Hi Simon,
Just a quick question, my green card has arrived at my friend’s place in the US, but I haven’t been able/willing to go back just yet (<1 year since my LPR status was activated in my passport), do you think it's a good idea to get my friend to FEDEX/ internationally mail it to my home country's address?
Thanks
August 3, 2020 at 03:35
Yes you can do that.
August 2, 2020 at 06:02
Hello Simon,
Is there any deadline to submit additional documents once you receive the email? By the way I’ve been waiting for the email for more than a month (since 35 days) and I’m a bit worried now ! ??
August 3, 2020 at 03:33
No deadline. Be patient.
August 1, 2020 at 20:46
Simon, what happens to the DV2020 visas if they go unawarded? I’ve seen articles stating that 42,000 of the 50,000 visas have not yet been given because of Trump’s travel ban.
August 2, 2020 at 04:18
They will be wasted.
August 1, 2020 at 19:20
Abdul
Good evening Mr Brit hence d lawsuits has been filed for DV2020, do we expect some informations regarding d outcome of d TRO before mid of August month. Also do u have any informations for d reopening of West African US Embassies
August 2, 2020 at 04:17
About both the lawsuit and the embassies, all I can say is wait and see.
August 2, 2020 at 12:10
Brit,
This’ the only and best words you’ve for us now to Waite and be patient.
People’s dreams and futures have been really tampered by the pandemic and Trump EO. Nobody knows how it going to looK like in the coming days.
We pray and ask the Almighty Allaah, the most supreme and merciful to grant us all success in the struggle, amen ya Allaahu.
August 1, 2020 at 19:08
Helo Brit please after struggling to enter the US can I later file for my wife and daughter since my wife visa has expired and my daughter was still waiting for her traveling document from the embassy. Thank you
August 2, 2020 at 04:16
Yes, although that could take a couple of years.
August 1, 2020 at 18:56
Hi Brit … asking on behalf of a relative. They did not specify their kids’ names when applying for the lottery. Now the DS260 is asking for all family details. Does this mean their application will be disqualified because they did not mention the kids when applying for the lottery?
August 2, 2020 at 04:15
Yes.
August 1, 2020 at 18:21
Hello Simon, Im back again. Thank you for reading my question.
I am a Dv 2021 winner. My case no is around AF42*** . I have been following your videos and comments. It really helped me to decide to take my time before submitting the DS260. Thank you!
My question is about visa bulletin …
Is it possible that your case number can be selected before you submit the ds260?
August 1, 2020 at 19:08
I am not Simon, so sorry for butting in. But case numbers can become current before you submit ds260, but you won’t be invited to an interview if you don’t submit the form
August 2, 2020 at 04:10
Thank you. If I may ask, will it stay current?
August 2, 2020 at 04:19
No. DV2021 will mean the VB goes back to the beginning.
August 2, 2020 at 04:15
There is no such thing as your case number being selected. The VB numbers change to move the ranges up over time. Please read the FAQ to understand better.
August 2, 2020 at 09:23
Will do. Thanks!
August 1, 2020 at 15:55
Hi Brit wish you all the best!
I am dv 2021 winner with my wife and 2 daughters. My question today is as follows.
when I read visa bulletin,I couldn’t understand what “current” means. think it is an important word in the bulletin. please explain what it means in visa process context.
thank you
August 1, 2020 at 16:05
https://britsimonsays.com/read-visa-bulletin/
But the VB you see at the moment does not concern DV2021.
August 1, 2020 at 10:55
Hi,
Is it possible to complete the DS-260 in number of times, is there any disadvantage?
Otherwise is there any time frame to be completed for eg; 20 minutes like that, please advise me
August 1, 2020 at 15:15
No problem.
August 1, 2020 at 08:50
Hi Brit, So today is the beginning of August month..Any news about law suit or when can we hear about it? Sorry for troubling

Hello Brit.
we are in August. Is there any possibility of getting 2NL for September interviews in case we get TRO Or technically were are out of time?
August 1, 2020 at 10:42
The lawsuit has not been won yet. We do not know the outcome nor the result. KCC would surely push as many cases as possible or maybe not. I mean, if they want to they COULD technically send out interview dates even without the confirmation of documents after the ban lifts. And keep in mind we are ALL CURRENT, it’s all luck by now.

August 1, 2020 at 08:03
Hi Mr Brit, if the outcome of the lawsuit is made, say by the 11th of August.:
1) Will it be possible for those who received a ready for scheduling message be programmed for an interview. Thanks
August 1, 2020 at 14:56
We don’t know. That is FAR later than normal, so that would be difficult to arrange in volume, but we have to wait and see.
August 1, 2020 at 04:13
Hi Simon,
I just want to share my story. I was approved on my interview on the 11th March, got my visa on the 17th, 2 days later the embassy closed, by the end of the month my country closed borders due to the pandemic. The only flights avalible were repatriation flights to Portugual, so i decided to get a flight. You warned me that i had to change my plans immediately due to the Schenguen ban, i was a bit confused why and then i understood the proclamations, so i searched for contries outside the Schengen area, and i found Turkey wich is open for Tourism and (at the moment) has no restrictions flying to the US,+ they fly direct to 6 states. Me and my family stayed for 14 days and finaly got our flight on the 26th of July one day before my visa expired! OMG
Im so gratefull for all your help and support, i advice anyone in the Schengen area or maybe Africa to consider Turkey, i thought i was the only one in that situation, but i found 4 familys on the same plane with immigration packeges. For anyone intrested beware, they do check your documents, and litrally count the “14 days”
I wish all the best to the 2020 winners, and may God bless all in search of the American Dream.
Do not give up, there is still hope!
THANK YOU Simon.
August 1, 2020 at 14:47
This was good to read this morning! Congratulations.
August 2, 2020 at 11:16
Congratulations to you Rafaela. But you said something that is misleading. The travel restrictions we have by the U.S. do not affect travellers from Africa. There is no need for travellers from Africa to stay in Turkey for 14 days.
August 3, 2020 at 03:36
There is if that person has been in the Schengen area in the previous 14 days.
August 1, 2020 at 00:50
Hi Simon,
If the decision by the court is not made before the end of July 31st it means KCC will not make any appointments for DV 2020? And only people who received their 2NLs have a chance to be rescheduled?
August 1, 2020 at 02:40
That is a possible outcome.
July 31, 2020 at 22:42
I have sent the required documents, and I have been replied to by receiving the documents received, and this is the text of the message
Dear MOHAMMAD MANA’I:
Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all documentation required by the Kentucky Consular Center and are ready to be scheduled for an interview when your case number becomes current. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.
Interviews for the DV 2020 program are currently suspended. You can find out more about this suspension at travel.state.gov. All DV 2021 interviews must be concluded by September 30, 2021. Please refer to the visa bulletin at travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email listed on your DS-260 to check dvlottery.state.gov.
If your case becomes current and you have not received notification to check dvlottery.state.gov, please contact [email protected] to confirm all of your documents have been received, and you are ready to be scheduled for an interview.
Important Notice on Missing Documents: Please provide all documents required for your case as quickly as possible. If you are unable to provide certain documents, KCC will ask for an explanation of why this document was not provided. Failure to provide certain documents will not prevent your case from being scheduled, but a consular officer will require you to obtain the missing documents before a visa can be issued. As a general rule, any document that is listed as “available” on the country-specific guidelines must be reviewed by a consular officer. Failure to obtain all required documents will delay your case.

My question about important Notice on Missing Documents is there a missing document?????
July 31, 2020 at 23:05
It says you supplied all documents. Relax.
July 31, 2020 at 20:40
Hi! My case number is 2021EU00023XXX, I already submitted to KCC my DS-260 but no answer (no email) from them asking documentation.
1- Should I do something?
2- Should I wait for them and check my spam folder regularly just in case?
3- Is the visa ban in place just delaying everything including docs to be sent to KCC?
Thank very much for your support!
July 31, 2020 at 22:15
1. Yes. Learn some patience.
2. If you want.
3. No.
August 1, 2020 at 21:18
Thank you Simon for the answers. I understand it’s still soon to hear from KCC and it’s better to just wat for them to send me an email asking for the next step.

July 31, 2020 at 20:27
Dear Simon, First of all, thank you for the help and guidance you give in this process, many of us started without knowing anything, I would like to ask you something, perhaps the question is a bit silly but I do not know what that part of the process is like: 1- I would like to know if later that KCC sends you to ask for the supporting documents and at that moment you realize that you have an error in your DS-260 and you want to request that they be unlocked, can it be done and does the corrected DS-260 arrive at the embassy? 2: In the course of the process one writes to the email that KCC provides you with questions to clarify certain aspects. These emails are attached to your case and arrive at the embassy or are they only part of the role of KCC to help you? I would like but it is a lot of trouble that you help me with this thank you very much
July 31, 2020 at 22:14
1. See my FAQ about unlocking the DS260. You must read the FAQ.
2. The CO will have access to all aspects of your case.
July 31, 2020 at 23:19
even the emails that one sends to KCC ????
July 31, 2020 at 23:24
Yes. Everything.
July 31, 2020 at 20:12
Hello,
(1) On the DS260, there is a question: “Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?” The answer to this is yes, as I obviously plan to get a job there, but they ask for an explanation. Would this be an appropriate explanation: “SHOULD MY GREEN CARD BE APPROVED, AND I ENTER THE UNITED STATES AS A LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENT, I WILL SEEK EMPLOYMENT, AS ALLOWED UNDER SAID GREEN CARD”
(2) I have performed as a comedian over the last couple of years, and received some money from festivals, but certainly never regularly and not enough to ever live off. Should this be included as employment? If so, do I say ‘self-employed’? What address should I put?
(3) I know some of my previous workplaces have gone out of business, so the phone numbers for them are no longer in service. Should I still put that number down since it is their last known number?
Thank you!
July 31, 2020 at 22:12
1. That’s OK.
2. That sounds more like a hobby – I would not list it.
3. Yes
July 31, 2020 at 22:15
Thank you for your response! Regarding (2), is it an issue that videos of comedy etc are on social media, or is that not really what they are checking social media for? Also, if you volunteered at workplaces regularly, does that need to be listed, or is employment only for paid employment? Thank you!
July 31, 2020 at 23:03
Don’t overthink things. Relax.
August 3, 2020 at 08:52
(1) On the DS260, there is a question: “Do you seek to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor but have not yet been certified by the Secretary of Labor?”
I answered No.
Will that affect me??
and if it’s going to affect me, how is it going to be???
August 3, 2020 at 19:31
Doesn’t matter.
July 31, 2020 at 16:29
Hello Brit , could share us, how long time will take for hearing ? As per some document , normally court will take two months time for response the filed case. It means no hope for 2020 dv winner who already did medical and cancelled the interview or waiting for schedule the interview?
July 31, 2020 at 17:02
Hey,
Where did you get this information from? It will take two months for court to hear a case.
Let’s try to learn from correct sources nothing like speculation.
July 31, 2020 at 22:09
The reason the lawyers are asking for a TRO is so that the ban would be blocked until the hearing.
July 31, 2020 at 14:57
hello britt,
my mother is a green card holder and and has filed for me 4 years ago. two months ago i received a letter from uscis requiring me to show prof that i am her genetic son. i sent all the documents that show i am her son. how long do you think it would take for them to proceed with the next step and what would be the next step? is it going to be an interview schedule if they approve all the documents?
July 31, 2020 at 22:07
I only advise on DV lottery cases.
July 31, 2020 at 14:43
hey brit
If i logged in to my CEAC ( ds 260 / immigration and alien registration ) to have a look on my form will that effect me in a bad way such as reciving the letter lately or disqualifing the visa form?????
July 31, 2020 at 22:06
Of course not.
July 31, 2020 at 11:26
Hi Brit hope you are good.
I am a winner of dv 2021. my case num. is af00025xxx. is it higher or lower number for getting the visa? by the way, my wife, & 2 daughters are with me to go. my fear is our marriage was traditional 27 years age can I have marriage certificate based on the date of the previous marriage paper?
thank you sir
July 31, 2020 at 21:57
Number is fine.
I recommend you perform a legal marriage ceremony, although you might be OK with the traditional marriage depending on laws in your country.
July 31, 2020 at 09:31
Hello Simon,
First I want to Congratulate and thank you for the helpful job you are doing here.
Here my situation:
My wife has won the DV2021. We are in Fiji since my wife is Fijian; me, Cuban. We already fill the DS260 and is the time for us to send the documents to KCC. We managed to get all of them pretty easy but… there is one that will be difficult: “my Cuban Police Report”.
Happens that the proper way to get it is through my Cuban Embassy in Fiji which via email said that:
“due to this situation (COVID19), the process is taking so long that probably may be expired by the time it reach Fiji. So we are not doing that procedure. You should try with family or friends and ask them to mail it. Good Luck!”
My question is: “What can I do about it?”
Please note that I’m not the Principal applicant of the DV but the companion. We got married here 3.5 years ago and I have been living in Fiji for 4 years.
July 31, 2020 at 21:56
You need to follow the directions precisely on the reciprocity page. Do that.
August 1, 2020 at 08:14
Hi Brit,
I’m so sorry if the solution may be obvious but for me it’s not that evident according to the information I have.
Unless I’m reading the wrong page, in the Reciprocity page you can read:
“If the interested party is not in Cuba, the certificate should be requested through a Cuban Consulate abroad. ”
The Cuban Embassy in Fiji said that they are not taking that request because the time the process is taking it’s not worth it. (I have the copy of that email)
I already contact KCC by email regarding this particular but they just gave me a copy of the procedures and links. Information that I already read several times. So…
My question is: “What can I do about it?”
🙂
August 1, 2020 at 14:58
You follow the reciprocity page precisely and show proof that you followed instructions, but if the embassy say no – you show that evidence too. Personally though, I would contact the embassy again and insist they work on it.
July 31, 2020 at 09:01
Hi Simon,
I am winner of EDV 2021 with case number of 2021AS00004XXX. I have not completed DS-260 so far and have some queries.
1. Passport of all dependent is required for submitting DS-260? I dont have passport for my 5 year old son right now and not able to move to process it due to travel restrictions due to COVID-19.
2. Will there be any deadline to complete DS-260? or i can submit it after 2-3 months?
3. Is there any impact on chances of Visa for late submitting DS-260 but within deadline if any.
4. My wife is pregnant and giving birth to new child in December 2020, how can i include this upcoming child in my migration program. Pls guide me regarding this.
July 31, 2020 at 21:55
1. For now you could list your passport for the child, but that won’t buy much time. Basically you need the passport.
2. You can delay submission yes.
3. No
4. Easiest plan then is to wait until after the child is born then submit for all of you. That would delay your process a bit – but so what.
July 31, 2020 at 06:49
2021AF10K……i submitted my ds260 before a month still now nothing emailed from the kcc?
when i submitted the ds 260 for my accompany [ since she cant get her passport due to the pandemic] i fill travel document number instead passport number ? Will this be a problem?
thanks brit…..
July 31, 2020 at 21:51
You need to be patient.
July 31, 2020 at 04:07
I appreciate all the information you have provided to the forum. I would also appreciate any advice you could provide on my situation. I will be making a donation
I have won the DV2021.
I am case OC1360 ( around that), currently living and working in the USA as a Airline Pilot on the E3 visa (this is my second E3 visa).
My issue is that my E3 comes up for renewal at the end of May 2021, I fear that I will be unable to secure an interview (I am doing an adjustment of status) USCIS before that date.
This leaves me with being unable to work past the end of May if my interview has not been done unless I renew the E3 visa.
The issue I am facing is if I am able to renew the E3 visa? considering it is a visa given based on non intent to migrate it would be a lie for me to renew this visa whilst also applying for the Green card.
Which by the time my E3 interview came up at the end of May I would have surely at least have my I-485 form sent in by then.
Are you able to offer any pearls of wisdom for my situation.
The only option I can think of is at the end of May asking my company to put me on leave, and I just sit around burning through savings until my interview comes up.
kind regards
Bankrupt
July 31, 2020 at 21:49
You have some options, although you should consider what you would have done if you had not won the DV.
The question really hinges on whether your case number will be current before the expiry of the E3. To some extent that will depend on whether the ban is blocked, and also what happens in the election. So – it really is too early to strategize right now. However, if you want to look into AOS options, check out the link below.

July 31, 2020 at 00:38
Hello Britthe stateless do not have a passport, where their Visa will be printed if they really are granted a Visa by the CO ?
July 31, 2020 at 21:41
I don’t know.
July 31, 2020 at 00:21
HI SIMON. MY NAME IS NEMAT
I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME ON THAT.
SO I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILLING MY DS 260. I HAVE ENCOUNTER WITH THE QUESTION ABOUT THE CITY OF BIRTH. SO I AM BORN IN THE DISTRICT NOT IN THE CITY. SO WHAT SHOULD I PUT IN THERE THE CITY OR THE DISTRICT.
BUT THE QUESTION IS THE CITY OF BIRTH. ?
July 31, 2020 at 21:41
City or district – whatever is accurate.
July 31, 2020 at 00:09
Hi Simon,
Thanks for the good job you are doing for us. I have one question to ask please;
Will the wrong spelling of name, specifically surname, on the marriage certificate be a problem?
Thanks a lot.
July 31, 2020 at 21:40
Not usually.
July 30, 2020 at 22:39
Hi there,
I attended high school from age 15 to age 19 and then I got my bachelor’s degree, however, prior to high school it was just primary school with no diploma to complete it as that’s how it is in my country. I didn’t include my primary school (age 6 to age 15) on my DS-260. Should I have my form unlocked to add my primary school?
July 30, 2020 at 22:57
Normally you should list education from age 12 and up.
July 30, 2020 at 22:32
Hello Simon, once again thank you for all your efforts,
Even though i’m extremely excited about this opportunity, I find myself fretting over every little detail of the process and the DS-260 form trying to perfect it and afraid of messing anything up, therefore I haven’t yet submitted it.
Taking into account that my number is AS-13xxx, is there a “preferred time” to upload my ds-260 form? As I read sometimes it’s strategic to upload at a certain time based on your number, and if not, is as soon as possible ok or shall I delay it till around October or so when they start responding?
Thanks so much!
July 30, 2020 at 22:47
There isn’t a preferred time. October will be OK.
July 30, 2020 at 22:19
Hi Brit,
I am a DV 2021 winner along with my wife and kids. One of my kids will turn 21 next year and that’s the time we may be scheduled for an interview because of Covid. Do you think the age could be a barrier for us?

July 30, 2020 at 21:21
Hello Britsimon! As I told you before that I have already submitted my DS260 for and my family but I have listed the education I have since the age of 16 (high school) but I realised that you always telling people to list all educations they have from the age of 12 which i mistakenly didn’t do. Now I have 3 questions:
1- Do I need to unlock the DS260 to list the education I had between 12 and 15 yo?
2- Do I need to provide certificate of this education? I ask this question because I do not have any copy of this certificate.
3- Can the unlocking of the DS260 several times affect my case negatively?
I just want to let you know something about the American embassy in Egypt that they never care about the education before high school (secondary school). You can even ask any one who been to the interview in Egypt. But your opinion is highly appreciated and valuable for me.
God bless you.
July 30, 2020 at 22:56
1. You can decide whether to leave it incomplete or not.
2. No
3. No (answered in the FAQ)
July 30, 2020 at 20:43

1- how safe is the number
2- how long should I wait to fill in the ds260
3- can I be allowed to enter U.S with my
2.5yrs old daughter without her mother
July 30, 2020 at 23:00
1. It’s OK
2. Up to you. You can complete it anytime over the next few months.
3. Yes – but you may need documentation to show you have permission to do that (or full custody).
July 30, 2020 at 19:01

July 30, 2020 at 18:58
Hi dear Simón. Hope this will not happen.
July 30, 2020 at 18:00
Dear Simon,
I would like to ask you a question about a question that I have if a person asks to unlock their DS-260 and corrects an error that presented and updates their email address and the next morning the KCC email arrives asking for the supporting documents But by the mail that had been put in the DS-260 before the modification, does this mean that they were guided by the DS-260 before the unlock? my doubt is if the DS-260 that they sent to the embassy for the interview will be the one that was corrected or the one prior to unlocking ????
July 30, 2020 at 22:17
Nothing is sent to the embassy until the case is scheduled for interview – so relax.
July 30, 2020 at 11:44
Hello Simon
I’m a 2021 selectee and i don’t know anybody who lives in the usa so how should i do to get a mailing address
July 30, 2020 at 22:13
You will have to figure that out.

Hello Brit Simons thanks for all the help .My son is already in the US on unexpired Opt and he was selected for dv lottery 2021. He has already submitted his filled DS260 in June and KCC sent him a confirmation page which he has printed. His case number is AF0005XXXX. Not knowing what to do next he called USCIS and they said he is supposed to submit form I-485 Application to adjust status and be checking the visa bulletin. Please my questions are as follows:
1.Is it normal that he hasn’t heard anything from USCIS yet?
2. Does he have to get a response from KCC on his submitted DS260 before submitting the FORM I-485 to USCIS?
2. How long does it normally take to hear from KCC?
3.When and where is he supposed to submit the form I-485 in his case. Is it to KCC or USCIS?
4. When is he supposed to check the visa bulletin?
5. How does he check the visa bulletin?
6.Is his case number in the high or low range please?
7. What does mean high and low range mean respectively please?

1. He won’t hear anything. If he is adjusting status it is up to him to follow the process. BUT he has already made a mistake (submitting the DS260) so he should now STOP and learn the process before he does anything else. Link below about that.
2. No, but his number needs to be current which won’t happen for many months.
3. See my comments in 1.
4 onwards. There is time to learn all of this – these are very basic questions – but as I said – he can’t do anything for months anyway, and needs to learn the process.
This link is like gold. It has everything your son needs to learn what he is doing. There is a spreadsheet linked from the first post – he should study that.

I am dv2021 winner AS96xx I have submitted my ds260 on 17th June and did not receive an email from KCC yet I understood before that they are not communicating with anyone but saw on some youtube comments that they are indeed asking people for the documents to be shared.
1. Should I worry about not receiving the email or is that something normal
2. I saw a youtube video of a guy that says I should submit my documents even if I did not receive email from KCC
Thank you so much for everything you are doing for DV program and also for all the help you are providing.

1. It’s normal.
2. You can do that – but considering your number there is no need to rush. Relax and wait.

This is what he’s already done since becoming the president.

Thank you Allie for your clarification

Trump has done some things already and no doubt wants to do more – but with a bit of luck he will become irrelevant in about 3 months time.

Sure simon he will become irrelevant soon and very soon

Hello Brit, I am writing you this message because I have two questions
1- My Case Number is dv 2021EU90XX it is an high one ?
2- What about Trump plan with the merit based immgration, this can happen ? And let’s say if it will be real, how it will affect the lottery ? ( I’m ask you because I saw the interview from a week ago, in wich he said something about this)
Thank you so much !
July 30, 2020 at 21:26
1. No
2. It’s nonsense.

I am DV 2020 winner. Document confirmation email received on July. Case No AS25****. Embassy is partial open.
01. Normally, When Interview will be held August or September 2020?
02.If they cancel DV2020 interviews , they will officially inform to the winners?
03. Still we can keep hopes on DV2020?
July 30, 2020 at 21:24
If the immigrant ban is blocked, they may have time to schedule some interviews in September, but we are running short of time, so all we can do is wait and hope.
July 30, 2020 at 07:28
Dear Brit ,I wish you are well! Im dv2020 winner ,my interview was at 16 april and
I could not make the medical examination, and send the documents to the embassy because they were closed due to the covid 19. I have two question:
regarding Ceac.
Many ppl are showing that their last status update has changed to 27,28th of July and is still ready,do u think it’s a good sign?
I called kcc 3 times and they told me that those who had an interview date will surely be given another date,
check out the last update. what do you think ,we can have any hope?
Thank you for your patience!
July 30, 2020 at 21:22
The recent update does not indicate anything.
The main thing is the immigrant ban – and for that we need to know the outcome of the lawsuits.

Hello Sir and thank you for the amazing work you’re doing here! I have a question if I may:
I visited the US on J1 visas for a few times during last summers, while in college and then master.
On the previous addresses I wrote campus housing no.1 for college time (3 years) and campus housing no.2 for master time (2 years).
Is there a problem if I included those 3 months (for each J1 visit) on the time I spent in college&master dormitory addresses (since i was just an exchange visitor in the US)?
(I wrote like this: 2015_2018 campus housing no. 1 address… and 2018-2020 campus housing no.2 address… .)
Your answer is much appreciated! Thank you, Sir!

No need to overthink this – its not that critical. Just use your own judgement.
July 29, 2020 at 19:41
Hello Brit , I have a question about the future of the program . I saw some news (a week ago) about a merit-based immigration program. Is this true? And if will be , how the visa lottery will proceed?
Thank you!
July 30, 2020 at 21:15
It’s nonsense. I don’t have time to discuss nonsense.

Hello Brit am dv 2021 selectee AF000007**
My country Kenya faced off the old generation passport to epassport
I had used an old passport to apply for Dv 2021 that will expire 2024.
Then on Ds 260 I used new epassport that will expire 2030
I sent the requested documents today and KCC have responded that I need to explain further on the passport
How do I go about it?
July 30, 2020 at 20:24
Just a simple explanation, making sure you provide copies of the old as well as new passport.
July 31, 2020 at 07:23

Hello Brits ,
The fact that I have completed and submitted my ds260 form makes me freak out because I have not received a mail again apart from the confirmation page.i thought I have to receive a mail with instructions on the next thing to do
July 30, 2020 at 20:22
You have to learn patience. This is not a quick process.
