Good evening Brit, I was wondering when is the latest I can submit my ds 260 n contact the KCC? Also if I have lived in multiple states in my own country before, my criminal background check has to be from each state or can it be just from the country in general ?
September 26, 2022 at 14:35
There is no specific “last date”, but some people will be submitting DV2023 DS260s well into next year.
There are instructions about getting police certificates for each country on the reciprocity page.
Read the instructions.
September 25, 2022 at 12:06
Hi sir.when I checked my ds 260 I realized in education section I filled in course of study as a advance level and ordinary level.but it should be academic. So will it be problem and
In travel history I forgot to mention my vacation time in my home country because my interview in UAE but my home county is Sri Lanka. My interview in next week plz give me your advice.thanks
September 26, 2022 at 14:38
There is no point worrying about these small details now – just focus on getting ready for the interview.
September 25, 2022 at 14:42
Hello Mr Britsimon.
Please tell me, in your opinion, what are our chances of Goodluck vs. Biden winning?
I am going to move to another country. Will this cause me a problem if I win??
Thanks in advance…Regards
Giorgi
September 26, 2022 at 14:41
It has a pretty good chance, but if it does win there are only visas for a percentage of the plaintiffs.
No problem if you move in the meantime.
September 28, 2022 at 09:23
Hi Simon, I am 2023AS17XXX. There are 24k Asians selected for this year too for the available 8k approx visas and some of the Asian countries are limited at selection due to high number of entrants but they usually get the lower case numbers since they are limited at the beginning of the case number range. If the Interviews are happening based on the case number order, then these lower cases from the limited countries will use up the available quota fast in big chunks isn’t it? Even though they are slowed down by the VB as of now, eventually if they also go current, there will be nothing left for the high case numbers like mine from the other countries since limited countries still have the lower cases when they go current and they get the priority again and it’s pretty unfair I guess. Is my reading of this situation correct Simon?
September 28, 2022 at 11:51
Yes – lower case numbers have an advantage which means Nepal and Iran take the majority of AS region visas.
September 30, 2022 at 20:43
Hey KING Simon! Just finished up listening to your live show and I am quite a fan of your vids more that a GOT fan would have ever been for a new GOT episode! Watching you from May 2022 here and I might probably be watching u here for a long time even after if I EVER got a visa, Fun and informative. Learnt a lot about DV from u! Thank you!
Now, what I understood from the live was that we may see the government issue above the cap and they might recall and what not and apart from being a phenomenal year in terms of the issuances, how could this craziness may or may not impact the DV2023 in ur expert opinion? Will they follow suit? I know u will say that u cant predict the future but no one in the DV community believes that 🙂 Anyway, how would the things shape up? I am probably a high case from Asia 23AS176XX from Sri Lanka. We got a massive 2k folks who have won this year from my country! A freakin record high for my country in the history of DV. So In the future, we could be on the spot light like Iran and Nepal and the embassy in Colombo could do some shit since the numbers have more than doubled and it could be in your shit list soon. Your advise could be the difference of a green card or a no green for us in a minute. U said probably below 20k in Asia might be safe in one of ur vids and that’s the single reassuring word I have ever heard since I have won this bloody thing! My kind request is that please take Sri Lanka also under your radar and we, the clueless 2k fellows from down under might learn a lot in the coming 12 months from u more that what we have ever learnt from the high school :-O
Ones again, the DV thing would have been more dreadful if there wasn’t for your lovely soul and support! Thank you sir!
October 2, 2022 at 14:45
Glad you are enjoying the videos!
Dv2023 will be much better run than dv2022. So we won’t have the last minute fire drill, and mistakes like going over the cap won’t happen. Case number will be the driver, with the visa bulletin being the method of controlling who gets interviews and who will miss out. You have a long wait ahead, so get ready to be bored with my videos…
October 7, 2022 at 19:44
Thanks a lot for your response Brit! Got it! However, I am not going to get bored anytime soon 🙂 Applying for DV2024 also so that I might be picked for the 1/100 year chance again and get to bother you for another full year 🙂 Asia only moving up to 3300 on this VB and my AS17k number seems far far away. Like you said in your video, if this is a healthy sign, that would be great! Keeping my fingers and toes and everything crossed. No live show last Sunday which made me sooooo sad :-O

Hello Brit
My Case 2023AF9xxx and sent my DS-260 July 5.
Current occupation on my form I did not write it needs experience.im dealing with managing everything for a Pvt school tuckshop.and before that I was an in the preschool as Assistant teacher (same pvt school and same management)
The 2posts hv all fallen in the 9 yrs written on the ds260and both I was trained in-house.
My Question
1 Do I need to unlock?
and write experience for the School Tuckshop post since that’s the current occupation or can explain to the CO when I’m scheduled for interview?
2 how soon can I expect a 2NL?
September 26, 2022 at 14:46
OK – this repeated message is a bit more clear than the last.
First, your work experience does not meet the requirement. Working in a tuckshop or being an assistant teacher does not qualify you.
So – if you are the principal selectee (the winner), unless you meet the education requirement, my advice would be to not waste your money attending the interview.

September 25, 2022 at 18:25
Jacob from ghana my case 26xxxxxxxx and still don’t have my 2nl bat the video u did with Daniel a month a go on YouTube is case is 28xxxxxx bat has his 2nl.why?
September 26, 2022 at 14:48
He doesn’t have his 2NL, he has the letter that says his DS260 has been processed. He won’t be current for some months, neither will you.
September 25, 2022 at 22:44
Hello Simon. if we win the appeals, will the decision on visa numbers i.e. Goh case affect the other cases of the same dv 2021 year i.e. Goodluck and others?
September 26, 2022 at 14:49
The lawyers have not resolved that yet.
September 26, 2022 at 00:55
Hi brit! We have a case similar to Gomez vs. Trump. Due to USCIS delays we do not have status in the USA and we were denied residency by DV2022. We are asylum seeker. We need help. How can I better contact you? God bless you.
September 26, 2022 at 14:50
I am not a lawyer, I only advise people on DV lottery cases, and I only do that by answering questions in public.
September 26, 2022 at 09:05
Hi there
I am a DV2020 winner and travelling to the US in October to ‘activate’ my green card. Is there anything from an administration perspective that I should be doing while I am there to ensure I’m adhering to requirements – e.g. applying for a SSN or registering to submit a tax return? Or else it seems that these things can be done online at any time – is that sufficient?
My plan is to visit this year in October, then again in July 2023 before officially moving in February 2024. Do you foresee any problems with this delay?
Thanks so much!
September 26, 2022 at 14:54
I hope you are confused about the DV year. Any DV2020 visa is long expired by now. Assuming you mean DV2022, then your plan is OK, but absences under 6 months are a little easier than absences from 6 to 12 months.
September 29, 2022 at 07:01
Apologies, yes I meant 2022. Thanks for the info.
Re the first part of my question: Is there anything from an administration perspective that I should be doing while I am there for my first trip to ensure I’m adhering to requirements – e.g. applying for a SSN or registering to submit a tax return? Or else it seems that these things can be done online at any time – is that sufficient?
October 2, 2022 at 14:20
In the ds260 you answered a question about the SSN. So based on that the SSN may arrive automatically. Nothing else to do from an immigration point of view.
September 26, 2022 at 09:22
Hi, I’m a DV 2023 winner, I won the DV lottery while I was in my own country. My case number AS16000+. I won the lottery on 9th may 2022 and my F1 visa interview scheduled on 23rd may. Now I’m currently studying in USA on F1 visa.
Should I apply DS-260 or adjustment of status?
If my green card is refused is there an impact on my future extension of F1 visa or OPT or H1B visa?
Thank you!!
September 26, 2022 at 14:57
You could try AOS – much info about that here:
https://forums.immigration.com/threads/dv-2023-aos-adjustment-of-status-only.345837/
September 26, 2022 at 09:26
Dear Brit, always correct, Please help me in your answer. My son is a DV 2021 claimant. Good luck. He wants to immigrate to England (in an illegal way). Burdened by the stress of waiting, I can’t stop him. Question: If he wins the trial, can he follow him from England or does he risk 2. Or should he return to Albania if he wins? With respect !
September 26, 2022 at 14:55
He could process in England, but they might want proof that he is there legally.
September 26, 2022 at 11:55
Hi brit, when entering social media info, do we put only the username (afraid that maybe sharing the same username as other users) or the all address link (https//…)
If link needed I will have to reopen my DS.
Thanks
September 26, 2022 at 14:57
Just the username is fine.
September 26, 2022 at 16:45
Hi sir, my brother is a DV2023 winner and his case number is AF45XXX…
When is he getting an interview appointment?
Thanks!
September 26, 2022 at 17:55
Hi,
I’m looking for an assistant regarding next dv application start date for 2024. Struggling to find legit info about it. I found your video on the YouTube you’re doing great job, I hope you can assist.
Thank you in advance
Kind regards
Mr V Kirtiklis
September 28, 2022 at 11:35
Entering the lottery is very easy – it’s just about 15 basic questions. You’ll be fine.
September 28, 2022 at 11:34
Months from now. I can’t be precise – we will know more in January.
September 26, 2022 at 18:58
Hi Brit,
Thanks a lot for everything! I have followed you since May 8th 2021 and got my visa last week. Thank you for all the guidance.
I’m preparing to relocate to the States now; I’ve got couple of questions I was looking for some guidance please;
1. After landing in the US and receiving the green card, whats the rule for traveling outside of the US?
i.e.
A. can I travel back to my home country in the first one year?
B. If yes, do I need to declare all trips that I take? Or only if they are more than a certain duration?
2. With regards to employment, I’m employed by a US company and I receive my salary through a legal entity of this company based in the middle east, is it possible/ acceptable from tax perspective to keep live in the US but keep getting paid a foreign income? I plan to keep this arrangement for the first couple of months until I have my job relocated to the US (HR process is slow as hell) .. but I was just wondering if there are any concerns around this from taxation perspective.
????????
Thank you
September 28, 2022 at 11:38
1. A. Yes. You can leave the USA any time. Your absences from the USA should be ideally less than 6 months per time, although up to 12 months is OK.
1B. No
2. Yes that would be a concern in the longer term. You have to file tax as a resident, and whilst there is a foreign earned income exclusion, there are also State income taxes in some states that you would need to pay.
September 26, 2022 at 19:54
Hi brit, can I apply the dv lottery without passport while I am a refugee ,
If I won can I fill the Ds-260 without passport if I am in the refugee camp thanks
September 28, 2022 at 11:39
Yes, there is no need to have a passport for the DV2024 entry that opens on October 5th.
September 26, 2022 at 20:44
Hi Brit,
im a 2023 dv lottery winner from Africa. my case number is AF31xxx
in my initial entry I chose education as my qualification but I can’t find my diploma and it is taking a long time to get a replacement from my country and im still waiting to get it before I submit my ds260 to make sure everything is correct.
1-is it ok if I complete my ds260 based on my work experience instead of education even if I chose education on initial entry?
2- for my job I own a realestate company with my brother and work with him in selling and buying property. So my job will be a company owner or Can I put a realestate broker as my job?
3- if it is ok to put realestate broker. Will it qualify me for the visa and what examples of proofs I need to prepare?
thank you
September 28, 2022 at 11:42
1. You don’t need diplomas to complete the DS260. Detail all your education and work experience, you will present proof at the interview which will be months from now.
2. Yes
3. Education is easier – but read this:

September 26, 2022 at 21:05
Hi there Simon. I’m late with this message but wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU for all your help and advice. We would have been lost if not for it. I hope you know that what you do is truly appreciated.
September 28, 2022 at 11:42
Thank you!
September 26, 2022 at 23:17
Dear Britsimon,
I need your help. My Son who was born in Hongkong and now Hongkong is no Longer in DV lottery. He is married with a girl from New Zealand. They have applied from NZ quota for the past 2years. Myself and My wife were born in Fiji. We got DV lottery from there. We were leaving in Hongkong when he was born but we had Fiji Citizen Passport and we working there. For DV 2024 can he apply through Fiji quota since we both parents were born in Fiji. Please let me know if he can apply through Fiji quota.
September 28, 2022 at 11:45
He should use the NZ quota – far easier to qualify through marriage although technically he could use Fiji if you can prove the time in HK for his birth was temporary.
September 28, 2022 at 12:33
Hi BritSimon,
Thanks for your reply and will use the NZ quota Since at the time of Birth we were HongKong Residents so I think cannot apply through there. Thanks
September 27, 2022 at 04:21
Hello mr simon! I hope you are having a wonderful day.
I finally got my visa issued!!
I only have one concern left
Will the mistake i made in the DV entry form affect me at port of entry?
My ds-260 is filled out as accurately and honestly as possible
Thank you very much for everything!
September 28, 2022 at 11:45
No problem.
September 27, 2022 at 10:37
Urgent Urgent Help,Please Simon…. Today I cleared AP status and the embassy in AbuDhabi but told me to fill DS 260 for the new baby born during AP course. How to fill new DS 260 for my baby??? I have to submit my passports tomorrow.
September 28, 2022 at 03:07
You have to ask them what to do. But you can see if the add applicant button on your DS260 site will allow you to create a new form
September 28, 2022 at 13:50
BritSimon, I need quick help, the Abu Dhabi Embassy is saying go and create a new DS-260 for the newborn child, but this is impossible, the add button is frozen in my DS-260. In fact, I believe they don’t know.
KCC emailed me saying they can’t unlock it. I have no idea what to do.
Today 28 Sep I attended the interview on behalf of my child after clearing my case AP.
Who can unlock my case so I can add my newborn child?
September 28, 2022 at 16:01
Only the embassy can help.
September 29, 2022 at 15:35
BritSimon, Thank you so much, I really appreciated your quick advise. This morning I got 3 visa out of 5 (I, my wife and 1 child), 2 more children are ready so far, I hope by tomorrow they issue. Embassy told me the have no visa and they requested Washington DC for more visas.
October 2, 2022 at 14:26
What happened in the end?
September 29, 2022 at 15:59
Hi mohamed , Finally the wrong country of eligibility was not a problem?
Thanks for answering me
September 27, 2022 at 17:29
Hi Brit
Any updates regarding the appeal of the lawsuit for Dv2020??
September 27, 2022 at 22:07
I would like to know the same, Brit. Thanks.
September 28, 2022 at 11:48
The appeal Judges are considering the case and will eventually make their decision – probably early next year.
September 27, 2022 at 23:52
Good evening Simon,
Firstly tq so much for everything so far. you’re a gem.
Im a 2023AS03XXX holder
Next, I have a few questions. I am a undergrad student currently about to grad by the end of the year (fingers crossed if all goes well). Should I only fill in my ds260 only after I have graduated? Because right now the way I have filled up the form is that my occupation is currently a student, and my highest education level is university-no degree. If I do submit the ds260 after graduation, i would be unemployed for a month or two until I get a job – which would make my occupation status unemployed. Im not sure should I wait until I graduate or send it in now?
My second question is that some address in our countries use “/” which is not accepted as I tried to fill in my ds260. May I replace it with “-” instead?
Third, I have had a previous high school certificate after sitting for the national exams – would this be a high school diploma or certificate etc ? I have also done A-levels, so would this be considered as a diploma or is there another term much more appropriate ?And do we need the exact dates of enrolment and completion – or are approximates adequate?
Once again, thank you x
September 28, 2022 at 11:24
Hi Asha,
Where are you from? I faced my interview last year in Sri Lanka and they only asked for A level qualifications. I do have two degrees but they didn’t ask for any of it.
Yes, you can put – instead of /, I did and there wasn’t any issue.
Filling the ds260 now won’t be any issue because you can reopen it and update your qualifications once you received your degree.
September 28, 2022 at 11:49
1. Apply now, no need to wait.
2. Try what you can.
3. Just list all education from age 12 and up. Approximate dates are ok.
September 28, 2022 at 12:15
Is there any reason why we should send it asap? Is it based on my case number ?
Second, because I am a medical student. I have selected that I am an international medical graduate who’s not yet certified by the medical board because I have yet to complete my board exams. I am worried about my fundings as they might not be sufficient at the moment but will be once I graduate and work within the 2 years time allocation. Should I proceed with my interview? And what documentations should I bring to the consulate to let them know I have a long term plan and I don’t intend on being a public charge? I don’t want to miss this opportunity because I’m afraid I won’t get selected again in the future. Is there any advice you can help me with?
September 28, 2022 at 12:48
You need some financial plan.
September 28, 2022 at 02:19
Good day Brit,
In the case of liquid assets, how long does it have to be in the account etc ? Where may I find information in this ?
September 28, 2022 at 11:50
Long enough for them to believe you didn’t just add it for the interview.
September 28, 2022 at 12:06
Good evening Brit,
Because I’m currently a student and all my assists are basically family property, is there anything I can do about it without selling them off? Maybe an agreement under a commissioner of oath stating that if I do in fact win the green card, I will be selling them off to move abroad ? I also don’t have an I-134 because I don’t have any contacts abroad that can support me, I am the first one to try moving afar? The most I have is semi-liquidated asserts such as houses and cars under my parents who are willing to use it to help me move out ?
September 28, 2022 at 12:47
I would recommend an I-134. Other than that it will be up to the CO to decide based on your education, work experience and so on.
September 28, 2022 at 23:14
Basically I do plan to sell them if I get the green card but just not before it’s confirmed that I am selected ? But since I have no supporters for the I-134, what other documents do I need to prepare instead that? Any suggestions ? Also where may I find information on the providing financial proves, on the DV page because I do not see anything relating to bank statements in the list of documents to be brought to the consulate ?
October 2, 2022 at 14:18
There is no official page tgat advises people about proving their finances.read my FAQ.
September 28, 2022 at 04:27
Yes I have high School qualification.
Case 2023AF9xxx
When can I expect to receive 2NL for interview?
Thank you for your time in responding to everyone of us.
September 28, 2022 at 10:37
hi Simon how are you doing? im from Ethiopia, dv2023 winner so my question is when i fill out my ds-260 i only added grade 11 and above information only didn’t add my grade 9 and 10 information on the educational background section should i unlock and fix that?? and my ds-260 is already processed. thanks
September 28, 2022 at 12:43
It depends on your case number. Unless your CN is very low you will be waiting for a while anyway – so you might as well fix it.
September 29, 2022 at 15:12
my ds is 14k
September 29, 2022 at 15:12
i mean my cn is 14k
October 2, 2022 at 14:26
Always give region with cn.
You have time to fix it.
September 28, 2022 at 11:15
Hi Simon,
I’m from Sri Lanka and I’m a retired government school teacher. I don’t have a high school qualifications and also I can’t show the work experience within past 5 years since I retired 8 years ago. Would this be a problem if I put my purpose in living in the USA is “retirement”? I can show a strong sponsorship for me because my son is a permanent resident of the USA.
Even if I attended a government teacher’s training college and qualified there, US embassy here don’t accept work related certificates.
Thanks
September 28, 2022 at 12:45
Planning to be retired in the USA is not a problem, BUT you have to meet the requirement for either education or work experience. If you don’t meet that requirement you would not be approved.
September 28, 2022 at 12:58
Hello Brit,
Is there a time frame to pay your immigration fee after receiving your passport back from the consulate?
Thank you
September 28, 2022 at 12:59
You can pay before or after entering the USA.
September 28, 2022 at 13:01
Hi Brits thanks a lot for good service I have a question about medical which one do I need course already have covid certificate is any needed
September 28, 2022 at 16:01

September 28, 2022 at 16:54

September 28, 2022 at 17:02

September 28, 2022 at 17:09
Thank you ????
September 28, 2022 at 19:13
Hello,
Case number EU24xxx, I am currently in USA with F1 visa that expires OCTOBER 2023. I got a notification letter to apply for adjustment of status which means to apply when my number becomes active.
1.With my number I am anticipating it will be sometime in February or after, is that correct?
2.Do I lose my F1 status if I fill the application when my number gets active and I apply for Adjustment of Status?
3. I have planned a trip to France Dec15- Jan15. If I go before I have applied can I get back in US with my F1 visa?
4.Second case, if my number gets active before DEC and I send my application can I still leave US and come back with my F1 visa while I am on the process?
October 2, 2022 at 14:16
1. Yes
2. Not immediately.
3. You won’t have applied yet at that point.
4. It won’t. You’ll apply after your trip.
September 29, 2022 at 09:59

September 29, 2022 at 13:58
Hello Brit
After my interview on September 20, 2022, the consul told me that he will put me in administrative procedure and that they will call me once finished.
I think my situation is classified under section 221g. Do I have a chance of being called after September 30, 2022?
Thanks in advance
October 2, 2022 at 14:24
No.

September 30, 2022 at 03:42
Hi Simon. I saw the government wrote that the previous dv winners can Check the status.. Am dv2021 and when I put my confirmation number nothing shows up..what does that mean.. Thank you sir
October 2, 2022 at 14:28
If you are a plaintiff you are waiting for the appeal. No need to check ceac for that.
September 30, 2022 at 05:56
Thanks a million BritSimon, Finally we got the visas, all family members issued. I will remember your advices for the rest of my life. Thank you from my heart.

Hello Brit
My case number 2023EU3K, scheduled for interview on November 1st. I am 61 year old and from Azerbaijan. I had my military service in USSR (now russia), then it was one country. My question is do I have to provide police/court/prison records for 2 year duration military services?
Thanks
October 2, 2022 at 14:31
Please chek and follow the reciprocity page for what you need for your specific case.
September 30, 2022 at 13:57
You have to get a photo of her. If you don’t include her and get selected, you will be disqualified. Surely someone at the school can take a photo.
September 30, 2022 at 18:14
Dear Simon,
Is there any official info on whether or not we are allowed to take the following items with us to the States and in what quantity (these are things we regularly use):
1a. Regular medicine for maintaining health on a daily basis
1b. Can we use prescriptions from our GP in our home country to buy medicine in US drug stores?
2. Regular hair dye items

Before you reply, may I also add…
3. special shampoos, body lotions and creams (etc.) specifically ordered for our regular use.
What I actually mean is – it’s gonna take time until we settle down in the States and figure out where to order all those items from or where to find their exact equivalents. So, will it be OK to bring all the aforementioned stuff to the USA with us in large quantities for the first 2-3 months? (especially, the prescribed medicine)

2 to 3 months supply is sensible. 2 to 3 years would not be sensible.

Take any of that in sensible quantities.

Hello Mr. Brit Simon
If I applied for the lottery and then some one asked for my hand and I got married after few months later, and then I was accepted in May, will they cancel my approval or what?
Thank you.
October 2, 2022 at 14:40
No. You may be asked for proof that the relationship is genuine, and of course you will create a ds260 for your spouse.

Hi Brit,
1- Do I need to unlock my DS-260 if I changed my address in the same city? Or I should make the update during the interview? Knowing that I change my address frequently but in the same city.
2- if I traveled for a vacation for 1 month, do I need to unlock and update my DS-260?
Regards,

Hi Simon,
We have received our DV22 visas on Sep 19th. I understand that if the principal applicant enters the US the visa is endorsed.
1.How is the endorsement done i.e. is it a stamp on the visa or passport or just electronically?
2. Can I -the principal applicant- enter the US alone to endorse the visa, return back to my country immediately and then later enter with my family before the expiry of the visa? Is there any issue with this?
This is not very convenient but I’m a little worried about the number of visas issued over the 55k cap. Not sure what it means..
3. should we expect a statement/updates from the DOS on this matter?
4. Can someone sue the government for exceeding the cap? Is it illegal to exceed it?
Thank you.
October 2, 2022 at 14:53
1. Stamp.
2. Yes but each person must enter before their visa expires.
3. No.
4. What would be the point if that?

Hi Brit Simon,
I hope you are doing good.
(I am in Australia but as Asia DV2022 winner) I recently received my DV Visa in September 26th, i received my passport on 27th and i find out that they have made a mistake in my Visa, they put my nationality wrong, I email them right away when i revived my passport and got a reply from them on 29th September to send my passport back to embassy. i sent it with express post but as due to covid express most are slow sometimes, it say my parcel will reach the embassy on 4th of October.
They have email me by saying that:
1st [We will need to reopen your application, make the correction and reissue the visa]
2nd [Thank you for letting us know. We are in the process of re-opening your case at this time for the correction and visa reissuance.]
As 30th September is the last date for DV 2022, do you think it will be a problem for me as the last date is over or as they have mentioned that they will re-open and reissue, so it will be fine and no trouble???
I will be very glad if you can say the expected possible outcome.
Btw i am following your instruction for last 2.5 years, you are doing a great job by helping people like us out of your busy schedule.
Thank you.

October 2, 2022 at 23:22
My case number is 2022AS00023***
October 7, 2022 at 09:21
I got my Passport back and they have re issued my visa.
Can you advice me what to do next? Should I pay the fee before entering US or I can pay after I enter?
October 9, 2022 at 20:23
Either way is fine.
October 1, 2022 at 16:09
Dear Mr. Simon, What does it mean by exceeding the cap? Has it any impact on already granted visas? Thank you
October 2, 2022 at 14:58
Its really bizarre, and we don’t know why they did it, but it seems like a screw-up.
I checked with two lawyers and they both said the selectees would not lose their visas.

Thanks, had a chance to watch your “last few hours” video. Thank you. Actually, it was very interesting, more than a MBA lecutre – Lol. However much I tried, I still could not join a live stream. Too bad.
Thanks a lot Mr. Simon. I will still continuing to be a fan of yours!

Every step we move was thoroughly like it is an entry for Heaven. But thanks for KCC, we lost our golden opportunity to get a green card.
Simon, you are the best counselor in DV issues. I really appreciate your positive endeavor to help us. And also I admire your realistic responses. Long live to you and your family!!!
