Hello Brit, my Case Number is AF000523XX. Could you please let me know the estimated month for my interview. Thanks.
September 4, 2020 at 19:08
No. It is too early. Wait and see.
September 4, 2020 at 14:20
Hi brit ,
I want to understand the concept of “ current “ in visa bulletin, let’s suppose it was case number 20000 before that current then next month will become current and highest case number is 38000 so what is the factor to schedule case for interview before the other one among these 18000 cases who became current ? Does it mean case number 35000 has chance to get interviewed while it’s current to whole region ?
I’m noticing on last months from each fiscal year almost all regions becomes current i wanna know what is behind the concept of current.
Thanks .
September 4, 2020 at 19:06
That is explained in the FAQ.

Hi Brit,
I am a dv2021 selectee, case 20xxx. I need to renew my passport shortly, would it be better to renew it now or wait for them document confirmation by KCC and then send the new passport as well? Also, is there a need to add it (and unlock) to the DS260 form? Thanks!
September 4, 2020 at 19:03
Always include year and region with your number.
Renew it now and provide those details as well as keeping proof of the old passport.
September 4, 2020 at 19:49
My bad, number Eu2021 20xxx. One last question. Wouldn’t requesting KCC for the ds260 form to be unlocked now, delay the documentation email from their side?
September 4, 2020 at 20:10
Hello Kristy. Where are you from?
September 4, 2020 at 21:49
That’s answered in the FAQ.
September 4, 2020 at 02:09
Hello Brit , In the social media section I included FACEBOOK because I used it most . I have an account of insta as well as twitter but I rarely used it. Should i have included those or it will be fine that I posted Fabebook only? MY Case number is already in VB. Should i need to unlock?
September 4, 2020 at 19:02
You should have answered the questions accurately – so yes unlock and correct.
September 4, 2020 at 01:22
Hello, BritSimon! Thanks for all the job you do for the DV-selectees.
1. My friend is now legally present in US on a visa. He has been selected for the DV2021 with CN 2021EU311XX (Russia). He entered US after June 6th, 2020. But we’ve learned that he is a selectee only a couple of weeks ago.
What is your opinion – is he eligible for AOS? Especially giving all the issues of bans and delayed DV2021 processing.
2. No matter what way he choose, I think that he should wait for submitting DV-260 form. Till January at least. Is it right that it is smarter and there is no rush for submitting DS-260 while having such a high CN?
Thank you in advance!
September 4, 2020 at 19:00
1. Maybe – it depends on his visa and how long he can stay. His number won’t be current for months.
2. Correct.
September 4, 2020 at 00:18
Hi Britsimon I am a dv2021 winner my case number is 2021AF00032XXX. I have few questions
1. Is my Case number high , (do I have a chance )?
2. Played as single in octomber, but I got married in December 2019. Is there problem adding my wife ?
3. In my country have 1858 dv2021 winners, will all be call for interview?
On my school documents my middle name is not there but on my passport my middle name is there, is there any problem with it?
Thanks for the hard work!
September 4, 2020 at 18:58
1. Medium number.
2. No
3. No – the numbers for your country are not what is important. Some of those cases will have high numbers for the region as a whole, and therefore have a risk.
Name – no problem.
September 3, 2020 at 21:45
Brit, is it true that we have to wait for 14 calendar days after the final hearing for the judge to publish the decision? Is there such a law that final decision can come anytime within the 14-day range? So does this mean the judge must decide by September 10th the latest?
September 3, 2020 at 21:51
The judge can issue an order that has immediate effect.
September 4, 2020 at 01:37
Sorry I didn’t quite understand your response. So is judge limited by the 14-day rule or not? Is he obliged to publish his final decision within 14 days?
September 4, 2020 at 19:01
1. No
2. No
September 4, 2020 at 02:25
If the judge decides in favor of extending the deadline for DV2020 applicants, is that decision final, or can it still be appealed?
September 4, 2020 at 19:02
Appeals are possible of course.
September 3, 2020 at 20:56
Hello Brit!!!
Finally you have to understand that dv2020 is over … it is clear that no one can oppose trump decision …. now there is nothing left but to accept it and tell all your followers that everything Finished. lawsuits were for nothing just for their name not for the people because if they were for the people they would fight themselves for 1 reason to postpone the deadline not to fight only for certain categories of people so it is useless i knew that we start this after trump decision nobody wants them to go there immigrants but they just do not come out openly to say … brit understand once and for all do not give vain hope to your followers, do not be more ridiculous this was the advice for you!!!
September 8, 2020 at 21:49
I had deleted your previous idiotic message because, well, it made you look like a negative idiot. However, I undeleted it just so that I could enjoy pointing out how foolish you were to think and write what you did.
Perhaps this will show you a lesson not to stand in the way of more capable and positive people, and perhaps you are better off by keeping your mouth shut.
September 3, 2020 at 20:54
Hello Sir
Alhamdulilah, I am a DV2021 winner from Sierra Leone with a CN of AF354XX. I entered the lottery as single, and filed-in the DS-260 as single on July 20th. But I want to marry my girlfriend whom we’ve being dating for almost 6 years now, and include her in the process.
I intend to request for unlock of the DS-260 form, and then make the necessary updates and then submit again, after the marriage (hopefully in December 2020). However, we have all necessary proof of our relationship.
How safe is this, and is this a good idea to get married during this process (referencing my case)?
Thanks for your time.
Cheers!
September 4, 2020 at 00:09
It’s fine – read the FAQ.

It’s fine. Earlier the better.

Brit, anything new about the judge decision?
September 3, 2020 at 21:00
No. If there is, you will see a post from me.
September 3, 2020 at 19:59
Update in Mohammed/Aker/Gomez/Fonjong and Panda:
Government has filed supplemental notice about a few issues brought up in the hearing.
The issues include:
(1) Covid-19 consular protocols,
(2) info about the Mohammed and Fonjong Plaintiffs who are/were in the US,
(3) explanation that DVs issued in July were re-issues, and (4) status at US Embassy New Zealand.
The government implies that adjustment of status was an option for DV winners who are in the US on nonimmigrant visa, without mentioning the 90-day rule or that USCIS may not finish adjustment of status applications by 9/30 either.
Dear Brit, can you please explain it? Right now I am in the States on my B2 visa. Does it make sense to me to apply for AOS? My lawyer has prepared my case. I am waiting for the judge to say something. If litigation prevails, I will drop the AOS, if not, I am going to apply. But the judge’s decision is late. I am getting crazy. When do you think we can have some news?
September 3, 2020 at 20:47
Hello there. Is there still enough time to do an AOS? ?
I did want to do the same using B1/B2 visa once airports were here open again by the beginning of june but all forums were saying “there is not enough time for AOS”, “it could be be considered as fraud”, “you have to spent first 90 days in USA before applying”, etc. Etc. So now with what government is saying that “AOS was an option” I wonder what was the best advice back then? ??♂️
Please someone tell me more about this
September 4, 2020 at 00:10
There is little, almost no time at this point, and yes the 90 days thing is a real concern. Someone else’s case may not be like yours.
September 3, 2020 at 20:59
Nothing to explain – it’s just the process.
You must decide for yourself the best avenue. There is no estimate on when we will get a decision.
September 3, 2020 at 18:51
hi Mr brit simon;
after receiving the confirmation letter of my ds260 for DV2020, i submited all the documents requise , but i don’t receive any other confirmation letter for this documents submitted.
should i resubmit the documents antill i receive the confirmation letter?
September 3, 2020 at 20:56
No. DV2020 cases are blocked by the ban. We are waiting for the outcome of the ban. They may extend the time for processing DV2020 cases, but if not, you will not get the visa.
September 3, 2020 at 17:54
Hello dear Simon,
I have a question..
My husband is winner of Dv2020 and we have interview in Usa Embessynext week to extend the visa (because was exprired cause we could travel due to covid19).
The problem is that my husband has an penal issue on process – court.
Does it mean that our visa will be refused??
Thank You
September 3, 2020 at 20:55
Not likely. It’s not a new interview. Have you renewed the medicals already?
September 3, 2020 at 21:01
Yes on monday we finished medical issues.
But they asked us to bring the new certificate of police and judges, so now in the new certificate of my husband is the penal act on process, and last time that we have send our document it was not. Its been procesed on February.
What do you think we can do, we all so streesed?
The issue of penal act is not somthing big but a dispute 🙁 but is still in process!
Thank You
September 4, 2020 at 00:08
If its not big it should not be a problem.
September 3, 2020 at 16:08
Hi Simon:
I´m Peruvian Selectee for DV2021, I have a doubt regarding public charge, I don,t understant it.
1) It´s Mandatoty to have a sponsor? What happens if I don´t know anybody who could sponsor me? Not all DV winners have relatives in US.
Again, many thanks for your support!
September 3, 2020 at 19:27
Hi Simon, hi Sophie. I am DV2021 Selectee Asia region but live in Peru. We do not have sponsor too. We are 3 persons (my Spouse, our teen daughter and me) and no relatives in US.
September 3, 2020 at 19:36
Hi Simon.. There’s a mistake on my birth certificate regarding my religious beliefs but I have gotten a affidavit to declare and correct the error.
I hope that will not cause any problems for me?
September 3, 2020 at 20:58
Your religion is irrelevant UNLESS you are in a country where your religion affects laws of marriage etc.
September 3, 2020 at 21:52
I think religion affects laws of marriage in my country but I’m single with no children whatsoever.
So I got an affidavit (statutory declarations from a commissioner of oaths at the courts) to correct the patent error and state my actual religion.
So intend to present that along with my birth certificate on the day of the interview to clarify any confusion.
But I would like you opinion on the matter. Can this cause any problems?
September 4, 2020 at 00:06
No.
September 4, 2020 at 15:57
Instead of sending the affidavit to my interview. I have decided to delay my case and correct the mistake on my birth certificate before sending my documents to KCC. Thank you for your help.
September 3, 2020 at 20:52
We don’t know how the Peruvian embassy will handle this yet. However, it is best to be prepared to avoid delay or possible denial later.

September 3, 2020 at 21:52
Thanks Simon, I saw your video on youtube regarding public charge, it is clear now!
September 3, 2020 at 15:53
Good afternoon BirtSimon, A moment ago I received the KCC email asking for documents, but I noticed that it did not come with my 2 names, that is, my first name and my last names came and it seems strange because in the DS I put my two names with my surnames
Should I do something about it?
when you can answer as soon as possible within your means
Thank you
September 3, 2020 at 17:22
Hello Yandrys
May i know if your case number scheduled in the current Visa Bulletin,
Because i submit the DS260 on July but i didn’t receive any emails yet from KCC
Good Luck
September 3, 2020 at 20:50
The names they used are probably those you gave in the entry.
September 3, 2020 at 12:55
Hello sir. I hope this message finds you well. Please I received documents confirmation and ready to scheduled email one 5 days ago. However I decided to unlock my ds-260 form to make some changes and resubmitted. Just this morning I received an email from KCC asking me to sending supporting documents.
I would like to know whether I should resubmit the supporting documents again or I should ignore the message?
Thank you.
September 3, 2020 at 20:45
No need to resend them if they have not changed.
September 4, 2020 at 00:32
Thank you for your response. Please in that case should I send KCC an email notifying them I have already submitted the supporting documents and received documents confirmation/ready to be scheduled email?
September 4, 2020 at 18:59
Use your own judgement.
September 3, 2020 at 06:39
Dear Mr. Britsimon,
Thanks you for the supportive channels,
I was surfing in https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html .
Annual report DV Visa released numbers, I found than less than 50.000 visa where released.
https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/annual-reports/report-of-the-visa-office-2019.html
Table I Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Visas Issued at Foreign Service Posts Fiscal Years 2015 – 2019
2015 – (48,097) , 2016 (45,664), 2017 (49,067), 2018 (48,578), 2019 (44,882).
what I want to say that in all past years they did not give the max number of visas 50000 or 55000.
did they made a cut off number ? or means they gave all participants ?
Regards and many thanks
September 3, 2020 at 14:04
In some years they fail to issue all the visas. The reasons are various – sometimes they have underselected, sometimes they overselect (and have a cutoff), but they still fail to issue all the visas – because of various reasons. It’s too complex for me to answer generically.
September 3, 2020 at 06:09
Hi Sir
I will be 22 on December, And my dad is the winner of DV2020 , Do you think I have got chance to get visa bcz I will be 22 if they extend DV2020
Thanks
September 3, 2020 at 14:02
No
September 4, 2020 at 21:30
Really ?
I am really disappointed ?
September 5, 2020 at 05:23
So I can not get visa , I just wasted my time . Waiting Almost one year , how is this possible this is not fair, I was selected before I was 22 plz give me some relaxing reply ???
September 3, 2020 at 03:36
My case number is 9.5k from Nepal. i have one question that is literally giving me so much stress.
If processing starts from Jan, will i be severely affected with this case number? Will 9 months be enough to get into interview?
Thank you sir for your great work. i am your biggest admirer from Nepal.
September 3, 2020 at 03:51
We can only wait and see.
September 2, 2020 at 19:48
Hulo BritSimon. DV2020 selectee. I added my son on form DS260 but i gave birth to him after submitting the initial application for green card. Will it be a problem at the interview? And then his not coming with me to USA for the start if i make it through he will join me later. Should i feel for him a separate FORM Ds 260 too or it is not required please.
September 2, 2020 at 22:41
If you do not add him to the DV process (by submitting a DS260) it could take 2 years to bring him later. Better idea is to add him and let him travel within the 6 months validity of the DV visa.
September 3, 2020 at 07:19
Hulo BritSimon. So does this mean that its okay not to add a form DS 260 for him because his not coming with me but much later on may be after 2 years or so.
September 3, 2020 at 14:05
You only add a DS260 if you want him to come within the DV case (with 6 months validity).
September 5, 2020 at 05:15
Hulo BritSimon. When I am filling form DS 260 and I add my son. There is a part where they ask me that does he live with me and he does so the answer is YES. Then they ask is he immigrating with me to the USA? now here should I put yes or no since his not coming with me now but later on like after 2 years or so? And then they ask is he coming later on to join you in the USA I said YES. please advice how to answer the second question of IS THE CHILD IMMIGRATING TO THE USA WITH YOU.
September 5, 2020 at 05:20
Yes is fine.
September 2, 2020 at 19:19
Dewr Brit,
It been a couple of days we submitted ds260. Is there any email from KCC like conformation of receiving before the documents requesting one? We haven’t received any response yet.
Thank you in advance,
September 2, 2020 at 22:40
Doesn’t matter, be patient.
September 2, 2020 at 19:11
Sir Brit,
thanks for your hard works.
1- im DV 2021 and i just want to know where i will receive the request support documents letter, by my E-Mail Or must open entrant status check ?
2- How many time this letter takes to receive it ?
Best Regard.
September 2, 2020 at 22:40
1. Email
2. Varies by case.
September 2, 2020 at 16:33
Hello BritSimon. We have been selected for DV2021, we have CN EU12xxx (Romania).
I have completed our DS-260 in 7th or 8th of June, but still haven’t received the email from KCC for further documents. Also I used to live in UK and completed the adresses in DS, and I didn’t know the exact dates for the previous jobs (i just put approximate ones), think that is a problem, or cause of delay? (Some friends with CN 20xxx or 12xxx have received the email from KCC for further documents, and they completed the DS later than us).
Thank you for your time!
September 2, 2020 at 18:25
Not all cases are the same, and might take different time to process. Be patient.
September 3, 2020 at 08:22
Hey ovy89us,
don’t worry about the email and have pacience 😀
I am EU6xxx, submitted the DS260 right after the selection. and heard from many people in my number-range they got the mail a week after submitting the DS260 – and I got the email about supporting documents just yesterday! So it took a couple month more for my case.
like Simon wrote, every case is different and everythings gonna be fine 🙂
September 2, 2020 at 16:21
Hello brit, I am dv2020 winner .My interview was scheduled at April 20 . If the judge block the ban as per the decision , do you think that the people of group 3 has a shot to get their interview rescheduled before sep 30 ???
September 2, 2020 at 18:24
I don’t know what the judge is going to say, or when he will say it. So – wait and see.
September 2, 2020 at 16:14
Seems like judge is taking too much time to drop the verdict . Dv2020 are frustrated including me . Hope judge will choose to extend the deadline rather mandating all the cases before sep 30 .
September 2, 2020 at 14:00
Hello dear sir
Namaste ?
I would like to check that :
1.
I am dv Winner 2021 and because of lockdown my husband’s passport not issued so i could not complete the DS 260 yet and my case number is 1100 ( round figure)
2. Another issues what happen if i got pregnant i mean after winning DV around this month ??
September 2, 2020 at 18:22
1. There is no rush. Once you have the passport you can proceed.
2. Once the baby is born you can add the child. That is explained in the FAQ.
September 2, 2020 at 13:28
Salam Brit. I am a winner from Algeria 2021, and my son is 26 years old. He has Down syndrome and I cannot leave him and migrate. What should I do, knowing that my number is small? Thank you.
September 2, 2020 at 18:21
In your circumstances I would say you should not proceed with the DV case at all. It is not a good choice for you.
September 2, 2020 at 13:11
Hi Brit,
In your last video about EU numbers 40k was the highest number. Is it still same or someone update your survey with higher number than 40k ?
Thanks.
September 2, 2020 at 18:19
No higher numbers.
September 2, 2020 at 12:56
And no date issued to me for interview yet should I still ve hope?
September 2, 2020 at 12:14
Greetings britsimon I’m a DV 2020AFXXX68xxx, please wish to know whether I should be waiting on you or not . because when I sent all my documents and I dot a message to my email that they are going to reply me after 3-6WEEKS.And the pandemic came up till date no information . Later on it was suspended.nNow that places are open no information yet.so should I be waiting? Or was there some document for me to send again?
September 2, 2020 at 18:17
You keep repeating this same question, but you don’t seem to read my replies. I can’t keep answering repeated questions in that way.

Hi Brit, As we noted the highest case no for Asia is 38,000, how safe to hv a case no of AS 13000 for DV 2021? Can we call it as a low case number due to high case number being 38,000 ths time? Also will I have a chance even the travel ban continu till dec 2020?
September 2, 2020 at 11:04
which country Masha?
September 2, 2020 at 18:12
Please watch the video for AS region.

September 2, 2020 at 18:37
Did KCC asked for further documents from you?
September 2, 2020 at 08:50
I see they also need your Education information when applying. do they need supporting documents when applying or only when you selected.
September 2, 2020 at 17:36
Only when selected.
September 2, 2020 at 07:52
Hi Simon. I am South African Married with one child and pregnant with the other. My husband and i would like to apply for green card lottery. We have been on websites and they say you need photos. with me being pregnant what will happen with the new baby?? or do we only need photos of everyone once we won?? Can we still apply this year??
September 2, 2020 at 17:36
When you apply you will need photos for each person, but not the baby. If you are selected, you will add the baby later.
September 2, 2020 at 06:37
Dear Simon
I want to thank your Excellency for all this when you put a lottery for the participants, that I wish you all the best.
I hope you are always healthy and happy.

September 2, 2020 at 06:32
Hi Simon
I am getting married to my boyfriend soon so that he can join me. While I do not plan on getting divorced, I want to be wise and would still like to know what the ramifications are. Should we move to the US together and have a fall out and want to get divorced, will we lose our greencards? Is there a time duration during which we must stay married? I have searched all over the internet and cannot find information on this. It would be much appreciated. It won’t change my decision to get married, I would just like to have all the facts at my disposal.
Thank you
September 2, 2020 at 17:34
If you are a DV lottery winner, once you enter the USA you each have Greencards and have no dependency on each other – you could divorce immediately. However, if you marry, then shortly afterward become an LPR and then shortly after that divorce – you will have provided evidence that you manipulated the system in a fraudulent marriage. That could be used against you if you apply for citizenship. So – don’t risk that.
September 3, 2020 at 07:03
Great, thank you.
September 2, 2020 at 06:10
Why they not give FINAL DECISION of LAWSUIT still?
We need to give up our DV 2020 hope or keep up.
Most of DV 2020 winners are FRUSTRATING now.
PLEASE publish as soon as the final result, when you get
September 2, 2020 at 06:44
I’m feel sorry for everyone that some of you might feel hopeless right.
But Please, I’m begging you, learn to be patient and learn to respect Brit as well, as he has been working his best on updating and assisting on DV thing as much as possible for us this whole time. Any information update, he’s never late on update us! I hope you may understand this, Channa.
I wish all the best luck come to everyone both DV2020 and DV2021!
September 2, 2020 at 17:32
Patience.
September 2, 2020 at 05:06
Hi Simion,
I am DV selectee for 2021 with case no. AS80## from Nepal and have not submitted DS 260 yet as I am not able to get passport for my Kid and wife till date due to lockdown being declared in the state. Is it too late ?? how long can I delay my DS260 submission ?? I want interview at later stage. What is the history; how long people have delayed their DS260 form and got processed?? Thanking you in advance.
September 2, 2020 at 17:31
You have plenty of time – you could delay as late as March/April and still get interviewed in time.
September 2, 2020 at 04:46
Hi brit.
I have a question. My sponser who is sponsering me for dv 2021 has 5 members in family including his mother and father who went usa before 6 months ago. They have a dependent child too.
Does this affect me ??
September 2, 2020 at 17:30
Yes it could do. It would be better to get another sponsor.
September 3, 2020 at 07:35
And what if his mother and father return to nepal before my interview .
September 3, 2020 at 20:40

Hi Britsimon
I am a 2020 DV winner. I am writing in relation to my immigrant visa appointment which was cancelled as a result of the current pandemic rigging the world.my interview was to hold on the 8th of April 2020 .I had gone for medicals with my son.when I learnt that the Embassy reopened ,I wrote and got the reply that the president had suspended all visas for DV winners and that no visas will be issued again.
Please sir what can I do?
September 2, 2020 at 02:26
Wait for the outcome of the lawsuit.

Hi Brit
Dv2020 and i fall into your category 3 group (interview scheduled but cancel due to covid).
Now, I’ve decided to get my i-134 from sponsor. My sponsors are both working US citizens and in 2017 one of them (the husband) was the sole sponsor of my brother and his family (who won the lottery that year and their application was successful), so since one of them had sponsored them that year, is it possible and proper the other spouse (the wife) sponsors me and my family of three this year and answer “none” to 22a (if she has submitted affidavit of support of previous people)?
This wouldn’t hurt our case right.
Thanks
September 1, 2020 at 22:17
It might be a problem if the embassy somehow is aware of the other support. But that is not a high liklihood.
September 2, 2020 at 16:26
I also fall in group 3 .May i know when was your interview scheduled for??
September 1, 2020 at 19:51
Hi Brit Simon, EU4k case here. I have received the “Further DV documents required” email from KCC. The problem I have is that my (and my wife’s) birth certificate, police certificate and marriage certificate will contain my previous address, not the current one listed in DS-260. The reason for this is that they automatically changed my wife’s when we got married.
The process for updating the address will take a lot of time (a month or so) due to incredibly complicated procedures in my country. Should I wait and update my address or submit documents with my previous address?
Cheers!
September 1, 2020 at 21:22
Previous addresses for each of you should be listed in each of your DS260s.
I wonder if you mean the name, not address. In that case the marriage cert shows the name change, but she may need a new passport, and I would recommend getting that before sending the documents, but sending both old and new documents.

1. If they have a backlog of cases, they prioritize in case number order.
2. I don’t know. Patience.
September 1, 2020 at 18:03
Hi Brit, How you doing?
Are you going to post an analyses for Africa Case numbers same as you did for other regions?
Looking forward to it!
Thanks
September 1, 2020 at 20:32
I have explained on some of the videos, AF region is more complex, so I cannot do exactly the same for AF region.

Hi Simon,
Please I have laminated my birth certificate will it cause any issue for me at the interview?
September 1, 2020 at 20:31
I don’t know.
September 1, 2020 at 14:15
I’ve the same case. They didn’t send me the confirmation letter and when I called them the lady told me that the time for DV2020 has gone so it makes no sense to ask about my documents.
Brit, what should I do?
September 1, 2020 at 20:28
Wait for the lawsuit outcome.

Hello. Dv2020 selected.
Simon at what stage/phase, KCC sends our documents to the embassy ?
I’ve been confirmed the documents are OK, ready to be scheduled for an interview.
September 1, 2020 at 20:22
They schedule interviews according to to the order shown on the visa bulletin – and the first the embassy knows of your case is when the interview is scheduled.
September 1, 2020 at 20:42
Im DV2020 winner, visa bulletin is actual for all of us. Ive been confirmed that documents are OK, my number is EU215XX, I would like to know if you know are the documents at embassy or KCC?
September 1, 2020 at 21:12
Again, the embassy has nothing to do with your case, no documents, nothing, until the interview is scheduled.
September 1, 2020 at 12:06
Hello Britsimon! Hope you’re doing well! I guess you remember me 🙂 as you know that i submitted our DS260 since June after we have received a requesting email regarding that, but since we sent the documents we never received any response from them regarding the submitted documents. I follow carefully your page and read your replies to people and i realised that some people they have received a confirmation email from the KCC that the documents are submitted and they will go to a further processing, something like that. Yesterday i have called the KCC to check if they are satisfied with the documents and the officer i was talking to said we will not receive any emails so far they are satisfied with the documents, only if the need something extra they will contact us. Im confused, do you think that officer is telling correct information?
Best regards Victor
