Dear Simon,
I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for your invaluable guidance throughout the process of DV and obtaining my green card. Your expertise and support have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the process, and I am truly grateful for your assistance.
I am writing to you today with a quick question. My spouse and I have been living in the United States for over a year now, and we have been blessed with a beautiful baby girl. We are planning to take a 3-month vacation to our home country to introduce our little one to our extended family and spend some quality time together.
In light of this, I have two questions:
1. Will there be any problems or complications with our immigration status if we leave the United States for a 3-month period?
2. Apart from our passports, do we need to register anywhere or obtain any additional documents before traveling outside the USA?
Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated, as we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free trip.
Thank you once again for your continued support and expertise. I look forward to hearing back from you.

1. None at all. You are an LPR.
2. No.

Hi Brit,
I’m sorry if I ask you the question again, but I can’t find your answer, is Pinterest a social network that should be indicated?
Do I need to have the ds-260 unlocked?
Thank you
March 25, 2024 at 09:03
I’m sorry, I just saw your reply
March 25, 2024 at 16:58
Hi Simon
First of all thank you for all your support and clarifications.
I am a DV2024 winner and I will have my interview soon in Doha. I have a concern and I wish I have clarification. In my dv entry and by mistake or let me say misunderstanding of education equivalence between USA and my country I put university degree as my high level degree, and now after translation of my degree I discover that my national degree of nurse is issued from a vaccational school but accredited by ministry of health in my country. I had of course a high school degree , I had some incomplete university courses as well and my completed nursing courses and degree. I just put in my DS260 the high school degree ( and not my nurse degree) as high education level. I’m afraid I met an issue in my interview or will be considered as liar or dishonest and it’s not the case. Will the difference of education between entry and DS affect my visa in the interview day?
Thank you in advance

No.

Hello Simon. I am AF 71,6** and my post is Nairobi Embassy. Due to the backlog, i’m tempted to “move on paper “to another country then later back. I inquired yesterday and my DS260 had not yet been processed. I understand that in order to do this, i have to change my address to “my new address” then later transfer back at the embassy level meaning the “new address” will serve as where i currently live. There is a question that i’ve seen people who have come out of interviews quoting. “Have you lived or travelled outside Kenya”. What will i answer being that my DS260 will be reading my “new address” and have never been there? I hope my question makes sense. Thanks in advance
March 26, 2024 at 07:23
If you have never been to that country and have no ties, perhaps you shouldn’t be saying you live there.

What🥲chance gone.

Hi
BritSimon so I have this question can I still be selected if I have a high school certificate but didn’t score well in math and science but then I have more than 5 years in computer repair both hardware and software thanks in advance.
March 26, 2024 at 07:26
Selection in the lottery doesn’t consider your education. However, if you were to be selected you would need to think about whether you meet the education or work experience requirement.

Roughly, what are the historical chances of being selected in the EU region per entry, excluding crazy over selective years, for non capped countries? Assuming DV2025 does not over select; as a married couple in EU, would 2 x 5% = 10% chance be a good estimate?
March 26, 2024 at 05:58
Found your video.
I am off – by a lot.
March 26, 2024 at 07:29
Yep.
March 26, 2024 at 07:29
No, more like 1%.

Hi Brits,
I am a selectee of DV 2024, I am from Cameroon and I am quite tensed and anxious about it as my case number is in 73K range. I went through the CEAC data for 2023 and 2024 and noticed most DV winners from Africa ranged from 0 to about 65K and for 2024 the case numbers seem to be very high. Does that give me chance to be scheduled for interview?
Can you talk about this in your next live video?
Thanks
March 26, 2024 at 07:31
I have discussed this in many videos including some in January where I explain the capacity for each region. Look for the AF region one.

Hi Brit,
I got my DV visa on the 5th February, 2024 at US embassy at Prague but base on my job contract I have to give two months of resignation before I can leave. So the two months notice will end 30th April. So my question is it advisable to stay close to Four months after visa issuance since the visa will expiration will be 2nd July?
I am entertaining fear but if I fail to honor the terms of the contract my employer will not issue recommendation letter for me which I may need it US.
Please your advice will be much appreciated.
Thank you.
March 26, 2024 at 09:15
As long as you enter the USA before the expiry date on your visa, there is no problem. Check the date.
March 26, 2024 at 14:16
Hi Brit,
A week after updating my address, I emailed KCC on a new thread to schedule my interview at the new location (country). Their reply was general about interview change, scheduling e.t.c and it did not address my specific request. Do I have to email them again this time on the earlier thread, where I had unlocked my DS260 for address update? Should I even be worried about this in the first place? Kindly advise.
March 26, 2024 at 14:50
It is up to you. Theoretically they would take account of your current address automatically to decide your interview location. However, there is a risk that doesn’t happen which is why some people choose to email to confirm. You can decide whether to email again or just wait and see what happens. I assume you will be current in the next VB, so you still have at least a week, maybe two before then.

Hi brit I am from the continent of Asia (the country of Yemen) my case number 16 k and you know we do not have an embassy because of the war and my interview was transferred to Nepal ( Kathmandu ) What do you advise me to stay in the Kathmandu embassy or transfer to another embassy such as Mumbai, India…! A follower asked you a question and said, In your opinion what will be the cut off case number for Nepal this year??” I told him it probability 12 k or 13 k
March 27, 2024 at 08:08
KDU embassy has a large capacity and does well. You would be better off there.
The cut off for Nepal I discusses is for Nepalese cases only since they have no selectees over 13k.

Hi Simon,
CN:24OC5XX
About to make the activation trip and am looking through details about the SSN and my DS-260 response.
Thought I had clicked YES on my DS-260 “Do you want to SSA to issue a social security number and card? But clicked NO. Next question was do you authorise disclosure of info from DHS to SSA about issuance of SSN and I had clicked YES.
Question is, can I change this a POE for DHS to begin processing or do I have to apply online prior to leaving my country as per the info from ssa.gov and noncitizens.
Thanks in advance!
March 27, 2024 at 08:12
My recommendation would be to apply for yourself because changing at this point is unlikely to work well, and would introduce delays.
Wait about a week after entry then go to the SSA office nearest you. It’s a pain, but in a few hours you will have your SSN.

Hi Brith
All somali pasport holders are under 221g+DS-5535 form specially in Djibouti embassy some people are under 5months and above and not get any updates so in your experience what can we do
Although in my case almost two months ended and not get any update
March 27, 2024 at 08:14
The delay for Somalis must be expected because of the difficult position of documentation and record keeping in that country. All you can do is wait.
March 27, 2024 at 09:11
Mr Simon
Can you plz advice me what to write in the explanation box of B1/B2 ds-160 that I filed ds-260 for DV2024 AS17k and it is pending, I meant I ticked yes for Petitioning but what should I write in explanation box that could be reasonable for CO.
March 27, 2024 at 10:29
The best answer is your truthful answer, not mine.
March 27, 2024 at 11:51
Good day sir,
What is your prediction for the next VB Asia? You said that the number of 2nls which were send sent during this month was good, but not good enough, as you expected. Do you have any recent update? Did the number of 2nd were increased during this week? I am really anxious with case number AS16×××.
Thanks
March 27, 2024 at 12:56
We won’t know how many 2NLs are sent this week until Friday.
I don’t think I will make a prediction for the VB – we can all wait a few days for the published numbers.
March 27, 2024 at 09:43
Hello, good morning Mr Simon, first of all I hope you are well. I would like please if you could help me with two questions about my case. I am from Cuba and my husband was the winner of the visa lottery, we had the interview on the 19th and they approved us, but we have a 10-year-old girl who was put into the administrative process.
Do you think there is a problem with this and how long it will take to respond to the case. On the other hand, our visa says that it expires on July 30 and we wanted to know please if there is no problem with the girl’s father entering the US first or would it be better for him to wait for her process. Greetings, thank you very much.
March 27, 2024 at 10:28
I have no idea why your daughter was put in administrative processing. Have some patience before entering the US.
April 5, 2024 at 11:59
Hi Britt!
Sorry I have a worry. I received my 2nl last month from Cameroon on the 13th, since then I have being trying to register my appointment it keep on saying my case number is not recognize.
What should I do??
Waiting for your response
Yours sincerely
April 5, 2024 at 12:44
I don’t know the system you are trying to register your appointment – so I can’t offer any advice.
April 5, 2024 at 12:51
Hi Brit,
Can DV winners who are in the US participate in the presidential election? Or do they have to become citizens first before the possibility of voting?
April 5, 2024 at 12:55
Non citizens cannot vote in national elections.
April 5, 2024 at 12:59
Am from Cameroon a Dv winner! I received my 2nl on the 13 of last month: am supposed to confirim my appointment using this https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-cm/iv. But they are telling me my case is not recognize
April 5, 2024 at 13:20
I already answered your question…
April 5, 2024 at 13:49
Hi Simon
My case number is AF30k and my interview location is ACC Ghana. I tried to change my interview location in January but kcc emailed me saying my case is current for interview processes. Do I have a chance of getting interview?
April 5, 2024 at 14:06
I don’t think Accra will get to your number.
Your only chance is if you could get another embassy to ask KCC for your case, and that is pretty hard to achieve. You would have to be living in the area of that other embassy, and even then, you would need a rare level of cooperation from that embassy.
April 6, 2024 at 22:30
Dear Njafuh email to the link that you wrote above or to your embassy and they will give you the support.
April 5, 2024 at 15:01
Please going for the interview will i pay for the green card after my Visa has be approved or i will pay for it in the US thank you 🙏🏽
April 5, 2024 at 16:21
You pay $330 per person at the embassy just prior to the interview. That money is non refundable.
If approved there is a further fee of $220 per person, paid around the time you enter the USA (just before entry or just after entry).
April 5, 2024 at 16:02
Hi BritSimon, my case number is 24EU57K. We are expecting the birth of our baby girl any day now and I am looking to confirm how I go about including her in our DS-260s after she arrives and the impacts of doing so to our DS-260 completion date.
Currently there are 3 applicants (myself and 2 derivatives) all showing ‘COMPLETED’ under the IV Application column.
I see the ‘Add Applicant’ button and when I click on it or on ‘COMPLETED’, it takes me to a page where I can make inputs and edit information. Is this normal? I thought that if it shows completed, then it would have been locked from further edits.
My concern is that if I can still click and edit, does that mean our DS-260s never got locked in the first place? How do I confirm if the applications are actually locked for the purposes of knowing a completion date? Do I just go in and edit them, or should I contact KCC?
Also, if Europe goes current and the timing of DS-260 submission becomes the process of selection instead of case number, will unlocking a completed DS-260 put one at the back of the line with a new completion date? Or is the original date of DS-260 completion that’s used regardless of subsequent unlocks?
Thank you kindly in advance for your help.
April 5, 2024 at 16:21
Just thinking, I realize its generally better to unlock and include new derivatives, but if doing so changes the completion date to April 2024 from May 2023 (when we first completed the DS260s) then wouldn’t we end up compromising our whole process if my Region goes current?
Conversely if unlocking does not change the completion date, what’s to stop someone from just blitzing through the DS260 with dummy/placeholder/TBD inputs the same day the lottery results are released just to secure an early completion date and then unlocking it later and putting in the information accurately?
April 5, 2024 at 16:24
To add a child you unlock your own DS260 (to list the child) AND also create a DS260 for the child.
If the form says completed, then it is locked, and cannot be resubmitted. Changes would not be saved.
Unlocking does not cause a delay for adding a child, but I have to say that your number is extremely high and very unlikely to have a chance of becoming current.
April 5, 2024 at 16:40
Thank you so much for the quick reply! I definitely realize and accept that we won’t be seeing 57k in the EU Visa Bulletin, but all I can hope for is the small chance KCC decides it wants to mark Europe as current. Maybe they’ll give a chance to embassies with capacity to process folks with high case numbers. My embassy is Montreal, and it looks like they are not underperforming.
April 5, 2024 at 17:31
Glad you understand the position. Best of luck.
April 5, 2024 at 16:32
Hi Britsimon please remember me I’m still interested any interview June
April 5, 2024 at 17:31
You know I don’t arrange the interviews – right?
April 5, 2024 at 17:00
Dear Simon
I emailed KCC to ask about what I should do regarding my interview in Jerusalem as a Palestinian from the West Bank. I told them I’m unable to travel to Jerusalem after the events of October but I can travel to Jordan if my application is transferred.
They gave me a generic response. And it says “ The place of application, i.e., location of interview, for noncitizens seeking an immigrant visa will normally be in the consular district with jurisdiction over their place of residence, with limited exceptions. If you need to change your interview location because your residency has changed, you will need to include the new address in your email along with your case number, Principal Applicant’s name, and complete date of birth in the following format (MMDDYYYY). Also, you will also need to request that KCC unlock your DS-260, so that you can update your application with your new address. (Please note that Post Office Boxes, general addresses without a fixed residence, and mailing addresses in care of another person are generally insufficient for purposes of this request, and that visiting family members, tourism, or vacationing do not justify a change of interview location.)”
I’m assuming this means that they do not agree to change my interview location, right ?
My number is around AS20500 so if I become current it will be in the last month and I won’t have time to consider my options.
April 5, 2024 at 17:32
I would email them again. That generic response is not useful.
April 6, 2024 at 04:31
Hi Brit, I am a lawful permanent resident (LPR) living in USA.
I submitted a petition (i-130) for my wife, and where they ask if you will send a separate petition I said yes (for my child of 4 weeks), after sending I noticed that LPR send one petition and the child is considered derivative. What should I do? Do I have to wait or send another petition for my child?
I sent the petition on March 30, 2024.
Thank you
April 6, 2024 at 08:49
I only answer questions about DV lottery.
April 6, 2024 at 11:36
Hi Simon! I appreciate you so much for doing this. Really more information should be available for people on their websites and consulates.
I have entered the draw, and as I read it, the selections will be made public throughout may – sept.
I was wondering, if I get an ESTA in between to travel to the US obviously for tourist reasons and coming back. Will I get any issues? I am planning on end of May early June. So I could potentially find out then if I got selected. Would I then have to respond extremely fast?
If you are selected/and getting your interview, the website states you will get your card as of October 2025. Will I not be able to travel to the US at all?
I am so confused and I don’t want to book anything or walk into any surprises. I have been trying to find the answer to this without any luck.
Jasmijn
April 6, 2024 at 11:48
First, your chance of selection in most regions is about 1 in 100 years. So, no need to “worry” or change your plans in any way.
Second the draw results are announced in May for all winners. Very rarely there is a small second batch of winners added in September/October, but only in years where the initial number of winners is low.
Third. Even if you were selected in May, that does not mean you cannot enter the USA in the meantime. Get your ESTA and it will stay valid while you wait to process your DV win (if selected).
April 6, 2024 at 13:06
Hello Simon, hope you are well. I have just arrived in Germany and want to edit my address in my ds260 however, the place I am residing in is temporary. I don’t want to wait till the next bulletin and risk being locked in my current country’s embassy. What do you think I should do in such a situation? Shall I just put in the address which I am at as of right now? My case is AS13130 and my ds260 has been processed. If AS jumps till my number in the next bulletin, I may lose my chance so I am a bit worried. Thank you!!
April 6, 2024 at 13:26
Use the temporary address. It may not be correct by the time you interview, but at least it will get you moved to the local embassy.
April 6, 2024 at 15:43
Hi Britsimon. My local embassy has just updated it’s interview scheduling on the Xhiarthisius’s website. It had scheduled up to CN 43003.
But has only added one case and it is CN 45568.
Does it mean that there was no case in the 44k range? Or it maybe the cases in that range were not processed. I don’t wanna believe that it’s in numerical order. Or that it’s about low case density at that embassy ( Yaounde Cameroon)
April 6, 2024 at 18:36
If you had checked the March 30th file you would have seen that case was scheduled at Johannesburg embassy, and has been moved to Cameroon.
April 7, 2024 at 02:27
Hi Simon
My case number is AS33*** what’s the chances I’ll get a interview
April 7, 2024 at 10:10
Almost none.
April 7, 2024 at 10:57
Dear Mr. Brit,
I worked in Qatar from 2006 to 2012, but unfortunately, the Sri Lanka Qatar Embassy did not provide a police clearance report for 10 years back (as per the Sri Lanka Qatar Embassy website). What should I do in this situation?
April 7, 2024 at 13:08
Read and follow the instructions shown in the reciprocity page and document the steps you have taken to follow those instructions. If they refuse to provide a police report, get that refusal in writing.
April 7, 2024 at 13:08
hello sir. if i am lucky with DV 2025 would i be able to fill out the Ds-260 form without passport since in addis ababa it takes up to 4 months to get one. thank you.
April 7, 2024 at 13:18
That’s fine – there is an option to fill it up with another national ID document.
April 7, 2024 at 13:27
Hello Sir please my friend is a DV 2024 winner from Cameroon his case number is 25k and his Interview was set to be on the 19th of March 2024. the issue is he played this DV lottery while he was in the UAE where he has wen since 2019 his visa had long been invalid but he stayed there. when he checked and realized he won the lottery he he tried to leave the UAE but as usual they locked him up for a while before he was released.. He was only released by April 3rd so he missed his interview and has not done any medical.. Please sir what does he do now
April 7, 2024 at 13:55
He will have to contact the embassy and ask to reschedule.
April 7, 2024 at 13:35
hello. can i fill out ds-260 without passport.
April 7, 2024 at 13:55
Yes
April 7, 2024 at 13:40
Hi Simon,
After what period of time can i apply to non immigrant visa – if i got chosen on the dv lottery but have a EU50xxx case number and filled the ds260 – so they dont think i want to stay in the Usa illegally?
April 7, 2024 at 13:56
There is no set period of time. The DS260 you completed will also be on record.
April 7, 2024 at 16:52
Hi Brit, my wife is the main applicant and I’m the dependent. I made a mistake in my mother’s surname. My mother’s surname on the ds260 is different from my mother’s surname on my Birthcirt. Can this be a problem. My interview is just few days away.
April 7, 2024 at 16:57
Not a big problem, just update it in the interview.
April 7, 2024 at 17:57
Hello Simon, I applied for a Nexus card about 10+ years ago while I was travelling to the US from Canada for work. I just looked at my application and noticed I did not state my former family name in the application. Though I was approved and never had any issue I’m just concerned this may cause an issue when applying for DS-260.
April 7, 2024 at 18:24
Not that I know of.
April 7, 2024 at 19:36
hi Simon,
I check my status in the visa bulletin excel document and its under NVC status.
What does NVC status mean?
my case number is AF54K for 2024, do you think i have a chance to get an interview in angola luanda with the current progress of the embassy? if so when do you think probably be that time?
April 7, 2024 at 21:23
NVC is simply the starting status for all cases – it just means not yet scheduled.
You have a chance once your number becomes current.
April 8, 2024 at 06:03
Luanda is one of the embassies with the fewest selectees. It’s just slidely under the Cut off for Africa. You should be very fortunate because you will not only go current from today when we expect to have the May Visa Bulletin but you will also receive your 2nl.
April 8, 2024 at 05:20
Hello Britt
My case number is AF10k and my interview location is ACC Ghana. Do I have a chance of getting interview?
April 8, 2024 at 10:03
It will depend how many interviews Accra takes on a monthly basis, so all you can do is wait and hope.
April 8, 2024 at 05:42
Hi Simon,
probably will not have an interview (my cn is very high eu395xx), but i would like to know if i will be able to travel as a tourist to the united states with my family?
Thank you for all
April 8, 2024 at 10:04
That would normally be OK on an ESTA. If you apply for some non immigrant visa your filing of the DS260 may may that a little harder to be approved.
April 8, 2024 at 08:28
Whats even the point for such big case numbers like mine EU50xxx if there is not 1% of chance for being interviewed? I am so disappointed because i ve got selected for further processing but i can t get it, and now there is verry minimal chance to get selected again on the next dv with a lower case number….
April 8, 2024 at 10:07
For the same reason a soccer team has reserves sitting on the bench during the game. The extra selectees are “in reserve” for unforeseen circumstances.
April 8, 2024 at 10:59
Hey Simon, hope you’re well. I changed my present address in the DS-260 and resubmitted the form. What should I do now? Will the Embassy be assigned to me automatically now? Thank you.
April 8, 2024 at 11:07
Wait a couple of weeks at least and then email KCC to casually confirm they will use the new location for scheduling.
April 8, 2024 at 11:19
Alright, understood thank you. And additionally, will they have to process my DS-260 again since I had already been processed before editing the form?
April 8, 2024 at 11:58
No
April 8, 2024 at 12:21
Hi Simon,
Thanks for your continuous help and support.
My case number is AS14XXX. I am a dual citizen of Canada and Egypt and am residing in Canada. So far, my interview should take place in Montreal. However, I need to travel to Egypt for an extended period, but I’m not entirely sure about my timeline yet.
My questions are:
1- Can I request to change my interview location to Egypt if I get scheduled while being there? Or will this have an impact on my application?
2- Any advice on which embassy would be better in terms of chances to get scheduled as well as to get approved – Montreal vs Cairo?
3- Can I do the medical exam in Egypt and the interview in Montreal? Or vice versa?
4- I’m getting a new job, and I’m also planning on renewing my Egyptian passport and getting an Egyptian passport for my child. Should I unlock our applications to update this info, given that I used our Canadian passports for the DS260 application?
Thanks again for your time and support.
April 9, 2024 at 10:34
Firstly I am puzzled why you have an AS region case number. Sounds like you are leaving out an important detail.
1. Yes
2. No advice – individual circumstances vary and you haven’t told me the full picture.
3. No
4. No.
April 9, 2024 at 11:51
Thanks for you response.
To clarify, the country of birth/chargeability is Emirates but I don’t have its nationality. That’s why I have an AS case number.
For point 2: I currently live in Canada, and I have a family and properties in Egypt. I work remotely, and so I can manage to stay in either country for extended periods of time. So, if I can choose to have an interview in either country, do you think one embassy could be a better choice than the the other, considering their performances and approval rates?
Thanks

This is really like trying to see the future. You have complications in your case that will probably lead to post interview 221g. That is likely in either embassy – so you need to decide for yourself.

Thanks again for your response.
Could you please clarify what complications you are referring to? Is the problem related to having a country of birth different from the country of nationality?
I followed the instructions when I was submitting my entry, and it stated that I should enter the country of birth, rather than nationality, unless I misunderstood the instructions.

You did not misunderstand, but you have a background in the Middle East which may lead to additional background checks.

Hi Brit,
Is there any validity period for Birth certificate and marriage certificate English translation?
Thank you
April 9, 2024 at 10:32
Generally no – but birth cert validity could vary by country.

Hello Brit,
I am reaching out to seek your guidance regarding a matter related to my green card application process. As you know, I completed the payment for the green card fee nearly three months ago. However, I am currently contemplating the possibility of changing the initial green card address in the US to a different state. I am uncertain about the advisability of such a change at this stage.
Specifically, I would like to inquire whether updating the address at the point of entry into the US is advisable. My primary concern is whether changing the address during this phase would impact the delivery of the green card. Would the USCIS ensure that the card is sent to the new address if it is updated during the entry process?
Thank you for your attention to this inquiry. I look forward to your response.
Thanks,

They will use the address they had when you entered for the first time.

Hi Simon
I emailed KCC again regarding my interview in Jerusalem as a Palestinian from the West Bank.
I specifically stated that I’m unable to travel to Jerusalem and I want my interview to be at Amman Embassy.
I also explained the reason why I’m unable to travel there.
They replied with “ The DV interviewing Post for West Bank is Jerusalem. You can find the website for that U.S. Embassy or Consulate, which will include information such as the address and hours of operation, via the usembassy.gov website. Click on the map there to find a list of links to websites for individual embassies and consulates.
The place of application, i.e., location of interview, for noncitizens seeking an immigrant visa will normally be in the consular district with jurisdiction over their place of residence, with limited exceptions.”
Is it possible that KCC doesn’t know the restrictions imposed on travelling to Jerusalem and how disconnected Jerusalem is from the West Bank for Palestinians.
April 9, 2024 at 10:30
Yes, that is, of course, possible. They are contract workers working for low hourly rate of pay in Kentucky. They will only act on what the DoS tells them, in communication with the embassy.

Hello Simon, I would like to ask, When filling DS260 are applicants required to pay first for the visa fees and affidavit of support processing fee? On DS260 samples online on the summary information page indicates this as requirement.
April 9, 2024 at 11:47
No. That does not apply to DV cases.

Hi Brit
The VB has just beem came out, please your kind thoughts for Asia 15000, how the level of risk? low , meduim , high
as per your prevouse predication when the level of risk will start at 17k forwrad, now would it starts at lower number?
April 9, 2024 at 15:45
The 17K is the “capacity” assuming 55K visas will be issued. At this pace they are not showing signs that they intend to use all the visas, so lower case numbers become somewhat at risk.

Hi brit,
After this VB what do you think about number 10100 in Asia, I may overthinking about it but do you think this number will be Current for sure? And thanks in advance
April 9, 2024 at 21:35
That’s overthinking.
April 9, 2024 at 17:32
Hey Simon, hope you are well. According to the new VB, it feels like AS 13k is now high risk unfortunately. I feel disappointed because I did so much and invested so much time into giving myself the best chance. Were there years where KCC increased the numbers exponentially around this time? I mean near to when only 2-3 VBs were left. I hope KCC does so nonetheless.
April 9, 2024 at 21:38
Yes there have been years with big jumps.

Hello Simon
With new VB up today for the month of May and June showing Ocenia region, any idea if they will become current?
April 9, 2024 at 21:38
They won’t become current. I have explained that from the beginning, and nothing has changed.
April 9, 2024 at 17:58
Hi Brit,
1. is there still any hope for AS 16XXX?
2. Because vb has only increased 9000 and theres only 2 vbs left why they have select so many while they interview so little ?
April 9, 2024 at 21:39
1. all you can do is wait and see.
2. They overselect to have backups, but this year was far too many.

Hi Brit, good evening. Do you happen to have knowledge about form i-130 for a green holder spouse? Do you have a page that answers questions on this? Thanks so much for all you do.
April 9, 2024 at 21:40
I only answer DV lottery questions.
