiries.
Finally I have decreased the capacity/resolution of the all documents & re-submitted the all documents with ONE mail. Maximum document capacity was 24.9MB.
In that situation following reply was received
The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email and is currently processing your documents. This email address, [email protected], is only used for applicants to provide the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) with documents required to continue processing Diversity Visa applications. [email protected] does not respond to inquiries.
However up to this moment I have submitted the 03 number of documents (out of 09) two times on different dates. (On 14th of Jan & 20th of Jan)
Question 02:
Above situation will be effected negatively for my case.?
Question 03:
Should I call to KCC on above fault.?
Hope you will give prompt reply to my question.
Thanks
Sehan
January 20, 2020 at 23:21
Oh my. I’m too busy to read your novel. Ask simple clear questions and use some common sense.
January 21, 2020 at 11:05
Dear Sir,
Sorry for your inconveniences.
Is it a problem for approving DV Visa due to above reason?
Question 02:
One week ago, I have submitted the documents with 04 number of emails since my documents capacity is greater than 30MB.
But 03 mails have been sent without any attachments (Actually attachments have been sent under google drive. But they don’t accept the Google drive attachments. 25MB-30MB attachments sent as Google drive)
Automatic reply was received for above 03 mails out of 04 with mentioning that I have to re-submit the doc again.
Yesterday I have sent one mail attaching all documents. Maximum attachments size was 24.9MB . Actually I have decreased the resolution of doc.
It means I have submitted some doc twice.
Please advice Is it a problem the above situation for my case?
Thanks
Sehan
January 21, 2020 at 16:55
1. Not normally.
2. Not a problem sending twice, BUT you should email KCC and ask if they are satisfied with the documents.
January 22, 2020 at 03:46
Thanks Sir, I have sent the doc of 20th of January . When should I ask them about the satisfaction ?
Sehan
January 22, 2020 at 14:41
A month.
January 20, 2020 at 12:23
Hello Sir,
On February Bulletin cut off mark for Asian region is 12000, On March it’s 12500.
Comparing other region , that is very low value.
What are the reason/s for that.
Thanks
Sehan
January 20, 2020 at 23:16
There were enough backlog cases to take all the interview slots.
January 19, 2020 at 19:27
Hello sir once again …
For the EU what number and above do you think are at risk?
Sincerely Z.
January 19, 2020 at 19:33
Wait and see is the best answer.
January 19, 2020 at 19:00
My status number is 54,000, Egypt, any month you expect to meet me.
January 19, 2020 at 16:47
Can we say at this point that eu45k is safe now counting that 45k is 13500 in a row. Thank you if you answer
January 19, 2020 at 18:41
Huh?
January 19, 2020 at 19:27
What you did not understand? Can you say now that at this point eu45k is safe? Before 45k case number There are 13500 real case number.
January 19, 2020 at 19:33
You have the data – you can draw your own conclusions. I’ll wait and see.
January 19, 2020 at 20:23
I have seen that in 2019 the last case number interviewed was the around 14000 in a row. In 2018 the last case number was around 16000 in a row. Based in this data i think there is a chance for 45k. But I just wanted to know your opinion
January 19, 2020 at 08:14
Hello Brit !
Thank you so much for your effort and all the support !
I have a question
I don’t know whom to ask and it bothers me so much
So in 2019
I have been in USA 4 times :
In March 10 days
In summer 1,5 months
October 10 days
And November – January 2 months
My cousin lives there and also I had some business to do ( not a job ) but contacts
Won’t it be a problem ?
Since I have tourist visa
And it permits to stay 6 months each time which I didn’t do

Having visited the USA before is not a problem for DV, as long as you have respected the laws.

I filed my DS-260 in May last year when I was in the States, since then I have been to back to my home country once (I’m on a student visa in the states) and travelled back to the States after. My question do I need to unlock my ds-260 for this to update my travel to the US history ?

No

Hi Brit,
I have two questions for you today:
1. I’m a EU30xxx and very happy about the big jump in the last bulletin. Would you recommend me submitting my documents rather this or next month? I want to wait as long as I could but I also don’t want to be too late.
2. I‘m planning on going on a bigger trip to Japan in May/June and the months after will be very busy in my job so that I probably won’t be allowed to take a day off to travel to the embassy which is in another city than the one I live in. Therefore I‘m scared that my appointment is going to be on a day where it‘s not possible for me to take a day off. What would you suggest? Are there any more information on the whole rescheduling process that I could read? I wish I don’t have to reschedule because I don’t want to let the embassy wait for me plus I don’t want to take the risk on not being rescheduled due to the fact that no free slots are open anymore.
Best,
EU30xxx

That is one question asked twice.
You can submit safely up to early May, April to be safer. That means an August/September interview.
January 18, 2020 at 22:36
A follow up question on above, let’s say one is scheduled during a week that the person is not able to do the interview. Are they’re options to reschedule the interview date?
January 19, 2020 at 00:01
Yes, but that carries risk , which should be avoided.
February 4, 2020 at 22:53
If you will be scheduled for interview in August-September and CO will ask for some more documents and you will go into administrative processing, you will never get gc simply because they already all will be issued. Read some of the other stories on this website, when people left their passports after the interview in August-July and received back their passports without any stamp in the beginning of October. They were in shock but nothing else they could do.

Hi Brit,
When I asked you about EU53XXX three months ago, you told me that we would know more about in January. Should I keep my hope to be current for September? 🙂
Thank you for your support!

Now we know more – and you can see the data and analysis. But nothing will be certain until the end. For now, wait and see.

hi bery
my cn is AF42*** is it possible to get a visa
January 18, 2020 at 20:03
Obviously Yes.
Really – asking about that level of case number is a waste of my time.
January 18, 2020 at 08:42
All this hope. Is it possible eith cn 41k to get a visa this year? Just thoughts on that.
January 18, 2020 at 20:00
A number without a region is a waste of time.
January 19, 2020 at 09:59
I am so sorry sir. EU41***
January 19, 2020 at 18:33
Yes.
January 19, 2020 at 21:47
Thank you very much sir. Wish you all the best in this world.

Hello Brit ?
Now that visa bulletin was released for March and says Europe 21.000 I should expect an email from KCC since I am case number 20003?
Have a good day ?
January 18, 2020 at 10:13
Hello Zheni, Hello Brit,
I am in the same case of Zheni. DS-260 completed and all documents required received and confirmed by KCC. I’m current (AF20214) for February, but still now I did not receive any mail from KCC (2nd FNL).
Need your help.
January 18, 2020 at 20:05
All you need is patience.
January 19, 2020 at 04:44
Why is KCC delaying interviews? Numbers from January bulletin got interviews in February, from February bulletin no one is scheduled for February, so they will go in March. Now again, no scans were processes in time for numbers from March bulletin, so they will be scheduled for April only.
January 19, 2020 at 18:27
You are jumping to a lot of conclusions without any data.
January 20, 2020 at 06:48
We have enough data from Turkish and former-USSR winners, gathered and updated in large spreadsheets. And from that data we can see, that interviews now are delayed at least 1 month from the bulletin. Current numbers are not getting interviews on “their” month, but only have their scans processed. And interviews are postponed to the next month.
January 20, 2020 at 23:02
So that is NOT complete data (only for some embassies) and you are simply speculating the March appointments will be moved to April, but you state it as fact.
January 23, 2020 at 05:36
Ok, yesterday we got 2NLs for our embassies (they are usually all in the first batch) – almost no one from March bulletin. Only several people with lower 14*** numbers. CN16*** to 19*** are still waiting for their scans being processed, so obviously they can’t get a 2NL for March. It seems that bulletin is for docs now, not for interviews.
January 23, 2020 at 15:27
Helga. Again. You are not talking about the whole world – and you are making sweeping statements based on limited data.
Someone here for example (user Besoplay) just received their interview with a December 4 document submission date. The country was Cameroon. So would you PLEASE stop making assumptions which could relate to processing for a few countries.
Again, there is no doubt that a backlog was created by the mass request of documents, but the resulting delay is not going to affect everyone in the same way. That is, and has been, my point.
January 23, 2020 at 06:14
UPD: One of our winners with CN16*** called KCC and they told her, that she 100% won’t get an interview in March and that they (KCC) are late with processing scans. She sent her docs in November.
January 18, 2020 at 19:46
THat depends. Have you sent DS260 and documents? If so – when?
January 18, 2020 at 20:57
I have submitted DS -260 since May 2019 and the documents on October 2019.
January 18, 2020 at 21:43
So then yes, later this month.
