Hi Simon
I live in Kazakhstan and embassy here started to interview but with my high case number eu34*** I have no idea when I will have the chance.
I have just noticed you are encouraging selectees to send their documents to KCC but would you please let me know how and in what order! I am afraid I might miss something. Where can I find the exact information of what documents KCC asked from selectees to email.
In advance all your efforts is much appreciated
April 21, 2021 at 21:27
It’s this simple. If you don’t send your documents now, you will not get an interview.

Hallo Brit my police clearance cerrificate has expired .i have renewed another but its taking time to delay.Should i send the expired one alongside other documents?
April 23, 2021 at 17:46
Yes. It is acceptable up to 12 months old.
April 21, 2021 at 19:10
Hi Brit!
I start this message by thank you for all the effort, all the work behind this Youtube channel and successful blog that you have. Your information helped me a lot, and your live shows made me more optimistic in this atypical year. I am happy to let you know that yesterday my visa was approved, the whole interview went ok, even better than I expected (but more about the interview I will say in the “how is the interview” section). My question is next, I am from Romania (non-Schengen country), is it possible to fly with Qatar Airways, I have an layover in Doha and Detroit, or would it be better to fly with Turkish avoiding problems? I thank you a lot for all the information!
April 21, 2021 at 21:30
Congratulations – I look forward to reading about it.
You should be able to travel via any route you want.
April 21, 2021 at 21:15

April 23, 2021 at 20:44
Resend everything including the missing police cert.
April 21, 2021 at 23:42
Hello Brit (and anyone who’s reading my reply please leave a comment below if you have an answer for my question 🙂

-please is you know anyone like my situation please tell me because I’m checking them everyday being afraid that’s sth is wrong
April 22, 2021 at 06:46
Hi
I have sent the documents since November and till now no confirmation received
April 22, 2021 at 10:26
hi LS , I sent my documents since october 2020 as per rquest of KCC till now ,no confirmation email received , AS 10XXX
April 22, 2021 at 11:47
Hi Pierre
Have you resent them ?? Or willing to?
April 22, 2021 at 13:19
Hello layan and pierre
Same situation here
Sent them since November and until now no confirmation
AS11XXX
Have you tried to resend the documents?
April 22, 2021 at 14:28
Actually I am afraid that this might cause delay.
But since all have same situation, so most probably nothing wrong .i am also AS12xxx
April 22, 2021 at 15:35
hi layan and LS no i did not resend ,i think no need now if you checked carefully your documnnts bec i think it will cause a delay so most of winners in asia over 8000 did not receive confirmation because a lot of cases are under 10 000 so it needs time to process and to reach our cases especially after the lack of staff in KCC.
April 22, 2021 at 17:36
Hi, I m also from Asia wth case no. Below 6500… and didn’t receive confirmation mail also..look like US embassy in New Delhi is not doing dv interview… unlucky me??…
April 23, 2021 at 01:04
Finger crossed!
Im also thinking the same that sending them again would cause delay or chaos for kcc
Wishing all the best of luck for both of you 🙂
April 23, 2021 at 02:24
AS13K sent document 8 months ago as per KCC request and haven’t got any reply.
April 23, 2021 at 13:40
Email k.c.c.and ask them whether thy Got your documents correct. If you Get this email,
“Thank you for your inquiry.
Your DS-260 has been processed. You should have received, or will soon receive, an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing. …..”
Then your docs are not received. Carefully
Check any missing documents and resend ASAP.
I had the Same situation I did that and it took another 1 month.
My Advice
April 23, 2021 at 20:26
Hello samtem
Yes I have received this exact reply from KCC.
But how did you know that this reply means that something is missing?
I have sent
1-the passport page for all of us (4 members)
2-Police certificate from home country for main applicant and spouse(kids are younger than 16) and haven’t traveled more than 6 months to any country except USA
3-marriage certificate
4- military record for main applicant (served in army)
5- Birth certificates for all of us
So what should be missing??
Please advise me
April 23, 2021 at 22:30
Hey samtem
I have sent 2 emails to kcc asking them whether they are satisfied but i got the reply saying they are processing cases based on numerical order
Can you please inform us your case number range?
April 24, 2021 at 07:21
Hi LS
From which country are you?
April 25, 2021 at 18:34
Hello Layan
I’m from Jordan
April 24, 2021 at 03:10
Hello samten, R u from Bhutan, if so please contact lhaphub@ gmail.com
April 23, 2021 at 16:42
1. Well “normal” in that others have had the same experience – yes – there are many like that. BUT you need to check with KCC if they are satisfied with your documents. You don’t have much time left. Do that now. Also check the documents you sent to make sure you did it right. I created a video about that a few weeks ago.
2. Yes of course.
April 23, 2021 at 22:33
Hey Brit
I have sent 2 emails to kcc asking them whether they are satisfied but i got the reply saying they are processing cases based on numerical order
I will ask them again or resend the documents again
April 21, 2021 at 23:46
Hi Brit, thanks for what you’re doing.
I’m in Oceania with my case current now like everyone else and I know that the Consulate has been doing interviews since April. I’ve had my documents sent and approved by KCC and received the notification that I’m ready to be scheduled! However, given the few months we’ve got left until September, I was wondering if it’s worthwhile for me to join the lawsuits? Are there any potential negative aspects joining the lawsuits for future entries to the US or other immigration matters?
April 22, 2021 at 22:24
Hi Alex & Simon, I too are having the same thoughts as you, also from Oceania 2021OC14XX, (what case no are you) so will now be current in June with everyone else, received notification ready for scheduling 1 month ago. I was hoping 2nl’s would be sent out this week? also having thoughts of joining a lawsuit like you
April 23, 2021 at 16:46
There are no negative aspects of being on a lawsuit.
As for whether you should or not – it really is your call. The two waitlists are here:

Hi Dear Brit,
I understand that all cases going current is going to chaos likely. But what about adjustment of status?
My case number is 2021AS19XXX. I have an option of switching to Adjustment of Status – I will be flying to USA in July on an H1-B visa. For me, is it better to switch to unlock my DS-260 in July and change to AOS?
I have currently selected the embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan for consular processing.
Will it increase my chances of being processed within time if I switch to AOS?
Would like to know your opinion on this
Best Regards,
Tariq
April 23, 2021 at 16:48
July is late, but still possible to start AOS. So – that might be a good option for you at that time, and you will have some idea of whether you will get a CP date by then. BUT – make sure you are fully prepared to file AOS immediately after entry, you will need to move fast. In your case you can do that because the H1-B is a dual intent visa.
April 23, 2021 at 18:19
Thank you so much Brit!! One small related question: if I switch to AOS, would there be any waiting involved then (like documents processing etc in CP)?
Or i could immediately start the process. Since all numbers are current, will they consider my case as soon as i take it to them?
April 23, 2021 at 20:31
You can start immediately, but to submit your package you have to have a medical, you need to have paid the DV fee – so you need to learn and act. You can learn a lot (everything really) from the link below. Be sure to study the document linked from the first post in that thread.

April 24, 2021 at 04:52
Brit – Is it the same case for L1 visa?
April 24, 2021 at 14:58
Yes
April 22, 2021 at 00:43
dv 2021 in Italy there is about 290 people won lottery… all cases in Naples, so comparing to other ambassys it’s not super high, is that a advantage when it comes to processing visas? (I understand the bigger problem is on KCC side but anyway I would like to know how to understand the number of winners for Italy)
April 23, 2021 at 16:49
Who knows. It’s all guessing at the moment.
April 22, 2021 at 03:51
my case number is AS8*** from Nepal and i’m not current yet. I understand that it is a total chaos for every region to go current now but is it the same for people applying for AOS too? will the regions going current have sever damage on AOS cases too?
April 23, 2021 at 16:53
No – it’s a good thing for AOS.
April 22, 2021 at 04:33
good morning Sir ,
Suppose the embassy is working and scheduling DV interviews ,Could the embassy call KCC and ask for cases to be sent or it is not allow for embassy to request cases unless KCC alone without any request sent ?
Thank you Sir
April 22, 2021 at 05:25
Hello brit.
I wanted to ask is document process have anything to do with ds260? I mean after sending my documents on time, i have unlocked my ds260 2 times for small changes. Can this cause any delay in my document process?
Thanks a lot. I mean this whole lottery thing might be a mess but i wont forget your kind effort regardless of the final result.
April 23, 2021 at 16:55
No – unlocking the DS260 for minor changes doesn’t affect the documents.
April 22, 2021 at 05:28
Dear Brit,
Thank you for the great job you are doing for us. Only God can reward you. However, after going through your Question and answer session yesterday I’ve made up my mind to join the lawsuit… could you please attach the link to sign up for the waiting list on here? because I wasn’t able to get hold of it.

By the way should I (selectee) and my husband send documents separately to KCC?
If yes, should he use my case number as the email subject?
April 23, 2021 at 16:56
No. You should send all documents in one package.
April 22, 2021 at 06:44
Hello Sir, I hope you are doing well. I am a DV 2021 winner. I just received request supporting documents from KCC today. However I had sent them since September last year. My question are:
1. Do I need to resend supporting document again or just ask them for missing documents ?
2. Can I use my previous police certificate for supporting document or I must renew one ( hard to get one due to lockdown in my country) ?
Thank you sir
April 23, 2021 at 16:57
1. Ask if they are satisfied with the documents you sent. If they don’t respond very quickly, resend them being VERY careful to make sure they are complete.
2. Police certs are good up to 12 months old.
April 22, 2021 at 08:23
Hello Brit, Considering all the mess, Since many of Us never received the ready for scheduling, is It mandatory? or maybe can we see some interview scheduled without it?
thanks in advance
April 23, 2021 at 16:58
The email itself might be missed, but the reality is that you won’t get scheduled unless your DS260 and documents are processed.
April 22, 2021 at 09:08
Hi, i forgot to sent the police certifacfe from italy, can i sent it now or should i wait for a response from kcc? Thanks
April 23, 2021 at 17:00
Resend the whole package of documents.
April 22, 2021 at 09:50

April 23, 2021 at 17:01
Wait for the lawsuit.
April 22, 2021 at 10:17
Hello Brit,
The reciprocity page for KSA says “Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom”. My situation is that when the lottery results were announced in June last year I was on a legal resident status, but not lving in KSA. I never returned there again and now my residence permit has expired, and I did not nor I am planning to renew it. So my question is, by ” no longer reside”, do they mean physically reside or legally reside?
April 23, 2021 at 17:02
Reside. They don’t differentiate.
April 23, 2021 at 18:13
Sorry but I didn’t get your answer. Does that mean I am required to provide a police cert or not?
April 23, 2021 at 20:28
If you reside there, yes.
April 23, 2021 at 21:47
Reside physically or reside by status?
April 24, 2021 at 14:46
Really???
Just reside. Regardless of status.
April 22, 2021 at 11:41
Hi Simon, need a clarification on this situation:
Will the Goh v. Blinken suit be helpful or cover my case with the following scenario:
1. DS-260 sent in June 2020
2. All documents sent in November 2020 (got an automatic reply that they have received my email and are currently processing my docs)
3. HAVEN’T got a confirmation email that my documents have already been processed
4. HAVEN’T got a ‘ready for scheduling email’, NOR the interview appointment.
Thank you so much!!!
April 23, 2021 at 17:04
It might help.
April 22, 2021 at 12:10
Correction in my comment above:
Will BEING A PLAINTIFF in the Goh v. Blinken suit be helpful or cover my case with the following scenario:
1. DS-260 sent in June 2020
2. All documents sent in November 2020 (got an automatic reply that they have received my email and are currently processing my docs)

April 22, 2021 at 15:43
I just commented but can’t find my question, can someone redirect me please. Thank you.
April 22, 2021 at 15:49
Do you think KCC is prioritizing document validation for those whose embassy is accepting interviews?
April 23, 2021 at 17:14
No
April 22, 2021 at 17:31
Hi Simon.
What does the following reply from KCC means.
Your DS-260 has been processed. You should have received, or will soon receive, an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing. Please follow the instructions in the email. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Please refer to the visa bulletin at travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email to check dvprogram.state.gov.
My case number is EU94xx.
I cannot ubderstand whether my docs are ok or not.
Thanks
Farid
April 23, 2021 at 17:16
It does not mean your documents are processed.
April 22, 2021 at 17:32
I’m listning to Charlie Oppenhim interview now so he says : that the current status is beacause of the work of KCC (he admited it) but he is saying that it will remain like this util end of the FY and all countries will be Current for july (it is the second question in the video)
1- So is this a way to say that KCC have no plan to make things better for this year ? (so sad)
I have contacted the us embassy in Paris they are not planning to schedule interview for the rest of fiscal year , i say to the women that some embassy are doing interview evec in shengen area so her response was : dont belive what you read in internet -_-
2- do you think that the mandamus case can fix this kind of problem ? or even if we win i will have to look for another embassy ? (they are giving other immigrant visa in Paris but no DV )
April 22, 2021 at 17:44
Thanks for this question Anis, and for calling the embassy in Paris. I am also assigned to the Paris embassy & also part of the mandamus case, so looking forward to some insight as well.
April 23, 2021 at 17:17
1. No – it means he thinks the low numbers of people ready for interview is because of real low demand. That obviously is incorrect – but he can only judge based on what he is seeing from KCC.
2. Yes the mandamus case can fix that for named plaintiffs if it goes fast enough.
April 22, 2021 at 18:15
Hello Simon, if I managed to get approved by KCC to change the location of my interview into US Embassy in my home country (open and interviewing DV2021), Do I also need to unlock my DS-260?
April 22, 2021 at 21:05
may I ask how long did it take for KCC to relocate and inform you after you requested?
April 23, 2021 at 22:24
Hello Sattat, we are considering to do it. But have not decided yet because airflight tickets are so expensive for 3 of us.
April 23, 2021 at 17:22
No
April 23, 2021 at 22:21
Just to make sure. So I do not need to unlock DS-260 to change my current address into my home country address where I used to live?
April 24, 2021 at 14:49
No.
April 22, 2021 at 19:09
Hi Simon,
Please confirm if I should send KCC police certificate, passport scanned and a birth certificate if m from Bulgaria (Europe) not married yet. Moreover, do I need a police certificate in case I have already lived in the US more than 6 months at the moment. Thank you!
April 23, 2021 at 17:24
You need to read and follow the instructions.
No police certs for USA (as noted in the instructions you need to read).
April 22, 2021 at 21:20
Dear Simon,
Thank you for your answers and help regarding all the questions we have. I’ve watched the latest videos, read all the comments, but still want to make sure:
I am DV 2021 winner, EU 24xxxx, I have sent DS 260 in July and submitted documents to KCC on April 07th. Is there any chance we will get a visa interview? Does the current number in Europe 18000 means that my documents will not be processed? I know it is a chaos, but I appreciate your opinion. Thank you sir.
April 23, 2021 at 17:25
How can I predict that? The answer is, I can’t.
April 22, 2021 at 21:45
Hi pal,
Do you have any information regarding Anunciato case?
Thank you!
April 23, 2021 at 17:25
No
April 23, 2021 at 18:57
Why it was refused by the government?
Are Charles kuck and its team incompetent?!
Thank you so much.
April 23, 2021 at 20:34
1. It wasn’t refused by the government.
2. No
April 22, 2021 at 22:49
Hi Simon, I just received my 2nl today. However, it doesn’t have a barcode like the sample you put in the FAQ. Is this normal?
April 23, 2021 at 04:19
Which is your country please. Your number is high ? Which embassy please
April 23, 2021 at 17:59
Panama, no its mid-low
April 23, 2021 at 17:30
Yes – people often report that as missing.
Is it for June interview?
April 23, 2021 at 17:58
Yes, June 1st
April 23, 2021 at 18:08
Great. Prepare well!
April 23, 2021 at 18:49
Thank you Simon, you’ve been a huge help through my journey! And just so you know, there may be some semblance to case number order in interview scheduling. You see, my number was literally the number next to May’s cutoff. But, two days after June’s visa bulletin was released I got the 2NL. (Unless I got lucky)
April 23, 2021 at 20:33
Yes – they are moving in case number order – but then that is probably mostly because they processed documents in that order.
April 22, 2021 at 23:14
Hi Simon, I’m from Latin America so I have 2 last names. However on my initial entry I only wrote one of my last names(my father’s). But, on my DS-260 I wrote my full name. Do you think this will cause problems?
April 22, 2021 at 23:20
I have read the FAQ, I saw my answer. Sorry for asking
April 23, 2021 at 17:31
No
April 23, 2021 at 03:59
Hi Simon, could you please confirm that the DS-5540 Public Charge form/questionnaire is no longer required at the green card embassy interview?
April 23, 2021 at 17:36
Confirmed.
April 23, 2021 at 04:06
Hi Mr.Brit! . I can’t thank you enough for all you did for us and as well all the DV 2020 who were able to enter US recently. Thank you so much. Am always happy to writ to you because I know am always going to have the best response I can get. Our sponsor change his mind after we filled out ds260. When I provided a new sponsor doc it was not updated by the COat the interview on my ds260.
We arrived at my POE in New York I gave a different address all together which was were we were going to reside finally that makes a 3rd address all together. Before leaving to US we paid our green card fees and put the final third address that is South Carolina. We arrived on the 8 of March 2021. I waited 2 weeks no SSN then I decided to contact the nearest office. I found out their office was close to visitors and that we needed to take an appointment which was hard to get. I finally got on on the 13th of March. When I got to their office and presented our documents which was passport and birth certificate she looked at our passports and told me that it was expired and wether I had a green card or a working permit. I said no that we just arrived and the our passports is all I got as documents and it says it serves as temporary Permanent residence for 1 year as mentioned on the passport bellow she refuse to listen . I showed her our green card payment receipt and told me that our request for a SSN will be refuse since our passports has expired on the 21 of March and that we have to come back with our green card to apply. And the green card may take 3 months or more. And here without the SSN the don’t employ even though there is high demand. We are family of 4 have little kids of age 1 and 4 years old. We need to work charges are becoming heavy for our host am scare to sent us out and become stranded with the kids… What else can I do sir…
April 23, 2021 at 17:43
Unfortunately the staff working in government positions like the SSA and DMV don’t always know what they are talking about. You have to prepare to stand firm and ask for a manager or supervisor if you can’t get sorted out. The lady was completely wrong. You need to talk to USCIS and politely but firmly explain they have made a mistake and it is making things very difficult for you.
The link below should be printed out and taken with you. It is 100% certain that your endorsed visa is evidence of your status as an Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). That is acceptable evidence for the SSA and employers.

April 23, 2021 at 06:38
Hello again Simon, I really need an advice. DV2021 EU19XXX case number. When completing our DS 260 we asked to be interviewed in Moscow, but with current state of affairs i don’t think we have a chance to be called for an interviewed there. Yesterday I contacted another embassy based on my country of chargeability to see if i can move my case there. The embassy responded saying that they are only accepting priority cases and won’t be able to accept our transfer. However, Considering the fact that my case is still under KCC’s review and considering that DS 260 application mentions that i have the right to move my interview to another location as long as it hasn’t been assigned to the embassy yet, should I go ahead and still ask KCC to transfer my case to the embassy of my country of chargeability? Also, is it worth getting an attorney to do that for me?
Thank you for all your help!
April 23, 2021 at 11:19
what is your country of chargeability?
April 23, 2021 at 17:46
You should ask KCC to do that, yes. If KCC agree, then whatever the embassy says will not be a problem. The lawsuits seek to do that so join a lawsuit if you want – but try contacting KCC and see what they say.
April 23, 2021 at 07:31
Hi Simon you are heaven sent may good tidings locate you i swear you gotta special place in heaven.
now please may i know at what point does someone become disqualified for double entry, is it at the interview( if invited) or at the draw?
April 23, 2021 at 17:47
Both ways can happen.
April 23, 2021 at 10:06
Hi Brit,
My CN 2021EU2XXX. I have sent all required documents on 08.2020.
I got reply from KCC on 05.03.2021 that my case is current for interview processing. However, untill now there is no news about my interview date.
I wrote to Almaty embassy and i got reply saying that KCC should arrange my inteview date.
Should i ask about interview appoitment from KCC or now its embassy should send me the dates ?
Please i need your advice.
April 23, 2021 at 17:52
KCC have just started scheduling in Almaty. You should get a 2NL soon if you didn’t get it yesterday.
April 23, 2021 at 12:33
Hi Simon, I live in Germany, but I am from Iran. My case number is like 956* from AS region; the selected embassy is in Frankfurt; I have sent all related docs to KCC on 19th September 2021. Would you please let me know if there is any chance of scheduling the interview in the months ahead?

Frankfurt is scheduling some interviews. You might have a chance if your documents have been cleared.

Good afternoon Simon, 2021EU21xxx.
As more as I read what people are writing as more I get confused.
1. February 26th, 2021 – I sent my documents to KCCdocument and on the same day I got this email:
The Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) has received your email and is currently processing your documents…..
2. I asked a few time KCC if they are satisfied with the documents. Got only automated answers.
3. April 3rd, 2021 I wrote again to KCC if they are satisfied.
4. April 20th, 2021 I received this email: Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Once the Kentucky Consular Center has finished processing your DS-260, you will receive an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing.
Does it mean they have my documents or not? They never answer me if they are satisfied!
Crazy.
Thank you Simon for you kindly support.

The answer in 4 says the status. Documents received, but not completed. Wait at least 2 to 3 weeks then ask again. From the 2NLs we can see they are still only scheduling lower numbers.

Thank you Simon, and one more thing, I enjoy your UK humor in your videos, especially one particular moment in the last video.

Hi Brit,
Does each family member require an i134 or is everyone included on one form?
April 23, 2021 at 20:19
All covered on one form. Please read the FAQ.

I know that is difficult to predict which CN could recive 2NL but do you think that I could have chance?

How can I guess that?

Hi Britt, my case is from South America. my embassy is bogota. dating only has given two dv quotes because they were k1. my derivative turns 21 in June but will age by January and I am a doctor. I am ready to schedule. Do you think it would be good to request my appointment as an emergency case, so my son turns 21 in June to see if they give him priority?
April 23, 2021 at 20:33
No. But your son will be protected by the CSPA even after June – read my FAQ.

Hi Brit
I submitted my ds260 on 6th June 2020, sent an email on 22nd February 2021 to inquire if I should send my documents. Their response was
“Your forms have been received and we are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing” ……..meaning my ds260 wasnt processed .
On the 18th March 2021, I sent my support documents without any request. I sent another email last week to find out if they are satisfied with my documents. Their reply was still same “ Your forms have been received and we are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing”
Meaning they still haven’t processed my ds260.
This is really frustrating.! What else can I really do?
My case number is af 33k
April 23, 2021 at 20:36
Keep trying – wait a couple of weeks. So far what interviews there are have been low case numbers.

Hi everyone!
If you’re worried about the numerous amounts of visa refusals, please read the last section of Xarthisius’ website.
April 23, 2021 at 20:30
Hello Brit,
I have a question regarding the issuance of the visa, on Tuesday I held the interview at the embassy, and the visa was successfully approved. The consul said that in 2-3 working days I will receive the passport with the visa, but it seems that it is Friday and this did not happen (we are a few people in this situation), is it normal, or should I be worried?
April 23, 2021 at 20:42
After all this time have you not learned some patience?

Hi Brit, I am 2021OC3** and received my ‘ready for scheduling’ email in July 2020, with Auckland being my interview embassy. I followed up recently with KCC and they said all my documents were in order, should I contact the Auckland embassy or just wait patiently? Thank you!
April 23, 2021 at 20:42
You have to just wait. The embassy don’t know anything about you.
April 24, 2021 at 00:09
Hi brit, AF7*** please I receive a message from KCC saying my case is current for interview processing and They can’t unlock my ds260 if I need to make any changes to it I will need to contact my embassy or go along with the changes on my interview day and they will send me a mail when they have an interview date for my case. Please does this mean that am sure to receive 2nl thanks

Hi Brit!
Is there any light at the end of the tunnel for us (DV 2021) ? Or, has the light faded away ? We’ve been walking through the dark all this year !
April 24, 2021 at 14:50
THere will be light for some, of course.
April 24, 2021 at 02:53
Hallo brit i cannot be able to get the police clearance from Israel because i came back to Kenya before sending the DS260.What should i do
April 24, 2021 at 04:14
it’s must to have Police clearance if you was there more than 6 month , or you have to provide prove the reason you can’t provide
April 24, 2021 at 14:56
Its not optional unless the country specific reciprocity page says the police cert is unavailable or not required.
April 24, 2021 at 14:51
Read and follow the reciprocity page instructions.

Hello Brit,
Thanks for all your live Q&As, which keeps us informed and aware of what’s happening 🙂
I am Gev from Armenia. Our case number is eu304**, we have not received any instruction on ehat documents to submit to KCC, though I have prepared them.
I was deading here in the comments that you recommend us to send the docs to KCC without waiting for that emails. Is that correct? If yes, where should I read the list of final docs? And do you think that will somehow help us in this process or should I wait for an email from KCC?
Thank you!
April 24, 2021 at 14:54
If you don’t send your documents now it will be too late.
