Hi Simon,
I am planning to get married in September-October with my Belgian partner. Is it wise to wait on submitting my DS260 after marriage (around October)? I am a dv2022 selectee with CN AS68xx from Iran, living permanently in Belgium.
May 22, 2021 at 15:03
Yes, personally I would submit after marriage.
May 22, 2021 at 15:06
Thanks for the prompt reply! Don’t you think my late DS submission will affect my date of interview badly?
May 22, 2021 at 15:58
Re-read my answer.

Hi Brit, my host doesn’t have a green card yet he has been granted asylum he has SSN number and driver’s license he works, pays tax and all. In short he is not leaving there illegally even though he hasn’t been granted the green card yet. Will he being my host put me at risk?
May 23, 2021 at 15:13
I would not recommend you use that person.
May 22, 2021 at 18:00
Hi Brit, I posted a question but it looks like you haven’t received it i can’t find it neither. Here is the question. My host has been granted asylum but doesn’t have a green card yet, he works there pays tax has SSN driver’s license and work permit the only problem is that he doesn’t have the green card yet. In short he isn’t leaving there illegally, will he being my host put me at risk? he is just my host and not my sponsor, i have got a different person to fill the I-134 form for me
May 23, 2021 at 15:18
Just be a little patient.

Hello Brit, I’m Silas from Zambia. I aplied for DV2022, but I have not been able to see the results because the system keeps on rejecting the URL request. I have been getting this massege
“The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 18357766257225144601”.
I have tried using differenet ISPs but to no avail.
Do you mind helping me check if won? I can email you my details and for my other relatives.

It sounds like a connectivity problem. Out of the 7 billion people on this planet, I’m sure there is someone that can help you that is less busy than I am.
May 23, 2021 at 17:17
I started getting this with Chrome, it worked OK when I switched to Edge
May 25, 2021 at 04:47
I used Firefox because Chrome was not working

Hi, Mr. Brit
I have two questions and they are,
I am one of the selectees for DV22 and my case number is around Af 28k. Is it considered high, medium or low CN and how good is it?
And secondly, does each country has a certain allocation for visas. For instance if my country is Djibouti and the first selectee has CN around 30k, will they give priority to other countries whose selectees have lower CN. To clearify if I am the selectee who has the lowest CN from my country with CN around 30k wll they start from me and continue up to other selectees from my country. As Dv is for diversity will they take from each country certain selectees and each country has maximum number of visas which it cannot surpass.
May 23, 2021 at 15:25
1. It doesn’t sound bad, but we don’t know much about numbers this year, and I cannot know what will happen in terms of covid effects over the coming year.
2. The priority does not care about countries. Your case number is your order within the region.

Hello Mr. Brit
In DS-260 application, in the field “Interview Location” can I select another embassy because the U.S. Embassy in my country (Iraq – Baghdad) has been closed ? Do I need to get residency permission to be interviewed in another country or I am free to select anywhere and without any resident document of that place?
May 23, 2021 at 15:26
The first time you enter the DS260 you can choose any embassy you like. BUT they will ignore your choice and decide the interview location based on your current address.
May 22, 2021 at 22:08
Hi Simon,
I apologize in advance for the lengthy comment.
My Case Number: 2022AS00007XXX.
Post: Ankara, Turkey
Nationality: Iranian
I submitted the DS-260 forms of all of the applicants associated with my case number including me, my husband, and my child as soon as I found out that I had been selected in the lottery, but then I realized that my husband won’t be able to apply for an immigrant visa due to a sensitive (and ridiculous) issue that will get him rejected automatically and is unlikely to get solved in the next one or maybe two years.
I have sent an unlock request E-mail to the KCC (which has not been answered yet) to be able to edit the DS260 as he is not going to apply for the visa with us.
Considering my case number, How long do you think I can wait before submitting the DS260 again and not getting delayed or denied for interview scheduling?
Is it possible for me to remove my husband’s form from my case or should I just leave it blank on the DS260 application?
We have agreed that this is an opportunity I can’t afford to lose for the good of our child but do you think is it necessary for us to get officially divorced to have documentation proving that he is not going to apply for an immigrant visa through me in the future?
In case we were to get divorced, should I wait until I get a divorce certificate (which might take as long as 4 months to be issued) before submitting the DS260 or should I just submit it earlier mentioning my marital status as married?
Do I get any other chances to declare my marital status as divorced after getting scheduled for an interview?
It would be much appreciated if you could help me on these matters.
Best regards
May 23, 2021 at 15:40
Wow you are planning to make some serious and probably bad decisions based on the assumption that your husband won’t get a visa. If your husband has some connection to anti USA terrorism background and is on a watch list or no fly list, then you are likely to be affected by the association whether you divorce him or not. For almost anything less serious than that, you may be overestimating the impact of the issue.
I can imagine this is somewhat private, so if you want to explain the problem to me by email I could comment more clearly. britsimon3 at gmail.

Hi Brit,
Thank you very much for all your advice as it has been a great help in understanding the process better. I have a few questions that I would love some assistance with if possible:
1. My case number is AF24xxx. I am aware that it is early to get a good estimate, however do you have any idea of the numbers for DV 2022 yet with regards to my case number? I do not want to submit an application (DS 260) if there is a very good chance that my number is too high. I read your post regarding a submission that is not selected classifies as a failed immigration attempt which could cause problems for future visas, etc.
2. If the above is not an issue, there is a question on the DS form asking whether you will be looking for a skilled or unskilled job that requires approval from the Secretary of Labour. I am an engineer and believe that the answer should be yes, however it then asks you to explain this further. Is this the standard answer for most people as I am assuming you would like to immigrate and work in the US? The rest of these standard questions tend to require no answers.
3. I am approved as a single person, which is still the case today. However, I am in a long term committed relationship and would like to get engaged in the next year or so. I am aware that the DV process can take up to 18 months, perhaps longer due to Covid related delays. What is the best way to approach this problem without disqualifying myself from selection. Should I remain legally single until the green card process is complete at least?
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
May 23, 2021 at 18:10
1. Your number is obviously OK – but the reasl question for DV2022 will be what impacts are there from Covid. Which of course, I cannot know.
2. It’s a trivial question – answer yes. That is covered well in my guide on completing the DS260.
3. No – if I were you I would get married asap and include your spouse. If you are in a real relationship that is no problem.

Hello Simon,
I won the dv2022 and I’ve already submitted my ds-260. I was trying to reach my uncle to use his address as the place I’ll be staying in the US but I couldn’t reach him so I contacted a family friend who assisted me with hers and I submitted.
1. Will she be the one to fill the I-134 for me or can I ask my uncle to do it even though his address is not what I listed on my ds-260?
2. Or can I let my uncle fill the I-134 instead of the lady whose address I used or can multiple people fill the I-134 for me to attach to my documents ?
May 23, 2021 at 18:10
1. You can ask anyone.
2. Not multiple people, no. Please read the FAQ.
May 23, 2021 at 00:51
Can I ask you some questions about DV Lottery if you don’t mind.
We live in Cambodia.
My wife was selected DV Lottery 2021 and her case number around 8K.
After I submitted SD260 and sent all support documents such as : birthday certificates, Marriage certificate, passport, criminal records to KCCDV DOCUMENTS already so I just got only automatically respond mail on the same date my mail was sent. The automatically respond mail say the documents process will generally take 3-6 weeks but since than I have waiting 12 weeks already and nothing see any mails from KCC to tell me if my documents is lacking or all are alright and what should I do or prepare for next step.
Thanks you in advance for your reply and helping.
May 23, 2021 at 18:12
Everyone is going through this same frustrating experience. I don’t have a magic solution. You just submit the documents, make sure they are correct, then after a few weeks ask KCC if they are satisfied with the documents, rinse and repeat.
May 23, 2021 at 01:45
Hi Simon. About 2NLs like you mentioned, It seem like KCC no more send 2NLs in two large batches (right after the VB, and end of the months). I see some 2NLs are sent in the beginning of month and even before VB. Does this mean we can expect 2NLs any weekdays now? or they still follow some sort of routines.
Thank you always!!
May 23, 2021 at 18:19
I have been explaining that in my recent videos. They are scheduling by embassy, and yes they are sending some in the first few days of the month, which are actually “late” 2NLs.
May 23, 2021 at 02:37
Can I use a diffrent email address apart from the one i used to register with the lottry?
May 23, 2021 at 18:19
Yes
May 23, 2021 at 05:55
I learned my date of birth wrong, wrong, wrong but after too many wrong attempts I cannot log into the system even if I have correct information. I get the same error. Please can you help me what should I do …
“The Case Number entered is currently unavailable. Please try again later or contact the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) by email ([email protected]) or by phone (Public Inquiry Phone Number 606-526-7500 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT Monday – Friday) for further assistance. ”
Please, Help Me…
The first identity is correct in the e-mail, but the date of birth is incorrect in the system. Let me send KCC a second e-mail saying that the date of birth I entered incorrectly in the system. If they don’t answer, what will I do with my mail then? I automatically wonder if the access block can be lifted after a few days…:( Please Help me.
May 23, 2021 at 18:21
I already fully explained what to do. Contact KCC.

Hi Simon,
I have selected my interview location as Singapore but I’m from Sri Lanka. I can see that there are some differences in the instructions to submit documents between Sri Lankan embassy and Singapore.
Sri Lankan embassy have some additional requirements in submitting documents.
1. Which instructions should I follow?
2. Is it mandatory that all the documents listed by SL consular office needs to presented to Singapore consular office?
Thanks in advance
May 23, 2021 at 18:23
You follow instructions from the embassy where you will interview. Document requirements are detailed in the reciprocity page for each country based on the country of relevance for that document.

Hello Mr. Brit
In DS-260 application, in the field “Interview Location” can I select another embassy because the U.S. Embassy in my country (Iraq – Baghdad) has been closed ? Do I need to get residency permission to be interviewed in another country? or I am free to select anywhere and without any resident document of that place?
May 23, 2021 at 18:27
KCC will choose for you based on conditions at that time.
May 23, 2021 at 09:48
Hi Brit
Is it true that In september 2020 some plaintifs were invited without being DQ because of the Judge order. KCC transfered directly their files to the ambassies.
May 23, 2021 at 18:28
Well, not exactly. In a few cases they very quickly resolved the documents issue for those cases.
May 23, 2021 at 11:09
Hello Brit …I an a DV 2021 selectee with CN6xxx but my embassy is not interviewing dv cases yet even after the April 30 directive from travel state….I asked around the neighboring embassies and one consulate has accepted by requesting my case from the Accra Consulate but the Accra Embassy has refused to send my case stating to me in an email that my case is not at their post and for that matter can’t transfer it to the New embassy …..Please what should I do now
May 23, 2021 at 18:30
Accra embassy are correct – they don’t have your details until KCC sends it. So contact KCC informing them of your agreement with the other embassy and ask them to schedule you there.
May 24, 2021 at 07:38
But Brit, is it not a case that the Embassy is the one refusing to accept cases? Or is it KCC’s reluctance?
May 25, 2021 at 02:44
Both. I have explained this in detail in recent videos.
May 24, 2021 at 14:16
I have sent KCC an email to that effect and attached a screenshot of the mail I received from the New embassy showing it readiness to accept my case and also attached screen shot of the Accra embassy email to them to help transfer my case for me.
I have also sent an email to the New embassy to request my case from kcc because the Accra embassy says they don’t have my case.
I hope I’m doing the right thing
May 24, 2021 at 14:24
3b3fa, I’m also a Ghanaian based in Cape Coast waiting for ready for scheduling email soon within this week I believe and subsequently 2n1, please which embassy accepted to interview you instead of US embassy Accra?
May 24, 2021 at 19:43
Hello Stephen
We are a group of winners from Ghana and we have a whatsapp page if you don`t mind you can join us. In fact we are speaking to the media houses to ask the Embassy why they are still not working our time is running.
My contact 0242711389
May 24, 2021 at 12:55
Hi can I get your contact? I am a Ghanaian and in a similar situation like you.
May 23, 2021 at 11:21
Dear BritSmon,
First of all thanks for your support and wish you are fine and doing well,
I am a DV2021 winner from region, Afghanistan, Case No 2021AS16xxx, and submitted all requested documents on 29 Jan 2021, and I was unlocked my DS-260 form on 26 Feb 2021 to correct our mistake,
so here in Kabul, US embassy is still off and not process DV cases.
Now I need your instruction and suggestion/opinion about my below question.
1. I Wants to change our interview location from Kabul to another (Exp: Pakistan) country, But as per DV lottery role, Pakistan country is not eligible to participate DV lottery, is it possible I change from Kabul to Islamabad embassy?
2. If in this situation, I changed our interview location, is it helps (fast our case) or delay our case?
Because in our country US embassy is still off.
3. If I participate lawsuit, it will help with me for changing interview location and arrange our interview in the new location before end fiscal year 2021?
4. What’s the process if someone change the interview location and how long it take time?
5. If I participate lawsuit, is it will be follow our case after fiscal year 2021 (30 September 2021)?
Thanks in advance for your always support.
May 23, 2021 at 18:33
1. Maybe. Generally though embassies are not accepting cases from other countries.
2. I don’t know.
3. Possibly, yes.
4. It varies, read the FAQ.
5. We don’t know yet.
May 23, 2021 at 11:36
Hi. I got a DV green card approx. 4 years ago and lived and worked in USA for approx. 2-3 years. I have ben out of the USA now for approx. 14 months. However, I now need to enter USA this Summer to deal with an important personal matter. I applied to and received an ESTA however my European country is not allowed enter USA according to the presidential proclamation. green card holders are allowed to enter. In desperation, I’m considering attempting to enter the USA using my green card. Does my plan have any chance of success? Thanks.
May 23, 2021 at 18:49
Yes, you should NOT have applied for the ESTA. You can try entering immediately OR apply for an SB1 visa. But if you want to abandon your LPR status it would be better to go through that process formally, because otherwise you are still responsible to file US taxes and so on.
May 23, 2021 at 11:53
Hi Simon,
– DV2021 – my case number is 2021EU00020xxx – I have submitted the DS260 and sent via email proactively the documents required to the KCC without them asking me.
Now, I will join Curtin‘s lawsuit till end of May.
What else can I do and what do you think how likely is it to get my Green Card with the facts stated?
May 23, 2021 at 18:50
I can’t work out the odds like a bookie.
May 23, 2021 at 12:33
Hey Brit,do you maybe know what was total number of plaintiffs in September last your in combined AILA case?
May 23, 2021 at 18:50
Around 1000.
May 23, 2021 at 13:03
Hello dear Brit. My question is regarding green card immigration fee payment. So when I try to pay 220 USD it there is a section says that provide mailing address. So which mailing address should I provide? USA or my hometown mailing address? Or there is an option that “I don’t want to provide mailing address. Can I choose that? Thanks for your advice.
May 23, 2021 at 18:52
You give a USA address.
May 23, 2021 at 13:07
Hello Brit, I am lucky to win DV 2022. But unfortunately i realize that place of birth of my spouse on passport itself is incorrect but while filling DV lottery form i mention correct one. How can i rectify that.
May 23, 2021 at 18:53
Just make sure it is accurate in the DS260.
May 23, 2021 at 13:10
Hello Mr. Simon! My interview appointment is on June, I put my brother address on My DS-260 to receive the Green Card, but he moved recently and I’ll be staying with him. My question is: how can I change that address? When’s the best moment to do that, considering that my appointment date is very close? That can hurt my case? Thank you so much for your help, your videos has been very helpful during this process.
May 23, 2021 at 19:05
Change the address at the interview.
May 23, 2021 at 20:12
Thank you so much Mr. Simon 🙂
May 23, 2021 at 13:34
Hi Brit, winner of DV 2022, I realise that my passport contains wrong place of birth on my passport itself, while filling dv lottery form, I fill correct based on birth certificate. Now DV lottery record and my birth certificate match but differ with passport. How can I solve, making new passport can give me correct birth place, does it works? Thank you.
May 23, 2021 at 19:11
If we are talking about a small difference, like another city in the same country, then no need to do anything.
May 23, 2021 at 14:37
Hi Simon,
Thank you for sharing valuable information.
My case number is 2022AS00004xxx.
I have a 3-year-old son, who has a US passport as he was born in the US. (both parents do “not” have US citizenship). I have two questions related to family/child information on DS-260 for DV-2022.
1. Applicant information
On the summary information page, I assume that I do not need to include my son with a US passport to the applicant information list on top of both parents. Is my understanding correct as he will not be applying for the visa? or do I need to add him even though he has a US passport?
2. Family information: children section
How should I respond to family/child information questions as below? Are my understanding correct?
– Do you have any children? -> yes
– Does this child live with you? -> yes
– Is this child immigrating to the US with you? -> no, I assume he is returning to the US but not immigrating to the US. Is this correct?
– Is this child immigrating to the US at a later date to join you? -> no, I assume he will enter the US together with his parents.
Thank you.
May 23, 2021 at 19:12
1. Add the child and say he will not be emigrating with you.
2. Your answers are correct.
May 23, 2021 at 15:42
hi Simon
I added a requestor to my DS-260, after misreading the statement …
and I can’t remove it anymore …
please tell me how to delete it…
thank you
May 23, 2021 at 19:13
An applicant? You can’t delete it, just don’t submit that additional form.
May 24, 2021 at 16:54
will this have an impact on my interview?
May 25, 2021 at 05:39
No
May 24, 2021 at 16:57
yes i added an applicant…
May 23, 2021 at 17:37
Hello Brit. i am 2022 dv lottery winner and i have a question regarding medical exam. I had a cancer (hodgkin lumphoma) 8 years ago and im completely cured and able to work. Will this be a problem on my potential interview in the ambasy? Do i need to bring some documents regarding my medical history to the medical exam?
May 23, 2021 at 19:19
Yes take documentation to the medical, but no, that won’t affect you.
May 23, 2021 at 19:51
Hi BritSimon
Thanks for your tremendous work in assisting all dv lottery winners.
Am a DV2021 winner and I have one worry, Is the I-134 form compulsory for all dv winners because it is not available on the list of required documents during interview and my interview is scheduled for the 7th of next month. I really need to know, my interview location is Yaoundé,Cameroon in Africa.
While waiting for your response,my regards to your family

May 25, 2021 at 01:50
It is not used for every case – some COs will ask for it, some won’t. It is wise to be prepared.
May 23, 2021 at 20:21
Hi Brit
please im a DV2021 winner and i will have my interview soon.. in my ds260 i did not mention the university i attended right after my high school diploma, because i still could not get my degree ( lack of money ). That very university is in another country ( neighbouring country) and i have a valid criminal record from this country. What do you suggest to me at the interview ? Should i ask for the CO to correct this mistake in my ds260 before swearing at the beginning of the interview or what ? any counsel !please..
And also can it get me serious trouble ?
thanks
May 25, 2021 at 01:52
It’s not a big deal. Take proof of attendance, or ideally proof that you passed, but since a degree is not the required level of education, it isn’t a problem as long as you are honest and straightforward about it.
May 23, 2021 at 20:32
Hello Brit,
I am a dv2021 winner EU4xxx. As you suggested I am considering on joning the Curtis Morrison lawsuit. In 2020 Curtis filed some lawsuit I saw on his page like “Dr Mohammed v Trump”, “Fonjong v Trump” etc.
1. My question was: Were this lawsuits successful?
2. Were the plaintiffs issued visa?
3. Also is there any problem when filing for the new lawsuit for dv2021 winners to scan and send the confirmation number of my ds260 to the lawyer because it is requested? Or I should just send it and don’t worry about it?
Thank you for the time you invest on helping dv winners like myself.
May 25, 2021 at 01:53
1. Yes – they gave some relief to some people, but of course, not everyone.
2. Some were.
3. No problem.
May 23, 2021 at 21:57
Hi Brit..when is the next 2NL batch for July coming out..
May 25, 2021 at 01:55
Some 2NLs were sent today, that will continue for about 2 weeks.
May 23, 2021 at 22:43
When i enter to get into DS-260 this page shows up:
“Your request cannot be processed at this time”.
What does this mean?
May 25, 2021 at 01:55
Use a different browser.
May 23, 2021 at 22:50
Dear Brit Simon,
My question is on the Work, Education and Training section of the DS260.
I attended high school and got a diploma. After that I joined a university studied a few years and dropped out. After I left the university I have worked freelance for sometime (usually home tutoring students) before I became a legal proxy for my family’s business which I’m still working at fulltime. How should I write this information down, the form doesn’t have a place for such information? Keep in mind that our country doesn’t require a work permit or tax documentation for afterschool home tutoring and I can’t provide government documents for my freelance work.
How many institutes should I put in, in the section that follows 1 or 2 for the question “number of Educational Institutes Attended?
While I was working in the family business, I was also part of an incubation program, would the overlap of the timing cause any problem?
Thank you for your help
May 25, 2021 at 01:57
You detail the education institutions you attended (from age 12), regardless of the outcome.
You detail the employment history using your own judgement.

Hi Brit , my case number is 2022AS24*** and i’m living in australia and i choose the interview in sydney .
Will the interview me based on the vacancy of the embassy in Sydney? Or the will wait to meet 24,000 people in Asia and then meet me?
May 25, 2021 at 02:07
Your case number will follow the Asia region. There are NOT 24k people in front of you. Read the FAQ to understand why.

Hi Simon,
My cousin is a DV2022 selected and his question is, he completed his 12 years course but has failed his 12th standard with 6 marks. Can that be a problem for him if he chooses to qualify through educational grounds?
Thank you so much for your time and patience.
May 25, 2021 at 02:11
I have no idea of the educational system we are talking about. If his education was not enough to be able to enter University, then it could be a problem.
May 24, 2021 at 04:39
When filling the DS-260 form , I faced a problem that the (Given name) field has a limited number of characters that is not enough for my son full given names (consists of 4 names) that matching all given names in his passport , Should I use the (Last name) field to add the remaining of his (Given name) ? please note that if i did this ,it will not match (last name) in his entrant application.
Name of my son as written in passport : Yassin Shady Abdelwahab Abdelsalam ALI
I wrote in DS-260 form as below
Last name : Abdelsalam ALI
Given names : yassin shady AbdelWahab (I couldn’t add (Abdelsalam) in the given names as the number of characters exceeded.)
In Entrant application DV-2022 form I wrote the following :
Last name: ALI
First name: Yassin
Middle Name: shady

Drop the last middle name – and list it in the other names section.

Greetings,
First of i have to thank you for the time you spending on helping people 🙂 thats really a great kind.
Actually I have checked the FAQ but didnt find anything so if you dont mind i want to ask my question here.
When i was registering for Dv2022, my passport was expired for a while and i was not able to renew it because there were no time to do so, so i have registered with my expired passport and i have entered all the details same as the passport except the date of expiration, for the date of expiration i have just filled it anyway that the for could be submitted. Now I’m selected for Dv2022 and iI just want to know what is going to happen ? Are they going to reject me or is there any way that i can solve this problem?!
i have applied for a new passport and didnt fill my DS-260 form yet. would you please tell me what are the chances of getting rejected and what would be the solution in my case ?!
Thanks in advance

They will probably reject you at the interview. The new rule hasn’t been in place very long, so it will be a few months before we can be certain, so if I were you I would wait to submit the DS260.

Hi Brit,
My number is 2022AS 32XX from Saudi Arabia, and I am worried about the date of the interview in your opinion and your experience with this. Will it be at the end of this year or next year.
Many Thanks for your help.
May 25, 2021 at 02:39
Could be either. Wait and see.

Dear Simon,
Here is a simple and somewhat silly question but I have to ask since several people gave different answers. When I fill the name section in the DS 260, should I put Anja Ševo (S with that funny thing above the letter) in the box that says your name in native alphabet or should I just put “does not apply”.
Thank you so much for all your help!
May 25, 2021 at 02:42
You can try.
May 24, 2021 at 07:20
Hello Brit,
I am sorry for the stupid question but I want to make sure that everything is perfect. I will send my docs to KSS ( I am a winner for DV 2021) but I want to make sure that the e-mail that I will send them is the correct one. Is this the e-mail that I have to send the docs: [email protected] and should I add more address just in case?
Thanks!

I am 2021AS00022XXX. I did my DS-280 in June 2020. Due to the case number in the 22XXX range, I decided to submit my documents later. I started the process of gathering the documents in March this year when you advised everybody to send the documents. The final document, a police certificate from overseas, arrived today. My consulate is Sydney. While reading through your blog, I realised that I may have erred when filling the DS-260 in this question “Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? ” I answered Yes assuming that Australian Immunisation Record would be in accordance with the U.S law. I now realise the foolishness of this assumption. Howver, I am fully vaccinated against all Australlian requirement. I have also taken the 1st dose of Astrazenica vaccine and waiting on the second dose in July. In one the answers you mention “No is the best answer. Insert something along the lines of you will have the vaccinations at the medical”.
1. Do you think I should re-open the DS260 to amend this?
2. Or should I mention this when doing the medicals and get the doctor to cross check and if needed do any additional vaccination?
3. If I reopen, as I have now gathered all the documents, should I delay sending the documents till DS-260 is amended?
4. How long would it take to re-open?
FYI: I am also plaintiff in the Siskind Mandamus Litigation.

1. No
2. No need.
3. NO!
4. N/A

Hi Brit, I was selected for DV21 and already received my visa. Thanks to guidance from this page. Question:- can I be allowed to enter United States if I transit through Amsterdam airport, my layover time 2hrs 30 minutes. Netherlands is under Schengen Ban. Thank you
May 25, 2021 at 05:21
No problem – DV has an exemption from the Schengen ban.
