Judge Mehta has issued his order on the Gomez case. He has instructed the government to issue the DV2020 cases until the 9095 visas are used.
There will need to be some details worked out about timing and how it will work, so it will be a week or two before we know all the details, but this is awesome news!!!

Judge Mehta has issued his order in Gomez saying that the reserved DV2020 visas must be issued by Sept. 30, 2022.

Hi Brit .
I am DV2020 winner and I had Interview before Covid-19 pandemic starting and my visa status is REFUSED because of Trump Muslim Ban , i wanted to know I have chance to be in this 9095 visas or this is only for Trump Covid-19 ban and those who did not have interview ?
