We can see that we have 3500 visa difference between DV2018 & DV2019.
From dvcharts datas we see in DV2018;
March 2NLs there were 1257 ready cases, this year 1011,
April 2NLs – there were 934 ready cases, this year 880.
It means difference will not decrease, even will increase. I know that you have no idea about this year because of new document procedure, but I think you support this think that – if there is no chaos, this year will be current. Because even there are too many backlogs, and we care about density, capasity of embassies, but it`s possible that after 18500 also there will be noshows, people – can not fix new procedure in time. Our case number is EU179xx, we sent all documents to KCC on February 6th 2019 (it took very long to get the police certificates), and our case number is current for April, but haven’t received the 2NL yet. As per the scraping data, I see that other case numbers very closed to ours have already received the 2NL (literally 2 digits up got the 2NL already).
Is the backlog the reason of delaying the 2NLs and not being received for all cases current for April? Does this mean that our interview will be pushed to May instead? Do you have any idea if there is any chance to still have the interview scheduled in April?

Simon i have three questions:
1. Simon can you please explain to me why some Guys have Lower Case number and got call earlier, for example my case number is EU168xx and Gabriela has EU179xx ( They sent documents earlier than us, we sent on Feb 25 and they Feb 6 ).
2. Current Visa Bulletin in which dates it usually changes ?
3. Current Visa Bulletin what does that mean ? ( does that mean Interview will happen on April or Your Interview Date will be schedule )

I am now worrying about the whole processing as to when do I send my doc to KCC so that I can’t be left out. Do I have a chance to submit and be interview, when Sir?

1. It is specified in the instructions. Documents must be in English OR the official local language of the interviewing embassy. Read the instructions please!
2. The I-134 needs the accompanying proof.

Hi Brit, Im an Iranian Origin and my interview was on 8th April in UAE (AbuDhabi)… officer hand me the red letter and said due to PP9645 I can process further but she told me if I provide an signed job offer letter from a US based company before 30th sep I then shall email AbuDhabi Embassy and they will decide if I can apply for waiver then!
Is that maybe because i live in UAE from the past 13 years?!!
And do you have any link which would help me undertsand what kind of job offer I shall look into? (The officer just said it should be a decent job!!!)

I don’t have a link. I actually I think the CO has misled you about the chance to get a waiver. They are not being granted for ordinary scenarios such as wanting to take a job offer.
