The latest travel ban (which was a modified version of the first order) has been blocked. this time by a judge in Hawaii. I am LOVING this. I didn’t dare hope that the judges would take Trump on so squarely, since the government took several weeks to address some of the ways the first order was flawed. This judgement again sees right through the bigoted and ill informed decision. Again, it overrules the President because no one, including the president, has the right to make immigration decisions that have the intent of attacking a certain group based (in this case) on their religion.<\/p>\n

So – this is very early – but it looks like the ban is, again, blocked.<\/p>\n
