This is a quick analysis video of the CEAC data that was recently scraped. There has been beter progress on the scheduling of cases for September, but overall, I am certain this year will be under issued.
Anyway – watch the video below, and remember to subscibe to my YouTube channel!

Hi Simon,
My daughter won DV2020 green card but she is 17 years old remaining few months to 18th year, she is completing form four by November. Will this has any issue during the interview sir? The case number is 17XXX. Advise me please.
Thanks once more for the good-work you are doing.
October 5, 2019 at 20:15
She must be able to meet the education requirement by the time of the interview.
October 5, 2019 at 16:59
Thanks sir,
Can she apply now for DV2021?
October 5, 2019 at 20:13
Yes
October 4, 2019 at 18:40
Hi, my cousin won a green-card and the case number 2019 AF42XXX She filled DS260 and later on July this year she was asked to scan and submit her documents to the embassy for interview to be scheduled and did so but till now she has not been invited for interview. What might be the problem please help us. Thanks again for good work you are doing.
October 4, 2019 at 23:22
DV2019 has ended. I assume you sent your documents too late in July to be scheduled. Sadly there is nothing you can do now.
September 27, 2019 at 05:09

Hi Brit Simon, I’m 2019 Dv lottery winner I did my interview on November 2018 I was place on Administrative process the consular said they will call me or Notified me since them I haven’t received any call or Notification but my case have been updated twice this month August 12 n 15 but AP so should I call the Embassy or email them thank you
August 26, 2019 at 06:48
You can contact them.
August 25, 2019 at 18:05
Dear Brit,
I was put on AP for a month, they’ve asked for additional documents, but they didn’t specify in the email how can I submit them. Should I just send them to the embassy through email, DHL ir to make an appointment and give it to them.
Please advise
Thanks.
August 24, 2019 at 12:26
Hi Simon,
Do I get it right, that even though all regions are current, it still doesn’t mean that every case number will get an interview? (obviously I mean those with processed DS260 and docs). So there still will be some high case numbers which won’t get a chance due to time running out?
August 24, 2019 at 18:00
I have written much about that. The sheer volume of cases left to the end of the year plus late submission of documents etc has caused some cases to miss out in DV2019
August 22, 2019 at 11:50
Mr Brit i want to asked that do we have the chance of getting our visas because we had our interview October 2018 and we provide all the right documents and the consular said they will call us but still our case at AP we have asked and gone there several times but they said they are not yet done. But the process will end next month. We are confused now. Please waiting to hear from you. Thanks
August 22, 2019 at 16:37
You have a chance until September 30th. After that, there is no chance.
August 23, 2019 at 18:42
Hi Mr Simon.I am DV lottery winner,in agust 1 i have a interview and consul retarn pasports and say that we ar in AP,if my case will be refused, will they return Med exam results?
August 24, 2019 at 00:54
No.
August 24, 2019 at 07:36
Thanks, and if after interview past 24 can they refused,or if the case will be refused they refuse after two weeks or in interview?
August 24, 2019 at 17:52
Anything can happen.
August 21, 2019 at 09:02
hi brit ! did the refusal rate grew this year in comparision with las t year since you are familiar with all these ? thanks in advance
August 22, 2019 at 03:45
Not noticeably.
August 15, 2019 at 16:49
Hi
I was wondering if the dv applicants need an affidavit of support or any similar form from the host.
Peter
Thank you.

Hi
My case on administrative processing and additional documents submitted to ceac
How long to clear my case?
Thank you
August 13, 2019 at 14:13
It varies.
August 12, 2019 at 06:16
Hi brit,i ve booked my flight,my U.S. address was Maryland but i have decided to change to columbus,at the port will i tell those security officers that i want my green card to come to my present address,or i must follow the address on my form?
August 12, 2019 at 12:30
You can change the US address at the POE. That is your last chance.
August 12, 2019 at 04:42
For your case you need income of 38k to be safe
August 12, 2019 at 00:15
Hi Brit
I am getting a form i 134 but income is $ 12,000 . knowing that I have a bank account of $ 25,000. you know my case 3 family members
Is that safe?
August 12, 2019 at 05:11
The I-134 is useless. The saving MAY be enough, but the word “enough” is subjective and therefore cannot be certain.
August 11, 2019 at 21:15
Hi Brit,
I’m dv 2019 and interview will be on September 18th 2019. I’m a Senior Police Officer and want to wear my uniform to attend the interviewing. What do you advice Sir?
Thanks a lot for your good work.
August 11, 2019 at 21:10
Hi Brit,
I’m dv 2019, and interview will be on the 18th September, 2019. I will like you to advice me on the attire I’m about to wear which is my Police Uniform as a Senior Officer.
Is it safe?
Thanks for everything
August 11, 2019 at 21:19
Why the heck would you attend the interview in uniform??? Just smart casual clothes.
August 11, 2019 at 15:09
okay thank you
August 11, 2019 at 07:16
hi brit, I’m a 2019 dv lottery winner I went for interview in November 2018 and i was put under AP they told me that they will call me or Notified, since them I have received any call or notification, so do you think I still have a chance?
August 11, 2019 at 14:25
Until September 30th there is a chance. Call the embassy.
August 11, 2019 at 03:30
Hello Brit,
Thanks for taking your time to teach us the dv selectee procedure. My case number is 2020AF000026xx. The KCC sent me this week the email to send them my documents. The question i have is does everyone has to have the i-134 form or is it just for certain countries. Cos am from Cameroon but currently residing in Canada.
Thanks
August 11, 2019 at 04:27
The usage of the form varies, but the wise thing to do is get one.
August 10, 2019 at 17:40
hi bristsimon i am a winner of DV2020 cn 50xxx.
1-stp I do not arrive savory about the month of my interview even thanks to your published video, please help me to have an idea.
2-I wanted to know how kcc verifies the effectiveness of the document sent because I had a problem since on my birth certificate I adjusted but not completely, but I have my passport in the validity.
thank you
August 10, 2019 at 18:20
1. It’s many months from now – so wait and see. You haven’t told me your region anyway…
2. They have methods. I would not disclose them even if I knew.
August 10, 2019 at 16:36
Hi, I checked on the scraping CEAC chart and found out next to my number AS1221X, the submit date and status date were shown, and the status is READY. But already it is marked refused? I haven’t had my interview yet and just booked my medical (It’s in early September.) Does this mean I will be automatically refused? I am a bit confused now.
August 10, 2019 at 18:18
You have made some some of mistake. Check CEAC directly.
August 9, 2019 at 23:16
Hey Britsimon, I have a question if you can kindly help me to refer me to someone who can will highly appreciate, I am a DVD lottery winner currently in US ,I got a baby here in US but I recently took him back home in Africa to his father, coz it was a bit hard for me to work and take her to daycare and I too needed to do extra shifts..
Now the weather there is becoming tough on her and she got sick since she went there..all they are saying is due to climate change…
Now my question is,i came here as single and got married later but my husband have not come here yet, is any way I can get the baby here with the dad? coz if we are both of us things will be easier on me.
August 9, 2019 at 23:22
You can sponsor your spouse though the I-130 process. Right now the waiting time is lower than the normal 2 years – so I suggest you look into that fast.
August 9, 2019 at 21:58
HI , you think he’ll have a 2 draw in September 2019 ???
August 9, 2019 at 23:22
Maybe.
August 9, 2019 at 21:06
Thanks for your reply. Their retirement is sufficient but my question is what should one choose in the form as there’s no option for ‘retired’, only employed or self-employed.
About the 3rd point, I have no idea what is accurate. I’m not planning on relying on them AT ALL so I’m not sure what this question means
August 9, 2019 at 21:35
Your sponsor should know what the questions mean and should be able to complete the form.
August 9, 2019 at 16:37
Hi, I have a few questions about the i-134 form. My sponsor is a married couple who are retired. In addition they have an income from renting a house they own.
1. Is one form enough for both of them or do they need to fill seperate forms?
2. The option of employment in the form are either having an employer or self-employed. No option for “retired”. What should they choose then?
3. There’s a question asking if the beneficial is fully or partially dependant on them. What should they choose?
Thank you!
August 9, 2019 at 16:55
1. One
2. The assessement of them is based on their INCOME. So – it is assumed they are working. If they have retirement income they need to detail that – but be aware that most people live on less in retirement than when they worked – so they may NOT meet the income requirements. Read the FAQ to assess that.
3. Whatever is accurate. It’s a simple form.
August 9, 2019 at 14:06
Hello Brit, I am 2020AF10xxx. My US sponsor is on holiday in Kenya, where i live and she is about to go back to the US. I was wondering if i could capitalize on this chance to have her fill the I – 134 form form as she’s still here or is it too early? Should I wait till she goes back to the US and my case is scheduled so that i can ask for the form or what? What would you advise please?
August 9, 2019 at 14:59
You can always have things emailed. So – it doesn’t matter when you do this.
August 9, 2019 at 15:14
My worry was to know if the form keeps on being updated. Does it have an expiry time. Say if i get the form and have my interview between November and January next year, will it still be valid?
August 9, 2019 at 15:23
So get it later then.
August 9, 2019 at 15:27
Alright, got it thanks!
August 9, 2019 at 09:46
Hi Mr Brit with form I need among those I-134 and the I-864 ? For my interview

August 9, 2019 at 07:47
HAi Bristimon,I get some concerns that needs answers
In october 2014,my then girlfriend now wife play for the 2016 DV lottery single. She was single in status when playing, and in March 2015 we both Got Married before we both could get to know she was selected in May 2015.We both were happy as married couples and by rules her marital status change and she decided to attached me to her case.
In 2016 June,we both attended interview and the consular officers said my wife fail to prove bonifide marriage with me despite showing him our photos, marriage certificate and answering questions.
We both were place under AP and never issue Visa caused Of the September 30 deadline.
In 2020 DV,We both Play as Married couples and were selected.
in 2014 when she was entering as single,we never have child, and In 2017,we borne our Son which we play along with him for the DV 2020,do you think there will be issues with that?
do you think judgement from Past interview and consular will have negative impacts on our present case?
what shall we do to fully be prepared for our this term in order to positively get our Visa?
August 9, 2019 at 14:45
No problem. Your ongoing relationship and child are proof that the CO in 2016 made the wrong decision. So – you can politely point that out if asked.
August 10, 2019 at 00:33
thanks Bri.AM grateful
i will write down your suggestions and add mine to modify it and fully prepared.
August 9, 2019 at 01:23
Hello Mr. Simon
I passed the interview with the family and the bank balance was $ 25000, but the consul asked the sponsor’s papers. The issue is now in administrative processing. After submitting the documents. Will the case be fine?
NOTE interview 04 /08/2019
August 9, 2019 at 04:15
I told you to get a sponsor. Your ignored that advice and now you are AP because you didn’t do what I told you. And now you want me to tell you all will be fine?

August 9, 2019 at 13:12
Hello Mr. Simon
I searched for i134. I did my best. I put more than $ 15,000 ($ 25,000) to avoid sponsor papers.
I did not ignore your advice. Because you are more experienced than everyone and I trust in your words.
Thank you very much.
I am writing these words so everyone is sure that Simon wants everyone good luck.
August 9, 2019 at 01:12

August 8, 2019 at 20:33
I don’t know. Others are reporting the same thing. Wait a couple of days.
August 8, 2019 at 15:01
Hi Mr Brit. Thank you for your help.
I passed my interview and the consulate asked me to bring the I-134 that I told my sponsor to send me. My actual statut is PA

I have no idea of the circumstances. Can you explain better what happened?
August 8, 2019 at 03:12
Hi Simon,
Could you please give us some information about the procedure for selectees who are already in the U.S.?
August 8, 2019 at 04:56
Read the link below – focus on the spreadsheet linked from the first post.

August 7, 2019 at 19:40
Greetings Brit….
I want to thank you using this opportunity, knowing very well that you would help me achieve my dream of wining dv 2021.
Please sir, I would like to know what exactly should do to increase my chance of winning come dv 2021.
Thank you
August 8, 2019 at 00:44
Statistics show that entering the lottery is likely to increase chances of selection.
Reading and following the instructions increases chances of successfully processing if selected.
August 7, 2019 at 14:44
HI Brit, I went for an interview at the US ambassy alone with my two children, but I was asked to do DNA. I kit was submitted to E. Page and since then no notification. Time is running out!
August 7, 2019 at 14:46
Yes. So do you have a question?
August 7, 2019 at 12:35
HI. I’m a DV2020 lottery winner, but I have high case number. According to this video, maybe I won’t get a chance at interview next year. Maybe I will, I don’t know. Anyway, my question is, can I apply in October for DV2021 or is it considered cheating? If I’ve already won in DV2020 and submitted DS260, can I still participate in DV2021? That won’t be considered as 2 cases for 1 person by KCC, will it?
August 7, 2019 at 14:22
You can enter DV2021
August 7, 2019 at 20:18
What is your Case Number?
September 12, 2019 at 09:14
Hey Nyokabi, please contact me 0733600787
August 7, 2019 at 11:24
Hi brits,
case 2019AF00025xxxx. I made a mistake on DS260 when i was filling it in. rather than putting december 9, 1989, i put november 9, 1989. besides this, all the other documents carry december 9, 1989. i only notice this by the end of July and i wrote KCC. they replied and said it is late to unlock for correction. i am scheduled for next month interview. what is your best advice when i get at the embassy? i need your help sir
August 7, 2019 at 14:19
There is nothing more you can do. It will now be up to the CO to decide your case.
August 7, 2019 at 05:28
Many thanks Brit,
You’re doing very well and your of colleagues who are providing answers to many of our questions. This platform is very much rewarding for all DV players and more importantly the winners. Which I immensely benefited from.
Now I have getting my visa, many and big thanks to the team for job well done.
My question is the packages we received as family, it written on them that is advisable we pay for the processing of our green cards before going to the US . what is your advise?
Thanks
Joe
August 7, 2019 at 13:55
Pay before or after entry – but no payment will hold up your Green Card.
August 7, 2019 at 02:34
Hi sir.. please am having some difficulties in finding my DOS CASE ID on the hand carry package they gave from the embassy…it is stated that the DOS case ID most start with 3letters and followed by 9 or 10.but the case ID number which is on the package is the same as my case number…2019AF33***so please I really don’t know what to do.thanks again.. Edwin
August 7, 2019 at 04:37
That is your case number. Use it.
