Dear Mr Brit,
What if I did a hair transplant after winning DV lottery? Wouldn’t it be a problem in an interview?
Thank you.
May 13, 2020 at 13:41
No
May 13, 2020 at 10:01
Hi Simon,
In my country there are only around 130 cases left to interview. Do you think that it is possible to interview all of them between Aug 23rd and Sep 30th ? There are 28 working days within this period of time.
May 13, 2020 at 10:15
130 cases before your case number or 0-55000 there are 130 cases left?
May 13, 2020 at 11:46
Around 130 cases left (overall). Yes, because we have a really low amount of people who won the lottery.
May 13, 2020 at 10:20
1 day = 5 people
May 13, 2020 at 13:29
You can do that math as well as I can – but I don’t know the capacity of your embassy.
May 13, 2020 at 14:21
Hello Simon,
first of all thank your for your blog which helps a lot.
To my question, are the chances for people participating from germany (germans) this year higher than usual? Due to trumps ban of several countrys.
My next question would be if you know why the numbers of elected people from germany is decreasing from year to year. I think around the year 2003 there where approx. 2300 elected people and today this number went down to around 300 i think.
Thank you and stay healthy
Carlo
May 13, 2020 at 16:21
Not much different for Germans. Trumps bans does not change the selection of winners.
The number of selectees per country is in proportion to the number of entries for that country, taken against the whole of that region. So – as more EU entries have come from other countries, Germany gets less selectees. There has also been a small decrease in German entries during that time.

Hi Sir Brits please I need your help for my question please, I already did my interview and it was approved but since then my status has been displayed as refused which I think it’s the same as administrative processing but only today I checked and I found out that updated just today and it say “Ready” and the text under it says I should schedule for my interview, I dont understand anything, please is that mean they’re going to schedule me for interview again even though I’ve already did it ? Please kindly reply me to know what is ahead of me please.
Thanks for been there for people like me who knows nothing about immigration

Hello Simon,
The Visa Bulletin page is currently not working. Is it intentional or not? What is your take on the situation?
May 15, 2020 at 04:21
I’m using some patience. You should too.
May 17, 2020 at 18:22
I worked in Iraq and Afghanistan in US bases only without access out of the base because of security issues in those countries. For purposes of DV lottery Visa I need to get police certificates from those countries since I worked from each country over a year. Right now I can’t access any of the countries because they are risky countries to go. Advise how I can go about this case.
Thank you bro.
May 17, 2020 at 19:28
Read the reciprocity page for each specific countries. In some cases the instructions make clear you are not expected to provide a police cert, and in other cases they give clear instructions on how to obtain what you need.
May 13, 2020 at 15:42
I applied for the green card lottery while i was in Turkish Northern Cyprus. How can an interview be possible provided i filled turkey as the present country of residence(due to the abscence of a US embassy in North Cyprus) . Will i have to go to turkey or travel to my original country?
May 13, 2020 at 16:22
You would interview in your country of residence.
May 13, 2020 at 16:17
Dear Brit,
I hope you are doing fine.
I just want from you a sincere opinion considering living in usa and are more involved in internal politic and point o views.
Do you think that could be a possibiliy that Trump administration could extend the EO?.
Regards.

Hello brit i was just reviewing my ds260 and the document id section for the passport there is id no and i recently changed my passport because the name in the passport was wrong so my question is do i need to unlock the ds260 and change the document id because the number does not match my current pasport tnx
May 13, 2020 at 17:09
I have a question. Checked today the CEAC site and my number is not found. getting this “Your search did not return any data.”
tried different numbers and are found without a problem.
My case was scheduled by the embassy and canceled by them. In the ds-260(I can open it and review it) says that my case is at the embassy.
1. Is this normal?
2. Updating the site?
3. Got dropped completely?
May 14, 2020 at 17:57
I don’t know.
possibly 4. You’re making a mistake?
May 13, 2020 at 20:41
Hello sir please if we get the opportunity to travel to the US to avoid expiring of our visa’s and will the US allow us enter.
May 14, 2020 at 00:26
Hi Sir
Is there any update from your end for us regarding the ban, I mean whether it will be extended or not?
Thanks for your response!!???
May 14, 2020 at 17:58
Generally yes – depending on where you are coming from.
May 14, 2020 at 21:38
From Liberia Sir, Africa.
May 14, 2020 at 03:11
Hello Sir
I’m a current F2 and I live in USA, so I applied for a AOS and send the package on May 1. Today I got a debit from my bank account but later the charges were reversed. Do you know why should that happened?
May 14, 2020 at 18:02
I don’t know.
May 15, 2020 at 13:28
Hi Maria, did you know why the money was returned to you?
May 14, 2020 at 05:21
Hello sir:
I checked my documents status , i received this email:
Your DS-260 has been processed. You should have received, or will soon receive, an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing. Please follow the instructions in the email. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Interviews for the DV 2020 program will begin in October 2019 and conclude on September 30, 2020. Please refer to the visa bulletin at https://www.travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check https://www.dvlottery.state.gov.
Is this means my case is ready because i did nt the ?or i need to send it again , thanks in advance
May 14, 2020 at 18:03
It means you are NOT ready for scheduling.
May 15, 2020 at 16:42
Okay so what i need to do , sending the document again or what to do??because my case is current?? Thanks
May 16, 2020 at 00:21
I would suggest you wait a couple of weeks then check again – by phone ideally.
May 14, 2020 at 08:01
Hello please if u have a valid immigrant visa can u join a repatriated flight to the US. you
May 14, 2020 at 18:04
Yes
May 14, 2020 at 12:17
Sir … if I arrive on the US on the day my Visa expires will I be admitted? On the exact date written in my VISA
May 14, 2020 at 18:05
Yes
May 14, 2020 at 14:53
Hi Brit,
Thanks for the assistance you have given so far.
Our visa is expiring in July and hoping to get it stamped and come back immediately. The problem is I am pregnant which puts me in a risk of travel specially during the pandemic. ( I am the main applicant)
Is there any process which allows my husband to travel and submit my docs to make the visa validated?
Thank you!
May 14, 2020 at 18:06
No. You will need to travel, or try and get your visa extended.
https://britsimonsays.com/extending-an-immigrant-visa-for-unavoidable-reasons/
May 14, 2020 at 20:52
But visa extending is not possible during Trump’s ban. Is that correct ? ( in case the ban extended further to 60 Days)
Thanks a lot Brit!!!
May 14, 2020 at 22:01
That is my assumption – but it may not be correct. However, during these difficult economic time (30 million unemployed) it makes sense to delay entry for as long as possible, so no one should be rushing to extend now – they should delay the extension.
May 15, 2020 at 14:52
Yeah I agree. I will look into that. Thanks Brit !
May 14, 2020 at 15:11
Hi Brit
We landed end of December 2019 in the US.
We left USA end of Jan 2020 for personal challenging reasons.
It seems we provided none valid address at border entry to deliver to us the green card and SS card. (I noticed that late,) .Because till now it is not received at my friend’s mail box.
1. How can we correct the address and ask them to deliver the Green cards to the new address?
2. Same for SS cards, how can we coŕrect the address and ask them to deliver to new address.
Thanks
May 14, 2020 at 18:07
1. You would have to contact USCIS and discuss with them
2. That would be a discussion with the SSA.
May 14, 2020 at 15:54
I want to know when is the exact date for the selection or raffle of successful dv2021 winners
May 14, 2020 at 18:38
Results will be made public on June 6.
May 14, 2020 at 18:43
Brit, you said that NLs are sent in two batches. First one is right after VB is published. Taking into account that after Current of May Visa Bulletin no one has received anything, does it mean that there will not be second batch in the end of this month? So, there will not be any interview in July?
May 14, 2020 at 19:40
I explained that in my recent video. I do wish you would digest the information I have already put out there.
The May bulletin was issued in April – that concerned June interviews.
It remains to be seen whether they send 2NLs for July interviews – those would normally be sent in May.
May 14, 2020 at 19:29
Hello Brit,
Do you have any update about today’s lawsuit against trump executive orders?
May 14, 2020 at 20:32
The lawsuit was discussed in front of the judge – and the judge will now consider the information presented.
May 14, 2020 at 22:27
If the executive order is challenged, would it be possible that President Trump would sign another executive order (for example only for the DV lottery)? Or once the order is lifted, it is impossible to sign another one for similar matters?
May 14, 2020 at 23:32
Nothing is stopping Trump signing another EO.
May 14, 2020 at 19:34
Hello brit i was just reviewing my ds260 and the document id section for the passport there is id number and i recently changed my passport because the name in the passport was wrong so my question is do i need to unlock the ds260 and change the document id because the number does not match my current pasport not just the id number all the passport information is wrong on the ds 260 should i unlock it make it right what do you think
May 14, 2020 at 20:34
Generally it is best that the DS260 has the updated passport info, but it’s not 100% required. Your choice.
May 14, 2020 at 22:22
hello brit but if i dont do anything will that not look like fraud since the passport i will take to the interview and the info on the ds260 don’t much 2nd question how do i unlock ds260 form tnx
May 14, 2020 at 23:31
1. Again. Your choice.
2. Read the FAQ
May 15, 2020 at 04:28
What the other Executive order did Trump sign?
May 15, 2020 at 13:26
Several. You can google them.
May 14, 2020 at 19:42
Today’s lawsuit with Jim Hacking was that the Lawsuit you were talking about with the DV plaintiffs ?
May 14, 2020 at 20:33
No.
May 15, 2020 at 03:23
Hi simon
Is the visa bulltein stopped ?
May 15, 2020 at 04:20
No
May 15, 2020 at 07:32
Hello brit! i am from nepal me and my wife we both got diversity visa on feb2020 but couldn’t travel because of travel restriction. Now our country is arranging some charter flight to us. So, will it create a problem if i travel to us through charter flight alone ?As iam the principal applicant. Can i travel now and my wife waits some more time until the circumstances goes quite well and travel later after the normal flight resume ??and also if it expires, is it possible to extend her visa even if i have already travel to us? or only we can travel together?
May 15, 2020 at 13:28
You can enter the USA now. Extensions may be possible.
https://britsimonsays.com/extending-an-immigrant-visa-for-unavoidable-reasons/
May 15, 2020 at 08:01
in the visa bullettin page:
USCIS, in coordination with Department of State (DOS), is revising the procedures for determining visa availability for applicants waiting to file for employment-based or family-sponsored preference adjustment of status. The revised process will better align with procedures DOS uses for foreign nationals who seek to become U.S. permanent residents by applying for immigrant visas at U.S. consulates and embassies abroad.
what does it mean??
best regards
sofia
May 15, 2020 at 13:29
Nothing. That is an old message. They are working on the site. Relax.
May 15, 2020 at 08:34
Hi sir thank you very much for helping us. We send emails to the embassy in regards to our reshulde appointment but did not received reply should we continue to write them or wait until end of the month and also heard that June 4 all embassies are going to been open please do you have any update on that?
Thanks
May 15, 2020 at 13:30
June 4 is NOT the date that embassies are expected to open – that date is set by USCIS for USA Field offices, not embassies. Keep trying to reach your embassy.
May 15, 2020 at 15:05
Thanks you very much
May 15, 2020 at 09:24
Good morning sir,
God bless you for your good works. We really appreciate ?
My interview was supposed to be in first week of April 2020 but was cancelled.
I contacted the Ghana embassy to find out if by the end of the fiscal year and nothing has changed, are our cases going to be terminated? and this was the feedback given.
“Dear Ms. ******
You will have to contact KCC in order to have them provide you with an update and/or instructions regarding a new appointment date.
Consular Section”
Per your experience, does this sound normal?
I think my case is closed and KCC has no contract with me.
KCC also told me I’ll be rescheduled by Ghana embassy.
May 15, 2020 at 13:31
No that is incorrect. Wait a week or two then try again.
May 15, 2020 at 09:43
Hi sir visa bulletin for June is out but when open information why?
May 15, 2020 at 13:33
I don’t know.
May 15, 2020 at 16:08
Hello brit.i have been calling kcc to inquire if they have receive my documents and are satisfied with them but the response I get is your correspondent can’t answer your call now.please Brit help me cause I have resent my documents more than twice on respond and call them still no response.please do advice me on what to do please Brit
May 16, 2020 at 00:23
Call them during their opening hours.
May 15, 2020 at 17:20
Hello Brit please we have booked our flight tickets to live for US but our baby girl still don’t have her traveling document because the US embassy in Ghana is still closed. So can the airline produce a boarding pass for the baby to enable us travel with the baby because she is 2months old. Thank you.
May 16, 2020 at 00:21
The airline may (or may not) understand the rules. Strictly speaking, you don’t need anything from the embassy, but the airline might not know that. Talk to the airline and see if they understand.
May 15, 2020 at 19:12
Hello Brit,
Thanks for your time and support.
My case is current for June, I am a medical doctor and also have master and PhD degree, and my wife is pharmacist. I have two questions.
1- Does the health professional have priority for the DV2020?
2-Does the health professional of DV2020 eligible for travel ban exemption?
Regards,
May 16, 2020 at 00:18
1. No.
2. Possibly. That is up to the embassy to decide.
May 15, 2020 at 21:43
Hi Brits…
Good Day/Evening.
I just went through the HEROES ACT Bill.
Based on my understanding, there seem to be some relief in it if it it’s passed into Law at the Senate.
Talking on Immigration:
Page 1731, Line 5-25 and
Page 1732, Line 1-23
I interpreted it to mean ‘any unused Visa at the end of this Fiscal Year (September 30th), will be rolled over or Carried Forward to Next Fiscal Year. Including the DV. The cases will be active through September 30, 2021 alongside DV 2021.
1. What do you think of my Interpretation?
2. Should one be optimistic it’ll be voted into Law? Because it is being rumored some Republican Senators are already criticizing the bill when it’s not yet gotten to the Senate.
3.a. If the Bill doesn’t becomes Law, Will the remaining unprocessed DV 2020 cases really be canceled by September 30th of which some of the DV 2020 applicants have already gotten the Visas and probably some already in custody of their Green Cards?
3.b. If so, won’t that be really unfair to the unprocessed cases despite the fact that it is a privilege not a right?
Thanks and hoping for your response.
Best of Regards to Yourself and Family.
May 16, 2020 at 00:16
1. Incorrect. You are reading into it what you *want* to see, not what is there. This is about increasing DV2021 and DV2022 visas, not allowing DV2020 cases to rollover.
2. Like all bills there may be some level of negotiation back and forth. It’s too soon to assume with will be in the final version if indeed it gets passed.
3a. People who have their visas already are fine – they are not affected by the ban. Unapproved cases will simply time out – and will not get approved later.
3b. Unfair, yes. Life is unfair sometimes.
May 16, 2020 at 06:19
Dear Brit Thanks so much for your endless effort to ensure our success.
Now that every region has gone current,
1) how will KCC treat files with lower and higher numbers.
2) for example, a case of abt 70xxx that had filled his DS 260 and a case with 50xxx that had also filled the DS260 form will the 2NL be send in monthly batches again prior to the case number range or won’t it matter anymore.
3) If case 70xxx doc has an processed earlier enough should he expect the 2NL for June?
May 16, 2020 at 14:08
1. There is no difference between higher or lower numbers now.
2. See 1
3. The next 2NLs will be for July interviews at the earliest. And will only be sent to cases with a processed DS260 and processed documents.
May 16, 2020 at 10:20
Hi Brit, from the answers to your questions, one can lose hope. There is no 2NL yer and then we have a despicable Trump who could proceed with the ban.
Thank you for your help so far.But these are desperate times for everyone.
May 16, 2020 at 10:27
Hi Brit, from your answers to the questions, one can say that there is no hope.First,no confirmation of documents yet and no 2NL. Then there’s the despicable suspension of visas.
I just wrote to say, thank you.
May 16, 2020 at 11:06
Hello Simon,
I have an immigrant visa which expires early in Jun so I’m going to enter the US next week. My question is after I enter the US, will my green card be issued after the ban ends? I still should enter the US as long as I physically can, right?
Sincerely,
Lia
May 16, 2020 at 14:12
The ban doesn’t affect the sending of the GC.
Yes, if you can travel, that is probably the safest approach.
May 16, 2020 at 14:20
What the heck are you thinking????
Don’t post your information in public like that!
As for KCC- WAIT.
May 16, 2020 at 15:54
Dear Sir,
I am AS 17xxx
“Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all required documentation to the Kentucky Consular Center and are ready to be scheduled for an interview when your case number becomes current. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.” This was received on 08th March after reopened my DS 260.
1. Does this mean that they have received all the required documents and Can I expect 2nl this month for July interviews, (My Case status still “At NVC” but some higher case numbers already got 2nl)
2. I have contacted with KCC two times and informed me that my case is completed and ready to be scheduled for interview. Can I trust that??
Stay Safe…
Thanks
May 16, 2020 at 17:20
It will now depend on how KCC handle scheduling while the ban is in force, AND whether your embassy is accepting appointments.
Bottomline – wait and see.
May 17, 2020 at 03:33
Hi,
I am too from AS region with Case number 17xxx. Received documents satisfaction for two times but i didnt contact KCC because of covid closure. Case is current in May visa bulletin. Now i am waiting for the 2NL. Where are yiu supposed to take your interview?
May 17, 2020 at 07:23
Sri Lanka
May 16, 2020 at 17:15
Good day Brit
Case number AF000714**,, when do you think I will get interview? Already submitted all required documents. Thanks
May 16, 2020 at 17:21
That depends on whether they have processed your documents or not.
May 16, 2020 at 19:33
Hey Brit, my Documents have been processed and kcc told me. I’m only awaiting the 2nd NL. When you think I will get interview? Case number AF000714**
May 17, 2020 at 05:12
Maybe July – wait and see.
May 18, 2020 at 11:31
Ellen Johnson, hope you’re well. You recently claimed you go your visas and are unable to travel due to the pandemic. Why claim you received documents confirmation msg. From Af region with a high case no?Kindly be transparent. We do depend on this platform to know our status.
May 18, 2020 at 14:51
Well spotted Meg
I think I had the same confusion
I thought maybe it was me going mad ….honestly…….as I remember this lady succeeding and sharing the great news – then this
Surprised Brit didn’t spot this himself … and Im glad that Im not going mad
May 16, 2020 at 17:41
Hi Brit, I’ve been watching your responses for about a week and one is tempted to be hopeless.
Thank you any way.
May 16, 2020 at 18:58
The takeaway should be patience, not hopelessness.
May 16, 2020 at 19:17
I wish i could post my journey under ‘interview experience stories’ with full of happiness but day by day week by week my dreams getting crushed by the global pandemic and administration actions. not only for me but for all the remaining cases… maybe we are the unluckiest for the past 25 years of DV lottery journeys.
May 16, 2020 at 19:31
The only thing left for us now: is believe, faith and trusting in God for he’s the only solution to all our problems in this world??
May 17, 2020 at 05:11
🙁
May 16, 2020 at 19:56
Hello, sir
I would like to know if it is possible for you to send interview dates for the month of July before the end of the current month without knowing if the United States’ ban will be extended. For what date of this month will they be sending them?
May 17, 2020 at 05:13
We cannot be certain how they will schedule cases. The embassies are still mostly closed, the ban is still in force. Patience.
May 16, 2020 at 20:05
hello brit i contacted kcc about unlocking my ds260 there is no response it has been two days i sent exactly like in your blog here is the email

Please unlock my DS260 form as I would like to make some revisions.
Thank you should i email again what shall i do.
May 17, 2020 at 05:14
STOP POSTING YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
May 17, 2020 at 06:20
hello brit sorry about private info i wanted you to see the full picture we are all screwed anyways it doesn’t matter what should i do then email again
May 17, 2020 at 13:38
Wait!!! Have some patience!
May 16, 2020 at 20:55
Hello Brit! I hope this message finds you well! I have some minor Unpaid debt in my country Of residence. Would I be denied a green card visa if the USA embassy finds out ? I am a green card winner and I don’t want to make a bad impression at the USA embasssy.
May 17, 2020 at 05:16
Not relevant.
May 16, 2020 at 23:59
Hello Brit
Could a sponsor fill the I-134 form for two separate families or winners concurrently or can he support a winner whiles helping another living in the states with same(i.e. not a dv winner but seeking for a green card)?
Thank you
May 17, 2020 at 05:16
That creates risk.
May 17, 2020 at 00:25
Hi Brit,
So according to the HEROES ACT,,for DV2021 they might increase the number of selectees?
Is this the reason why they postponed the results!?
May 17, 2020 at 05:17
That is what the bill proposes, but it is just a bill. It may not be passed.
Of course the delay had nothing to do with the bill.
May 17, 2020 at 07:32
So they are thinking for dv2021 winners already to make easier for them, but for us no wtf is going on ,are we cursed or what? it is like dv2020 is a mistake and they should improve next years.I cant believe I have no words.
May 17, 2020 at 13:46
Yes DV2020 is suffering some bad luck. But remember, hundreds of thousands of people have already died from the virus (over 80K in the USA), over 30 Million people are unemployed in the USA alone.
Perspective, please.
May 17, 2020 at 18:00
Yeah and milions die every year from hunger, thirst, diseases that are present in last 30 years but nobody gave a shit to find a cure ,also my grandparents died few years back ,so what should I do? stop living dreaming and be suffiecient if Im just alive, and dont get mad when my plans are ruined by some chinese eating a bat soup or some evil persons creating a virus in a lab,I dont think you would have that perspective if dv2020 was your year ,think you would be calm and say no it doesnt matter my visa ,look old people 80+ are dying Im fine ,You just cant swallow every bullshit that it is served in your life and be good about it.Anyway hope I get my visa, and my further life not to be dependable on some few evil people.
May 17, 2020 at 19:21
Don’t use that language here – and be respectful.

“Wooow”??? Your tone is very disrespectful – try to grow up and be more empathetic to others. Yes, many, but not all of the 30 million will return to work – but they will have lost money in the short term (unemployment benefits don’t cover all expenses. Many of those won’t be able to return to work in the short term – and will certainly be using savings or going in to debt during this time. Many business owners have lost a lot of money, and some no doubt face bankruptcy because they have not been able to open their businesses, but still have to pay business rents and so on.

Hi Mr. Brit
I called KCC to confirm that if they are satisfied with my documents.she told me they can not check my documents because there is other department which check the documents and normally if any document missing they indicate in case # but she thought still yet my document has not been checked from other department.
I sent documents in 10th January. and my case # AS29xxx
suggest me how long i should wait and after that what should I have to do.at least confirm that we are ready for 2NL?

Ask again in early June.

Hi Brit,
Hope you are fine.
We got the US Visa and it will be expired on August. I have few questions as follows,
1) Due to this Covid-19 pandemic situation we planned to stamp the visa and return to our country as soon as possible. How minimum days do we need to stay in US?
2) I heard once we got stamp the visa, it will valid for one year and we can stay one year away from US and come back to US without any issue. What is maximum duration we can stay away in this situation?
3) Guam is a U.S. island territory. Can we go their with this visa? Will it be considered that we enter US?

How long will it take to find out if the bill might pass?If after Jun.6 will there be a 2nd draw?
Thank you.

It is unlikely the bill passes at least not in present form – we should see in a few weeks.
I don’t know whether there would be a 2nd draw or not.

hello brit i saw your you-tube video on the law suit it was an informative video as always is there any advantage of joining the law suit early rather than later, if there is no difference then i was thinking of waiting until June 23 since the deadline is on July 1 to apply for the lawsuit wating to see if trumps ban extends or not if it does extend apply then on June 24 what do you say
May 17, 2020 at 13:50
No advantage of being early, no.

A few questions Brit
a) Has any DV2019 or DV2020 winner here on this forum / blog… or that you know Brit, who has activated their visa (now with LPR status) and returned to their overseas home country filed taxes in the US on their overseas home country income (as they are not working in the US yet – and now also received the US Government stimulus cheque – $1,200 per adult and $500 for children?
b) Are we eligible for the Stimulus Check after we file taxes in the US even if we are filing on income earned outside the US and may be presently outside the US? Is there an official link or further info on this?
c) When exactly do you start filing taxes as we only went for an activation trip in December 2019 – we haven’t returned to the US yet ? I don’t understand tax years in the USA and the tax system yet – here the tax year ends in early April yearly and we don’t have to file tax if employed additionally (i.e. employer pays the tax on our behalf)
d) How exactly do you file taxes in the USA – is it easy for a normal person who isn’t great with figures or numeric minded?
e) Let’s assume you have only source of income from a job in an overseas country – is it straightforward just to input that into a tax return or is it a lot more complicated than that?
f) If I already pay tax in on that income in a former EU country – do I need to pay more tax in the US?
g) If we get employed in the USA in the future, do we still have to complete a yearly tax return even after being employed? see (c) above? and…Does the employer pay our taxes on our behalf ?

a. I don’t know. I hope not – taht would be dishonest if they are not living in the USA.
b. Again – dishonest – no one should try and game the system.
c. The normal deadline is April 15 – extended this year to July 15. Anyone who was an LPR for even one day should file a tax return.
d, e, f. Google.
g. Yes.
