We will NOT have any final decisions tomorrow &#8211; so please don&#8217;t expect that. But lawsuits cause action and it will be interesting to listen in if you can. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cases being discussed are the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gomez (including Aker, Fongjon, Mohammed and Kennedy) (AILA, JALC, Kuck et al, Morrison et al). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goh (Kuck\/Siskind\/Joseph\/Hall)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goodluck (Morrison\/Urena)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filazopovich (Glazer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hearing details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hearing is Monday at 1:00 pm EDT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check what time that means in your part of the world <a href=\"https:\/\/time.is\/ET\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To list in you can dial the Court&#8217;s toll-free public access line: (877) 848-7030, (US landline number is (404) 443-2170)  use the access code 321-8747 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or the Court&#8217;s YouTube channel (audio only) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCbzm9hRdZJNhT15R5Be5Ahg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCbzm9hRdZJNhT15R5Be5Ahg<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hearing is scheduled to last 3 to 3.5 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charles Kuck has explained the hearing will be divided into these four sections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Justiciability <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. INA 212(f) interpretation and Delay <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Case-specific claims <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. How Relief will work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lawsuits all ask the court to consider relief for their plaintiffs, but there are some common themes among the lawsuits.
