It’s amazing how the world has changed in the last month. The Global pandemic has already affected so many aspects of our lives, and of course, has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands. Awful, truly awful.
The pandemic has also had impacts on the Green Card lottery process for DV2020. We were already seeing time as a factor in whether people would get a chance or not. And then interviews were cancelled in March, April and May. Some embassies are starting to reschedule some of those interviews
Now as you can see, almost every case number has been made current (the exceptions being in Egypt and Nepal). That means ANY case number can be interviewed, but of course this will be affected by the status of the embassies in each country, and the effect of the new executive order. It is certain that there is not enough time to conduct all the interviews needed, so by making every region current they have at least given cases the best chance possible. Actual cases interviewed will depend on whether people had submitted the required documents, and then embassy capacity.
This is also very good news for cases wanting to adjust status in the USA as those people can now submit their I-485 packages.
For Nepal and Egypt, I don’t know whether we will see an increase in their numbers in the following months. I suspect we will, but I cannot be certain.
It remains to be seen how KCC handle scheduling during the new Executive order. It is possible that they schedule and even conduct interviews during the ban, but perhaps place cases on AP until the ban is lifted. That would be ideal. Of course there is a possibility that the ban is extended, and in that case they would hopefully have time to issue the visas before the September 30 deadline. The deadline itself cannot be moved.
Those that are current, and have forms processed early enough, they can expect their 2NL in about 1 to 2 weeks from now. This is the same every month. VB from the 8th to the 15th of each month (although more recently it has been published a few days later – around the 17th/18th), and 2NLs in the second half of the month. For the last few months there have been 2NLs sent in two main batches, some early (around the 15th to 20th) and then some in the later part of the month. I would expect the 2NLs to have all been sent by the end of this month. The end of the month really means THE END OF THE MONTH. Please don’t waste my time later this month asking about 2NLs. Please. They can be sent right up until the last day of the month.
To those new to looking at VBs, let me explain what the “except” XXX country means – and you can also read this post on how to read the visa bulletin.
Processing is spread out over the full year. You can see the progress of the two previous years in this post about basic questions. However, some countries have a high number of selectees and those selectees are concentrated in the lower case numbers. For various reasons, mainly to do with embassy capacity, KCC slow down certain countries as compared to the region. So – in Africa, any case with a case number shown as under the new number can be interviewed but for cases from Egypt, that number is lower. That isn’t a big problem, it just “slows down” those countries a little more than the rest of the region. Since selectees from those countries all have lower case numbers, this slowing down does not present any risk. It does not (at this point) mean they won’t allow all selectees an interview from those countries.
To understand why some countries get lower case numbers, read this article about the lottery draw process.
April 24, 2020 at 14:22
Hi Brit, will people be allow to go for interview,if embassies reopens during the 60days suspension.
April 24, 2020 at 14:41
Read above.
April 24, 2020 at 14:31
This is the best news since January 2020.
More prayers needed without despair.
We appreciate you Brit.
April 24, 2020 at 14:32
Speaking of documents , when I emailed KCC in February asking if they are satisfied with my documents , I got a reply that said cases are revised numerically . Not my region is current , I called the KCC today , a lady told me that she could see that my DS260 is complete but she can not have the access to my documents , so she could not confirm my documents are reviewed .
What shall we do now , please Brit .
April 24, 2020 at 14:46
Try again in a few days – make sure they have your documents.
April 24, 2020 at 20:04
Thank you . I will try again on Tuesday
April 24, 2020 at 15:05
Same here. All the times I called before they said they can’t see them unless you’re current. Now that I’m current, the lady at KCC said she can not see them until they’re processed. What’s going on?
April 24, 2020 at 15:07
Give them a few days!!!!
April 24, 2020 at 20:06
Yes , a lady I talked to, today ,told me the same thing too . I will we will have different answers When we contact them after few days
April 24, 2020 at 14:37
Hello !
I can’t believe the Europe is current same as all the regions!!!!!
So I have a question
I submitted my 260 in ocotber and sent all the necessary documents back then as well
I sent my documents again few more times just in case you know
I am EU35K
I am in USA currently in a lockdown in nyc with tourist visa
I cousnt travek as my country closed boarder
It is okay right and won’t cause a trouble ?
As far as I know if I am in USA and my # become current I can not adjust my status and tan interview here ?
Or I can do that ?
If I am stuck and under these circumstances I can try to do it ?? Please advice me
Embassies in my country are closed and might be opened from May 15 or in June let we say
If I get the letter that my documents checked
I can expect my interview to be scheduled once they start working
When they send me an interview date in my country
Will it be like 1 month in advance ?
Do they send you interview 1-2 months in advance ?
So just in case I have time to figure it out how to get to my country back
I hope I explained myself good
For you to understand my question s
Thank you so much for your support once again !
April 24, 2020 at 14:49
So many questions and none numbered. So no answers.
You should consider adjusting status.
April 24, 2020 at 14:57
Oh sorry
So I can adjust stats with being in USA with tourist visa , right?
I have never read about this before and how to do it as Corina pandemic is so sudden etc etc
Can you please advice me how to do it and what shall I do ? Where can I read about it ?
Adjusting status will be be better for me and more chances to get green cars right ????
April 24, 2020 at 15:10
Again. No numbers.
April 24, 2020 at 16:21
I called to USCIS
The girl told she has no idea and told I am
It eligible
But I went to diversity visa section on their web page and it says
– Copy of passport page with nonimmigrant visa (if applicable)
Which means there is no any specification which visas are eligible to status change if you’re a DV selectee
So
Means me alresdy in USA
And my # went current
I can adjust my status even if I have a tourist visa and present in USA legally ( which is my tourist visa and not overstayed )
So my question to confirm
1. Can I adjust my status and apply to my green card being here presented in USA while having a legal tourist visa in my passport ?
April 24, 2020 at 19:04
1. In order to adjust status, you must be currently in status, and have not been out of status. Also, you must not have lied to gain entry to the USA – for example by entering the USA with a plan to adjust status.
April 24, 2020 at 14:40
Simon my country has about 250 selectees. Is that good or bad for us who are waiting for an interview to be scheduled? Do you think the rest who havent been interviewed will be, in the months forward?
April 24, 2020 at 14:52
Wait and see.
April 24, 2020 at 20:14
Please tell me How do you see how much selectees have you country??
April 24, 2020 at 14:43
Why nepal and egypt are not current?
April 24, 2020 at 14:51
Embassy capacity most likely.
April 24, 2020 at 15:06
VB will be release in next month? For nepal and egypt.
April 24, 2020 at 15:06
Already answered in the article above!
April 24, 2020 at 14:47
Always prompt in keeping us updated. Gracias!
April 24, 2020 at 14:48
Hi dear Brit , My case number is EU33316, I haven’t received documents confirmation email.
Can you please tell me what to do?
April 24, 2020 at 14:50
Wait a few days then contact KCC and ask if they are satisfied with your documents.
April 24, 2020 at 21:42
Hello Brit. What do you think about KCC answer everyone, when we ask if they are satisfied with our documents, with an automatic and same reply?
April 25, 2020 at 05:35
Phone them.
April 24, 2020 at 14:49
Thank you britsimon for the post.stay safe.
April 24, 2020 at 14:54
Hi Brit, thank you for assisting us all with our anxiety issues from the EO. Do you have any idea (based on how KCC processes things) what will rank better for interviews when interviews resume… lower case numbers with documents being processed now, or higher case numbers that had interviews cancelled?
April 24, 2020 at 14:57
Numbers are unimportant now. As to rescheduling, that will be up to each embassy.
April 24, 2020 at 14:59
Hi Simon,
That’s great news!
I wanted to get your take on my situation if you don’t mind.
My number is EU49xxx & I’m from Poland BUT my interview would be in England as we live here now. Since there are very little people being interviewed here for DV lottery do you think we have a chance to be interviewed sooner as the capacity of our embassy is theoretically lower?
Thanks for everything you do to help up us all!
Monika
April 24, 2020 at 15:09
I don’t know. It depends on local conditions with the pandemic and how that affects capacity.
April 24, 2020 at 16:03
Hi Simon,
Yes, I do understand that but what I meant was:
let’s say that there is the capacity at the London embassy but there are case numbers before mine that haven’t been scheduled because their embassies have interview slots full. Does that mean I could potentially be scheduled before those case numbers?
April 25, 2020 at 00:00
Hi Monika
I am from Poland too, and I used to live in UK before coming to US last year.
You cannot assume that there are less interviews in UK embassy, as far as I know it is one if the busiest embassies in Europe. They not only interview people for DV cases but all other including non immigrant visas.
I had my interwiew there and the embassy was just packed with people but from all of them about 200 at entrance, only me and one other guy come there for immigrant visas, we did get priority over other people as a lady outside was asking if there are any immigrant visas waiting for interview.
I do not know how they count immigrant and non-immigrant visas but I believe they should be in the same capacity pot for the embassy. One thing I can tell you for sure is keep checking Simon’s blog as he and all the stuff here helped me alot with my visa process which was successlul.
Good luck with your application
April 25, 2020 at 09:57
Hi Lukasz,
Nice to meet you virtually 😉
I agree, UK embassies are busy during ‘normal’ times but with the current situation all non imigrant visas are not being issued at all because of Trump closing borders for UK and Europe.
And I assume people won’t be travelling to the US for a long time now because of the pandemic so theoretically there should be very little non-immigrant visas being scheduled.
But anyway that’s all just guess work. I’m at the stage of getting the confirmation from KCC that they has processed my documents so I can get the 2NL. I’ll be worrying about the embassy once that’s done.
Where in the US are you by the way? And are you happy with your move there?
Thanks for your input. I’ll take all the luck I can get!
Stay safe!
April 24, 2020 at 15:01
Hello Brit ?
Thankful for you as so many people here, you really do a great job for us ?
I had my interview scheduled on 16-th of April and by the end of March I sent all my documents to the embassy in my country. Two days later they emailed and cancelled my interview.
Do you think I should call and ask them if they have my documents there before rescheduling another interview date?
Thanks in advance
April 24, 2020 at 15:09
Do whatever you can.
April 24, 2020 at 15:02
even though I already have a lottery visa I am not allowed to enter usa before June 23 ?? it is true ??? because they tell me you are not allowed to enter before this date ?? thanks if you answer !! it is important to me because we are in the streak because no one tells us accurate news except you
April 24, 2020 at 15:08
You have already asked and I already answered you!!! Stop repeating the question. The answer is you are not affected by the ban!
April 24, 2020 at 15:13
thank you very much !! I wish you all the best in your family !!
April 24, 2020 at 15:11
so the new vb is released for June interview.
But Brit in
1. Nepal we haven’t got second letter those whose case got current for may interviews.
i.e. cases ranging from 10500 to 11700 hasn’t got second letter yet.
So should i contact kcc for this or wait till embassies to reopen?
April 24, 2020 at 15:12
Whatever you want.
April 24, 2020 at 15:11
Hi,
Is this Visa Bulletin impacts cases that had an interview date scheduled but cancelled from the embassy due to Covid?
So, is there any risk not to get another rescheduled date during or after the ban?
Thank you
April 24, 2020 at 15:20
That will vary by case, this VB doesn’t affect it.
April 24, 2020 at 15:17
Hi Brit!
My case number is EU50xxx, and I still haven’t fill the ds260.
Any advice place, does it make sense to fill the ds260,or it’s too late already.
Thanks in advance!
April 24, 2020 at 15:19
It’s not too late.
April 24, 2020 at 15:23
Hello Brit,
I have received conformation email about my documents and ds260 In March 23. So when can I expect 2nl?
April 24, 2020 at 16:15
Read above.
April 24, 2020 at 15:27
Hello Sir!
I have received an email that my Ds260 has been processed. Does this mean that I will get a visa?
Case number EU549XX
Thank u!
April 24, 2020 at 16:15
It means you have a chance.
April 24, 2020 at 15:30

April 24, 2020 at 15:40
if usa opens flights in early June I have the right to fly before June 23rd or have to wait until the execution order expires. do I have an immigration visa in my passport? I am allowed to enter usa or not during this time
April 24, 2020 at 16:17
Be clear. Do you have a DV visa or not?
April 24, 2020 at 16:47
yes I already have a visa in my passport
April 24, 2020 at 19:59
can you give me an answer ?? the embassy in kosovo says you are affected by this order. how true it is –
April 24, 2020 at 16:50
how true it is that people who have a visa will be provided with an additional document to enter before June 23rd
April 24, 2020 at 21:04
About zero percent.
April 24, 2020 at 15:45
Hey there, so does it mean that I can ask KCC about my docs via email and they should have now access to my case?
April 24, 2020 at 16:17
You should wait a few days, but yes.
April 24, 2020 at 15:49
Hi Brit,
great news! I’m EU 39*** currently in the US on a J1 visa expiring in June.
When I submitted the DS260, I chose the consular interview but now I assume that AOS would probably be the best solution for me, provided the process concludes by the expiration date of my visa (or of the grace period at the latest).
Is there a way to know how long will it take to schedule the interview with AOS? What if it is in August, let’s say, when I’ll already left the US?
Thanks a lot in advance.
April 24, 2020 at 16:19
Once you submit your adjustment of status package (and it is received) you don’t leave the USA until the case is completed. Processing time for AOS varies, but if you submit now there is time to complete by the end of September.
April 24, 2020 at 15:56
For my understanding DV policy, people can get IV if they are interviewed before 9/30. It allows IV is issued after 9/30. My logic is , since the last date can be interview is 9/30, the visa has to be issued after that. So, issuing visa after 9/30 is still eligible. Am I right or wrong?
April 24, 2020 at 16:02
Correct – there are some (very few) cases *approved* on the final day or two of September that will receive the physical visa a few days later. But the cases must be “counted” as approved before 1st October.
April 24, 2020 at 16:10
my case Number is current, can I now my documents sent to KCC ?they have not email me to send them my docs.Thanks.
April 25, 2020 at 14:37
Send them.
April 24, 2020 at 16:16
Britsimon you have walked this journey with me. Getting current was the best news to update me here… #AF71*** . I continue waiting for the specific details henceforth..
April 24, 2020 at 16:26
Brit, how can I check out my status? Last time I checked it out with the help of Xarthisius and my case status was “AT NVC”. When will they update the information?
April 24, 2020 at 19:41
Exercise some patience.
CEAC status is updated once 2NLs are sent.
April 24, 2020 at 16:31
Hi Brit,
First of all thank you.
1. So I submitted my documents multiple times… Just because i wanted to make it sure. Would that cause any problem?
2. Is KCC still (i assume they switched to home-office) processing documents? Would it make sense to push KCC to get the documents processed.
Thank you so much,
EU34xxx
April 24, 2020 at 19:41
1. No
2. You can ask for status in a few days.
April 24, 2020 at 16:32
Advice to all,try to send ur docs and confirm with kcc to be scheduled as your case number is current.
Because they may stop at at any case number .so quick and contact kcc for documents confirmation reception.Good luck to all.
April 24, 2020 at 16:39
Hi sir,
Who will have their interview rescheduled first when the embassy reopens (assuming that Trump’s proclamation doesn’t get extended beyond 60 days or it gets blocked)?
Q. Will it be those people who received their 2nl earlier but got canceled due to pandemic or will everyone be scheduled appointment randomly as all cases are current now?
Many thanks for your timely information…I seriously can’t think of how different getting selected for DV lottery and it’s processes would be without you. Stay safe.
April 24, 2020 at 19:48
I’m publishing a Q&A video soon. Covered there.
April 24, 2020 at 16:46
Hey Brit, thanks for your time.Just for clear understanding, does this VB mean that all of Africa from to the last number which is 74000 is current?
Again, thanks for your time.
April 24, 2020 at 21:02
Yes.
April 24, 2020 at 16:53
Goodmorning, just wanted to ask you for your thoughts on the part of the proclamation about the restriction to ENTER the United States. I cannot find anything related to the restriction to issue immigrant visas just the entry. I find this pretty vague does this mean embassy’s once opened can issue visas and all that the applicant has to do is to wait until the ban is lifted before traveling? Can you clarify?
Thank you
April 24, 2020 at 21:05
I’m just uploading a video that explains that.
April 24, 2020 at 16:56
The interviews will be held only after 23 June ?
April 24, 2020 at 23:22
Please read the article.
April 24, 2020 at 16:58
Hello britsimon once more thanks u Soo much for this good news.does Af73166 stands a chance
April 24, 2020 at 23:22
Yes
April 24, 2020 at 17:10
Hi,
I am Eu39*** and i have some questions.
1- Can i ask after 1-2 weeks KCC is they are satisfied with my documents?
2- Except Sending the documents with E-mail and Submit DS-260 is there anything else to do?
3- Does it happen that if your passport that you have completed DS-260 expired some months ago but because of the expired passport they not send you an interview date? (Anyway i have email both passports to KCC)
Thank you so much!
April 24, 2020 at 23:23
1. Yes
2. No
3. No
April 24, 2020 at 17:13
Hey Brit. Amazing help you’ve been doing.
I’m from Sri Lanka, case number is AS13xxx and my number was in the April VB. Sent an email to KCC and they replied saying all my documents were submitted successfully but due to the pandemic interviews have been suspended temporarily. I can only hope I’d be called for an interview I guess?
April 24, 2020 at 23:23
Yep
April 24, 2020 at 17:32
Hi Brit,
I have asked a similar question before but with the current updates i am seeking your advice. My case no is AF61xxx, and i am from Egypt and that is where the problem is, my case no. is extremely high with the current global situation and the immigration ban and embassies being closed. I have not yet submitted my DS260 to not show immigration intent without for sure getting a visa. Do you think there is still a chance? what shall i do? i was just thinking about the backlog of cases since March here in Cairo it is enormous, please advise. Thanks.
April 25, 2020 at 00:00
Well there is obviously risk for your case number. AF went current today, but Egypt is limited. Whether is will get to your number or not is uncertain. You are going to have to decide whether to gamble on it or not.
April 24, 2020 at 17:44
Hi,egyptian ,u must fill 260 form,u r so low as turtle otherwise u will lose chance this year
April 25, 2020 at 07:29
Hi,Thanks for your advice, i am not slow but my case number is really high, i might not even get a chance for an interview that is why i asked Brit. Egypt numbers are limited to 42,000 and mine is within 61000. Egypt has a huge number of cases that have not been cleared by the embassy in Cairo.
April 24, 2020 at 17:51
Hi Bret
First I’d like to thank you for your effort and time. is there any chance for me to be scheduled for an interview? Is the last visa bulletin cutoff number final? (case number AF45560) I already recieved an email saying that my DS260 and documents are properly received.
Thank you
April 25, 2020 at 00:02
Yes there is a chance.
April 25, 2020 at 00:11
Thanks!
April 24, 2020 at 17:53
Hi brit I have two questions? 1.My cn is EU47xxx I didnt get confirmation email yet shoukd I call kcc and ask them in few days. 2.my country has 260 dv selectees and surely they have have capacity to schedule them all in remaining months is that good news ?
April 25, 2020 at 00:02
You can check with KCC in a few days.
April 24, 2020 at 17:55
Hi Simon,
here’s some information that might help assessing the situation:
I was able to reach KCC just a few minutes ago. They told me that even though they are working on processing documents, they are currently not scheduling any interviews based on the fact that embassies are closed. Therefore I would not expect them to send out 2NL’s. Not until they have a date for reopening, and that’s completely up in the air as of now. Would you agree, or what makes you think otherwise?
Regarding my specific case they were able to confirm completion of DS-260 but the additional documents have not been processed yet, so I should wait another 2-3 weeks.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Philip
April 24, 2020 at 21:12
Thanks Philip
April 25, 2020 at 00:02
That makes sense.
April 24, 2020 at 17:59
Dear brit,
Many thanks for your support thus far
My case number is AS23517, i sent my documents to kcc in November 2019 and i got the auto response email that Kcc received my email and currently processing my Documents.
Since then I haven’t heard back from them, it is worth saying that my police certificates had a validity of 3 months hence they are expired now.
Do you advice me to re-issue my police certificates and send a new email to kcc or shall i wait for kcc to send the 2NL based upon my email sent in November and re-issue my police certificates before my interview?
April 25, 2020 at 05:19
You don’t need new police certs – but get them if you prefer to have new ones at the interview.
April 24, 2020 at 18:19
Hi Brit, All
I hope this comment would be helpful to some, I called KCC to check if they can prioritize document processing, my case is AS24K and I mentioned I already sent the docs back in Nov, followed up twice but the case wasn’t current, now that it is, may not change the fact that they’re going through the documents numerically, here is the call summary:
1. All regions being current puts extra strain on KCC but the fact that scheduling is paused, gives them more time to process.
2. They mentioned they will schedule same time next month.
3. There are probably over 30,000 email documents to review, they are going through them numerically and no way to prioritize or jump the line.
On the other hand, the ban could be extended as more citizens are filing for unemployment benefits, being current doesn’t necessarily mean we’re getting interviewed but hope for the best.
April 24, 2020 at 19:53
Thank you for sharing
April 24, 2020 at 18:29
Hello thanks for give us this good info
I live in kuwait. And my case # is AS29xxx… Already i have valid tourist visa for USA. If the immigrant ban will be extended and embassies are already closed the chances of interview in kuwait will be lessed or finished and if the flights will be opened in kuwait for USA..
In that case we visit there and can we apply status adjustment from USA on tourist visa?
Thanks
April 25, 2020 at 05:21
No you must not enter the USA with a plan to adjust status – that can cause denial.
April 24, 2020 at 18:55
Hello mr Brit, it’s quite a long time I have not posted in your blog. Hope u are doing well amidst the covid – 19. Am praying for us all that we should continue to stay safe. My CN is 2020Af484**. Since our region is current:
1) I wish to ask if I should do my medicals this May while waiting for my interview or pls advise on what to do
April 25, 2020 at 05:21
Get your medical once you receive your 2NL.
April 25, 2020 at 06:32
Thank you Mr Brit. Stay safe
April 24, 2020 at 19:35
1. In order to adjust status, you must be currently in status, and have not been out of status. Also, you must not have lied to gain entry to the USA – for example by entering the USA with a plan to adjust status
I didn’t understand

If you don’t know whether you are in status or not, you need to be careful. You could easily ruin your case. You can read about AOS here:

Brit I am very sorry
I do not understand what you mean “in status”
I have a torustic visa
My documents are not checked yet
Can you please explain
I am legally in USA with tourist visa tipo August 6 ( stamp in passport
Is that what you mean ? Estatus of being legally here ?

If you want a chance of doing AOS you are going to have to learn how to digest information and how to ask questions. Frankly everything is such a confusion for you, I am not sure you can do that. But if you want to try, follow the link I gave you and READ.

I might be wrong, but I believe you won’t be able to do the AOS while being on tourist visa. But since you’re in the US, try calling KCC and they’ll tell you. Best of luck.

@ George. Please be careful to speak from fact. People need accurate info and some self directed effort.
You are incorrect on two counts.
1. People have adjusted from tourist visas (subject to being in status and not having entered with intention to emigrate).
2. KCC will NOT tell you. They don’t know, and they certainly won’t say.

Hi Brit, thank you so much for your help!
I am wondering how people can know how many cases are in each embassy? I tried to check the data in excel, but if the cases haven’t been transferred to the embassies it doesn’t show it.
Thanks.

Sorry for disturbing. What excel do you mean? I would like to check how many cases in my embassy now

They are referring to selectee counts which were shown in the August VB from 2019.

Hello Brit. My number is 47xxx, I haven’t sent the ds260 yet. Is it late now? I’m from Bosnia and Herzegovina. We have a good pandemic situation, and only 40 are dv2020 winners. Your opinion, should I send my ds260, because future applications for other types of visas is risk. Thanks a lot

There is time if you submit now. You need to decide for yourself.

What do you think Brit?
I am so sad to read this..

This will most likely go to court and let’s hope it gets blocked. Trump is misusing the Coronavirus situation and no facts that immigration affects the US economy in a bad way.
April 24, 2020 at 20:38
I hope that and could happen but I’m wondering if there will be enough time for us when they will bring this EO to a court.
April 24, 2020 at 22:55
I just watched an interview with one of the advocates at AILA, and she said there is a debate if this EO can be challenged, as they excluded almost all immigration (IV and NIV) from the EO and the only ones left are basically DV winners and some family based GC, and for just 60 days it may not be worth the fight over the EO considering its effect right now is pretty minimal anyway as all embassies are closed. IF they would decide to ban temporary immigrants too (they will evaluate it in 30 days) OR extend the EO past the initial 60 days, THEN there will be more point and stronger grounds to challenge it. It’s just not worth it appearantly at the moment for the ~50,000 people affected by it.
April 25, 2020 at 05:38
Yeah – that’s a possibility although with Miller shooting his stupid mouth off, they may decide to fight it. All we can do is wait and see.
April 25, 2020 at 05:31
That’s probably their plan, of course – but it’s not certain yet.

So we are not too important for anyone there.
We are “only “ 50000 people for them but everyone of us is a person with projects, the dream to live there in America , this was the biggest dream of my entire life, I have emotions and thoughts as any American citizens.
I am crying all the days thinking that I am so close but maybe I never will have my opportunity, because simply I’m (we’re) not too important for anyone there.
My life has no value for them, as my projects there.
Is this right? Is right that decide to block a legal immigration? NO!
With this process i am doing everything with legality, no one is gifting me anything, I should pay the fees to get my visa, I was not entering in their country jumping a wall.
I am doing all correct.
Because I am a correct person, my parents taught me that, as i am sure many others immigrants are.
But how can we see this has no value for them, because for Trump and his administration we will always someone to fight against.
