My CN 2020AS266** and my case is at NVC I still didn’t receive any email regarding any documents to send them.

Dear Brit
Finally! Thanks alot
I’m current on January but due to my document confusion I was a bit late for the interview schedule. As I mention u earlier that I work as a seaman, KCC direct me to submit all the required documents. I have a lot of confusion over the documents, every time I send, the automatic reply was the same( needed all the required documents). I’m a frequent visitor to visit your blog and knew throught post that a seaman doesn’t need a police verification certificate that he/she visited the country. So I send a request to unlocked my ds 260 and added a travel history on 26 Jan, and got congratulations on 3 Feb,Finally Today I received 2nl.
Thank You Very Much Dear Brit from the bottom of my heart.
Your advice will be highly appreciated for the future ahead.
Without your blog it’s almost impossible for me. Thanks alot!
February 20, 2020 at 22:29
OK great. Now prepare for the interview!
February 20, 2020 at 16:53
Hi Simon, I would like to know when filling the DS 260 if we have to write all the addresses where we lived since we were 16 ? Because I am soon 50 and moved so many times !!
And about the documents we need to bring to the interview, do we have them all translated in english (I am French) ?
Last question : we have a lovely little dog that we would bring with us in the US. Do we have to mention it ? Is there something special to do ?
Thank you in advance for your answer
February 20, 2020 at 22:31
1. Yes the form has to be complete.
2. The instructions explain that – have you checked them?
3. I don’t know about the dog.
February 20, 2020 at 17:32
Hey Brit!
I am Af193**. I unlocked sometime to make all things perfect. I submitted my documents and I received an email on 14th Feb that I am ready to be scheduled when I get current.
1. When should I expect my 2nl?
My sponsor came back home last month and she filled the i-134 online, we downloaded and she signed with hand, then she handed the documents over to me.
2. Do you think it is risky somehow because she signed with hands?
Thank you.
February 20, 2020 at 22:32
1. March for May interview.
2. No.
February 20, 2020 at 18:03
Hi Brit,
I am DV 2020 winner and I have been interviewed and got the visa. I am planning to immigrate first of April, however, I intended to change the landing state in u.s. to California instead of Illinois. How can I change the Green Card mailing address?
Best regards
February 20, 2020 at 22:38
When you enter the USA for the first time you need to make sure your address is updated. If you fail to do that and the card is lost because the old address is wrong, the replacement card will cost you $500.
February 21, 2020 at 09:07
Thank you brit, Where aor how can I updated?
February 21, 2020 at 20:07
When you go through immigration at the arrival airport.
February 20, 2020 at 18:41
dear sir,
I am winner of DV 2020. I received 2NL for interview at April. My problem is when I filled DV 260 form I made a mistake, when I gave my spouse name I have given wrong Letter ” E” for “A” . How can I correct it pls help me.
February 20, 2020 at 22:41
You can ask KCC to unlock your form. Described in the FAQ.
February 21, 2020 at 00:09
Hi, Brit.
I entered the U.S with F-1 visa,
And I will be current by April (AS15xxx),
Can I submit both DS-260 and I-485 for either CP and AOS?
it will be refused by submitted documents for both way?
Any pros and cons?
February 21, 2020 at 05:30
Hmmm – here’s a con – you will confuse the process and screw something up. Just make a choice and proceed with that! CP is arguably slower now due to documents.
February 21, 2020 at 00:11
Dear Mr. Simon I have Psoriasis disease which is not infectious. it is a problem in a few part of skin that turns to red. Will it makes problem for my Visa please??

February 21, 2020 at 02:00
Hello Brit, I am selected 2020SA12XX I have an interview scheduled for March at the embassy of Bogota Colombia, today I received an email that said: “Only you should attend the personal interview appointment. No medical exams are necessary. The Consular Officer wishes to conduct an initial interview with you first ”it is important to note that he married after being pre-selected.
1. Will you have any idea why they sent me that?
2. Have you seen any similar cases? Thank you I hope your prompt response
February 21, 2020 at 05:42
1. No. I will say that Bogota is refusing genuine cases based on re-used photos among other things. These would NOT cause denial in other embassies – but Bogota are enforcing rules in a particular way. If they refuse you, politely but firmly insist on a clear documentation for the reason of refusal – and document every part of the interview process. If the reason is incorrect, I will help you fight it.
2. No.
February 21, 2020 at 04:19
Dear Simon
We (my spouse and child) had our interview on Feb 21 and consular officer said that he needs to check the job I’m doing since I applied with my professional qualification, and he kept the passports and all the original supporting documents. On the same day evening they have updated the CEAC to Administrative Processing. When I check the CEAC I could see they are updating the case time to time (27th, 28th, 30th, 13th march) I know only thing what we must do is waiting for their time. Do you have any idea, why are they updating the case time to time and what are they doing additionally when case gone to Administrative Processing?
Thank you…
February 21, 2020 at 05:45
We cannot deduce anything from the updates.
February 21, 2020 at 06:53
hi britt, i will be interviewing in Ghana do i need to fill the i134 forms
February 21, 2020 at 19:29
It would be wise to do so.
February 21, 2020 at 07:17
Hi Brit good day I recieve an mail saying after reviewing documents you have not send the required document ,and I have send my documents since December, documents send are passport(boi page)birth certificate ,and police clearance, please what should? I do cn Af2614*
Plse when can I be schedule for an interview?
February 21, 2020 at 19:54
Email KCC to ask if they are satisfied with your documents.
February 21, 2020 at 07:26
Hi BRI y are AF not received 2nl for March or April
February 21, 2020 at 19:55
You have to be kidding me.
February 21, 2020 at 08:22
Hi Brit,
My CN is AS20XXX and I’ve submitted my documents in late Dec 2019. I did not receive any confirmation from KCC after 6 weeks so I sent them an email and got the standard response I saw others have posted, where the reply mentioned about the CN needing to be current. I resubmitted my documents again, and after a few days, called KCC asking them about the status. The lady on the call mentioned the same thing, that she can’t see the status of my documents, and advised that for me to wait another month to call in and check.
Should I be worried? If yes, what can I do?
February 21, 2020 at 20:01
Do what she told you.
February 21, 2020 at 08:25
Hi!
First I would like to thank you for all the information that helped a lot.
I am DV 2019 winner, I am with my family in US now, we got our GC but without my son, was over 21 when I applied to the DV.
I filled and sent the form I130 to join him with us, he is in US and recently graduated and get his college degree.
As I read from USCIS page, it will take 6 years!
Please advise me what to do to keep him with us in US.
Thanks & regards,
February 21, 2020 at 20:03
I only answer DV lottery questions. In reality he probably won’t be able to stay in the USA unless he is studying or working with appropriate visas. Make certain he does not break any laws or overstay his visa.
February 21, 2020 at 08:47
Hello, Brett.
I have a question when I filled out the 260 ds last May it wasn’t the social media question there, but when I asked to open it to correct a question I found a social media question, but I didn’t answer it because when I sent them a request to open it, I would have answered another question knowing that my number is AF52000 what to do now will it affect This is the day of the interview?
And do I have to open it again?
February 21, 2020 at 20:06
If you have to reopen the DS260 for some other reason you will answer the new questions. You could ask them to unlock to allow you to make some changes. They may not do that – in which caseyou may have to answer the questions at the interview or just after the interview.
February 21, 2020 at 09:19

February 21, 2020 at 10:35
Hi Brit,
I got 2nl yesterday and my Interview Appointment is on April first week. Please advise if I can do Mexican exam in a month advance. Is there any problem if I do medical exam 1 month before than interview date?
February 21, 2020 at 20:14
You don’t need a Mexican exam.
You can do the medical 1 month before the interview – but understand that the validity of the visa will be medical date PLUS 6 months.
February 21, 2020 at 21:08
Sorry it’s a typing error (Mexican Exam instead Medical)
Thank you for your advise. I am in abroad that is why I want to do in a month advance.
February 21, 2020 at 22:55
Yeah – I did guess the typo – I just thought it was funny.
February 21, 2020 at 10:49
Hi Simon.
I’ve just watched your new YT video and I’m a bit worried. Here’s my situation.
My number is EU49xxx. I sent the complete documents in November (10th) and didn’t get any replay. So after 7 weeks (2nd January) I sent an email asking if they are satisfied with my documents, and I got a reply:
‘Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.’
So I called them one more time a week ago (15th February) asking about my documents and a nice lady (with a great accent 🙂 told me that because my number is not current yet she can’t see if my documents are complete and I just need to wait for my number to be current…
1. Won’t that be too late if it turns out they lost my documents or that they are not complete?
2. Should I send the documents again just to be on the safe side?
Thank you for all your hard work & helping all of us! 🙂
February 21, 2020 at 20:20
1. Well you need to keep asking and checking. Hopefully they will process your documents earlier than they suggest. They have to say “something” to get you off the phone, but of course your documents are not as urgent as other cases – so you have to expect them to keep prioritizing other cases in front of you. That’s how it works.
2. No.
February 21, 2020 at 11:58
Hello Britsimon, hoping all good with u .
Case # 2020AF42***.
I submitted(February 2, 2020)
#1 – My travel document.
#2 – My birth certificate.
#3 – Police clearance issued by Ethiopian Federal Government crime investigation office.
I can’t submit
#1 – Marriage certificate (I’m not married).
#2 – Marriage terminate (Never did that)
#3 – Military certificate (Never did that)
#5 – Court records (Never did that)
Im one of those who received email on (February 12,2020) that says “You haven’t submitted your required documents”.
1. Then checked my DS-260 if there’s any error i made when filling it. “NO ERROR”.
2. Besides i have a FRIEND who sent the same NUMBER and TYPE of documents as i DID, he got interviewed and issued his visa because his case # was very low.
After reading the article “UPDATE REGARDING DOCUMENTS NOT COMPLETE EMAIL SENT YESTERDAY”. I felt safe. But after watching you recent video, i felt like i have something to do.
My question is :-
1. With consideration that my case number is not even current for April, what actions do i have to take regarding documents submission??
February 21, 2020 at 20:21
Wait a few weeks and then ask if they are satisfied with your documents.
February 21, 2020 at 12:30
Dear Simon,
In an earlier comment, I have told you my wife has travelled to UK for studies and I was thinking she could have her interview there while I have mine in Africa where we are (AF36xxx). You indicated that it was best to have interview together…meaning she will return to Africa and I raised the issue of timing for visa to be issued…etc.
I have asked the same question to KCC and below is their answer:
“The beneficiary must go to the embassy at which he or she wishes to process the case and request for the follow-to join process to be initiated. Once requested, the embassy will obtain the necessary documentation from the applicant. The proper procedures will be implemented to ensure that the case is processed accordingly.
Entitlement to immigrant status in the DV category lasts only through the end of the fiscal (visa) year for which the applicant is selected in the lottery. The year of entitlement for all applicants registered for the DV-2020 program ends as of September 30, 2020. DV visas may not be issued to DV applicants after that date. Similarly, spouses and children accompanying or following to join DV principals are only entitled to derivative DV status until September 30, 2020. DV visa availability through the very end of Fiscal Year 2020 cannot be taken for granted. Numbers could be exhausted prior to September 30, 2020.
In addition, spouses or children acquired after the principal applicant has been approved for the visa must be completed through processing on or before September 30th of the DV program year. Questions pertaining to this situation must be directed to the USCIS at 1-800-375-5283.”
Basically they proposed the Follow-to-join. WHAT DO YOU THINK ?
Thanks
February 21, 2020 at 20:23
I advise you not to try that. Really.
It’s for people that adjust status in the USA – and want their spouses to join them. You would be introducing a great risk trying that – which is why I did not suggest it.
February 21, 2020 at 20:44
NOTED – THANKS. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED
February 21, 2020 at 12:31
please i want to ask meaning if you have not gotten any mail to complete your document which means your document is ok?
February 21, 2020 at 20:25
No. An email that says “your documents are OK” means your documents are ok.
No email means nothing.
February 21, 2020 at 12:45
Hello Simon.
I am EU48*** and i sent doc on October after the request from KCC. Following your advice, i asked them today if they are satisfied with my doc and the reply was :
After sending documents to [email protected], you will receive an automatic reply to your email. If there are no attachments, the auto reply explains there are no documents attached to the email. If there are attachments, the auto reply explains we received your email and are currently processing your documents. Please allow time for processing of your documents. Documents are processed in numerical order, based on lottery rank number. Once KCC has processed your documents, we will let you know if anything is missing or if we have received everything needed.
For April, immigrant numbers in the DV category are available to qualified DV-2020 applicants chargeable to all regions/eligible countries as follows. When an allocation cut-off number is shown, visas are available only for applicants with DV regional lottery rank numbers BELOW the specified allocation cut-off number:
AFRICA 41,000 Except: Egypt 30,700
ASIA 15,800 Except: Iran 9,800
Nepal 10,500
EUROPE 21,200
N. AMERICA 16
OCEANIA 1,975
S. AMERICA 1,560
What does this mean ? Thank you
February 21, 2020 at 20:26
It means they do not have your documents. Read the article below and figure out what you did not do right….
https://britsimonsays.com/document-procedure-modification/
February 22, 2020 at 11:05
They dont have it or they havent checked at all cause they are waiting my number to become current ? Beacuse the autoreply i got when i sent the doc said we are currently processing.
February 22, 2020 at 15:40
Go through the steps I mentioned. There is no downside to following that advice.
February 21, 2020 at 13:03
Dear Mr.Brit
My case no is 14*** in asian region.i have submitted ds 260 in january.but still i have not submitted my document because i have not received my police certificate still.i hope it will received in next week.
My questions are
1.is it too late or Ok?
2.is it issue for interview date?
3.can i submitted other document ,and can i submitted police document when i received.
4. Can you predict , my interview date will be april or may?
Thank you
February 21, 2020 at 14:00
Madu,
With all my respect, how long does it take to get a police certificate in your country? 10 months? If you really wanted to immigrate to US, you knew since May 7th, 2019 that you are the winner. And it took that long to get your all your documents ready, really? Oh, I’m sorry, you are still waiting for your police certificate, waisting others’ time too, as people with higher case numbers who are hoping to get current will have to wait too… So, my point here is submit ALL your documents together ASAP, and don’t waist time of others… Be a little more responsible and think how your action can affect others life.
Good luck in your process and all the best!
P.S. I know I could be banned because of this message, but I’m so tiered because some people are taking for granted that they won the lottery and don’t care about others.
February 21, 2020 at 16:09
Please dont reply if you dont know what the situaion is.
February 21, 2020 at 20:43
@SR I won’t ban you for comments like this – but it’s a bit silly to take your frustration out on one individual as you just did. I write an explanation for you so that you better understand – but in reality you don’t know what others have to go through, their circumstances or procedures in their country. So – you have to accept that and realize the importance of the case (rank) number.
February 21, 2020 at 20:28
1. Not too late.
2. It will delay your interview date – of course.
3. No
4. Probably neither (certainly not April). More likely June if you hurry up. If you get them the documents in the next few days then maybe May – but as I say – most likely not May either.
February 22, 2020 at 04:08
Thank you Mr.Brit.I can send my all document in next week.My last question is have any risk to reject me?
Thanks again
February 22, 2020 at 04:38
Yes you can be rejected.
February 22, 2020 at 15:49
If i send it soon?
February 22, 2020 at 16:38
You are asking unclear questions. Your case won’t be rejected for sending documents late – but rejection is a possibility in this process.
February 21, 2020 at 13:16
Hi Brit,
I’ve just watched your last video about documents submitting. Thank you by the way for your great job and effort. So, as I understood, for the EU region, the backlog created was artificial one, because a bunch of silly, irresponsible people submitted their documents in the last moment, am I right? So, now those who responsibly submitted all the documents and did everything right but have high case numbers (like myself) are in a higher risk because of this stupidity?
If it is true, why KCC doesn’t put all these silly people at the end of the line. If it is your mistake, pay for it, don’t leave it on others… I’m sorry, I’m supper frustrated because of all this situation.
February 21, 2020 at 16:04
Some of them want to postpone their interviews for all kinds of reasons. But this year the backlog was created by sending reminders to everyone and not just to the ones filled their ds260. Unfair? For sure
February 22, 2020 at 00:41
Yes, I agree that some people have reasons to postpone their interview, but it should be one, two or three cases in total, not a bunch to be noticeable as it was in the last Visa Bulletin. And I know that this year KCC sent reminders to all selectees, but it happened months ago, starting with August. If I’m wrong please correct me.
I’m just upset because this year has the lowest number of selectees in the history of dv lottery, with a higher number of visas, and still some people will not get to the interview because of somebody’s slow motion. Maybe I’m wrong. I just hope that KCC will change something in it’s processes soon enough, and will start rising case numbers, giving a chance to those who really want to immigrate.
February 22, 2020 at 01:00
Jeez. Do you realize that there are THOUSANDS of selectees who just got travel banned, just like that. No warning, no time to understand, and they did nothing wrong. One minute they are sitting pretty with a low case number, and the next minute they have me telling them they are screwed. There are various factors why this year is going slow. I have explained that to you, but rather than blaming people as a group – or even picking on one person as you did (even though you knew nothing of their life/reasons etc), perhaps you should just be grateful that you still have a chance, but realize that your rank number means everyone in front of you has first pick. Or at least – should have. That’s the rules, and you should have known that.
February 21, 2020 at 20:31
Well no its not exactly like that. But in terms of your point – the lottery rank number is important and part of law. Lower case numbers have preference – that is how it is. Some people (probably many) either delayed, or did not provide a complete set of documents. In some cases KCC might simply have misfiled them. In whatever scenario – those with lower case numbers still are ahead of those with higher numbers.
February 21, 2020 at 20:35
Oh – and furthermore. KCC started the year slow. They are responsible for that. Theycould have started faster, but now there are 8859 cases in EU above 21200, AND some people under 21200 that have not submitted yet. EU capacity is to handle around 1000 to 1200 interviews per month. So depending on how many people respond there may not be enough time left to interview all cases – and that would lead to wasted visas. Frustrating – yep.
February 22, 2020 at 03:50
I am current in the previous VB and the docs are sent and confirmed that are good to go. Obviously no interview in March what are my chances for April? How many months are they running behind if only 1200 interviews are possible per month.
February 22, 2020 at 03:57
The point is WHEN the documents were sent and processed. If they were processed before the beginning of February, then you would get a 2NL this month for April interview. If not, then it will be March for May interview.
February 22, 2020 at 04:05
Documents were send in late October. After the VB in January recived email that they are fine but to verify if KCC is satisfied(sounded weird) but when asked on January 22 got email back that they are good to go. Till now no 2nl
February 22, 2020 at 04:38
OK – end of the month…
February 21, 2020 at 13:37

You will have to decide how to handle that. I am not going to encourage you to lie or hide details about your situation.

February 21, 2020 at 20:46

February 21, 2020 at 14:51

February 21, 2020 at 20:51
You should wait a few weeks then ask again.
February 21, 2020 at 16:48
Hi, Simon
I’ve just watched your most recent video, which by the way thanks for. So I just sent the KCC an email asking if my already submitted documents have been processed yet, and I just got an automatic response as follows:
“The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email. This email address, [email protected] is for case-specific Diversity Visa inquires only. If you would like to check the status of your entry, please do so at http://www.dvlottery.state.gov/ESC. This website is the definitive means of determining whether or not you were selected for possible further processing. You must see a notice that is addressed to you by name as proof of selection to process further in the DV program.
For inquiries about specific cases, please ensure that you have included your case number, first and last name, and date of birth with your inquiry. If this information is not provided or is inaccurate, KCC will be unable to process your inquiry.
For other information and to view frequently asked questions, please visit the Department of State Website at [http://www.travel.state.gov<http://www.travel.state.gov]www.travel.state.gov. Under the Visas section, select Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery Program and then select Instructions for the Diversity Visa lottery year you entered. The frequently asked questions can be found at the bottom of the instructions.
Thank you for contacting KCC.”
Now just to make sure I contacted them properly, I used my case number as a subject along with the words “submitted documents inquiry.” And I also mentioned my full name and birthdate in the email itself.
My question is, could there be anything wrong in using an outlook email? Because I just checked again all the documents that I already sent a month ago and everything is fine, including following the new naming convention. Also, if all else failed, could I send the documents again using a different email, for example gmail? Or would that cause any problem?
Thanks again for your time and effort, and sorry if that was long
February 21, 2020 at 20:54
KCC prefer you use the original email address (from the initial entry) but they can cope if you have to use another email address, as long as the three pieces of info are correctly quote (Name, Birthdate and FULL case number).
Now – I know some people think they sent documents when in fact they sent an email with links to documents that KCC cannot access – so whatever email you use, make sure that there are ACTUALL attachments.
February 21, 2020 at 22:08
I don’t think that’s the case here. I mean I’m sure I sent them as attachments, not links. I guess I’ll wait a day or two for their response, but thanks anyway
February 22, 2020 at 15:13
Hi I have the same issue. Sent all my documents in November. I got the same reply. I have called them asked me to resend documents and I did for sure attached and got auto reply. We received your documents and processing them… it can take 3-6weeks……
case number eu32xxx
February 22, 2020 at 15:27
Hi John! I also got the same automatic response yesterday like you when i asked if they were satisfied with my documents .It said The Kentucky Consular Center( KCC) has received your email……….
February 21, 2020 at 17:26
Dear Brit,
case AF32k

14th Feb- resubmitted documents
Today 21 Feb- Kcc email..”Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center and are ready to be scheduled for an interview ..:
Is there any hope for an April interview or will it be delayed to May because I resubmitted my documents in February 14th which was a few days before my number became current?
February 21, 2020 at 20:57
May.
February 21, 2020 at 18:35
Hi Simon,
My case number is 2020AF00026*** which becomes current in March. I already submitted the ds260 and sent all the required documents.
Today, I received an email indicating that my documents have been successfully proceeded and I should be ready to be scheduled for an interview. However, I didn’t get any information about the date of my interview. What’s the next step in that case?
Thanks in advance
February 21, 2020 at 21:03
So now you wait. You will probably get a 2NL in late March for a May interview.
February 21, 2020 at 21:00
Hi Brit
In November I have send all necessary document and I don’t have received a ok confirmation of my documents ,I have contacted them and they say me that your documents will be processing only when your number case will be activ,I don’t know what to do should I contact them again ,or I need to wait until my case number will be activ ? I’m 38k Eu case number ..
Thanks have a nice day .
February 21, 2020 at 22:40
Contact them again in a few weeks.
February 21, 2020 at 21:52
Hello Mr Brit
If someone notice a mistake on his DS260 while his case number becomes current, what should he do please?
February 21, 2020 at 22:57
Depends on the mistake.
February 21, 2020 at 22:12
Hi brit
Do I have to bring the police certificate and send it to kcc from the country of residence if I currently stay here for only three months??
February 21, 2020 at 22:58
Did you read the instructions????
February 21, 2020 at 23:13
Yes i did, they said send the police certificate if you lived for more than 6 month and i didn’t send it,but iam asking you because i sent my documents to kcc more than once, and kcc replied that “KCC has determined that you have not sent the required documents for review”
So i didn’t know what’s wrong!!
February 21, 2020 at 23:33
Then you can either explain you have not been in that country long enough to need a police cert, or just get the police cert.
February 21, 2020 at 22:14
Hi Mr. Britsimon. Dv2020af69k from Egypt and I want to adjust my status and I know my chance to go current is not good. Should I submit I-130 and I-485 Forms now or wait? if I have to wait, how long should I wait to submit the Forms for AOS?
Thank you in advance
February 21, 2020 at 22:59
You cannot submit now – your forms would be rejected. As soon as your case number gets current in a VB announcement, you can send them. If your number never becomes current, then you have no option.
February 22, 2020 at 00:49
Thank you for your efforts
February 21, 2020 at 23:11
Hello sir,
Thanks for the good work, god bless you.
I emailed KCC because I was wondering if I was going to be scheduled for April because I should.
They replied with the generic email: « your case number is now current for interview processing… »
They also said that I can’t unlock the Ds260 anymore.
Do you think that means I’m going to be schedule for April ?
Thank you

Answered precisely in the FAQ.
Yes.
February 22, 2020 at 10:09
Hello Brit, can I track my documents been send to kcc any help.
February 22, 2020 at 10:55
Simon, Hi,
1.I’m just checking if I need to contact KCC to make sure they received the documents sent on October 25? (I did get the auto reply confirming they received and are processing the documents and to contact them if I don’t hear back in 6 weeks) After reading all the posts I just want to double check with you.
2. From one of your replies to a post, does Asia region only have 2,200 real cases still left?
3.Do you think it has the chance to go current?
4. If I fill out an I34 is it helpful to also get a personal bank statement?
5. I can’t find my undergrad degree, but I do have my most recent Grad degree from a prominent university in NY, can I only present that and a scanned copy of my undergrad deg?
AS23xxx
Thank you
February 22, 2020 at 15:38
1. Check.
2. Yes
3. It will.
4. Yes
5. Present what you can.
February 24, 2020 at 14:40
I sent [email protected] 2 emails consecutively since I missed mentioning my birth date in the first email.
I put it in the email subject along with my CN and First and Last name and mentioned them again at the end of the email.
ASxxxx_Name_LastName_Month_Day_Year and my follow up message if documents are sufficient and received (in the message context)
I got an automatic reply but no confirmation I’m sure they need time “obviously”.
1. Is it a problem I sent 2 emails?
2. Just checking with you if that was the right way to send (the subject of the email) or if I need to send it again if it was wrong.
3. Thank you so much!
February 24, 2020 at 20:43
1. No
2. Yes
February 22, 2020 at 17:46
I actually called them two days ago, they said they’re prioritizing document processing for current cases, which makes sense tbh.
AS24k – docs sent back in Nov, modified and resent two weeks ago.
February 22, 2020 at 11:56
Hi Brit.
I hope you are doing well.
I am DV-2020 winner
I have a couple questions:
1. I used a photo in DV entry that was taken more than 6 month . Can it a problem?
2. My sponsor is my cousin living and working in USA. His income is 50000$ annually. However he started this job in January 2020. I am intending to get I-134 form in March. Can he be a sponsor as he started the job 2 month ago?
3. I tried to study a master degree in USA and entered twice visa interview but got refused. Can this effect my DV interview? What do you think?
I appreciate your answer.
Thanks a lot.
February 22, 2020 at 15:42
1. It can, rarely.
2. No.
3. No problem.
February 22, 2020 at 16:57
Brit, Just curious how long does the sponsor needs to be employed by the same company? My girlfriend works for her company for 14 months now, is she able to sponsor? knowing her salary is sufficient.
February 22, 2020 at 21:15
Yes
February 22, 2020 at 15:51

February 22, 2020 at 20:45

February 22, 2020 at 16:45
Hi Brit!
How can I calculate how many “real” cases there are between 21200 and 27000 in Eu? Is there a website to see that? I am not able to use CEAC to calculate that. Thank u so much!
February 22, 2020 at 21:14

Dear sir Simon! Hope you are well ! Many thanks indeed for you precious support !
My interview is in 3 days . Everything is done great until now according your precious advices.I would like to ask you if there is any chance to see the photos uploaded to initial entry . Because my only single concern is that i am afraid of having uploaded them mistakenly. I mean uploading my picture in my wife entry form or vice versa or between my children.
Believe me my mate i am not finding peace with myself.
God bless you sir !
Best regards !
February 22, 2020 at 21:17
No that is not possible.
