The normal behavior for the release of the 2NLs is that the 2NLs are sent and CEAC is dated later – often within an hour or so of the 2NLs being sent. This month, the 2NL emails have not yet been sent, but the CEAC system is showing many cases with “in Transit” which is how the cases appear before the embassy marks the case as received.<\/p>\n
So – if you are waiting for your 2NL, you might find some comfort by checking the CEAC data to see if you case is “in Transit”.<\/p>\n

The technical problems appear to be not yet completely fixed, but some embassies have been “reconnected – meaning they are getting closer to fixing the entire system.<\/p>\n
