As I write it is July 19, 2019. In recent months the first batch of 2NLs would have been sent by now. But I take this “delay” as a good thing. To me it indicates they are trying to squeeze in as many interviews as possible for September and did not just use the end of June as a cutoff for documents being received. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
