Hello Mr Simon can you please tell me what this means. Case number AF17K from Morocco residing in Qatar
Thank you for your inquiry.
Your case number is now current for interview processing. If you are scheduled for an interview date, you will receive notification via email to check https://dvprogram.state.gov. If you need to make changes to your DS-260 you should contact the consular section where you will be interviewed, or bring the information about your changes to your interview appointment. Because your case is ready to be scheduled, KCC can no longer unlock your application.
Please monitor travel.state.gov for general updates to the DV Program and related regulations. You should also check the information posted by the Embassy or Consulate you chose for the location of your interview for operations details. The process for scheduling DV appointments has not changed from previous years. Selectees will be asked to check the Entrant Status Check (ESC) website by an email sent to the address they provided as soon as an interview is scheduled. KCC cannot predict when individual cases will be scheduled for interview, and you are not asked to take any additional steps if you have already provided all your documents and information. Please remember that selection for participation in the DV Program is not a guarantee of a visa or of a visa interview.
If you have a specific inquiry not related to scheduling an interview, you must provide the Principal Applicant’s full name, complete case number, and date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY) as entered on the original entry. Please remember that the Kentucky Consular Center does not have the authority to tell you whether or not your specific case will be disqualified. Only a consular officer can do that at the time of your visa interview. Do not send any paper documents to the Kentucky Consular Center.
December 13, 2023 at 17:24
It means you will be scheduled for interview when the embassy has the capacity available for you.

Hi brit,i filled my highschool and college info in my ds260 but the thing is i didn’t finished my college degree yet,if i’m not mistaken the option said to fill out high level education only if we finished it,is it going to be a problem?
Should i unlock my ds260 for it?
December 13, 2023 at 11:37
So if you are currently studying, then that should be your current occupation – right?
December 13, 2023 at 12:20
Yes,but unfortunately i stated that i have finished but for some reasons i’m still studying and will not finish any time soon would that be a problem?
December 13, 2023 at 00:19
Hi Britsimon,
How can i findout if my DS260 is processed, even if my case is not current yet.
Much Appreciated.
Note: Case number: AS13k
December 13, 2023 at 11:36
You can email KCC and ask them, but really – is it necessary?
December 12, 2023 at 07:54
Hello Simon ! i happy to get this time to ask you a question ! please i made a mistake in diversity visa Application of 2025. it’s about Rearranging names ! What if you make a mistake put ur first name in place of last name what will happen. My Application will be disqualified and rejected in a Random selection ? Thanks !
December 12, 2023 at 08:09
They don’t know your name is reversed, so it makes no difference to your chance of selection. It’s a random draw.
If selected you will correct the error in the DS260.
December 12, 2023 at 09:25
Thanks ! i was just wondering if a computer detect that this is your last name or first name !
December 12, 2023 at 06:17
Hey Mr.simon
If get H1B visa and move to US while waiting for DV interview, then do I need to come back to my home country for the DV interview or I can do it at US too? What are the steps plz
Asia case of 17K , then does that relocation delay processing?
Regards
December 12, 2023 at 07:52
If you move to the USA on an H1 then you could process via Adjustment of Status (although you could choose consular processing if you prefer).
You should learn about the pros and cons of each method. There is a good comparison linked from the first post on the thread below.
https://forums.immigration.com/threads/dv-2024-aos-adjustment-of-status-process-only.346971/
December 12, 2023 at 12:36
1) So I can choose to stay with consular processing while H1b stamped on the passport? Does it make issue for my current address if I stay at US and then come back for home country for the interview?
My works starts July 1st
2) what is the risk of AOS in my case AS17k ? Is it messy for paper-work? And is I-485 application is long enough per your experience to lose the chance? Considering the slow move for asia region
Appreciate your input.
December 13, 2023 at 11:34
1. You will need to decide what to do – but read the link I gave you.
2. It’s too soon to know how case numbers will progress. We will have more data in January.
December 13, 2023 at 13:50
Mr simon , I looked the link and it seems a complicated process than CP and risky
1) so if I got my h1b and try to remain at home country then does that make any issue for the interview through CP?
2) if visited US and returned for CP at home country , is there any issue about it?
3) if did AOS then I need to fill I-485 when the visa bulletin like for February becomes valid in this december or the February should arrive to request it?
Thanks for your valuable clarification❤️
December 13, 2023 at 17:23
You are really overthinking this. The right option will be mainly a matter of when you become current, and when you move to the USA. Since we don’t know those things it is hard for me to advise a choice.
December 13, 2023 at 18:30
I’m just tryna figure it out Mr simon The move to US will be July 1st
My case is AS17k
so that is why I wanna know how CP or AOS working and which one is better per your experience
Now I have the chance to get H1b as it is my field job season and that is my case, so those Qs I asked and their answers per your experience can make my eye sight clearer.
December 13, 2023 at 18:53
The link I gave you has all that info.
December 12, 2023 at 04:29
Hello Brit,
Based on the visa bulletin for January 2024 that was just realized yesterday, my case number falls within the range. My number is AF26k but I will have my interview in Prague the Czech Republic. Based on your experience, can guess when I am likely to get my 2NL for the interview?
Also, can I ask my sponsor to fill I-134 form and provide me with all the needed documents from his side right now or I should wait until I get 2NL?
Thank You.
December 12, 2023 at 07:49
1. If your DS260 was submitted and processed early enough, AND your embassy is working well, you could get the 2NL in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
2. You can ask for the I-134 now if you want.
December 12, 2023 at 01:44
Hi Simon!
Could you please tell how do you track the embassies’ operation?
I mean, how do you monitor which embassy is more or less busier than others?
December 12, 2023 at 07:46
We have CEAC data from DV2023, and also the official issuance data for October. In three weeks time we will have DV2024 CEAC data so we will be able to track the performance precisely.
December 12, 2023 at 01:04
Hi Brit, can the same person address am using for my green card to be delivered, where am gonna be staying also be the same person to do me the I-134,will it not be a problem ?
December 12, 2023 at 07:45
Not a problem.
December 12, 2023 at 00:19
Hi Simon,
My parents won the DV lottery, got their greencards and have applied and been granted re-entry permits before. However, they now know they will be unable to move to the USA permanently. Is there a process of giving up the green card formally? I don’t want them to struggle to get a tourist visa in the future as I live in the USA now.
Thanks so much
Vera
December 12, 2023 at 07:44
Yes there is but I don’t know how it works. Try google.
December 12, 2023 at 00:17
Hello Simon,
I know it’s too early to assume about high case numbers, but I’m worried that the bulletin won’t even reach my case number. My case number is in Asia and is around AS36XXX. I have feeling that I’ve got the highest case number in Asia lol.
December 12, 2023 at 07:44
THe highest number in AS is about 55k, but we will know better in January.
December 12, 2023 at 00:04
Since there is really no jump in majority of the regions except for some of the exception countries of the AF region, it means generally speaking many embassies did not exhaust their interview slots to request for what could make a jump. All of the 55k visas will be issued by the end of the program for sure. This year maybe slower in some months because last year’s February bulletin went up to 35k .I don’t see anything wrong. We may soon experience a leap given that the target must be reached. It’s still early and January will tell us more.
December 11, 2023 at 15:09
Hi Simon,
I am trying to post questions after I did research and/or listened to your videos. So I don’t sound uninformed..
I listened to your latest YT Q&A and one lady with EU case number asked when can she apply for her case , and you also said she does not have to be “current” to apply for her case… that part I did not understand ?
Is that have anything to do with REGISTERING ?
Step 1: Register
Registration is free. Click the “Register” button below. If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be able to do so after your appointment.
My logic is that we can register after we are scheduled for an interview…
My number is EU202413XXX and I have prepared all my documents as per my consulate guidelines. I have also asked KCC end of October what is the status of my DS260 and they replied that I submitted complete and valid DS260.
Am I missing something ? Thanks for your help. As always…
December 11, 2023 at 21:13
The question I answered seemed to me to be about someone who had not even submitted their DS260.
December 11, 2023 at 12:38
Hi simon,
Why there’s no change on visa bulletin for Asia this month, could the war has an effect on it?
December 11, 2023 at 21:11
Not really – the whole of Asia is not at war.
December 11, 2023 at 12:31
Hi Simon,
I saw the visa bulletin and for Asia it never changed which made me feel very anxious as my number is AS196XX
Any idea why this is happening???
December 11, 2023 at 12:45
I know we will know more in January but considering the holes this doesn’t make any sense to me except that they didn’t interview all the selectees and they don’t need more for now …. Please ant advise as I am starting to freak out right now
December 11, 2023 at 21:12
In January we will have a better idea.
December 11, 2023 at 21:11
What it means is that there were enough cases already current to fill the capacity, because more cases had their DS260s processed. Your number is not as high as many others…
December 12, 2023 at 02:02
Yeah the DS260s make sense 👍👍 Thank you my friend I appreciate your help 🙏🏼🙏🏼
December 11, 2023 at 12:23
Hi Simon. How risky is it if someone has both a bachelor degree and a master degree but because the country change its Municipal adult education were some courses no longer are valid from high school technically dont have a high school diploma.
Is it enough with only those 2 for the education?
December 11, 2023 at 21:10
The reaction to that varies by CO. Some accept the higher degrees, some are picky about High school.
December 11, 2023 at 12:08
“Hi Brit Simon,
I am currently in the process of preparing for my DV green card interview, and I have a question regarding sponsorship. My sponsor is also a green card winner and has been in the U.S. for four and a half years. If he sponsors me, will it affect his own sponsorship status or immigration standing?
Thank you
December 11, 2023 at 21:09
Not in any way.
December 11, 2023 at 01:01
Hello sir,
Good morning,i trust you’re doing good as i am. I am a Dv 2024 winner from Ghana and my case number is 2024AF00036k. I can see that the Accra embassy is not performing well,so i have decided to change my interview location to Kenya i can see their performing very well.please is it advisable to do that thank you.
Sent from my iPhone
December 11, 2023 at 11:29
That is probably the right thing to achieve, but you cannot achieve that by asking KCC to change your embassy. They will want to know that you live in Kenya, so are you able to move to Kenya?
December 11, 2023 at 00:25
hello Birt,
i am pleased with the videos and the blog you are making. i actually have searched a lot on the internet to learn more about the DV and i found you have collected all together and even more (the statistics of the DV).
i had posted a comment but i couldn’t see that it’s posted so i will re-post it again and forgive my mistake if it had been posted.
well my question is
i know a person who has traveled for another country for more than 6 months while he was under age of 18. he now can’t get a police certificate for that period. so will it affect the interview ?
a small addition
he have old one but it’s one or two years old. can it be a substitute for the new one or what
and thanks on advance
December 11, 2023 at 11:28
Please read my earlier reply.

December 11, 2023 at 00:05
Hello Brit,
i am pleased with your videos; it contains a lot of usefull info.
my question is
if a person traveled to another countery for more than 6 months and now can’t go to that countery so he can’t get a police certificate from that countery. what will happen in the interview ? please note that that person was under age of 18 at that time.
thanks in advance.
December 11, 2023 at 00:07
That person should read the instructions and reciprocity page very carefully to learn what to do.
December 10, 2023 at 17:08
Hi Brits, DV24 with case number AF14XXX. Do you by any chance know if any one with the same case threshold in ACC-GH that has gotten 2NL?
December 10, 2023 at 17:44
I have no data. But considering there is a backlog in Ghana, I am confident that no case over 10k has been scheduled there yet.
December 10, 2023 at 13:19
Hi brit.
Thank you for your wonderful help.
I know one of the winners. He may have made a mistake in filling out the DS. He answered that he did not work in professional, social, or charitable organizations. He may have worked in one of them, and an interview date was set for him.
1. Is this an important clause? 2. Is this considered a serious error? 3. How is this error handled?
4. Should he contact the embassy to try to open DS? Or 5. Leave it until the interview date?
December 10, 2023 at 16:42
It’s trivial. Forget it.
December 13, 2023 at 13:08
Hi Brit, is it true 2nls are sent in alphabetical order
December 13, 2023 at 17:25
If you mean the embassy order, to some extent yes. Not 100% reliable/guaranteed though.
December 10, 2023 at 12:49
Hi Simon,
I am from Eritrea, living in Angola, I won dv visa with case AF54k. I have submitted my ds260. on July. is there any other thing I need to do or expect in an email so far. and what do you think of my case number possibility of getting interview in Angola. I feel like am missing something.
December 10, 2023 at 16:41
You should be fine. Just be patient.
December 10, 2023 at 01:36
Hello Mr. Brit, regarding the I-134 and income tax transcripts from IRS, do I have to submit the original documents or a scanned copy would be enough. Thank you
December 10, 2023 at 09:39
Scanned is OK.
December 9, 2023 at 06:03
Hi Brit
Can a green card holder get married to a lady aged 17 living out of the USA?
What are her chances getting a GC ?
In case filing for the I-130 form ?
December 9, 2023 at 09:10
I only answer DV lottery questions.
December 9, 2023 at 01:08
Hi Brit. I hope you are well.
Just a quick question
I won the dv lottery 2022 and travelled to the United States. I was the main applicant but my daughter was denied a visa to come to London for our interview to go to the US. My question is, now that I’m in the US is it possible for me to file for her under the status of winning the dv lottery? And if yes what is the process please.
Thank you
December 9, 2023 at 09:08
No, you would now have to go through an I-130 family based process. That can take several years.
December 10, 2023 at 17:52
Thank you very much
December 8, 2023 at 19:42
Good evening Simon Brit, I would like to know if we can take two people different from the one we choose in the DS (i.e. the address of the person we chose in the DS) who can provide us with an affidavit of support and the W-2?
December 9, 2023 at 09:07
The I-134 can be provided by someone other than the person you give as an address.
There should be only one I-134.
December 8, 2023 at 15:23
Hello Mr Simon
Thank you for all previous informations that have helped a lot. I wanted to ask yo about the I-134 form. I have a sponsor, he is a citizen of USA but currently working in Kuwait for a company and living there . And also paying his tax there, so Can he fill the I-134 form for me. Is he eligible or not?
Thank you
Regards
Bishesh
December 9, 2023 at 09:06
Possibly, but I think a current resident would be safer.
December 7, 2023 at 13:29
Sir,
I have already asked this question in another way;
I want to know that the 6 month passport validity rule is a must during the visa interview? For non-immigrant visa, usually they are asking for a 6 months passport validity. I am not sure, if that is the same rule for immigrant visas and DV? Thanks!
December 8, 2023 at 12:07
I believe 6 months is required.
December 8, 2023 at 13:32
Thank you for the response. Maybe my question wouldn’t be related to DV. I am from Afghanistan, due to the situation in Afghanistan, we left our country and now we are living as refugees in Brazil, having 2 years of residence permit here. When we attended the DV lottery, we were in Afghansitan. The Current regime of Afghanistan, usually doesn’t issue passports for the people properly. It will take more than a year to get a passport, in case they accept your request. Our country doesn’t have an embassy in Brazil.
We are not able to go back there, because of the situation and our current status. I heard from some sources, there is a chance that the COs can decrease the visa period from 6 months to 2 months for immigrant visas. I don’t know, what would be other possible options for us? Thanks!
December 9, 2023 at 09:05
I don’t know.
December 7, 2023 at 11:25
hi Brit
we activated visas on Nov 7 (DV2023). Our visas are stamped with date Nov 6 , 2024
1. Does it mean we need to establish residency within this date?
2. How often we need to travel to US to remain on the safe side?
3. Is it better to come more often for shorter period of time (1-2 weeks) every quarter or less than six months OR stay for longer but with less frequent visits ( every six month for 1 month)? What are the regulations and what are our options, how to best approach it?
4. Wife got pregnant and is due in Aug 2024. How to combine such event with situation when we are considering US options – job, location etc.?
5. We don’t want to risk loosing the green cards. What happens after Nov 6 2024 if we don’t live permanently in the US yet? or the mere fact of more often travels suffice as proof we live in the US?
Looking forward to your feedback
Nate
December 8, 2023 at 12:06
1. No. That is the period of time when that endorsed visa will be valid as a replacement for your plastic greencard.
2. Under 6 month absences is safest, under 12 month absences are possible.
3. You are now getting in to speculation. I can’t (won’t) give a precise answer, but would simply say the GC is granted for people to live/work in the USA. It isn’t a visitors visa.
4. That’s a really vague question.
5. See 2 and 3 above.
December 7, 2023 at 10:08
Hi Simon,
I have 2 questions, do i have to pay taxes on my savings that i made before i became PR of USA, let’s say i have something like 30k which i made in Europe if i take that money with me do i have to pay taxes in USA.
second question: how i can get health insurance when I arrive to USA (the time when i’m looking for a job)
thanks
December 8, 2023 at 11:50
Generally you would not pay taxes on income that happened before you become a LPR.
If you need a “bridge” policy (i.e. to cover between arriving, and when you can get employer sponsored plan) you should read this article – https://britsimonsays.com/health-insurance-for-dv-lottery-winners/
December 7, 2023 at 07:35
Sir,
My case nymber is not current yet, AS16×××. To be on the safe side, can I make the I-134 form now. Or, should I wait until I receive 2NL? is there any problem or expiration period, if I make it now?
December 7, 2023 at 08:24
It does have an expiry date and the version is sometimes changed. You will also need up to date supporting documents such as recent payslips, most recent tax year info and so on.
December 7, 2023 at 01:02
Hi Brit. I did include my daughter whom I don’t leave with in my DV lottery and has two names but on surname I used her mums middle name..any problem about that? Both our names appear on birth certificate.
December 7, 2023 at 08:22
Just make sure it is correct in the DS260.
December 6, 2023 at 20:44
Hi Brit Simom,
My case number will be current soon, it’s AF…..17000. Is Form I-134 a must for VISA interviews? Please help.
December 6, 2023 at 21:34
Not in all cases. I recommend having it if possible, but you could also show savings of about $10,000 per person, or a job in the USA.
December 6, 2023 at 14:56
Hi Simon,
I had my interview for the 2024 DV lottery this week. All went fine and was short and sweet. I just need to mail the US consulate in my home country my medical exam results when I receive them, along with my passport.
On the DS-260 form in the Work/Education/Training section that asks whether you have travelled to any countries in the last 5 years, I ticked ‘no’ for this because at the time I sent my form in (late May) this was true. I traveled to Europe in late July for 2 months and then returned home. I did not unlock my form to change my answer to this question to ‘yes’, but I also did not mention this change at my interview. I think I was so focused on the standard questions I was being asked, that I forgot to mention to my interviewer that I have now traveled to another country/region.
I will be sending back to them my medical exam results, along with my passport that clearly has two European stamps in it.
My question is: Do I need to contact the US consulate in my home country and inform them of the change to that question, or am I overthinking things?
Any advice and/or comments will be appreciated.
Thank you
December 6, 2023 at 17:43
Overthinking…
December 6, 2023 at 14:48
Hello BritSimon,
Thank you attention much for the vital information you provide. Am inquiring about the medicals, is it a must for children under 5 years to also under go covid 19 vacination.
December 6, 2023 at 17:42
It depends on the procedures in your country. Ask the physician.
December 6, 2023 at 10:06
Hi Simon
I did a traditional wedding, so I don’t have a certificate can it affect my dv application.
December 6, 2023 at 17:41
Yes it can be a problem if you claimed to be married but are not legally married. It depends on laws in your country. So, is there a way to legalize the marriage in your country?
December 6, 2023 at 06:11
Hello, first thanks for all the help you are giving to us. I wanted to ask some questions:
1. Do I have to unlock my DS260 and to insert new job if changed job after I filled DS260?
2. It is any problem if I opened once my DS260, because I added my husband as derivative, as I was married after I subscribed DS260?
3. Do you think I will be fine with EU278xx number (Albania)?
December 6, 2023 at 17:37
1. No
2. No
3. The number should be OK, but the performance of your embassy may be a factor. In January we will know more about that.
December 6, 2023 at 05:23
Hi BritSimon,
Thank you very much for helping us.
About the DS-260 and specifically for the question “Have you ever been in the USA?”, I stated all my visits to the USA including my last one which was in February this year.
There is another question: “Have you traveled to any countries/regions within the last five years?”, my answer was “NO”
Is this OK or should I unlock the DS-260 and mention my last visit to the USA?
I appreciate your feedback.
December 6, 2023 at 09:14
If you choose “Yes” to the second question, you’ll have to select from drop-down menu name of that countries and there is no option for “USA” so I guess that question is for all travels except USA ones.
December 7, 2023 at 04:36
Thank you
December 6, 2023 at 17:43
No need to unlock.
December 7, 2023 at 04:37
Thank you
December 6, 2023 at 00:59
Hi brit
I would like to clarify some information I read concerning qualifying with work experience.
As follow:
If you don’t qualify by education, there is a small chance you will qualify by work experience. Most jobs do not qualify. You must have two years of experience, within the last 5, in a job on the list. If you would like to see the list of qualifying jobs, please ask a member of the staff. What matters is that your duties match those of the jobs on the list, not whether your title is the same. Here are some of the many jobs that do NOT qualify: carpenter, electrician, caterer, mason, clerk, secretary, nurse, hairdresser, tailor and auto mechanic.
1. If your job is qualified with zone 4 svp 7:0 to 8:0 according to the ONetonline.org with all the necessary documents to prove the qualification does it still stands a small chance to qualify or be eligible?
December 6, 2023 at 17:34
Yes people have been approved with work experience as long as they prepare well.
December 6, 2023 at 00:03
Hello Mr. Simon,
May I know main applicant who was working at abroad with working visa can call spouse for interview all together at same (abroad) embassy. (Spouse not having working visa)
December 6, 2023 at 17:32
KCC will schedule one interview for the principal. The derivatives are expected to attend that interview.
December 5, 2023 at 21:53
Hi Simon,
I was a DV 22 and already in the US all settled in TX. My son however was unlucky as he became 22 as we awaited our interview and was denied a visa. Hes now 23. I have recently filed a petition for him which will take years of course. Do you think I should try for a student visa? What are the chances of refusal/approval? Your number is good, so you must pay attention to how your embassy behaves. In January you will know more.

Hi Britsimon
DV OC 2022 Winner from Australia, i’ve posted a few questions in the past few years. So i’ll be returning back to the US after an 11 month absence. I departed the US on the 1st Feb this year after learning about my mother’s cancer diagnosis so I could go back to Australia so I could spend time with her. I’m looking to back to the US around 17-20th the next month. My mother’s oncologist wrote a letter to US CBP office to explain my absence around my mother’s cancer diagnosis.
Before I fly back to the US, I was thinking of spending some time in London/Amsterdam just for about a week to see some friends/family. Do you think the CBP officer upon me entering the US again would be ok with this or could they see this as me not taking my US permanent residency seriously and potentially reject me coming back into the US since it is up to their discretion?
I also have not found a job yet, despite me applying for several online, though I have enough savings to last me a year. I’m still in the process of applying for more jobs though if I haven’t found one by the time I reenter the US is this too something that the CBP officer would look at?

You are overthinking. The chances of the IO being difficult about your re-entry are small, and I don’t want you to behave like you are “begging”. So – be confident. Don’t take any crap. The IO *cannot* deny you entry – the most they could do is refer you to an immigration judge – but that is extremely unlikely given your reason.
Relax.

Hi Brit, I would like first of all to thank you through your advice and information I was able to get my DV visa approved . I have a simple question , Is it obligatory to go first to the host address mentioned in ds260 and during the interview or I can go to another location on my first entry to the US. Thank you once again God bless you .

Hello Simon, my case number is 12XXX AS (Ankara embassy)according to your educated guess, is that risky or safe and when could one expect an interview? Thank you a lot!
December 4, 2023 at 09:27
I don’t know how Ankara are going to behave.
December 4, 2023 at 10:23
sure but how is 12k in general? Should one be concerned?
December 4, 2023 at 22:55
It’s OK, but the embassy is much more relevant.

Dear Simon,
How can I track my GC delivery.
December 4, 2023 at 09:26
It’s not necessary to do that, but you can track it in the online USCIS system.

Hi, I have been selected for DV 2020 case. My case was at the time approved by KCC and sent to my local embassy, but then all processes stopped because of covid and I never got my interview.
I have been checked out in the process since the Gomez vs. Trump court order took forever. But since I have renewed plans to move I was wondering, what is the current status and is there any update to be expected regarding the 2020 DV Visa? Thank you in advance

The appeal court has not made a ruling yet, so we are waiting for that ruling.

Hello Simon,
Do you know how many GCSE/IGCSE passes and subjects are needed for one to be considered to have an equivalent to a US High School Diploma? I’m from the Caribbean and graduated high school and received a diploma. However I didn’t pass all of my exit examinations with C and above. For context 2 E’s (one in mathematics & biology) and the rest is C and above in English and the rest in social science and electives.
I’m now doing an associate degree course for Information Technology. Any guidance or thoughts?

I don’t track the education requirements of evert education system in the world. However, the standard should be equivalent to the point at which an American child can enter college (University)

Hello, Mr. Britt, I am Obeid, from Afghanistan, my friend has won the US green card lottery. My friend’s name is Shoaib, and his last name is Azizi, and all his family members’ last names are Ahmadzai, so what problem will he face on the day of the interview, and if his case goes through the stages More administrative needs are open in form DS5535 He wants the name and surname of his brother and sister, so what did he do now? And the second question is that I wanted to register for the green card lottery next year. I have a paper birth certificate. Is it an electronic birth certificate or a paper birth certificate? Afghanistan has two numbers. And the third question is that my father has two types of birth certificates, one is a paper birth certificate with the exact date of birth, and the other is an electronic birth certificate that has his year of birth down, so what should I do now? And thanks for your useful information

1. He must just answer truthfully on the forms. He might need to explain why there is a difference in names within the family.
2. Whatever you have in your country.
3. See 2.

Hi Brit, is it a good idea to politely ask Accra for information regarding the delay of scheduling interviews?
December 21, 2023 at 10:48
It won’t harm.
