good afternoon and thank you very much for your help
I am from Cuba, winner of the dv 2025, I have 2 derivatives, my wife, stepdaughter, and two sons, but they are already in the US. I added them as derivatives and now they cannot be removed. I will have a problem if those ds are not complete so that they can process my case and my wife, stepdaughter and I have the signed and complete ds
July 23, 2024 at 14:38
If they don’t need greencards then you simply don’t complete their DS260s.
July 23, 2024 at 11:46
Hello, I’ve been asking different embassies and the NVC if they would be able to transfer our IR1 visa case after watching your policy change video a few weeks ago and so far they have all said no to our inquiry. Have you heard of anyone being able to transfer to a different country despite being a non resident? Any tips?
Our case has been DQ at the NVC waiting on an appointment at Abu Dhabi for over a year now.
July 23, 2024 at 14:37
I only comment on DV cases.
July 23, 2024 at 08:52
Hi Brit Simon first of all I want to thank you for all your help . i just got to the us few days ago and i just want to ask if i can work before i get my green card the uscis says it might take up to 120 days to get it so what do i need to get a job in that time period and when can i get.
July 23, 2024 at 10:03
Yes you do not need your actual greencard to begin working. The endorsed visa is officially accepted as proof of status to begin work.
The SSN is important however.
July 23, 2024 at 12:13
So do I have to wait for ssn or does it depend on who is hiring you if they require ssn or just visa
July 23, 2024 at 14:39
Some employers could be picky. In reality you can start work without an SSN but have to provide it within a few days. BUT usually the SSNs are sent within 2 to 3 weeks, so that helps.
July 23, 2024 at 07:38
Good morning.
I’m Cuban, and I’ve been selected for DV2025. In My DS I just mentioned my highest educacional level (University Degree) but didn’t mention anything regarding my High School diploma (although I have one because it’s necesary to get to the University). Do you think it is a compelling reason to unlock the DS and correct it?
Thanks in advance.
July 23, 2024 at 10:02
Yes
July 23, 2024 at 01:20
Hallo
From DV 2021 Goodluck plaintiff. Presidents changes , half Dekade is gone. Ect. Can we wait anything New? Thanks
July 23, 2024 at 09:56
No – we must get used to the idea that DV2020 and DV2021 is over.
July 22, 2024 at 13:24
Hello Simón, we are Cuban, my wife is the winner of the 2025 lottery, her case is SA1377, we have a 22-year-old son who lives with us, studies and is single, but due to the DV requirements, he cannot leave with us, when filling out We added the DS that we already sent because it has to be done; He recently managed to travel and enter the USA legally as a Spanish citizen with the ESTA. His goal is to stay and as a Cuban, apply for residency after one year through the Cuban Adjustment Law. Of course, he entered the country as a tourist. My questions are:
1- Should we unlock the DS to change its data in any way?
2- Does your situation have anything to do with our approval in the interview?
Thank you for your time
July 22, 2024 at 20:51
1. He should be listed, that is all.
2. No
July 22, 2024 at 13:24
Hi Brit! My cn is 2024EU34k but my embassy is in Honduras which is not eligible for DV. They have no cases and it is not possible to track their performance. Is it a good thing or bad?
July 22, 2024 at 20:50
I guess you will know in a few days.
July 22, 2024 at 12:56
Dear Simon,
Do you know whether Jerusalem embassy is backlogged with family-sponsored immigrant applications or not ? And do you think they can schedule all the cases for Asia up to 27500 since they are a small embassy with little activity?
July 22, 2024 at 20:49
I don’t know.
July 22, 2024 at 12:34
Hi Sir, i wish to know, if you have a 2025 case number a little bit high can you apply for a dv2026? AF70000
July 22, 2024 at 20:49
Yes
July 22, 2024 at 10:32
Hi Simon, In my initial application for DV 2024, i put DOB with one day mistake, and then I corrected it in DS-260 , After I did my interview and got accepted, i received visa with the wrong DOB from the initial application, I mailed the consulate and waiting their response. Will this be of any issue? Will they take the passport back and put new visa stamp or will they just mail me some sort of document indicating there was a mistake?
Thanks for your effort
July 22, 2024 at 20:48
They will correct it.
July 22, 2024 at 21:43
Any idea how long that normally takes? So I can reschedule my flight if needed.
July 22, 2024 at 23:26
Ask them.
July 24, 2024 at 06:14
Sorry to bother you with my anxiety since FY has two months left,
I did, and their reply was as per below, and was hoping to get your estimate time from your experience
“ We have received your passport and packet, and we have corrected your DOB.
Due to the correction in your information, our system needs to re-process your case. We are not sure how long it will take to re-issue your visa, but once the processing is complete, we will re-issue your visa immediately.”
July 24, 2024 at 08:34
I don’t have an estimate.
July 22, 2024 at 10:00
Hi Brit!
Compared to edv form DS5501 and Ds260, what form will CO consider for final decision in consular process?
July 22, 2024 at 20:48
Both.
July 22, 2024 at 21:39
In DS260 given space wasn’t enough to fill last latter of my last name. Need to inform it via email to kcc?
July 22, 2024 at 23:26
If you want, yes.
July 22, 2024 at 08:02
Hi Simon, thank you for your live Feed yesterday.
You have dropped some bad news on ABD not taking any cases for September.
Do you have more info on this? is this final or we should wait and see if they change their decision.
Im trying to assise if i need to travel to U.S (B1/B2) and try for an AOS, would like to discuss with you privately if possible.
Note: AS139XX
Current case scheduled in ABD is 11540
July 22, 2024 at 20:47
I can’t be sure it is final.
You should watch my very recent video about AOS. I am not a lawyer, but I did recommend one in that video.
July 22, 2024 at 06:05
Hi Simon
I talked to Jesse Bless and he told me the main details of doing adjustment of status.
But he told me that he ethically doesn’t recommend me to fly to the US now if I’m not already there. He said that this is a giant risk and DHS could find me guilty of misrepresentation and misusing my B1/2 visa.
Hopefully this week I receive a 2NL and I won’t have to make such a risky decision.
July 22, 2024 at 13:25
What I’m trying to say is that Jesse told me that I Shouldn’t come to the US for the purpose of filling an AOS and that if I don’t have a legitimate reason to travel then I shouldn’t do it.
He also said that he doesn’t recommend it because DHS could find me guilty of misrepresentation and fraud.
Which contradicts your recommendation of travelling now and preparing an AOS application so I’m feeling confused now.
July 22, 2024 at 20:52
I think you are somewhat misunderstanding what he said, but he is the lawyer, not me.
July 22, 2024 at 20:46
As I already explained, this is not a path I would normally recommend. It is a hail Mary when the game is almost lost anyway.
July 23, 2024 at 10:19
Thank you for all of your help.
I think I’m going to wait until we see the first 2NLs because I believe there is a chance I’ll get an interview at Jerusalem embassy.
If we start seeing 2NLs and I’m not among them then I’ll pack my bags and head out.
July 22, 2024 at 05:54
Hello Simon,
hope you’re doing well and thanks again for the effort you’re putting out there.
I just got a question out of curiosity
I’ve talked with three dv24 winners from Algeria, one has a 61k case number and got his 2nl for 4th of august and the 2nd one has a case number of 60k and got he’s 2nl for august 28th.
and the last one with a 65k got his 2nl for august 8th.
My question would be is it normal ?, I mean isn’t the 2nl distributed based on the case numbers and the one with smaller case number should be scheduled first for the 2nls, but as u can see the guy with a bigger case number got his interview before the one with a smaller case number, what’s the explication of this ?
Thank you in advance.
July 22, 2024 at 20:44
It’s normal, and usually unimportant.
July 22, 2024 at 04:01
Hi Simon, Sri Lanka(Colombo) embassy will reach 14.5k in scheduling interviews, 2NL?
July 22, 2024 at 20:43
I don’t think so, but wait and see.
July 22, 2024 at 03:32
On the high school transcript, the date of leaving is in June, but because the national leaving university entrance date has taken in the month of August. So that instead of June for school leaving date, I filled August. Will this one cause me problems? Thank you.
July 22, 2024 at 20:43
No
July 21, 2024 at 22:33
Hey Simon, my case number is OC19XX, what chances for an interview do I have if Sydney is listed as my Consulate?
July 22, 2024 at 20:42
What year!
July 27, 2024 at 21:17
Oh sorry it is 2025, so the one going on currently.
July 27, 2024 at 23:43
Interviews for DV2025 will start in October, but your number is going to wait until late next year.
July 21, 2024 at 21:58
Greetings Brit,
We’re in a dilemma, my wife is the main winner with number AS255xx in AMMAN embassy, but at the same time she was nominated yesterday to one of the department of the states programs and they are asking her to submit DS160 for J1 visa, she will be there for the whole month of September!
So with the delayed 2nls, do you think our number could stand a chance in Amman thus she apologise to the department of state, or shall we wait?
Also, would the embassy refuse the J1 because she is a DV winner?
July 22, 2024 at 20:42
I am not prepared to make a guess for you. Its too important. Perhaps you should wait for 2nls this week.
Yes the J1 can be affected by the ds260 submission.
July 21, 2024 at 18:32
Hello Simon!
Can I book my flight to a different state than I settled in before? I have my visa and everything, and I want to change my address when I reach the airport in US, is this gonna make any problem for me to land in different state than my original address?
July 22, 2024 at 20:40
No problem.
July 21, 2024 at 16:24
Hello Simon, do you have a idea of the average number of visas that reamin, and what can be the chance for DRC embassy 23k? Thank you
July 22, 2024 at 20:39
We know exactly how many visas remain, you can monitor Xarthisius’ site.
As for your chances you can again form an opinion from the same site.
July 21, 2024 at 15:32
Hey Brit,
I have just watched your latest Q&A and I believe I might have a problem and I really need your input on that one. My country of birth is Egypt and I was married to a German and already have a German passport. In the application I added Germany as my country of Eligibility and got selected “Foreign State Chargeability: GERMANY”
What are my chances of getting accepted given that I have already gather all my documents etc.
Also I have a B1B2 visa and I have already visited the US. What do you think I should do?
July 22, 2024 at 20:37
Your selection of Germany is OK but both of you will be treated as principal applicants and must enter the USA together for the activation.
July 21, 2024 at 15:12
Hello brother
I have won the Diversity Visa (DV) lottery and am currently in the USA on TPS ( Temporary protected status ) . To process my adjustment of status via DV lottery , I am required to have a sponsor who can fill out Form I-134. I do not have any family or close friend to sign me the form here . Can you please email me any contact who could possibly support ? my email is XXXemail address removedXXX
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
July 22, 2024 at 16:58
That is not something I do.
July 21, 2024 at 14:55
Hello Brit, hope you’re having a good day. This question might seem repetitive as I’m sure many have asked this before but i can’t help but re-ask due to me not hearing of your content before this moment. My case number is in the 21ks in the Asia Region specifically the Riyadh Embassy, I wanted to ask you this on live but it seemed i missed it by an hour. I’m just interested to hear your thoughts on their performance and if they would reach that number.
Your work is very much appreciated.
Sincerely – Hasan
July 22, 2024 at 16:58
Which year for that case number?
July 23, 2024 at 00:05
DV2024, and apologies I mistyped the case number is AS00024XXX
July 23, 2024 at 09:52
I can’t be sure. Wait and see.
July 21, 2024 at 13:38
Hi Brit.. in your live video today, you said that Africa being current means interviews will not longer be scheduled numerically..
1) does this means that those who did late submission of DS 260 will be scheduled later than those who submitted early DS 260 even when both DS 260 have been processed? (In the case of the same embassy ).
2) Does submission date matters at this stage even if both late and early DS 260 has been processed?
3) Does unlocking the ds 260 changes the initial date of submission?
Waiting for your kind response
Thanks
July 22, 2024 at 06:02
I’ve seen something like that for algeria (DV24) where a guy with a bigger case number 65k got his interview for 8th of august and a guy with a 60k got his for 28th of august, but idk if it is relevant since their case were already current during the visa bulletin of July and Africa became current during the august Visa bulletin.
July 22, 2024 at 16:57
First, that is NOT what I said. I said that AF being current means all case numbers were eligible for interview. It is still done in numerical order.
1. No
2. No
3. No
July 21, 2024 at 12:56
Hello Simon, I wanted to know what you think about the Argentine embassy.
Our case was updated in the last newsletter for September, and we still haven’t received our 2NL, when should they be sent?
2024SA383X
Thank you so much !
July 22, 2024 at 16:54
2NLs will be sent in the next few days. Whether they can get to your case or not, I don’t know.
July 21, 2024 at 12:53
Hello Simon, I am Cuban, my husband recently won the diversity lottery, my case number is 2025SA0000011X, it is very possible that we will appear in the first visa bulletin. I have 2 questions.
1- I have a son who turned 21 in January of this year, when we registered he was 20 years old, and we put him in the registration, I wanted to know if there is a possibility for him to apply for the visa with us or if there is another way. , I heard something about a law that protects minors. I’m not well informed about that. If possible, please explain to me about our case.
2- When my husband filled out his DS, he put in the box the maximum level of education achieved (Bachiller) in Spanish, that is, the equivalent of 12 years of studies here in Cuba. My question is can it be written in Spanish or should it be in English?
Thanks for your help.
July 22, 2024 at 16:22
1. https://britsimonsays.com/child-turn-21-can-heshe-get-visa/
2. I would suggest English.
July 21, 2024 at 12:48
Hello dear Simon,
EU31k2024 when to expect an e-mail for interview in September? Belgrade (Serbia)
And is the vaccination must for covid?
July 22, 2024 at 16:20
2NLs will probably be sent by early August.
Yes vaccines are required including COVID where appropriate.
July 21, 2024 at 12:25
Hi Simon,
do you think Colombo embassy (Sri Lanka)will reach 11.6k? (DV2024)
July 22, 2024 at 16:13
Maybe
July 21, 2024 at 10:00
Hello Brit my brother How are you, winner of 2025. I have filled DS 260 , my case number is AF503. I was studying Masters degree when I filled DS, and in the course of study it should say MA in Project management, but I filled it with Master of project management. Will this cause problems for me?
July 21, 2024 at 08:32
7.7k Accra Ghana Embassy any chance for me this month?
July 21, 2024 at 10:08
Risky.
July 21, 2024 at 02:46
Hi Brit Simon, I have a Travel Document not passport, is there any problem for DV interview?
July 21, 2024 at 10:03
That might be OK. It is up to the CO.
July 20, 2024 at 14:48
Hi BritSimon,
Is Dar Es Salaam among the backlogged Embassies in Africa?
July 20, 2024 at 14:55
Yes.
July 21, 2024 at 00:26
Hi Brit greatings, has the Yaounde embassy started sending 2nl letter for September interview? Because my case number 2024AF74k becomes current since in July but I haven’t received any. Or it’s because of the backlogged that they are still tied up
July 21, 2024 at 10:00
No 2NLs have been sent for September yet.
July 21, 2024 at 02:47
hi simon is there possible to second draw for dv 2025??
July 21, 2024 at 10:04
It is still too early to know.
July 21, 2024 at 03:41
Like How many Cases did they do in the recently months as of your knkwledge If I may ask?
July 21, 2024 at 10:04
All the data is shown here:
https://dvcharts.xarthisius.xyz/ceacFY24.html
July 20, 2024 at 13:22
How can I travel to the US, enter on a b1/2 visa without raising suspicion since I need to bring documents with me for the AOS process ? Should I put all the documents in a luggage (not a carry on) so it won’t be inspected?
July 20, 2024 at 13:55
While I’m in the US doing adjustment of status, can I still be scheduled for an interview at my embassy or does AOS automatically cancel my consular process application?
July 20, 2024 at 14:54
That is exactly why I recommended people doing this speak to Jesse.
July 20, 2024 at 12:46
EU44XXX. Any hope?
July 20, 2024 at 14:51
We have already had this conversation in detail about your chances (assuming Belgrade) and the other option (AOS).
You know everything you need to know. But you must make a decision.
July 21, 2024 at 04:50
Hi Brit Does 2nl will be sent for DV 2025 in August?
July 21, 2024 at 10:05
Yes
July 20, 2024 at 06:01
Casablanca didn’t send any 2nls. Is it over for us in Morocco?
July 20, 2024 at 08:36
I don’t think they’re finished. For this month of July (letters sent in May and June), they have scheduled around 400 Interviews for July alone which is enormous for 1 month because there are many selected between 41,000 and 52,000.
In addition, I think they also take the quota into account to be able to give the chance to other countries which are also behind.
For example, even Algeria did not send anything for the month of August and also Egypt (in short, all exceptional countries are stopped) these countries have too many selected.
That’s just my observation looking at the statistics and it could be wrong.
Let’s pray that they really evolve because I also chose Casablanca for my interview inshaAllah (but I am not Moroccan but I live there so I am counted among the Africa zone and not Morocco).
May Allah make it easy for all of us.
July 20, 2024 at 12:07

July 20, 2024 at 04:44
Hello Brit,
Thank you for the helpful information you provided.
I am a 2024 DV winner (AF821XX), and my embassy is Paris. I saw the KCC sent 2nls until 76K for AF at Paris embassy on the 17th of July.
1) Because of the Olympic Games, I am wondering if we shouldn’t change embassy (For example US embassy in Belgium ).
2) If so, how can we use the new policy for embassy move?
3) Or would it be possible to choose an adjustments status procedure my family and I have an ESTA?
Thank you very much for you reply.
Best regards,
July 20, 2024 at 12:07
1. Too late to be talking about changing embassy.
2. See 1
3. You cannot adjust status from an ESTA.
July 21, 2024 at 05:09
Hello Denver,
I think the Olympic Games don’t affect the processing time because the 2NLs they had sent are the one for the people that has been current in the August visa bulletin (up to 75K for Africa) and didn’t receive any 2NL the previous month.
They schedule those people in August so I believe they havent schedule the September interview yet and that is why you haven’t received your 2NL yet.
However I don’t know if they will schedule up to your number but let’s hope for the best.
As Brit said in his videos and Blog, the Embassy don’t know anything about you until the KCC send your case over and schedule you for an interview so the only thing you can do is to wait. ( I know because I emailed them and even went to the Embassy)
I know his hard to wait, I was in the same situation. I just wanted to reassure you that the JO don’t impact the process, they work as usual ( I had the same concern).
Hope you receive your 2NL in the next batch 🙏🏼. The only thing you can do at this time is to wait and pray and gather your documents so when they call you, you will be ready. 😉
Follow Brit advices as well because He is the expert on the topic
Best Regards
July 20, 2024 at 04:37
Hello BritSimon, i hope youre doing good, I have two questions, first my CN 1k on Africa region and I was in Turkiye and you know ANK embassy was performing bad this 2024 fiscal year so i was wondering If it’s good idea to change my Interview?
second, late submission of DS-260 like August 1st for someone who has lw CN like me should it cause delay for processing DS-260 or receiving 2NL ?
July 20, 2024 at 12:06
With such a low number you should not be concerned.
However, yes late submission can delay you. Submit now.
July 20, 2024 at 04:18
Hi Simon, I would have the possibility to do the interview in Naples, Italy or Bucharest, Romania. I’m looking at the data on the xarthisius site and I can’t figure out what’s best. It seems to me that sometimes Naples is quite backlogged or perhaps I misinterpret the graphs. What do you advise? Thank you very much.
July 20, 2024 at 12:05
Naples is not backlogged. Don’t confuse low volume with low capacity.
July 20, 2024 at 00:44
Hi Simon, do you think Sri Lanka (Colombo) embassy will reach 14.5k in scheduling interviews?
July 20, 2024 at 12:02
seems unlikely – but we will see.
July 19, 2024 at 17:40
Hello Simon, first thank you for all your work, I am Cuban, winner of the 2025 lottery, I have a question with my DS, this year they added regarding social networks, telegram and watsap, I already sent my DS and I just realized that I put my Telegram username wrong, do you think it is a compelling reason to unlock the DS and correct it?
July 20, 2024 at 12:01
If that is the only mistake, no.
July 19, 2024 at 17:28
Hello Simon, 2025AF14** I have tried to email KCC again to unlock the DS, this time they unlocked our DS260s and we added the new born child on both DS260. Thanks for your limitless support!!!
One thing I want to ask you is I have completed her (new born) DS260 with the necessary documents(birth certificate and passport) before KCC reopened our DS260s does this create any issue?
July 20, 2024 at 12:00
No
July 19, 2024 at 16:05
Greetings mr. Simon. My case no is 2024EU47XXX and my embassy is Tbilisi. I know nobody knows but I wonder in your opinion do you think I have any chance to get 2nl these days, or it’s too difficult at this point? Thank youu
July 20, 2024 at 12:00
No way. It was ridiculous to make your case number current.
July 19, 2024 at 14:41
Hey Brit Simon, how are you?
Will you please give me some advice?
Case number 2024EU3311x, Skopje embassy (waiting for our 2nl for September interview)
We are trying to choose the best place to live.
My husband is civil engineer with 10 years work experience in building roads, and I finished marketing uni but haven’t been working much. My relatives recommend we move to New Jersey.
We have one child aged 3 and I plan on working some no-skill job.
Which city/state do you recommend?
July 20, 2024 at 11:58
That’s a HUGE question – depending on many things.
Consider relatives/friends, economy (not too cheap), weather, activities, flight connections and so on.
July 19, 2024 at 09:04
Is there a chance for 2NLS today?
July 20, 2024 at 11:53
Patience.
July 19, 2024 at 08:45
Hello dear thank you for your job , even though I don’t have any hope I calculated my case number is 2024EU49*** Armenian embassy took overall EU cases 450, And I calculated as you explained taking margin of thousand and it is 460 cases up to my case . And as You said even it is more than they did 2024 year it is less than past year , as Last year it was about 1100 . So if my embassy starts work effectively it can be real to reach my case. If other embassies continue the same intensity as they did up to now . Do I understand it correctly? Does my conclusion reasonable?
July 20, 2024 at 11:53
There is no way they will get to your case number. Sorry.
July 19, 2024 at 06:30
Hi Simon
I’m a Palestinian from the West Bank and my interview is in Jerusalem
It turned out that it is possible to get a permit and attend the interview in Jerusalem as long as the security situation remains calm. I won’t be asking them to transfer to Amman.
However I also have a B2 visa.
Should I wait for my 2NL or travel to the US and throw a Hail Mary ?

If you want the visa, and can afford the costs, then a Hail Mary would be my personal choice. But it is your choice…

I emailed the lawyer (bless) that you recommended. For my case (a single male) the legal fees are up to 4500$
Plus 1500$ travel costs and 2000$ worth of two months rents until I get a green card.
Plus other fees and expenses, the total would be around 10k $ which is a lot.
My case number is 2024AS204XX
Do I have a chance at Jerusalem embassy? Should I wait for the 2NL or prepare to travel now ?

Again, it is up to you.
You could wait a week or two and see what cases are scheduled, but of course that reduces your time to process. Maybe you should fly to the USA now and come back if scheduled, or do AOS if not.

I’m sorry for having repeated the same question. What happened is that I didn’t notice you already answered and I wanted to elaborate and write more information.
If I travel to the US and start the AOS process, can I still be scheduled for an interview at Jerusalem? Won’t they cancel my application there?
As for the money, I don’t have a lot. I have 6k in saving now and I’m going to borrow another 4k which is just enough to cover the 10k costs. But I want the visa of course.

You still could be scheduled at JRS. The only reason to travel now is to save time, so that your AOS application has more time. You could choose to just wait until we see 2NLs, which might happen in this next week, but I can’t be 100% sure of the timing. But understand that every day lost increases the risk for AOS.

hi Simon, I have been selected for DV2025. My case number is 2025OC165X, I haven’t sent my DS260 yet. My wife and I have got our passport, but my children haven’t got theirs yet, I have applied for their passport since we were selected. The question is, is it too late to send the DS260 IN August once I receive my children’s passport?
July 20, 2024 at 11:49
No, although you did not have to wait for their passports at all.
July 20, 2024 at 15:55
if I do not wait for the passport, can i just type in other documents and take their passport during interview?
July 20, 2024 at 16:15
Yes. You can complete the child’s application by using your own passport number. That is perfectly acceptable and you can change it later if you wish.

Hello Simon, is a WES evaluation accepted in place of a high school certificate?

I don’t know

Your children should all be listed in the DS260. Unlock and correct.

Hi mr. Brit. My case number will be current in september. My question is, for changing my bad performing embassy, in this time should I contact the other embassies or because now in july I’m not current I need to contact kcc? Like I should contact other embassies only when I’ll be current, in this scenario only in september(too late)?

It’s too late.

Hi Simon, you are amazing and I love your scientific/data driven approach to this….. I am submitting my docs tomorrow via AOS, we are on E2 here , application is clean, highly compensated professionals, and I am providing extra letter of employment to attest. Any chance they will waive our interview (Chicago is our lockbox)? Our rank is EU47K. Am I understanding correctly that even though can submit now based on advance bulletin, they can’t issue my visa until September? Since I am at the tail end of EU rank? does that mean they will just put my application aside? Looking for hopes and prayers at this point. please give me some encouragement.

You are correct that they can’t issue until September, but realistically, a faster approval would be unlikely anyway. September will be fine. That would be a good result. So relax and be hopeful.
