Hello Simon,
As you may recall for returning resident visa applications form DS 117 is filled in the first step, then if it is approved immigration application -form DS260 is filled as a second step. I am a dv lottery winner (principle applicant) and LPR and so my spouse and two child are also LPR. One of my child who is under age 21 at that time, now 21 years old and she is single. How she is going to apply for returning resident visa? Will she apply separately or how we apply for her especially when the form DS 260 is concerned. Does becoming age 21 create a problem for getting back the immigrant visa for her (is single)?
Thank you for your kind reply.
June 28, 2020 at 03:16
She would apply herself.

Dear Brit! Hope you are doing well. I will be very thankful if you inform me about an issue:
I am the winner of Dv Lottery 2021 and i am an albanian. i am 33 years old. In 2007-until 2017 i have held Greek cards or minority cards tha i benefited from my grandfather. I emphasize that these cards do not give you the nationality but only the right to live in greece.
In 2008 i have been for vacations at my uncle for 3 months of summer and until 2017. i havent lived there more then 2 weeks.
My question is as below:
When i fill the Ds 260 form, do i need to answer the question: Did you held any nationality different than yours, and the other question as below:
when we fill the ds 260 for addresses, Do i need to write any address and my duration in greece. Again i emphasize that when i applied for greek minority cards , i had to live only one week at mother’s cousin house.
I will be very grateful if you give me a prompt feedback.
BR!

You don’t list nationalities you don’t have. You don’t list vacation addresses.

Hi Brit I read in a forum someone get the email requesting the documents to send to KCC and his number was 2021SA4xxx and my question is how is this possible cuz i have The case number 2021SA29XX and I already fill the ds260 but I didnt get any email yet! An my case number is lower than his So what I did wrong? or how this works? Thks for answering my question
June 30, 2020 at 00:13
That’s normal. Different cases need different processing times.
June 28, 2020 at 06:46
Abdul
Hi Brit, please kindly advise,
1. I mistakenly answered yes to the question :Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US law? instead of no after printing the ds260 for me and my derivatives.
Do i have to unlock the form to correct that? I am dv 2021 winner and submitted ds260 on june 15 2020.
2. I have a new born and added her to the ds260 and submitted. However i chose other for the document type as i am unable to obtain passport for now since embassy is closed but may reopen soon. Is this a big issue and must i have to unlock again wen her passport is ready or wait and unlock the ds260 onetime to correct both the first error and to fill in the new passport for the newborn when it is ready. Thank you.
June 28, 2020 at 18:39
1. Doesn’t matter.
2. Not a big issue. It will be some time before interviews happen, so you have time to get documentation by then. The child should be on your DS260s but also needs a DS260 for herself.
June 28, 2020 at 14:25
Good morning Mr Britt.
I am DV 2020-38 ** I have an F1 Visa .. I already sent my
AOS, I-485 I have 2 questions:
1- what is the next step?
2. do you know if they have responded to any AoS to date
June 28, 2020 at 19:03
You should be checking the thread below to understand the process and seeing what others are experiencing.

Hello good day Sir; I am for the DV 2021 entry, my worry is with the marriage issue. My wife(married civil marriage last December 2019) played the lottery as “married” in October because we were married as accepted by tradition(but not signed at the council office).
1- does that disqualify us? Bcoz we were married just in the traditional way and later signed in December?
2 – what types of marriages are recognized by the US immigration offices in Cameroon?
June 28, 2020 at 19:06
1. It may create a risk depending on the laws in your country. However, traditional marriages, especially when covered by a subsequent legal marriage, have been approved in the past.
2. I am not an expert of the laws in your country.
June 28, 2020 at 14:40
Hi Brit, thanks for your help. What happens if I hold a valid US non-immigrant visa (B1/B2) and I am selected in the DV Lottery, but I am outside of United States?
June 28, 2020 at 19:06
“what happens” is far too vague.
June 28, 2020 at 14:48
After email communication with US embassy Nepal, they told that they don’t process dv application on current circumstance. Also waiting detailed guidance on how to proceed. Could you share your view on that detailed guidance?
June 28, 2020 at 19:07
What is your question??
June 28, 2020 at 15:56
Hi Brit,
I have noticed that during these 4 days the US department of State has answered differently regarding the DV2020 lottery. The first answer was: Hello, the Proclamation suspends the issuance of several categories of immigrant visas, including Diversity Visas. While the proclamation is in place, the issuance of diversity visas is not permitted.
And we here understand very clear that this was the end for dv2020.
After 2 days their answer for the same question made on their Fb page was:
Hello, all DV-2020 entrants who were selected must be found eligible for, and obtain, their visa or adjust status by September 30, 2020. This deadline cannot be extended.
Now tho statement that all selected must be found eligible means that if the embassy open we can have an interview and dv visas are not part of the Ban? Sorry if it it missunderstanded by me and bother you with the same question for the thousand time, we are reading every single word that could find any hope on it!
June 28, 2020 at 19:07
Nothing has changes. The ban is in force and affects DV lottery cases.
June 28, 2020 at 16:14
Mr Britt
A. can i come along to USA and bring my family members after around 5 years as they are studying here.
B. i have jewelry manufacturing factory in my country. but as LPR i need so sell them and open a shop in USA. To manage the factory i need to come monthly to my country. and need to come back to USA with production to sell them monthly. It means Actually im importer to USA and exporter to my country.
is it possible? will they stop my GC
June 28, 2020 at 19:08
A. You would have to sponsor them through family based sponsorship which can be complex and take time.
B. It has nothing to do with your GC.
June 28, 2020 at 17:02
Respected Sir
My question is about spouse visa
We got married recently before my husband enter us and now he is a green card holder
What will be the best time to apply for myself?
How much time do I have to wait?
June 28, 2020 at 19:11
I only answer DV lottery questions
June 28, 2020 at 17:15
I am a 2021 dv lottery winner. I am an eritrean. I have once been imprisoned for tryin to leave the country since it is impossible to do so through legal means. Could this create a problem for me?

Hello Brit,
I have gone through the documents required, but they don’t ask for high school certificates or college, did i get it right or they ask for it in further process?
June 28, 2020 at 19:17
You present those documents at the interview.
June 28, 2020 at 18:53
Hi Brit wish you all the best!
since I am not perfect in English, wanna to ask you my misunderstanding of the proclamation about dv 2020 and 2021. please tell me the impact/s/ on them.
June 28, 2020 at 20:01
Hello sir
I’m dv 2021 winner from Sudan, will Sudanese winners be able to travel to the U.S if Sudan is removed from the list of countries that sponsor terrorism?
Because sudan is included in two lists :-
1- list of countries that sponsor terrorism.
2- list of the six new travel ban countries. ( travel ban 4.0)
I’m genuinely confused.
June 28, 2020 at 21:05
I can’t predict what form any future ban or changes to existing ban will make. You simply have to wait and see.
June 28, 2020 at 20:12
Good Morning Mr. Brit,
I’m a 2020 lottery winner. I’m from Europe but actually I’m living in Canada.
Last March, I received from KCC the email saying that all my documents were processed, and I’m ready to be scheduled for the interview.
However, since the time I sent DS-260 my husband and I have changed our address and job, and also the US address I wrote is changed too.
Do you think I can communicate those changes during the interview? Just in case I’ll be lucky enough to be called for the interview…
Instead, do you think it should be better that I unlock DS-260 and send it again?
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Angela
June 28, 2020 at 21:06
Just tell them during the interview.
June 29, 2020 at 06:28
Are they gonna keep scheduling interviews from some countries? I’m a winner from EU region too but I live in New Zealand at the moment. Do I still have a chance?
Cheers
June 29, 2020 at 20:15
You have to give you case number (including year and region) to have any sensible answer.
July 1, 2020 at 00:46
I’m sorry, it’s dv2020, EU region , 44k
July 1, 2020 at 00:51
So the ban means they cannot perform interviews or issue visas. The embassies are also closed. So – unless the lawsuit is successful and the embassies are opened, you will not get your visa.
June 28, 2020 at 21:40
Hello Brit, my name is justin and a relative of mine is a dv 2021 winner, but he has a high case number (2021 AF 71xxx)
if they say Africa is current for dv 2021 for example by September 2021, does that mean there is a possibility he can be interviewed ?
Thanks
June 28, 2020 at 23:46
Yes, that is what that would mean – but we do not know if current is a possibility – it is too early to know.
June 28, 2020 at 21:44
Hi Brit!
I have finished filling out my DS 260 form and I already have the confirmation number of the process, my question is if I have to fill out another form for my husband, because in mine they already requested data from him but it was not a new form just for him.
June 28, 2020 at 23:46
Each person emigrating needs a DS260
June 30, 2020 at 02:46
Hi Brit, sorry, I think I didn’t explain myself well. What happens is that I applied to the DV lottery as a single in October 2019 but I got married in February
2020. After winning the lottery, I filled out the DS 260 form, and put my new status as married, and they asked for my husband’s details, but I didn’t get a new DS 260 form for him. Question:
1) Do I have to fill out a DS 260 form for each one?
2) The interview would be for we both?
June 30, 2020 at 18:49
1. Yes
2. Yes
June 30, 2020 at 19:39
Sorry but I don’t know how to access the form for my spouse. When I entered to fill out the form they asked me for my case number and there was no link to fill out another form for my husband. What should I do?
June 30, 2020 at 23:45
When you are in the CEAC system you should see “Add Applicant”
July 2, 2020 at 13:38
Thank you very much Brit. I am very grateful for your advice.

June 28, 2020 at 22:38
Dear Brit,
About address history in DS260. I have lived in collage dormitory during my Bachelor study for six years in another city , and coming back to my hometown every summer for 4 months. How to manage these dates in your opinion?
Should I only mention my dormitory address during that six years? Or changing it for every single summer I came back home?
First I decided to use my home address (which was my primary address) and dormitory address for that period, but I heard people saying that different addresses with similar dates gives error.
Thank for your efforts…
June 28, 2020 at 23:49
List your home address as the continuous address in that period.
June 28, 2020 at 23:34
Hello mr Brit,
Still abaut the passport error and confusion.
1.Can i write to KCC for any guidance?
Am terribly stuck!
June 28, 2020 at 23:54
Yes – but you need to be able to explain properly.
June 29, 2020 at 02:15
Hi, I am trying since 2018 but still no luck. Is it possible that I might entered photos not at that quality or anything else.
June 29, 2020 at 18:24
It’s a lottery with a small chance of selection.
June 29, 2020 at 03:44
Hi Simon. Cant see anything in the faqs so I’ll ask here. The ds260 asks for a permanent US address. I do not have one. Can I apply for and give one of these virtual addresses that’s available for a price as you know. Will that be acceptable? Alternatively I could always get the agreement of a hotel or motel who may allow to let me use their address. What do you think?
Cheers. Mike
June 29, 2020 at 18:25
No. The address needs to be a real physical address, as that is where the GC will be sent. If it is sent to you at the address you give and it gets lost, you will be charged $500 for the replacement.
June 29, 2020 at 09:20
Hello sir
I have a complex question .
1 what are the details of 2nl process
1.1 number become current
And applicant received Congratulation later
1.1.a. Does KCC write to embassies asking for slots ? ( than 2nl )
1.1.b. KCC schedule appointment without embassy ( than 2nl )
1.1.c. Other options ( hope you have enough experience and knowledge to answer )
Thankfully
VD
:)))
June 29, 2020 at 20:18
It varies by embassy. Most embassies make their booking systems available to KCC, some reserve certain time slots for DV interviews and so on.
June 29, 2020 at 10:00
Hi Sir,
How are you? I hope all is well.
I want to know that if someone has greencard in hand but outside of USA does immigration ban affect him/her?
June 29, 2020 at 20:18
No
June 29, 2020 at 10:07
Why is it important sir !??!
I have seen a lot of big organizations and their internal processes.
All of them now are in the same shock like you guys are.( DOS,NVC,KCC,USCIS,Consulates and so on )
They think you are cannot fodder.
In fact 70-90 % of them may lose job in 3-4 month.
Now they obey to INFORMAL internal orders which contradict legislation.
Some attorneys ( you may not know them )will ask in court for start of investigation on abuse of authority.
June 29, 2020 at 20:20
I’m not sure who you are talking to or what you mean to say.
June 29, 2020 at 21:56
Dear Simon,
I have been selected for Diversity Visa and Im going to fill form ds-260. While checking some info I see a question about number of children that I have, I have six children and all of them are over 21 years old. So should I write there 6 or 0, as non of them are under 21?
Best regards!
June 30, 2020 at 00:18
Does the question say anything about age of the children…
June 29, 2020 at 11:39
Dear Simon
Could you please tell me an answer regarding the question of section 5 in Ds260 form;
Provide the following work, education or training experience related information. Provide, complete and accurate information to all qustions that require an explanation:
HAVE YOU TRAVELED TO ANY COUNTRIES/REGIONS WITHIN THE LAST FIVE YEARS?
Yes or NO?
This question is related with work and training we have done abroad or is related with holidays or vacations?
June 29, 2020 at 22:40
I don’t have access to the form currently – so – read the question in context and answer. THey are not trick questions.
June 30, 2020 at 10:11
I also wondered the same thing but I answered this one as holidays and vacations. May not be correct so use your own judgement 🙂
June 29, 2020 at 12:18
Dear Simon
Thank you for this wonderful blog, very helpful.
I have some questions if you may answer please:
1) how long does it usually take for the KCC center to process the DS260 form? should I send documents now or they will request them via another email?
2) assuming i happened to travel to the USA and began my process in another country, can i change my status once i arrive to the US (after 90 days)?
best regards,
June 29, 2020 at 22:59
1. It varies. They will request documents when ready.
2. That can be risky depending on what non immigrant visa you enter the USA on. Bottomline, it can be considered fraud.
June 29, 2020 at 15:16
Hi Brit,
Hope you are doing well and thank you for your support.
I am DV 2020 winner and my case got to the point to get an interview scheduled from the embassy. But it was canceled due to the coronavirus. Do you think, that the ones that got an interview scheduled, might have a chance to get another interview appointment in the future (maybe in 2021)?
June 29, 2020 at 23:05
Not after September 30th 2020, no.
June 29, 2020 at 17:10
Hi Brit,
Please I need your advice on the following question:
I have already filled the DS-260 form, but after submitting it I went through my answers and got confused about education/work experience questions. I have a Certificate of High school completion, but at the time of my high school years the schools had only 10-year of general studies in my country. But I studied for 9 years /I jumped from grade 3 to grade 5/. Is that mean that I do not qualify for Education requirement?
According to my current job, I do not qualify for Job zone and SVP rating. So I answered “No” to the question “Does this job require 2 years of training…” to all my work records. Did I make a mistake and is it possible to edit the answers now?
June 29, 2020 at 23:11
It sounds like you may not meet the requirements. I cannot be precise, but your education sounds low and you say work experience can’t help.
June 30, 2020 at 01:07
Oh my, is it possible to send email to KCC to unlock my form so that I can edit it?
June 30, 2020 at 18:36
Yes
June 29, 2020 at 17:31
He’llo Brit. In 2018-2019 I study Turkish language. In 2019-2020 I do sociology (1st year of university), hopefully in 2020-2021 I will do second year of university.
1)In Ds260, High level completed: It’s High school diploma or University No degree, I’ll choose. 2) Present occupation if I fill in my university there, should I also mention it in the Education section of Ds260
Thank you very much
June 29, 2020 at 23:12
The education section is for education completed. Past tense.
June 29, 2020 at 17:42
Hello sir, good day to you.. I’m writing to you from Africa ? Cameroon to be precise.. I’m a selectee and I am having a worry.. Please if you can help me out with some information…. My problem is that I had my high school certificate in 2016 and in that same year, an uprising started which later turned violent… I haven’t gone back to school… On the DS 260 form, I’m a little confused on what to put when I’m asked of my occupation.. I don’t know if I should say student or not employed.. Since 2016 when the war started here, I have been doing freelancing to survive.. So at the moment I’m not employed, no certification on employment or recent school fees receipt..
June 29, 2020 at 23:13
So you may not be able to meet the education requirement, and in that case you would not get the visa.
June 29, 2020 at 18:01
Hello sir,
I’m a DV 2020 winner. I got visa and I entered US a month ago. Is the trumps’ immigration ban impact the processing of my green card?
June 29, 2020 at 23:13
No
June 29, 2020 at 18:50
Dear Sir,
If i become a joinder in curtis case and if the case goes wrong, is it can be negatively effect on my non immigrant or immigrant applications?
Thanks
June 30, 2020 at 00:07
Curtis has answered that on his guide.
June 29, 2020 at 19:27
Hi Brit,
My relative got selected for DV 2021, however he didn’t select the right Education level when he filled at first. He selected some Graduate level course instead of other. Is this a big problem?
Can he fix this on DS-260 application that he hasn’t fill out yet?
Thank you.
June 30, 2020 at 00:07
Not a big problem as long as the DS260 is accurate.
June 30, 2020 at 01:10
Thank you
June 29, 2020 at 19:37
Hi brother!
You say that there may be a second lottery draw that occurs in a year towards september.
1- Is it because those who have been randomly chosen during the first lottery draw are less than the number of visas availabe? or how do you explain that second lottery draw?
I read a page on green card site that I took a screenshot. It’s said that all DV2021 winners can be sheduled for interview between January and Sempter without any problem if the suspension is banned. I can send you this screenshot through my gmail.
2- I want to know if according to you it can mean that they have an idea about the number of winners, hence a possibility of scheduling all of us.
Thank you??????
June 30, 2020 at 00:09
1. Sort of. That there are less likely responses from the selectees. But, given the high case numbers we are seeing, and the ban for the first 3 months of DV2021, it seems unlikely we will see a 2nd draw.
2. The number of winners is not published yet.
June 29, 2020 at 19:57
Hello Mr Brit. Please I hv tried filling my DS260 and it keeps showing that we cannot access the site at that time. Could it be a fault from their site because am putting the information as required.
2021AF60***
Thanks
June 30, 2020 at 00:10
It’s more likely you are doing something wrong. In a recent article I posted a few ideas to help with the DS260.
June 29, 2020 at 20:20
Hello simon!
I would like to ask you if there is anything new in the AILA lawsuit ?
And i would also want to thank you for all the hard work you are doing. I can’t believe the amount of effort you put in answering everyone’s questions. It is truly praiseworthy.
June 29, 2020 at 21:11
Brit,
Have the AILA issue the date of petition?
June 30, 2020 at 00:12
No news. When there is, I will post something.
June 29, 2020 at 20:29
Hi Brit I am one of the lottery winner for 2021 my case number is around 33000 Asia (Afghanistan)do you think it is safe number I will receive email for interview or not . Thank Azimi
June 30, 2020 at 00:13
It is too early to know anything.
June 29, 2020 at 22:15
Hi brit,
I replied the question List the languages that you speak and / or read: FRENCHE instead of FRENCH (i mistankely added E letter) should i reopen my ds form to correct this mistake?
June 30, 2020 at 00:20
No need.
June 30, 2020 at 01:11
Hi Brit.
First of all, thank you so much for your great service.
My case number is AS85** (DV 2021) and currently living in the USA.
Here are my concerns,
1) After the recent extended EO, how it will impact on the DV lottery 2021 Visa bulletin, Will it be available and activated from October 2020, the
onwards as usual, and if so when our case number is available, can we submit I- 485? or the visa bulletin is going to be postponed until Jan 2021?
2) Do we have to submit the DS 260 form before the I-485 or wait until case numbers are available?
3)What is the lowest and highest case number you have seen so far for Asia, DV 2021?
4) I have posted a question here few weeks ago. I need to review your answer again..rather than asking the same question here and wasting ur time..how can we visit my previous questions?is there any particular filter? My name didn’t pop up under the search option.
Thank you
June 30, 2020 at 18:45
1. The bulletin will continue to be published, but we don’t yet know the effect the Ban will have on the movement of the numbers.
2. You should not submit the DS260 too early. It’s actually “optional” in that it helps later processing, but no part of it affects your I-485 process. So – when you get close to being current you can submit the DS260 then and make sure you pay the fee to include that with your I-485 package.
1. Lowest will be 1. Highest will probably be high 30’s although one person claimed far higher.
4. Hopefully you had settings to be notified, so you could find that in your email.
June 30, 2020 at 01:29
Hello Simon, My name is Simon too..
i did apply myself in Africa but my brother in the state wasn’t aware i had registered so he also registered for me there as well.
now my question is , i perfectly know i am disqualified for this year but does it affect me next year as well and i want to apply again??
like i mean when there find out you did multiple entrants you could be blacklisted forever??
June 30, 2020 at 18:45
I’m not sure whether they blacklist in that example.
June 30, 2020 at 03:27
Dear Brit! I am a 2020 DV winner doing AOS. I just got my interview date for the end of July but I haven’t gotten the biometrics letter yet. In your opinion should I contact USCIS to bring the fact that I don’t have biometrics done to their attention?
June 30, 2020 at 18:51
No.
June 30, 2020 at 03:44
Hi Brit,
Thanks for all your videos and all your guidance, I am a big fan!
I am in process of completing https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ requirements for my parents green card application for counselor processing from Inida.
In DS260 section there is a section of additional documents which where we can submit DS5540, so should we submit that now online OR have my parents fill it out and have them take it to interview and present if asked?

Hi Brit,
My question is the following: my relative was selected for DV2021, but even though his country of birth is eligible, in the form she selected his eligibility with another country, from another region, of which she has citizenship by her mother. Could we continue with the process? or she would be disqualified for not selecting the country she was born in when filling out the lottery form.
Thank You

Disqualification is certain unless he is married to someone from the non birth country/region.

Dear Brit,

No

Hi, because I didn’t receive documents confirmation yet, I called KCC yesterday morning. And they told me: It’s OK, we have all your docs, all you can do now is wait for a message from embassy with appointment date. No mention about EO etc. But it seemd weird to me and I called there again today. And today their answer was: we’re sorry, but your status has changed yesterday at 7pm (??) because your embassy has no free slots to schedule the appointment. Again, no mention about EO or closed embassy.
What the hell is it?
Please, this is not a question, I just want to show how confused information they say (I’m DV2020…)

Just like WOW! They can’t tell me if they have my documents as it’s another department which control those documents, but they can see yours:) and today they told me that according to executive order and new central order they stop to process DV2020, no more interviews will be scheduled, even for those people who paid lot of money for their medicals

@mio, it’s really disheartening. AILA should do something fast before my last hope dies. I know God is going to use AILA to change the situation of Dv2020.

Good morning Sir ,
I’m DV lottery winner 2021 , my case number is AS109xx , i am from LEB , I am an officer in the army(high rank).
my highest degree is Master in science, MBA ( business administration) , I submitted my DS260 on 11 June 2020 (4 applications) , as i have read ,after i submit my DS260 we should wait for an email including the needed supporting documents( to scan and to email).
1- Based on my submitting date 11 June 2020 ,how long will i wait to receive the email of supporting documents?
2- Must i call KCC to ask about this ?
2- Should or could i send these documents before receiving the email and when?
3- Are there any special additional documents i must prepare as i am in the army?
4- should i retire before i go to the interview or only to give proof that i can retire when i get the visa?
Sorry Sir , I don’t mean to disturb you ,
Thank you for your help in advance

Hello pierre.
Im teddy a selectee from lebanon also. I have CS 2021as36***.
I submitted my ds260 on 16 june.i think we have to wait several weeks (8 to 12)before we get contacted from NVC to submit further documents. Im sure Brit knows better but in my opinion sure dont retire before the interview since noone knows if we get rejected or issued a visa. Anyway if u r issued a visa u have 6 months to travel so u have plenty of time to retire.
Best regards

1. I don’t know.
2. No
2a. You can, if you want the fastest possible processing possible.
3. There may be – depending on your country. I don’t know specifics.
4. Proof that you can retire.

Hello Brit, I am a DV Lottery 2021 winner with case number EU36XXX and I filled the D260 form e few days ago and still haven’t receive the auto reply from KCC i read about in different forums. Is this normal or related to the case number?

Nothing to worry about.

Hello Brit,
I listened to you and send for DV-2020 the DS 260 very late. No I am banned.
So at least what you can do is to publish this on your website:
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/postpone-dv-lottery-2020-program-duration-immigration-ban
I asked you in 2019 if is it risky for a very low case number to send the DS 260 very late. You said, no…
June 30, 2020 at 22:51
Wow. The tone of your post is very troubling. You appear to be blaming me about the fact that you are banned. So let’s clear that up.
1. Your first post to me (linked below) was in February. You said you had already delayed because you wanted to – and I accurately told you that you were not too late. So – YOU decided to delay and later asked me about it.
2. Surely anyone can see that this year was exceptionally unusual. So obviously if you had asked me in 2019 I would have been giving my best answer based on what any of us knew at that time. I knew nothing of the pandemic and bans to come. I cannot see the future – so it is really bad manners on your part seeking to blame me for the misfortunate position you are in. Stop looking to blame innocent people for bad things that happen to you, that is the behavior of a child.
3. I have allowed people to post the petition link a number of times on my blog, even though I have explained why it is a pointless exercise.

Dear sir,
Has KCC stopped sending EC (document cconfirmation email) for DC2020 ,due to the new proclamation and travel ban?
June 30, 2020 at 23:02
No
June 30, 2020 at 16:49
Proclamation on Amendment to Proclamation 10052 means?
June 30, 2020 at 23:06
The new clause replaces the earlier version which created a false impression that someone holding any non immigrant visa was exempt from the ban.
New clause
“(ii) does not have a nonimmigrant visa, of any of the classifications specified in section 2 of this proclamation and pursuant to which the alien is seeking entry, that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation; and”
Old clause
(ii) does not have a nonimmigrant visa that is valid on the effective date of this proclamation; and
