Allhamdullilah today I received my visa and visa package after 9months of AP ??
thanks to Simon this forum help me lot I will update my story soon! And thanks again Simon
September 13, 2018 at 15:38
I look forward to reading about it. I have noticed a lot of AP cases clearing in the last two weeks – even those embassies such as Kabul which had seen people on VERY long periods of AP.
September 16, 2018 at 05:16
Hello sir, please I wanted to know about this,I won the lottery this year as a family but my husband keeps causing troubles that he doesn’t want to go ,please will the embassy cancel my case cause of him? Thanks
September 16, 2018 at 14:47
Typically no (but you must have a plan to avoid becoming a public charge).
September 13, 2018 at 14:17
Hi Brit..Have a good day
I filled entry form in November 2017 for fiscal year 2019 and won lottery. But in an entry form I indicated my father name as my MIDDLE NAME(which I have no) because of misunderstanding. However,my first name and surname is correct. In Ds 260 I indicated my first name and surname only because both are shown in my passport only,no middle name.Does it cause any problem? If so,how can solve it?
September 13, 2018 at 15:37
No problem.
September 13, 2018 at 17:09
Thanks for answer
September 14, 2018 at 06:59
Sorry for bother you again. You said no problem and I hope it will be.As I am too worried, I read instructions for the 2019 diversity immigrant visa program again. There is wriitten “Name – last/family name, first name, middle name – exactly as on your passport” but I have no my middle name on my passport.
September 16, 2018 at 09:58
What’s the region? EU? It’s not a problem unless you have filled just one entry form with or without using ‘middle name’ field for father’s name and definitely have not a duplicate entry form. You will be asked to fill your given name in native alphabet (as on your passport, so it may be name plus father’s name) on DS-260 form. BTW I know U.S. Embassy in Moscow may add father’s name of applicant to its name on visa in the field ‘given name’ despite it may have a father’s name written only in native alphabet on its passport. But its also depends on Consular software: there is a symbols limit in the field ‘given name’ for visa. As guess it has 20 symbols limit or near. And later you may get the GC and SSN with ‘cutted’ given name – their forms also have the different symbols limit. GC has 18 symbols limit and SSN has 16 symbols limit for ‘name’ field. 🙂
September 17, 2018 at 08:24
Thanks for answer.Yes region EU.So sholud I add my father’s name to my given name on Ds 260 form
September 18, 2018 at 08:17
Aga21,
I don’t know what country are you from, but there is the official response of the US Consular/Embassy in Moscow concerning father’s name (patronymic) in DS-260 form. It’s in Russian, you may google it, and I translated it:
“You may wish do not specify a father’s name (patronymic) in English or enter it in the field “Given names”. For example, “IVAN PETROVICH”. The field “Other given names” must be filled only if the applicant has officially used a different name and / or patronymic.
In Russian (using Cyrillic symbols), the full name (first name + last name + patronymic (father’s name)) must be fully specified in the field “Full name in native alphabet”. “
September 13, 2018 at 14:39
Hi what happens if a couple is separated but not legally and she is the beneficiary and he doesn’t want to send his ds260 can she keep the process?
September 13, 2018 at 15:13
The derivatives do not matter if the principal applicant doesn’t pursue the process. You either get visas together or you won’t get one at all. If the principal gives up DV process then it’s done for the derivatives as well as you cannot transfer your lottery selection privilege to another person.
Same goes for the Visa activation, he will have to activate his Visa in order for you to be able to activate yours, either ar rhe same time he does or later but if he chooses not to, then your case is closed and null
September 13, 2018 at 15:40
No – the derivative can only benefit if the principal processes. The derivative has no rights by themselves until they get the Green Card.
September 13, 2018 at 15:29
Hi Brit,
I was interview on the eight of march 2018…..I had middle name that is on my high school document that was not place on my DV lottery documents
Because of this my case was subject to Administrative processing since March
But since April the status change to ready and it continue to show ready….and there has been so many updates….what actually is the meaning of this?
September 13, 2018 at 15:43
I don’t know. Contact the embassy.
September 13, 2018 at 17:30
Had you used the other names section and which embassy did you attend the interview
September 13, 2018 at 15:34
Hello Dear Brit,
I am from Afghanistan, my case number is AS201921xx. I have some questions please. I am Married and have one daughter. I have got a State Scholarship from Russia and I am going alone. My wife and daughter will be here in Afghanistan.
1. Can I change my interview location to Moscow?
2. Consider that I have changed my interview location to Moscow. Are we going to be interviewed at the same date and time) me in Moscow & my family in Kabul). Or, first me and after they will inform me of my family’s interview?
3. Should I take all the original documents with me including my family’s or I should take mine and family should take theirs?
Thank you!
September 13, 2018 at 22:30
You need to think this through. The interview normally happens together, so whilst YES you can move your interview to Moscow, there is no good process for your family to get their interview/visas separately. Furthermore, as you are from Afghanistan, you are likely to be on a long period of AP. This will be made worse and more likely as your documents and education will be an unknown to Moscow.
September 14, 2018 at 02:46
Dear Sir,
Then what is the solution?
1. You mean I can not choose both chances (DV & Scholarship).
2. If I can choose and run both chances then how do I have to do it?
Can you please help me ?
Thank you for your cooperation.
September 14, 2018 at 04:28
I don’t have a solution. I am merely pointing out some complications and risks if you go ahead. Now you need to decide what to do.
September 14, 2018 at 19:02
Dear Sir,
As you know that I am from Afghanistan. Me + My Wife + My Daughter.
1. Should I do my medical before the interview?
2. If no/yes, will they take my passport from me?
3. If I don’t have to do my medical before the interview, then when I have to do it?
Kindly help me, it will be your kindness!
Thank you!
September 14, 2018 at 19:45
1. That is the procedure (it is in the official instructions).
2. The doctor? No
3. See 1.

Thank u so much Mr brit and my colleagues applicant read this for encouragement.I was at the interview on the 13th Nov 2017 and the C.O who was so nice asked me to get a police clearance from another country since I stayed there for months,I went through hell to get it n sent it to the embassy n six months after the interview was called again that my earlier medicals had expired.the call wasn’t pleasant at all to me because I was broke but eventually I did it.after a month I was called to bring a new passport since e one submitted was less than six month.it wasn’t easy at all getting it but God helped n Mr brit kept me going emotional with his calm advice.few days back I checked my CEAC and it was issued and as you read I have picked my passport with the visa to travel to the state soon.Mr brit thank u so much and may God bless u.Mr brit pls help me with these.
1.My wife is a beneficiary but at the time of my interview she was pregnant n we now have a child..how do we add my son to the process
2.When can my wife and my child join me in the state when eventually he”s added to the process
3.Was I wrong not to have told the C.O my wife was pregnant though he never asked but wanted to know if he had a child at that time of the interview.
Thank u Mr brit
September 13, 2018 at 16:32
1. Scenario 3 – https://britsimonsays.com/how-to-add-a-newborn-child-to-the-dv-case/
2. You must all travel before the expiry of your visas.
3. No
September 13, 2018 at 20:56
Me brit thank u for your help and making out time to answer me but in my case ,in DS 260 I stated that my wife will join me later hence as we speak I only have the visa now and will be travelling alone.my wife is beneficiary and we now have a son who is five months.Mr brit what do I do to add my son in my situation.Thank u
September 13, 2018 at 22:19
Why on earth have you done that?? Now you will have to sponsor both your wife and child once you are in the USA through a family based petition. It will take around 2 years.
September 14, 2018 at 08:09
omg. LOL. ppl what are you doing?!
September 13, 2018 at 17:06

September 13, 2018 at 18:49
q. A system problem, not specific to you.
2. Yes – some are, some aren’t
3. Follow the instructions you were given.
September 15, 2018 at 12:10
Hello Mr Simon. I have a similar problem. I submitted our DS forms mid-July but now they are not available to view. I wanted to contact KCC but my husband said he’s going to renew his passport by the end of the year (our CN is EU18*** and the interview is not any close I guess). So, we thought it is better to wait and unlock at once to view and make appropriate changes. But as I read here, some people were asked to visit the US Embassy in their country and I am just worried about this point, since I as a principle applicant will go through the interview in my husband’s country (Egypt, specifically). Do you think it is better that I write KCC now or wait?
September 15, 2018 at 14:35
Wait.
September 13, 2018 at 19:55
problem opening the DS-260 written your request cannot be processed at this time
September 13, 2018 at 20:03
Yes, the system has problems. If you need to make changes and your case number is low, contact KCC.
September 13, 2018 at 20:01
Dear Simon,
Today I had an interview in US Embassy in Tirana along with my wife and two kids.
Prior to interview we were instructed to apply for Greek penal record at the Greek Ministry of Justice that in turn would send this document to US Embassy in Athens and the latest would forward it to US Embassy in Tirana.
We did this and took an e-mail from US Embassy in Athens confirming that have forwarded this document on 11-th September to US Embassy in Tirana.
When Consular Officer asked me about this document I handed the printed e-mails but he insisted that no document had yet arrived.
I checked CEAC status for me and kids issued for my wife AP.
My question is, since this document may arrive at the Embassy tomorrow or Monday can they proceed immediately or they have any sort of procedure and it needs at least 7 working from interview day for them to reconsider an AP case on a derivative that has missed due to absence of any document.
Im asking because there are only 2 weeks remained from the end of dv2018 and this is really frustrating.
Thank you for your patience and guidance
September 13, 2018 at 20:06
There is no “normal” procedure. So – you just have to wait and see.
September 18, 2018 at 17:23
Dear Simon,
Hope you are fine!
Today I received an email from US Embassy In Tirana as a reply to my previous email saying as follow;
We have received the police certificate of your wife from US Embassy in Athens and a CO will reconsider your case and will let you know if everything is OK. Cases are reconsidered based on a certain queue, please wait for our notification.
My question is, does the same CO that approved my visa and visa of my kids reconsiders the case in AP for my wife or another one? Please note the my wife passport has been kept from the CO. Is there enough time until 30-th of September to be approved?
Thank you in advance for your much appreciated help.
September 18, 2018 at 17:28
I don’t know which CO will review your documents. As for whether there is time or not – well – all you can do is wait and see.
September 13, 2018 at 20:27
Hi Brit,
As per your suggestions, today i have unlocked my ds 260 form so that am cautious of resubmitting the form.
My today’s questions:
1. My present adress is not where i got my identification card. Rather i have id from my previous address(both are within one country). So which should i fill as a present adress? Having no ID but mentioning as a present address doesn’t make a problem?
2. Should i mention all the places within a single country i have lived for more than 6 months though i did not have official id card?
3. This month I get issued my birth certificate from my place of birth which is not my present address. Does it has a problem as i am not living there at this time?
September 13, 2018 at 22:05
1. No problem.
2. Yes
3. No
September 13, 2018 at 20:30
Good evening.
Sir please I got my visa today. But my question my passport will expire 21th January 2019 can I travel with that or needed to renewed?
Please need your help.
Thank you and God bless you.
September 13, 2018 at 22:16
It would be wise to renew before travelling. Then carry new and old passports when you travel.
September 13, 2018 at 20:34
Hey BritSimon. Thank you for all the help, I arrived in the USA with the immigrant visa. I would like to when I can expect to get the Green Card(physical) by mail. Because Im looking for employment and I assume that most employers ask for the green card.
Thank you
September 13, 2018 at 22:17
No, employers do NOT need to see the GC – but it will arrive with 3 or 4 months.
September 13, 2018 at 21:00
Hi Brit. I was presented a letter of administrative processing after my interview today due to my middle name being like this: ROKIE K. Moore instead of ROKIE C.Moore. Do I have a chance of being called again for visa?
September 13, 2018 at 22:19
Wait and see.
September 13, 2018 at 21:07
Hi Brit.
I attended interview on the 7th of March, 2018. And I was put on Admin Processing. Last month I was called to re do medicals since my medicals has expired. Yesterday 12th September I checked CEAC and realised my case had been updated but still on Admn Processing. Am afraid it will affect my case since the fiscal year is almost about to end even though the embassy has my passport.
Please advice me on this.
September 13, 2018 at 22:20
There is nothing I can advise other than you have to wait.
September 13, 2018 at 22:40
Hey BritSimon, thank you for your time and effort in running this site. My case number is OCxxxx4xx, so I assume my case would be current around December or January. I’m probably going to do AOS in California as I’m on an F-1 visa here. I was wondering, if it would be okay for me to travel to Australia during christmas. I understand that there is a 90 day rule for the DS260 form. If I submit my DS260 for AOS before I leave would I automatically be listed as having immigrant intent and risk not being able to come back? Would I need to apply for an advanced parole? Thank you!
September 13, 2018 at 22:53
I am not an AOS expert, and everything you could need to know about AOS is on the thread below. However, I would suggest that you hold off filing the DS260 for now – it is useful to file it, but filing it does not affect the timeline at all – so why complicate things…
https://forums.immigration.com/threads/dv-2019-aos-only.337772/
September 13, 2018 at 22:46
Hi Brit, in very soon I am going to submit my DS-260 form and I am a main person who is prepare and fill all data for my family ( my wife and sons). I have inquiry about the question in the form stated that Did anyone assist you in filling out this application? and we need to select Yes or No.
Thus in case of all members of my family that I help them to fill out this application, shall I select No or Yes?
Thanks for your help and wish you good luck
September 13, 2018 at 22:54
Just the simple truth….
September 14, 2018 at 02:32
Hi Brit My son has 2 passaports 1 form his native country and amine from Spain, his native passport is expired and I’m filling his ds260, can I use the Spanish passport?
September 14, 2018 at 02:34
Sorry I meant and his second passport is from Spain because of me.
September 14, 2018 at 04:26
Yes
September 14, 2018 at 03:38
What happens if your child turns 21 and you still don’t hace the 2NL?
September 14, 2018 at 04:30
Always check the FAQ. If you had, you would have found this:
https://britsimonsays.com/child-turn-21-can-heshe-get-visa/
September 14, 2018 at 08:32
I had interview 4 days ago in Sarajevo (Sep. 10), and there was a family of 5 in front of us. Their oldest son had turned 22 just 1-2 days before interview. He was granted visa as well (at least I heard CO saying that, no confirmation that he received it in passport). I overheard they were stating he was not 21 at the moment of application.
September 14, 2018 at 14:34
If they check the rules, they will probably deny him as he aged out. They do make mistakes sometimes, and occasionally those mistakes work in our favor, but I would not be surprised if this mistake is caught, and the son denied.
September 16, 2018 at 05:13
Thanks for reply. Could you please tell me, my son will turn 21 in December, but we are planning to enter USA in January. Are there any obstacles for him.
September 16, 2018 at 14:46
No
September 14, 2018 at 05:28
Hi Mr Brit, I realized a mistake in my academic documents were they are one year older than me.
My documents show I was 18 when I sat for high school yet I was 17 years.
1: do u think I need an affidavit for my documents.
2: what’s yr advice on this matter?
September 14, 2018 at 14:24
1. I don’t have a strong feeling about affidavits, but in some countries perhaps they are useful. You decide what gives you your best chance.
2. See 1.
September 14, 2018 at 05:48
Dear Brit sir
Greeting to you. First of all many many heartful thanks to you for your support to dv winner by providing your valuable times. if i can able to give to your organization i will provide with heartly.

3. in which state you are living ?
September 14, 2018 at 14:25

2. Read the FAQ.
3. California.
September 14, 2018 at 09:33
Dear Simon…
I have a question…
If I have been under AP and just now received the notification that my processing is completed. But my wife and son still under processing (NOT rejected). They have asked me (just me) to go for new medical exam and submit my passport.
If I get the visa and until the deadline for DV2018 which is Sep 30th, my family case not processed yet, how should we do? Do they grant them visa if their case get processed after deadline. Or, is there any way that me as a green card holder, to get them visa after the deadline?…because it would be very inconvenient and not logical that I go to US and leave my family behind! Any comment on this issue?
Thank you
September 14, 2018 at 14:37
Personally I would repeat the medical for everyone, and then hope there are enough visas for the whole family. BUT they might only have a visa for you – and in that case it would take around 2 years to sponsor them while you are in the USA and they are at home – so you should think that through…
September 14, 2018 at 11:41
Hello Mr Brit
pls My CN is 2019 AF 9xxx. From Ghana I asked my sponsor to mail me the i134 but at the right corner of the form it has expiry date which is this november and my interview will be some where Dec or Jan.
Pls what shd i do.
thank u
September 14, 2018 at 13:03
I have the same case number and am also in Ghana. I understand we do not need an i134 for Accra interviews, however, should it be that we need that please let me know.
September 14, 2018 at 15:49
Hello ny
Ask Mr brit said you should be over prepared so if u can get it fine in case they ask.
September 14, 2018 at 14:38

September 14, 2018 at 15:46
Thank u
September 14, 2018 at 12:06
Dear Simon,
Through my filling of the DS60 form, I have passed through “Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?”.
Well, I have applied for F1 visa and my visa under Administrative processing. Should I mention this on this question?
September 14, 2018 at 14:39
No
September 15, 2018 at 13:12
Thanks Simon
September 14, 2018 at 13:10
Hello brit. In the ds 260 form there is a field where i must write other name and surname if i have ever used. My derivative was had another surname wat birth. Later the surname was changed to another. The name was not changed. The ds 260 form i should write the surname used at birth? And although the name is still same the form asks me to write a name it. Should i write the same name? Thanks for your help in advance
September 14, 2018 at 14:42
Yes you use the other names used section.
September 14, 2018 at 15:49
Thank you brit. Regarding surname all clear. But name was not changed. For exmple the name at birth was john. So i wrote horn in the name field and it also says that i should wite other name in the other name field so should I write John again?
September 14, 2018 at 15:54
I mean I wrote john smith in the filed of derivatives name and surname and in other name and surname field wrote john hilton. Is that correct?
September 14, 2018 at 17:57
BRIT can your reply please if I did correct? Or should I amend the 260 form?
September 14, 2018 at 17:33
Just follow the instructions on the form and use your own judgement.
September 14, 2018 at 13:15

Do you know how long it takes estimated for the SSN? Please advise, thanks in advance
September 14, 2018 at 14:42
Visit the SSA office
September 14, 2018 at 15:04
Unfortunately I am not in the USA at the moment . Is there anyway else I can contact them please?
September 14, 2018 at 17:18
Check their website.
September 14, 2018 at 13:21
Dear Brit,
I am DV-2019 selectee with case number 2019AF9***, I submitted the DS-260 form for me and my family of 3 at the end of July. At the time two of the family members had to process their passports so I used a temporarily “dummy’ details to fill the national I.D. section of the form. The two were my wife who is in her early 30s and my daughter who is 30 months. My genuine intention was to unlock and correct the details when their passports were ready.
Their passports were ready in the first week of August, after the CEAC website was functional after their maintenance, I have tried several times with a mail to KCC to unlock my forms to make the corrections but as at today that has not been successful. I have also not been successful in logging-in to the ceac website since the maintenance.
My question is:
1. Considering that my case number may be part of the next VB, if I am still unable to make the changes would that affect my case? I am deeply worried about this.
2. I intend to inform the CO about this development immediately after taking the oath at the interview and humbly request for it to be corrected, do you think it is a good move? I would be interviewing in ACCRA.
3. Is this difficulty in accessing the DS-260 and further unlocking of the forms a normal occurrence or it is just peculiar with this year.
Thank you.
September 14, 2018 at 14:43
1. No
2. Email KCC and the embassy – and keep proof of the emails.
3. Just this year.
September 14, 2018 at 13:25
Good morning, I ask for your help to clarify the following questions: 1.- my wife is pregnant and the girl will be born after interview (the interview is in November and the girl is born in December), how does this affect our interview and what should we do? to add to the girl after birth? 2.- My family group and I are Venezuelans and due to the situation that our country is experiencing in April of this year we were forced to migrate to Colombia and upon learning that we had been selected for DV 2019 in the month of May we requested our appointment at the US embassy in Bogota Colombia, because for the month of November and our stay as a tourist has ended and we would be illegal in Colombia my question is this: we can attend the consular interview at the US embassy in Colombia being illegal in this country without compromising the obtaining of the green card?
September 14, 2018 at 14:45
1. Read the FAQ about adding a child.
2. I don’t know how they will treat that, given the scenario. Maintain legal presence if possible (exit and re-enter perhaps?)
September 14, 2018 at 16:48
Dear Mr. Brit,
As far as financial requirements are concerned, I have a work agreement and I would like to know whether it is sufficient or whether more documentation is needed.
Note: The agreement is provided through a law firm and signed by both parties and the lawyer.
Thank you.
September 14, 2018 at 17:35
I don’t know enough about the case to answer that.
September 14, 2018 at 17:21
Good day Simon may i write a private mail to you? Thanks
September 14, 2018 at 17:42
It there is *NEED* to do so – britsimon3 at gmail
September 14, 2018 at 18:15
Clear, Thank you
September 14, 2018 at 17:23
Hello Brit,
I have a question.
My sponsor enters the USA in December 2016 and begin a permanent resident. Is he qualified to send an affidavit of support for a family of four? I’m concern about his most recent tax returns and other documentation from him. His name is on my DS 260 form submitted in June 2018
September 14, 2018 at 17:41
It might be OK, but another sponsor would be better.
September 14, 2018 at 18:05
I don’t get yet. Are you saying, I should get a new sponsor
September 14, 2018 at 19:42
I am saying that would reduce the risk. It’s your choice.
September 14, 2018 at 19:45
Thanks sir. I get it correct

Hi brit . My sister go to work today. And they put my sister info. In an computer but when they chose form i 551 the computer says unauthorized to work. I 551 is printed in her visa. Do you know what is wrong? Or how to fix it? She live in usa . And she was a dv lottery winner2018
September 14, 2018 at 17:40
Some employers don’t know or understand the rules. The actual rules they should follow are detailed here – including clear reference to the I-551.

Aha ok. My sister called USCIS and they told her that the system doesnt update. That is the reason your not unauthurized to work. And they told her that she have to wait to her GC . She was for nearly two month.
September 14, 2018 at 18:13
She called UScis AND they told her that the system doesnt updated . That is the reason your not authorized. I told her its not your problem .

Thanks Simon for the reply. Do you mean that even though they have informed me that my wife’s and son’s case is still under AP, I can still submit their medical report and passport to embassy and hope they will issue a visa? Is it technically possible? I am from Asia region and based on the statistic derived from your site, I can say they shouldn’t have problem allocating visa numbers to us
September 14, 2018 at 19:41
What I am saying is that all processing ceases on September 30 – so if you have any chance at all for your wife and son to get their visas, you would need to have the medical immediately available. So – unless you think AP for your wife and son is expected to continue (rare on a minor), you should (perhaps) plan ahead. But it is your choice whether to risk that extra expense.

Helo Brit
Pls what will make a CASE number unavailable.?
I cant view my 260 anymore.
What might be the problem?
September 14, 2018 at 20:35
There is a known system problem – not specific to your case. If your case number is low and you need to make changes to your case you should contact KCC.

It doesn’t matter.
September 15, 2018 at 11:01
Hi dear simon.
Is you mentioned in previous comments that us embassy kabul put over 95% of cases on AP . You are correct i have checked CEAC Data for dv 2018. The question is what was the mean reason and why they put every case on AP?
Thanks simon hope you,ll answer in little details….
Best regards

Afghanistan has been the site of much military conflict and chaos. So record keeping has been bad and there would be security concerns. The good news is that many cases in Kabul have been approved in the last few days, so approval is possible, but after VERY long AP.
September 15, 2018 at 12:23

Hey Brit I asked a question yesterday but I can’t seem to find the question I asked or if anyone replied. Anywya my question was, I submitted my DS260 on september 06 and my case number is 2019AFxxxxx, so how long do you think it takes to get the 2NL or whatever notification comes after the DS260?
September 15, 2018 at 20:40
I replied. Read the 2019 basic questions article.
September 15, 2018 at 20:44
Hi Brit,
I just paid the GC fees $220 and created an account in USCIS and checked my profile in there, but I found some wrong information!
* My place of birth is incorrect, although it was the same wrong place in the visa but I have corrected with new visa in the embassy but still in the USCIS website mentioned wrong place of birth.
* My name spelling missing some letters (my grandfather name).
I have contacted the embassy already but still no response, shall I contact USCIS or who?
I have to mention that my visa is perfect in both my name and place of birth are correct.
1- What to do? Because I’m worry to get my green card details based on the wrong information in my USCIS profile not as correct as my visa.
2- Is it somthing to worry about?
September 15, 2018 at 22:10
I don’t think it is a problem, but discuss with the embassy if you are unsure.
September 15, 2018 at 21:37

September 15, 2018 at 22:09
My condolences.
It does not affect your Green Card.
September 15, 2018 at 22:18
Hi again,
Just wondering, the date of residency mentioned on Green Card which is called (Resdient since), is it the same date of my first entry to USA? Or another date?
September 15, 2018 at 22:44
I don’t know.
September 15, 2018 at 23:12
You become a resident when you arrive at the POE to activate your Visa and endorse your new status so yes, that date is the day you first enter the US with your sealed envelope
September 15, 2018 at 23:57

second can we pay with local credit card or cash
September 16, 2018 at 14:43
